I'm handicap, 84 yrs olds & was assigned room #333, probably the farthest room from the lobby. I think the receptionist should've consider a closer room when I checked in. Everything else is perfect & I'm happy w/the appearance of the property.

It was very clean, spacious and mostly comfortable. Upon arrival we went to put items in the fridge and found multiple items of rotten and moldy food. We called down to front desk and they sent someone right away. They cleaned it out (they did offer to move us to another room but we declined). The next morning we found the body wash bottle in the shower was empty. It was replaced. We found the bed a little uncomfortable.

Had a fantastic stay the first time in Nov of 2025, but this stay was absolutely disastrous and just really waste of my $1450. I will look elsewhere when my folks come to visit next time. For a Hilton brand, it's just not worth $165/day.

Great, clean hotel!

We stayed at this hotel several times in the past, but lately due to their "pet friendly" policy, sanitation seems to deteriorate. Room did smell very strong pet odor every time we got in. Will not return if pet policy does not change

Large rooms!

The stay was great overall, except for one main issue -- the water temp in the shower/tub was either scalding hot or freezing cold. We tried everything we could think of, but no matter what we did we could not get normal, warm water.

I was unable to be transferred rooms as none available. .. i did not have to pay parking which was great however not a restful Night at all.

We had a neighbor that was a bit noisy; but the staff allowed us to switch rooms effortlessly! We've stayed here several times - clean, modern, great place!

The hotel did not have a hot tub which was very disappointing for us. The game room was fun. The breakfast was nice to have but food was just ok not great.

It's our favorite stay when in Lynnwood to visit our son and his family who don't yet have a home. Enjoy the gym and the breakfast. Plus easy access to the mall for shopping and restaurants.

Nice hotel, breakfasts were pretty good, pool was fun for kids, treadmill would stop after 5 minutes, but everything else was great.

Room was overall fine, but lightbulbs were burnt out and the door lock didn't work when we arrived. Was told, after struggling with the door, it is a known problem and how to work around. Having arrived so late at night and not being told about this issue when checking in was frustrating.

It also filled during showers. Additionally, the room wasn't fully stocked with enough towels or pillows for the number of guests in our party. ​We struggled with the Wi-Fi; it felt quite bogged down, and we had frequent issues getting the login (last name and room number) to authorize. There was also a previous guest still logged into the Netflix account on the TV, which made it difficult to access our own profiles. ​Kitchenette Needs: We did have to request utensils and extra plates to be sent up to the room.

We did a stay vacation with our grand kids, mainly for the pool. It was all very nice.

Firstly, after a very long day driving, it would’ve been nice to have 4 bottles of water not 2 for my 3 kids and I on check in. Secondly, the room was MUCH smaller than advertised and my two kids 10 & 12 had to squeeze onto a teeny couch bed. Unless a ridiculously long hallway in our suite counts as square footage? Rooms looked much more spacious and multiple windows as advertised.. not so in person. Thirdly, would’ve been nice to have a minimum of four towels, not three in the bathroom. I was annoyed having to ask for more toilet paper. No body wash in the shower. For being Reno’d 10 months ago (as advertised??) very sloppy finishes! Chose this hotel for the “arcade” that was advertised but there was none! No hot tub. Breakfast was the hugest let down!!! And my children are not picky!! First world problems, I know. But when you spend $600CAD for 2 nights!? I would have expected much more. Quite a let down.

I was disappointed to be charged an additional parking fee- $16.00. Had I known ahead of time I would have picked somewhere else. I know next time to call the hotel and aak before booking

Stay ended up being okay. Be aware of the $17 parking fee that. The room I was assigned was not cleaned, dirty bedding with crumbs and hair as well as a very unclean toilet. They did put me in a new room when I let them know. Also disappointed there isn’t a hot tub.

Everything went well. We had a small issue with the rooms i booked but in the end they figured everything out! Both rooms were spacious, clean and the huge bathroom we had was awesome! Pool was a little cold, breakfast was yummy. It was a great stay.

It was really nice to have a separate bedroom with a door so the kids had a quiet area to fall asleep. The pool area was nice. The only surprise was that parking cost. Staff was very nice.

Good morning we were leaving. I dropped a very special earring in the sink and it went down the drain. I ran down to the front desk and explain the situation. somebody take it apart, and I would pay to ship the earring back home to me in Idaho. Luckily the maintenance employee came in at eight before we left came straight to my room and got my earring. I am so grateful and so happy that I was able to retrieve it

Our stay overall was positive. Our only complaints were the shower area needed repair, lose knobs, etc, the AC unit was leaking water, and the door to the room could use some updating. Other than that the staff were great and very friendly. The breakfast was great with some variety. Also pet friendly and close to lots of great shopping and food options. Thanks Homewood Hilton for a roof over our heads when we really needed it!

House keeping was not very responsive - we asked for a water kettle and never got it. Also we wanted our room cleaned and beddings changed after our first night but was told house keeping was only every other day. Since we booked only two nights, we went went without having any.

Should hire more professional team at the front desk, the front desk person is a face of a whole hotel. If someone greets you kindly and nicely the whole stay would be pleasing, otherwise you would want to leave the space right away.. The breakfast ladies were very nice and polite.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing swimming pool, and a fun game room. The complimentary continental breakfast was of great quality, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Only issue was that under the kitchen sink had a full garbage bin from previous occupants - it didn’t bother me at all but other guests may be put off by it.

Staff were friendly and the whole place was clean and very welcoming. Free breakfast was a plus!

Almost everything was good. Housekeeping service was a bit weird, no service daily, the house keeper told us we were not due for service daily. Interesting .

The property was great, location was great, staff was great. There were quite a few things out of order though (i.e. ice machines, atm, game room) maybe it was just maintenance time. That being said I would definitely go back.

Water leak in the sink in our room. 3 out of 4 elevators were not working (on a Saturday). Hallways smelled of cigarette and weed smoke, heavily. Aside from one employee, most were all very mundane and not friendly. No one seemed like they enjoyed working there. Shower/tub didnt work properly.

Room is huge, complete with kitchen amenities. Lobby has a pantry for late night snacks. Location can be more convenient with a car, otherwise a bit of a lonely walk going to nearby Alderwood Mall.

This was our second visit and now is our new favourite go to place to stay. Love the games room, patio and common area. Feels like home away from home. Breakfast was great too. Staff was amazing. So kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back again.

You could only enter the bathroom if the door to the living room was closed because open, the living room door completely blocked the bathroom entrance. The refrigerator was turned off when we arrived so we had to turn it on ourselves and wait for it to get cold which was annoying. I also had to go to three different floors before I found a working ice machine. There used to be light snacks and drinks every weeknight which is so great when traveling with kids and now it’s only one night a week. Plus, they charge $15 a night for parking. Which is ridiculous since they have their own parking lot that isn’t shared with any other business. It’s not like the city where you’re paying to park in a maintained and gated parking garage and parking is impossible to find. It’s literally their own parking lot. I have stayed here several times a year for at least ten years with my kids and after this year, they said they want to try a different hotel.

I recommend they pay more attention to cleaning the floors. Otherwise, the rest was really good.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was safe, quiet, and clean. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The pool was cold when we went there.

The stay was very good, I would rate as excellent but the room had a couple problems, one the fan/light had two switches both only regulated the light from very bright to semi bright which meant that the stayed on all the time, it was fine during the day but at night with the light and fan on it was bright enough to bother your sleep, second problem was the light bulb in the bathroom was on an off, the went off completely, it was fixed promptly, and last was the fire alarm going off at 12:45 in the morning it only lasted for about 30 seconds, but there was no fire or a reason for it to go off. Without these issues I would have rated my stay higher, the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive, the hotel itself was very clean which is very important to me.

Any time we visit Seattle, Homewood suites in Lynwood is our go to! Even if it means driving a little more for our original destination, it’s totally worth it!

Love the fact that there are Kirsten’s and sofa beds in each room. They were very helpful to accommodate my last minute needs. I’d always look for rooms at this hotel if I have to stay at any hotel in the future.

Second stay here. it's convenient location if doing things in seattle, decently designed, overall clean safe nice quality. We used to live in that area, I'd recommend it to family and friends to stay.

Good facilities, convenient location. Check in was a nightmare. They charged my card on Booking.com and the card I provided upon check-in, said both were declined (surprise, no they weren’t, every charge went through), and charged a third card I provided so I could get into my room after being there for 40 minutes. They charged me a random amount upon check-in, another card the remaining amount, and when I asked about it they had no idea why it was split that way (but did acknowledge that it was done and I didn’t owe anything). Upon checkout, they then charged my initial card the remaining amount, again. To top it off, they also have tried charging my credit card $1350 every day for the past four days (my total for the room was $705?). When I called about this, their response was that they have refunded all the charges/they weren’t actual charges and they would have talks with the staff. Which is great, but until that happens I’m out over $1000. There was also a fire alarm the first night we were there (not their fault) in the middle of the night, but they didn’t organize/communicate with us AT ALL about the fire. We had to go to the front desk to ask what was happening. Just a bad experience start to finish and probably will not go back.

Property is clean and in a good area but you can hear everything. From opening other rooms to flushing toilets. If you want to get a good rest and you are a light sleeper this is not the place.

Everything was great. We booked it for our dog and baby to be able to play in the pool. There was vegan options for breakfast which we were pleasantly surprised with. The only thing is that we couldn't stay in the pool long because it was cold water.

It was nice but could have been nicer. The sink was clogged, I didn't understand why the parking lot was paid.

We stayed here eight years ago after a pipe burst in our home. I do believe the buffet breakfast was larger. Did not make it to any of the evening receptions this time, but do recall them from the past. Was a very nice day great beds.

Our family booked this property because the website stated that it had a huge waterslide and hot tub for our children. We booked the last night of our vacation at this hotel for that water slide and hot tub. and we’re really disappointed when we got to the hotel to find out that the hotel just went through a recent renovation and no longer had a waterslide or a hot tub. The room itself is very spacious and very clean and beautifully decorated..

Pool was clean and room was great! Lots of hot water for a nice long shower and the pillows and mattress were nice and comfy.

Everything seemed clean, with the exception of a few spots in our room that got overlooked when vacuuming (food under the TV stand and an old coffee cup behind the night stand). It was disappointing we were there for 5 nights and our sheets and towels were never changed. Our fitted sheets were one size too small for the bed and were ripped on the sides as if they had been clawed by an animal. Also kinda sucked to pay $15 a day to park in the private on-site lot that was literally 1/3 blocked by cones and equipment for painting the building. The place was busy so parking was already limited, and by the end of the day it was very difficult to find a spot. PS: the hot tub is filled in with concrete but photos and the website haven’t been updated. Not a big deal for us but many guests came through the pool looking for it. Breakfast and evening snacks were awesome and super appreciated! All in all I would definitely stay again. They’re clearly working on revamping the space. They replaced our two TVs with smart tvs during our stay, which is a great bonus!!

Would be nice if there were more kid games in the game room- adults took it over.

Clean hotel. Couple of things which will make me rethink coming back here. Why are they charging for Parking. I don’t understand this. Second the kitchen staff during breakfast is not very friendly. Maybe it’s the language barrier.

This is a very nice hotel in a somewhat convenient location. Check-In was easy. Staff was friendly. Room was fantastic. Too large queen beds in one room and a nice living area in the other room for the kitchen and living room. Nice big TVs in both rooms. Clean hotel.

They recently removed the hot tub and that was really disappointing also if you’re going to have a food prep area having more than a tiny sauce pan would be nice.

The hotel has been doing improvements for months, and now they are in their second phase. Signs were posted that painters might be outside your room window starting at 8am. The hallways and rooms seem fresh and have the smell of new carpet. You can’t beat the location, near the mall and all the restaurants. I do not appreciate the hotel parking fee of $15 plus tax.

I generally don't like to complain about my stays, but in this case I will make an exception. The first troubling issue was when we checked in. I was asked if I drove a car. When I said yes, the desk clerk said it was an additional $15 a night for parking at the hotel parking lot...WHAT? New policy. Secondly when I removed the bedding for the hide-a-bed from the closet the sheets were nasty, with a fresh giant blood or feces stain right in the middle. I rolled them up and placed them out in the hall and called the front desk to let them know someone should come and pick them up...they were still in the hall the next morning. Nice hotel, people at the front desk just don't care. I've stayed at this location numerous times in my travels, but this was the first time I've seen anything like this. I won't stay here again.

The most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on! Room was clean but there were crumbs left on the coffee table. Had to ask for more towels - there wasn’t enough for our group. I would recommend and I would stay again.

Awesome stay. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was a 10. Lots to choose from including breakfast burritos, waffles and oatmeal. Definitely a step up from other chain hotels.

Big room, but very dirty. Previous guest hairs are all over...

Property itself is located in a great place, easy access to a lot of local things. No grassy area for pet relief nearby. No hot tub in pool area. Service to provide requested items (toilet paper, tissues, pool towels) took a long time, over an hour each time.

Getting into parking lot from street is challenging. Guests often don’t clean after their pets outside. And I really didn’t like being separately charged for parking when it wasn’t disclosed on Expedia during the rental purchase. feels like theft when it is added on after the fact. Overall, nice place to stay.

As always like before, it was an excellent stay.

Photo shows a hot tub and we planned some of the stay around that and there was no hot tub. There was signs for pool and spa and just a pool. Looks like they tiled over the hot tub and didnt update the photos. also they add $15 per day for parking.

The staff was absolutely amazing! From the front desk people, to housekeeping, to every staff in that building. Everyone was so helpful and accomodating and friendly. I just needed a getaway from my fay to day and this was perfect.

Room was large and clean. Receptionist at check in was very friendly and helpful, providing coupons for restaurant across the street. Very small self-service laundry which was often overcrowded with people waiting to wash their clothes. Also, if you look at Google maps, it appears that this hotel is near restaurants and shopping. However, there is no crosswalk or stoplight to cross the very, very busy street, and in the rain (which seems like 80% of the time in the Seattle area), it really isn't convenient to walk to anything. So we had to get in our car to drive literally 100 feet to the pub/restaurant on the other side of the street. Target is next door, but again, it is uphill and in the rain you can't really walk to it. Same for the coffee place down the street on the other side. Just be prepared to drive if you need to leave the hotel.

Dirty tissues under heater unit next to bed No spa like advertised or hot tub

It was Christmas and Holiday week, been coming for years to visit children and grandchildren. Was never advised until checkin that hotel was under renovations. Pool was closed. major facilities were closed. only one elevator was working. Building was dusty and cold. Many others checking in were changing reservations to another hotel. We could not afford to do that. We put up with the inconvenience and staff was just deal with it. We should have been told in advance. Renovations should never be scheduled over a Christmas holiday when it's a family friendly hotel.

Cleanliness The breaker was out in the bedroom and it was the only suite left but we made it.

Location to my daughters Showed up with two children for an 8 day stay to be told the pool was under construction along with most of the hotel. Had to pay at the rec center for the kids to swim for 1.5 hour time allotments. Was woken up every morning no later than 7:30 by construction crew working 2 flights down

Loved the walking trails and being close to the shopping district. It was great! Pillows were flat and bed a bit hard. Also, the pull out bed was broken.
