Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its spacious rooms, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast options, including made-to-order omelettes. However, there are recurring issues with the elevators, shower pressure, and cleanliness of certain areas.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The hotel was nice but the were two things that happened on our visit that pissed me and my wife off on her birthday trip. First the bartender (Matt) at cascades was very rude and blunt, second the water was shut off without any warning causing us to miss an event we had planned. The water was also shut off at 12 when we returned from sightseeing. Never experienced this at embassy suites.

Staff was fantastic. The room was great. The breakfast was amazing. I would go just for the breakfast.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
They were under construction so things were not fully functional. Other than that the stay was alright.
- 3/5
Elevator was down the days we were there, shower was weak, bathroom floor baseboard had dust CAKED on it. Don’t normally complain, but it wasn’t the best for an Embassy Suites.

Ya he venido a este hotel anteriormente y me parece que esta vez esta mas descuidado, no se si es por que estan remodelando, mi cuñada encontró un panties, dentro de una gaveta del baño

This hotel is clean, with great amenities and in a decent neighborhood.

There was no water at check in, there was a used bar of soap in my shower, mold on the shower curtain and the bed headboard was all torn up

This is a favorite of mine. Property is nice and convenient, fairly priced , rooms are always clean and the breakfast is amazing. Unfortunately, there were MAJOR renovations happening that created A LOT of noise at all hours throughout our stay and the time of the evening reception has changed, so we missed out on a perk that we were looking forward to taking advantage of.

This was a very nice hotel with a large comfortable room. The breakfast is the best buffet I have ever had. There is also a bar and you get a free drink and a large selection of snacks every night. There was a man named Fred who was cleaning tables at breakfast and he was one of the nicest, most positive people I have had a conversation with in a long time. My wife and I looked forward to saying hello every morning. Everyone we met here was awesome. Truly a great place to stay

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Whiskers under the sink edge

Two free drinks and nice breakfast. Room smelled of new carpet. No ac at first. Not clean...very dusty and paint drops. Should NOT have been rented out.

It's a great place to stay and I can tell they are in the process of renovating it. I'm sure it will look amazing once they are finished!
- 4/5
BREAKFAST! This was the best free breakfast I’ve ever had with a hotel stay. Egg station. Eggs cooked to order. Even omelettes. So so good.
- 3/5
Customer service was great. Very quick to respond and provide a solution. Well, to start the room had a pull out couch and I reserved the room for 3 people. There were no sheets or blankets ready in the room for the pull out couch. The couch was also so deformed that when you sat on either side you almost tipped over from the incline. The shower basically didn't drain. The drain was broken to where it would barely stay up to let the water out. The AC was very loud and was buzzing a lot. I also dont understand how I pay over 100$ for room service, my order isn't complete, you dont bring any napkins for 2 greasy meals and then when I want to save some of my food I cant put it in the fridge on the plate given to me because it's too big for the fridge. Then when I wanted to reheat my food in the microwave on the plate given to me, I couldn't do that either because the plate is too big for the microwave. These are all mostly simple things that would have made my stay more enjoyable. I didnt want to complain a bunch so I didnt bring all this up. I dont like being that kind of guest thats always asking for everything to be perfect.

Really good breakfasts
- 5/5
The room was very spacious with a separate living area and bedroom. The breakfast was great. It was great to be able to walk to the Lynnwood light rail station to be able to get to downtown Seattle, a Mariners game, and the airport.
- 1.5/5
The Breakfast was ok for a 2 start hotel but for a 4 star hotel the breakfast should be better Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The biggest issue was finding shattered glass inside the sofa bed that my kids were supposed to sleep in, which was extremely dangerous and unacceptable. The furniture throughout the room was very old, the mattresses had stains, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The sink was clogged, and both the pool and jacuzzi were dirty, which made it difficult to enjoy the facilities. The staff did their best to help and were honestly the only positive part of this experience. They responded to our complaints, cleaned the sink, helped us file a report, and refunded us for one night. The food was okay, but it did not make up for the condition of the hotel. We tried to enjoy our trip as much as possible, but the overall experience ruined our visit. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

The waiting staff in the afternoon have attitude and make snarky comments behind customers backs. Two of the days the snacks were very stale. Due to renovating the lobby, there was limited seating. Afternoon bartender and waitress: Instead of marking where a guest could hang out in the lobby they would get noisy. When asked if this was an ok space, they would leave and roll their eyes. Overall the room was great, but I don't want to be in my room all the time. The pool was good.

Room: amazing and has everything you need. The bedroom is seperated so it’s nice and quiet, comfy bed, vanity, microwave, fridge, sectional sofa, two tvs, dining area and that’s just for the basic room. Pool: decent size and there’s a hot tub. Jets weren’t working but didn’t bother us. Location: close to everything Breakfast: very good, large selection of everything you’d want. This was our second time staying here and we’d come back again for sure.
- 4/5
I was not very happy that I was checked in to a wheelchair room and I did not like the bathroom but overall the hotel was clean and well maintained, thank you
- 4/5
Rooms was clean, bed was wonderful. Had a tv in both rooms. My air in my room didnt work, but I didnt complain. It wasnt hot outside, and I had a fan that they supplied. Im sure if they would of knew they would of switched my room. Staff was wonderful. Cascades, the bartender, he was very nice, knew the area, including, the neighborhood bar and grill up the road. Called, On the Left. But its on the right. Lol. Pool area needs work, but was clean. I would stay again, Im sure its going to be even better when they are done with the remodeling. Food was great. Evening they have 2 free drinks for guests and free appetizers.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great.
- 5/5
Breakfast was awesome, they make you fresh omelets. Room was great and there is a restaurant on site.

- 5/5

Only complaint is this is the third time we have stayed there and the hot tub still does not work
- 5/5
Very convenient and comfortable
- 5/5

- 5/5
This place was amazing
- 4/5
The breakfast was decent I have stayed at other Embassy Suites that were much nicer.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great and parking was great
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent. Staff “Pat” was always pleasant, friendly and helpful. There was construction going on but it didn’t bother us. Front desk Jessyca was great. It’s our second stay.
- 2/5
To make matters worse, there was ongoing construction/renovation, which created noise and an uncomfortable environment during the stay. This was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. When I tried to resolve the issue, Expedia provided no helpful options to change or cancel the reservation, leaving me stuck despite the poor conditions. This experience completely fell short of what you expect from a brand like Embassy Suites. I would not recommend staying here
- 2/5
Staff is great, but the hotel needs a big time upgrade. Beds were terrible, flat pillows, fruit flies in the room, AC doesn’t cool and it was muggy inside. Staff was great but Will not be visiting again.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect best place to stay close to everything and close to freeway access.
- 2/5
The Beds and the sofa was so uncomfortable. Very dark inside specially in the Livingroom areas. Shower curtains was such a disgusting as it kept on sliding to the side and the water was going all over the floor. Happy hour, bar staff was rude and he had an attitude and wasn't even smiling and kept on telling people hurry up. We went 1st day for happy hour and didn't even bother going back on second day specially with that kind of attitude staff. I booked there to celebrate my daughters bday and we booked 2 rooms. My brothers families were not even happy cuz their room room made so much issues such as water leaking. Staffs shouldn't be renting the rooms even its not in a good condition as we paid lots of money per night.

Always appreciate Embassy Suites.
- 2/5
Would have been nice if they would've told us up front when booking or checking in they are doing construction 7 days a week. Woke up to pounding at 8am Sunday morning. Front desk was a bit rude about when called. Breakfast was food was not great either. They did have fresh made omelettes that were good
- 4/5
Rooms and common areas were clean. Pool was a little dirty.
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff
- 1/5
We were there for an exam and there were kids running up and down our hall until midnight and i had asked them to please stop and even called the front desk and they still kept doing it and knocking on our door and running away. Lots of construction going on which we didn't know about. Hot tub was closed both nights. Bathtub was gross and dirty. Will never stay again!
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 4/5
Overall, it's good. But there aren't many varieties of breakfast
- 2/5
Check in took over a half hour. Got there right at 4pm and it was a long line with only one front receptionist.
- 1/5
Kids running unsupervised, running into older guests! They then confront the victim and bully and terrorize them the rest of the whole stay. They knocked on our door, coughed repeatedly as loud as they could, screamed endlessly, and told us to f off! When all else failed they finally grabbed the adults with them who were not in sight this whole time! Then the "adults" came over and harassed, bullied and terrorized us and told us how it was all our fault and their kids are perfect, and never literally pushed my disabled wife almost knocking her over in the hallway while they were running through the hotel not even on their own floor! The adults justified it by saying they apologized... Never again! If you want a side of bullying, terrorization and drama extreme please come to this hotel! If not avoid this hotel at all lengths...
- 5/5
So the staff and overall stay including room was great. Also I appreciate that they put me at a quieter end of the hotel where there wasn’t a huge group kids! It was quiet and private!! THANK YOU!! The only negative is that the room wasn’t spotless. There were dirty fingerprints on the temperature control and spots on the floor that were dirty. The door to the bedroom wouldn’t close without slamming it. So I couldn’t leave or come in without waking my boyfriend. I will definitely continue to stay there and appreciate how kind everyone is. I also appreciate having a bedroom separated from the rest of the room. Bravo!!
- 3/5
It was more worn out from last time I visit two year ago as surprised see how fast it go down also hot tub was out of order and room was OK not nice like beofee couch is worn out and all seat is out of date and light is dark window have alot steam like mildew inside between also sink little leak and shower was ok not good like other room we had
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the set up of the rooms and the breakfast was great.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Always an amazing experience at Embassy!
- 3/5
Needs maintenance
- 4/5
Room was clean but a little out dated. Perfect for our quick trip and the food was good and bartender was very nice. Hotel is currently under construction on the top two floors but barely noticed it.

- 3/5
Excellent!!
- 5/5
The room was spotless and very new and clean. Hotel staff were incredibly patient and very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent!
- 2/5
The building was very muggy- the top two floors were under construction- the pull out bed was so uncomfortable. The couch was so thin and uncomfortable so we knew the bed inside would probably feel the same. We did not get any sleep because it felt like we were just sleeping on springs, that’s even after adding several blankets to try and make it thicker. We won’t stay here again- not what I would have expected at almost $190 a night
- 3/5
DIFFICULT STAFF
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and place is really clean!
- 3/5
Beds are outdated. They were squeaky when sitting on it and when moving lying down. One light bulbs needed to be replaced in the bathroom and overall construction noise heard above the room. Hot tub at the pool area was not available for use. Unfortunately this time around it wasn’t a pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast with hit items and omelette bar.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 2/5
Staff were very nice and friendly, however the hotel is outdated and the beds were awful to sleep on
- 2/5
Very tired hotel, coffee stains on mattress, cigarette burns on sofa in a no smoking room, marks on wall, tiles missing on bathroom floor.Noisy room next to motorway.Stayed 1 night instead of 9 and checked our .Hotel undergoing refurb & couldn’t offer us another room.Breakfast was good and staff excellent at the buffet.
- 4/5
Really good breakfast.
- 5/5
Excellent perks: complimentary evening receptions. Delicious made to order fresh egg dishes. Fresh coffee, tea, cocoa stations throughput the main floor. Great pool, warm, clean and plenty towels. Staff super helpful with friendly attitudes. Loved our stay and joined the membership for future stays.
- 5/5
Clean, large room. Had everything we needed. Bed is really comfortable.
- 5/5
Great place to stay with kids.
- 1/5
Hotel is very old and not well maintained, gives a depressing vibe all around.
- 5/5
Fresh food and awesome people
- 5/5
All of the staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Very nice experience!
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful! The staff was courteous and the room was spotless.
- 4/5
They were remodeling the top 2 floors. Don’t get me wrong , they need to be updated. The rooms and carpet are looking run down but we were on the third floor underneath construction and there was loud thump off and on and some other noises.
- 2/5
Lost luggage
- 1/5
Hate hotels that don’t let you drop the temp lower than 65*. That’s too hot to sleep. Uncomfortable.
- 2/5
The pillows where extremely lumpy! Amenities not working (hot tub) Staff was excellent!
- 3/5
Everything was fine, can’t wait to see the renovations
- 5/5
Cozy, excellent customer service, great food
- 5/5
It was great!
- 5/5
Always a nice stay here!
- 4/5
Great location in Lynnwood. We liked the suites, beds were decent, pillows not so much. Fairly clean for being a hotel. You can always find nasty spots for sure. Overall pretty decent place to stay. I thought the free drinks/free breakfast is great. Staff overall was pretty nice and friendly. I'd definitely stay there again. Probably the only real negative for us was the water was SUPER trickly and we had barely any pressure. There was construction going on in the building as well, which shut the bar down fairly early.
- 3/5
Daily room freshening would be nice
- 3/5
This is my second time staying at this hotel within 6 months. Had a great experience last time considering the property is dated. Happy to learn renovations are underway! It would have been great to learn that in advance of my stay. Saturday morning we woke up to construction going on in the room directly above us. For two nights there were kids running & playing without supervision, couldn’t sleep. The old bathtub was worn, actually stained. Not to mention house cleaning was hit or miss. Now I will say the staff ate incredibly nice & tried to accommodate me. Once the renovations are complete I’d stay again but until then onwards to another hotel is my motto!
- 2/5
We didn't have time the next day to ask for a new room/move because we were set to be gone all day. I told the staff at checkout my experience and she didn't even apologize!! Customer service really is trash these days, don't expect it to be better here
- 1/5
Hotel has construction / remodeling that goes till July 2026. This was not made know to the guests bying through expedia and hotel check in failed to mention at the time I arrived. 7am to 7pm drilling and noise makes a very painfull stay at this place.

- 2/5
The last one I stayed at, in Tigard was also very worn out. I’m trying to decide if I want to stay at the ES next week at Portland PDX.
- 5/5
Emily at the front desk was awesome
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Room was excellent and had a great nights sleep. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Beds weren't great.
- 4/5
Spacious room, responsive staff, and good buffet breakfast.
- 3/5
The room was filthy and all the drawers were open and microwave open when I arrived. The couch cushons on the floor. Stains on floor and couch. Not normal for an embassy suites as I stay at them all the time. Breakfast was great as usual.
- 3/5
Bathroom floor baseboards were pretty dirty in the corners. Toilet had large stain inside. Room 306
- 5/5
My new favorite place to stay
- 4/5
Room, bedding, shower was clean. one of the queen mattresses was soggy. Staff were very helfull.
- 5/5
The hot tub was bath water temp and the jets didn’t work very well. Everything else was great!
- 5/5
Always like staying there. Altho i miss the the old way with the plants andvwater thru
- 5/5
Very nice, quiet, clean and safe feeling hotel. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Carpet in common area is getting old.
- 5/5
The carpeting in the stair way was horrible. It had food on the sides of the wall and was severely stained, it also smelled like mildew. I believe a deep carpet cleaning can improve it tremendously. The shower head in room 216 needs to be replaced. The gym equipment parts are missing and one-side is broken. A safety hazard.
- 3/5
The bathroom was dirty and the bathtub drain was full of hair. I took pictures and showed the front desk and it was corrected. The complimentary breakfast was terrible, very limited selection no biscuits and gravy and had to wait in line at the omelette bar to get bacon because they would not put it out for us to serve ourselves so the food was cold waiting in line to get bacon. We were there for 3 nights and asked each day for fresh towels, do garbages, leave extra coffee and make sure Kleenex and TP was re stocked it only happened once and the last night no to left and no towels left the coffee that was left was all decaf. This property definitely was not Hilton standards and the complimentary. breakfast was the worst I have had in any hotel
- 5/5
Wonderful service
- 3/5
Disabled parking was in a very dark area of the parking lot.
- 3/5
Breakfast buffet didn’t have enough workers and food was empty.
- 5/5
Was all great.
- 5/5
Fantastic service and atmosphere. Super clean and quiet. Breakfast always a highlight and the lobby restaurant was surprisingly good
- 5/5
Clean room and nice hotel
- 3/5
Handicap room was at the end of the hall from elevator on a high floor. Photos of sofa largely different in size and configuration than what they are. Sofa lacked comfortably.
- 3/5
Room never got cleaned or trash taken even though we asked.
- 3/5
The hotel is dated, and the shower sucks. Hardly any pressure and the tub doesn’t drain so you get a bath and a shower at the same time! There’s two tvs which is nice but they only provide one remote so that’s insane. The hotel is situated as a ring of rooms around a wide open center section which looks neat but is terrible for acoustics. All morning you are greeted with the clanks of silverware echoing up to your room. I was on the 3rd floor and could hear people speaking down at the breakfast tables. Also kids would be running and yelling all night down there making it very loud in my room. The couch had some strange stains on the cushion along with the lampshade. Not a shining example of a well kept hotel. The rooms were large though so that’s nice. The bed was comfortable enough. The tvs provided was lcd but felt like they were pretty darn old. The menus looked like tvs from 2005. I don’t think I’ll stay here again on my next trip to Seattle. If they fixed their internet and showers maybe. Just maybe.
- 5/5
Love this place
- 5/5
We stayed for 5 nights. Overall the room was good and the bed was comfortable. We loved the free happy hour drinks and the free breakfast. The pool was small but clean and service was friendly. Only complaint was our toilet needed a new valve it kept running. We mentioned it to the front desk. Overall good stY and I recommend it.
- 5/5
Clean, fast check in
- 4/5
Liked the spacious room, great breakfast. The mattresses in the rooms were so worn that to si on the edge of the bed I was almost sitting on the floor.
- 3/5
The beds are extremely hard. Your body aches the next morning.
- 5/5
Outstanding service with the best complimentary breakfast. The hotel is well organized, and the service is exceptional. I felt safe at night, and the location is in a good area.
- 2/5
Both mornings at breakfast the dining area was short clean dishes while dirty dishes piled up on a counter in dining area The patio outside of the pool area had the same dirty dishes and empty alcohol containers on it for 3 days. We often stay at embassy properties but this time it felt like management was letting this property go.
- 1/5
The check in took way longer than it should, then we were given the wrong room number. While trying to get our keys to work someone else walked up and asked why we were trying to get into their room. The front desk said "sorry it was stressful" and I gave you the wrong number. Are you kidding me!?
- 5/5
Great location, quiet clean room. We come here often. Thanks
- 4/5
Would not stay again.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
The omelette for breakfast.
- 5/5
Nice breakfast bar area. Bar serviced really good food at night
- 1/5
The "hotel" needs a major renovation! It's dated and dirty. I sent the GM an email and demanded a reimbursement!
- 2/5
The property itself is in need of significant renovation. The walls by the pool appear to be rotting, the pool looks unclean, and the common areas feel neglected. In the guest room, the curtains were stained, the carpet was dirty, and the bed was unacceptable — the fitted sheet didn’t cover the mattress, which was stained, and the exposed box spring was also heavily marked. The bathroom showed visible stains as well. On a positive note, most of the staff were kind and attentive. Nine out if the ten employees I interacted with were friendly and provided good service. One staff member seemed stressed and came across as curt, but overall the staff appeared to be working hard despite the state of the property. This was, unfortunately, the worst Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at. If you are seeking a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property, this is not it. For a Hilton hotel, it was extremely disappointing, and I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Loved the suite and breakfast was excellent
- 3/5
The breakfast was good.My husband really enjoyed it.
- 5/5
Great place to stay and relax. The breakfast was delicious too!
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
I like it everything
- 2/5
The couch had a huge stain and looked uncomfortable to even sit down. There was also a huge stain on the carpet and the roo. Just looked not clean at all.
- 5/5
Staff fretted me very well upon check in! Thank you to her it gave the rest of the stay a very welcomed feeling!
- 4/5
Iv stayed at this specific hotel a few times specificaly because the rooms are so big snd it has a third bed (pull out couch). The area is beautiful around the hotel, with lots of shops half a mile away. The interior is beautiful. The carpets could be cleaned in the room, but overall, we like this hotel alot.
- 2/5
didn’t have our honors number… he did not get water!!! WATER!!!!!! Breakfast was suitable. It has not changed in over 30 years. Very disappointed with this stay because of the conditions. Front desk was friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Many families with children - so a bit noisy in the lobby and atrium , but little noise in the room. Kids playing soccer in the atrium at 10pm !!
- 5/5
Best front desk staff ever!
- 5/5
Loved the amenities! Great breakfast buffet, Happy Hour and pool/spa
- 5/5
This hotel never disappoints. Large and spacious rooms. One of the best breakfasts that you can get (included in price too) and free parking. Pool and jacuzzi great. Near the light rail. We were able to sit and eat downstairs at 9:30pm Sat night after a long day of exploring the Seattle area.

We loved our stay! Beautiful accommodations and delicious breakfast! If we ever return to Seattle, we would want to stay there again!

Rooms are good size with seating area.

Customer service and everything is great. The only con was the unclean sheets on one of the beds and the pool isn’t very clean either.

Very nice

I have only stayed in a couple of Embassy Suite Hotels over the last few years. This particular property sets the bar very low in terms of cleanliness. Stains were on every square foot of the carpeting. Even the drapes had stains. Breakfast buffet was typical for Embassy Suites and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly but overworked. I think corporate should seriously consider replacing carpeting, drapes and some decor. This hotel is in DESPERATE need of repair. The pool deck was filthy, so one can only guess what microbes are lingering in and around the pool / jacuzzi. I would NOT stay at this particular hotel again.

We were in town for doctor appointments. Our stay was nice and quiet. Rooms outdated, and our fridge didn't work. They did fix that right away. Breakfast was good, omlets made to order, but line was long only one cook, took a good 30 minutes, and the chef never smiled and one of the ladies clearing the table was a bit rude to myself, and other guests. When I was checking out there was a guest having a problem and the front desk staff was not the nicest to the guest. She rolled her eyes at him several times and both managers he asked for were unavailable. We travel to Seattle for medical appointments every 3 weeks, unsure if we will stay again. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, just a few customer service problems. Also, this is a great location, with free parking.

This property is great! In the heart of Lynnwood and not far from seattle or the airport!

Did not had

Our shower floor was moldy, needs to be cleaned and recaulked. There was about 40 garbage bags in the back of the building when we took a walk around the hotel. We like the suite and roominess, we like the happy hour snacks and 2 free drinks and the breakfast buffet in the morning. Like to see the price dropped per night. Overall, we have had good experiences with Embassy suites and would/will stay again in the future

Receptionist are cold and unwelcoming. We ask for additional pillows as we booked for 5 people however no pillows came. No additional instructions in check in. The old lady oh your just check in for 1 night. My wife ask for complimentary water but the

The room wasn’t cleaned well. The microwave was beat to hell the glass plate was missing and the tub was not cleaned good. Carpet needs to be shampooed
- 4/5
Staff is friendly & location is great. Beds are terribly soft & lumpy and cleanliness not great (found garbage under the bed).
- 3/5
Did not clean the room.
- 4/5
The bed sheets are not clean, the window curtains are broken. Food was pretty good, and the room was quiet.
- 5/5
Clean and the staff are friendly!
- 4/5
Everything was perfect…. Except the room was completely dark when we checked in at 4:30pm. At least leave a light on or open the curtain for your guests. It was just unsettling, light switches were hard to find, and it was pitch black! We’d stay again though.
- 4/5
Wish there was a microwave in the room. Housekeeping did not clean the room on one of the four days we were there.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Quiet

1. There was only 1 remote for 2 tvs... but that was quickly remedied when i mentioned it to the clerk. 2. The cascade restaurant... the service was good and the plates that my sister and brother-in-law had were good, although one has to wonder how a plain burger with only ketchup could be confused with one cheese burger with only ketchup. I ordered fish and chips with tater tots. Tots were great! The double battered overcooked tiny pieces if fish.. not so much. Next time I'll order pizza from domino's!

Impressive hotel. Unique design. Breakfast buffet was awesome! Will stay again!

It was a bit dated. Unique layout. Check in was strictly at 4:00 p.m., they would not check us in at 3:55 p.m. The breakfast wasn't great, but it was nice to have it available. We really appreciated the reception hour that included 2 free drinks. The room was spacious. I'm not sure that I'd stay here again if I had the option.
- 4/5
Nice layout, standard for Embassy Suites. The building needs a refresh, carpets are a bit shabby. The staff were great and it is in a central location.
- 4/5
As usual I always enjoyed my stay at the Embassy, which is why I always stay there when I am in Seattle. The staff typically provides great customer service, but this time when I asked for 3 additional clothes hanger, they asked if the 6 hangars, in the room, was already enough. Plus I asked, on the second day, if the broken alarm clock could be replaced. Unfortunately, it was never replaced. With all that said, I will continue to book my reservation at the Embassy the next time I am in Seattle.

Every thing was great except the omelette bar worker who boy let certain people (not us) know that she had bacon, and refused to give more than 2 pieces for a family of 5. She was very rude. Other than that, the rest of the staff were great and we had a good stay otherwise.
- 3/5
Felt while laying on it - and makes noise everytime there is a movement. My daughter suggested jail would have better beds. Lady at the breakfast bar was so rude to everyone. We were never told what times breakfast was as or until as well as the complimentary happy hour was never told to us. Room was dirty

Rooms are big and spacious. The gym air conditioning did not work, which really made it very unusable. There was 1 small fan that didnt do anything. The carpets in the hotel really need to be replaced. The staff was all very nice and friendly. Breakfast options were great.

Overall, this is a good hotel.

Overall I enjoy staying at this hotel. The set up of the rooms is nice with the separate living room and the bedroom. The breakfast is always delicious and is one of the reasons I stay here. But once again I did not like the shower experience. The tub never drains so I’m stuck taking a shower standing in a tub full of water. Not the best experience. However everything else like the friendly staff made it a great stay!

Staff was great

I liked the staff. The rooms were not clean, there was a cheeto floating in the bathroom sink and sticky things on the couch and floor.

Love it

Our stay started off poorly with a stressed, overwhelmed front desk agent working alone and no basic information provided at check-in. The lobby was chaotic with a sports team running around, and our room wasn’t properly cleaned — dirt on the seats and hair on the bathroom counter. The hideaway bed was extremely uncomfortable with a thin, springy mattress. Breakfast was also frustrating. I was questioned by Julius for simply getting a plate of fruit for my family of five at an all-you-can-eat breakfast. The omelet station was understaffed, lines were long, and they closed breakfast early despite posted hours. When I raised concerns, I got excuses about new ownership and staff shortages — no real apology or accountability. Overall, we won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Toilet did not work in the room. And room was not cleaned daily
- 5/5
Loved the open space, breakfast and friendly staffs.
- 5/5
The location was perfect, and the staff was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips on traveling within the community. The room was perfect and quiet and the breakfast was amazing. The only small issue is that I ran out of soap and I asked the front desk and I never got any but fortunately I had my own soap so I went with that. Otherwise, although this is an older property, it is well taken care of, and the staff is pleasant and accommodating.

EVERY staff member that I interacted with was couteous, friendly and helpful.

We had to be given 3 different rooms. 1st room was not cleaned trash was full amd bead was slept in towels on the floor. 2nd room smelled like a ash tray was inside the room or someone smoked in it. 3rd room was ok. Ac dosent work well in the hotel you cant adjust to your own comfort seems like they adjust to save money.

Unfortunately we had a consistent issue at this hotel. The air conditioning was not working on the hottest 5 days for this city. We were told there were no clean towels on day two. Then, we discovered our room phone was unusable which is a safety issue. We were promised 50% off our stay but then no one could help us obtain this.

PULL OUT BED WAS WITHOUT BLANKETS AND PILLOWS REQUESTED THOSE, HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES, FRONT DESK KEPT TELLING THEY’RE SENDING IT IN 10 MINS BUT NEVER RECEIVED ANY UNTIL 12:30AM FINALLY, AT 12:30AM, THEY GAVE US MATTRESS TOPPERS AFTER CALLING THEM 10 TIMES. A CREEPY HOUSEKEEPING GUYS BROUGHT THOSE AND ALMOST TRIED TO GET INTO OUR ROOM OVERALL VERY POOR EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE EVER

The staff is always friendly. Rooms are spacious. Great restaurant inside. Cascades has great food

There were aome chairs in dining area that really need recovering....takes away feom the fact that everything else was good!
- 3/5
Staff was very kind and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Unfortunately our hotel room had a very soiled mattress in the couch pull out bed, which was replaced upon asking, and the air conditioner for the entire hotel was broken. Box fan was promised to cool our room but they ran out and our first two nights were very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Great breakfast and the 5-6:30 pm cocktails and apples is great.

We checked in to discover the a/c was off and we were assigned a room where the window don’t open, solid glass. Looked at another room window wouldn’t open. Checked a third room & window only opened a crack & it was by the freeway. Too noisy with window open. So we asked to cancel & went elsewhere. We had to pay cancel fee of $184. to hotels.com and now will wait for a refund. That went fine, as long as they credit the full amount. This is hotel has a new owner & it’s obviously not being maintained.
- 3/5
We have many fond memories of Embassy Suites but unfortunately this one did not live up to those memories. This is a very budget Embassy Suites - AC in the room didn't work, no coffee in the lobby in the morning, and so many kids running around the hotel unattended until late hours. It made for a loud, long and stuffy night. We did not have time to try out the breakfast. Overall, I would choose to stay somewhere else next time.
- 4/5
clean, pleasant staff, freeway side of building is noisy. Free parking & very good breakfast. Cooked to order & buffet included w room charge.

Ok

Good location. Things looked like they were in need of updating, like the pool area. They need a new computer system or faster computers. Had to wait 15 min to check in because of something to do with their computers. Bathtub drained very slowly, likely clogged. Not the friendliest demeanor at checkout.

The breakfast was excellent with made to order omelettes. The only con was the room was hot and the AC didn’t work very well and the window didn’t open very much so we were too warm.
