Location was good First room smelled of urine so we asked to move. Second room was better but the cleaning was poor

The bathtub did not drain properly and sand was in the tub. The rooms were not soundproofed well that you can hear footsteps from the upper floor; we woke up because of footstep noise at 2:00am. We had to move to another hotel for better sleep and rest.

I didnt get to stay at this particular hotel because the hotel manager said she gave away my booked reservation to another party without advance notice to me. It was not until I arrived at the hotel on the booked arrival date did I learn that the hotel would not honor the reservation. Moreover, the hotel manager did not make alternative lodging arrangements at another local hotel. .

Toilet space is really small. Pull out bed was terrible. 3rd person just slept on the couch not pulled out.

The coffee was actually pretty good, especially for hotel coffee. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The lighting in the kitchen was pretty low. No disposal in the kitchen sink. I was not aware that there would be a $15/night parking fee prior to check-in.

Alma and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Upstairs neighbors were a bit heavy footed but not terrible.

Says 18+ but it’s 21+ and the staff are super rude about everything, so much disgusting attitude and did not make me feel welcome or even try to help us find another hotel that was 18+. Rude staff don’t go here.

When we checked in, there was still underwear and clothing from previous occupants in the drawers. Overall, the place was a bit run down and not what I had expected.

Residence Inn is convenient to what we wanted to do in Lynnwood. We like that there is a kitchen. The unit was clean and well- supplied, and they allow dogs.

The staff was super friendly when I checked in and the room was spacious. I thought it was just going to be a bed, but there was a sitting area and a full kitchen. I would stay there again as location was convenient to shopping and surrounding activities.

The staff at the front desk is super helpful and friendly! Unfortunately, the rooms are tired. The carpet was pretty filthy. The pull-out sofa's "mattress" was thin, worn, and very uncomfortable.

Great location, the people were wonderful, very clean. However, there was some sort of brown water coming out of the tub faucet, they tried to figure it out and could not locate the source. It's hard default them for that, but it was there

The rooms were clean, the furnishings were high-quality. The gardens were well-maintained.

When we walked into the unit, we were met by the smell of curry throughout the unit. It was if it was seeping from the walls. I did not want to leave anything in the closet closed, as I did not want the smell to trap onto any of our clothing even more. The bed comfort was more on the softer side, as were the pillows. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable, my 15 yo had back pain the next day. The staff is super friendly and the location is great for Alderwood Mall and is surrounding restaurants, movie theatre and Dave & Busters within walking distance. Just don’t think we can take a chance staying here again.

Room 122 needed some cleaning. It smelled like curry when I walked into the room. There was no screen in the room downstairs. I had lipstick or marker on the lamp in the bedroom downstairs. I also had mold in the bathroom downstairs. Carpet was torn between the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Toothpaste on the wall of the downstairs bathroom.

Definitely recommend for families staying to explore the area. The distance to Disney was easily walkable and much easier than dealing with disney parking on site. The parking offered at this Residence in is secure and easy to access. It is oaid dailu so budge that in. The staff were really kind, helpful and made our stay enjoyable!

This hotel was disappointing to say the least. Definitely needs renovation. The location was very good but the room smelled and had ants problems. Staff was not friendly either. Such a shame when I thought I could trust Marriott standard. Will not be staying here again.

Pillow was flat , bathroom dusty , have left over products from previous first in the drawer . One of the hand towel looked used . Body wash is empty when taking first shower . Kitchen floor dirty .

This property has seen better days. Exterior disrepair was obvious. Pay parking, this is not Seattle with limited space, never paid for parking at this property before, seems greedy of Marriot especially with the reduced services. No managers reception. Breakfast unhealthy and what breakfast there was scant, a few carrot pieces, two yoghurts, no chocolate milk, no Nutella, 2 table spoon blueberries, plenty of sugar cereal, sugar juice cocktails.

Not the same Marriott I have stayed at off and on for the past 25 years, Covid seems to have taken its toll. Not sure there will be a next stay, willing to try new options. Staff was friendly but subdued.

We probably would not stay here again. The property seemed to be converted from an apartment complex to a hotel. Parking is not great. Our suite was okay. You don't get that hotel feel stay at this place. The pool is outside, so it was closed down until summer time. The only plus is that the Mall was close by, along with several other stores and places to eat!

Residence Inn was ideal for our week long visit to Seattle. Full size refrigerator, dish washer, stove, oven, and on site laundromat. We will definitely be coming back our mext trip.

I am always happy to stay in a Residence Inn. I had a medical procedure that required me to be close, and it was an easy choice in hotel for me. The Lynnwood Residence Inn, while not new, was in good condition and the staff was excellent.

Front desk staff member named Carmen was incredibly rude and demeaning. Rented a room for 4 adults and an infant (even had a crib) and was told we were not allowed to “party”. First question after I told her I was there to check in was “what brings you here?” That immediately followed with a long interrogation of what we were exactly doing in the room. She was rude to my husband and my brother in law who also went to the front desk later to ask about the WiFi. Ended up crying after her treatment of us before going into our room. We won’t be back

Big size rooma and friendly staff

Nice, spacious suite for relaxation. It felt like a home away from home with most of the amenities provided by the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was dated, but more than adequate. The breakfast was good, though a bit of variety would help, especially for those who stay more than one or two days.

The hotel was great for what we needed, the only complaint was that the TV only worked when it wanted to.

We booked this hotel because its has good reviews but our expenses was really bad. Room wasn't clean properly and smell like they never opened it. We oped sofa-bed it was really filthy all covered with hair and dirty tissue paper. Smell was so bad that have me really bad headache. We paid so much money but not worth it. I have no idea why they have best reviews

Overall it was a good as it usually is, but this morning there was no hot water.

My flight was delayed and by the time I checked in, my room was cancelled and rebooked, although it was a non-refundable rate! The hotel was fully booked, but the GM (Georgia) worked with me and was able to get me into a room that was under repair (no air conditioning). However, this is Seattle and I was comfortable at night with the extra fan and slider wide open. I truly appreciated Georgia helping me out since my other family members were staying at the same hotel.

We enjoyed the space and layout of the two-bedroom suite. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and sports court (cornhole, basketball, pickleball available). The breakfast buffett had great selections each day.

Overall a very really comfortable place for a long stay or vacay.

I stayed at this hotel in May of 2024. It was a very impressive hotel so I booked it again for June. This stay was absolutely disgusting. Housekeepiing was terrible. Upon arrival, feces was discovered in the upstairs bathroom, downstairs bathroom toilet seat showed signs of feces on the sides . Bodily hairs all over the floor and tub. Housekeeping was horrible. No towels, no sheet exchange in our 6 day stay, no coffee or filters, salt and pepper not replaced, dishes not clean upon using them for the first time, oven stove lining torn and coming apart, stove light doesn't work, no light above sink, no working phones, room not vaccumed, no clocks, small coffe pot doesn't work, stove top dirty, upon spilling something on the kitchen floor the towel I wiped it up with was suddenly black and filthy, showing that the kitchen floor hasn't been cleaned in some time.

Decor is a little outdated, but the unit was very clean, and the staff was lovely. We were thankful to have stayed at this property over others in the area.

The room was in bad overall condition. carpet pulling from the wall, dents in the wall, keyless lock on the front door worked half the time. The microwave was in bad repair but worked, grease all over the wall next to the stove. Having a patio was great if there were seats to sit in! My sister's room smelled like dog pee and they had to move rooms. In the second room, the air conditioning did not work!

Everything was really fabulous except when the people would walk around upstairs in the loft. The floor would crack and creak horribly Very disruptive for the people downstairs trying to sleep. Also, rooms are situated so you can't have a full view of the outside. You are looking STRAIGHT into your neighbors room.
