Super Clean room!

Location was IJ Better signage of the location of the office. HVAC was dead and the room was cold. Clearly someone smoking pot in the room before our use. Garbage can was full and not emptied from last guests. People smoking close to the building and constant smell of smoke. No blankets or extra pillows.

I wanted to shower but the water was dirty, the safety lock on the door was broken. (Rm 222) I only had time for a quick shower (that I didn’t get) before my work day continued. I was too tired to change rooms. When I got back the night manager came to look at the toilets etc because all the rooms were backed up. I told him about the water and lock and he dismissed it by saying there was no crime and the water just needed to run, which completely ignored that I couldn’t shower when I needed to, and that I didn’t feel safe. The owners felt that having me get out of bed (because by then the shower wouldn’t drain and toilet was unusable) that the problem was solved. I travel for work and want a place that is clean, safe, and immediately useable.

Room has trash left in drawers from previous guest, and toilet wasn’t clean. Staff unpleasant , bad customer service.

Everything was okay

No blackout curtains, but there sure was an absurdly bright light right outside my room that lit the room up like a Christmas tree. I did not sleep. I had no idea it would be an issue until I settled in to go to bed. There's no way I would have thought to test how dark it would be upon arrival, though I guess now I will.

The walls are thin and you can hear every noise. We were awakened multiple times throughout the night and loud music in the early morning. I won’t stay there again.

Check in was easy. Staff is friendly. The room was clean and as advertised. Breakfast on the go was perfect for our busy day.

This booking shows a 2 Queen room. The beds are NOT queens at all but full-size with 5’10x6’6 measurements. Makes for uncomfortable sleep with teens and adults

The suite wasnt the cleanest.. hair in the bed, and shower. Sketchy people hanging around the front of the hotel. If you come back to the hotel later than 9pm good luck getting a parking spot. But i guess thats to be expected for a cheap place to book. At least it didnt have bed bugs

Bathtubs and sink not cleaned and in a bad state. Pipes undersink were taped up. Will never go again. I requested cancellation immediately and have to move a different hotel at night time with wife and kids. Very bad experience.

Located in a gasoline alley part of town. Negatives: dingy rooms, some rooms had only outside access, a deal-breaker for me. Breakfast is free, but leaves a lot to be desired. Positives: Room was clean and things worked. I won't be back.

Spacious room, clean. No coffee maker which seems odd. There is coffee in the lobby but not till about 7 am. Had to ask for hair dryer. Overall good price and clean.

The room smelled and the bathroom faucet was tight. There was no place to eat breakfast, so we took a simple breakfast and ate it in our room.

The hotel is at a quiet location but the facility is pretty old. They claim they have breakfast included but do not expect a breakfast. They just offer eggs (only on weekends!!!), coffee, yougurt, and sweet small donuts. You may see a high star evaluation in Expedia, and I do not believe they are true reviews! DO NOT STAY THERE! Not worth the money! Today, the front desk lady is very rude when I said your breakfast is very limited. She said it is continental breakfast, acutally it is not even continental breakfast. see the following. A continental breakfast typically includes a selection of pastries like croissants, muffins, or sweet rolls, along with fresh fruit, and beverages like coffee, tea, and juice. Some continental breakfasts may also include bread, yogurt, and even small portions of cold meats or cheese.

They are so nice and helpful , it is super clean and quiet. The cleaning lady dose a 💯 amd ten percent job. I jiust love the owner sunny!!! Makes u feel like home!!!

Service was fine and bedding and towels were clean, however the general cleanliness of the room wasn’t great. Dust everywhere, baseboards dirty, toilet had pee stains under the lid. Toilet barely flushed and clogged when used. One night I got woken up out of my sleep by the guest below our room screaming racist and derogatory terms which made me scared for my safety. Also signs stating no dogs, however one of the workers had a dog with her and could hear other dogs in the hotel. Not a terrible hotel but more detail to cleanliness would go a long way.

There wasn't anything unique about the property. It was in a very convenient location.

Overall pretty nice stay expect for my neighbors who were loud and yelling at like 1 am.

This was my first experience staying at a motel, and I arrived around 1 a.m. Unfortunately, there was no one at the reception, and the lobby door was closed. I waited for over six minutes before someone came to assist me with my check-in. Overall, the rooms are quite basic but comfortable.

Staff were always friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night but enjoyed our stay!

The light rail stops in "downtown Lynnwood," just under 2 miles away. The prior stop might have been closer. I should have planned better. I think city bus from Seattle probably goes right to the hotel, but light rail is faster. This is not a resort, but I slept well here.

It was a bit run down and the area around it appeared run down. Some loud noises came from some room, sounded like a woman screaming. But then, settled down and I heard nothing else. Odd characters seemed to walk around the place. But I really had no problems. I've been in a lot of these budget motels and this one was ok. I slept well. There was a Walgreens next door where I bought all my stuff. No problems. I'd use it again.

The manager was very polite and courteous, but the level of amenities in the hotel was very, very low. I didn't want to be in the hotel at all, and this was the first hotel that was so low-quality in my opinion. It would be better to call it a motel instead of a hotel

The hotel was old, big gaps in the door, bathroom counter was all chipped. The toilet wouldn’t flush so I had to fix it myself. The picture are very deceptive. The staff were nice and friendly. I would not stay here again.

The property is clean and a pretty standard motel. Beds are comfortable. Our room’s bathroom needs a little update but honestly; for the price - you can’t beat it. Staff was friendly. Lots of great spots to eat near-by. Would highly recommend Dick’s Drive-in for a late night diner treat and the donut factory next door is incredible.

I'm a contractor, and this has become my go to spot when I'm working in the area for a few days. It's a cut above other spots I've checked out nearby. Always clean. The beds are comfortable, and it's quiet. Good spot to eat right next door, and lots of stores and restaurants in every direction.

This is exactly as a Super 8 should be. The difference with this location and others is the staff. Lina makes the place feel like home, and she is just fun to talk to. Thank you for a wonderful week spent together!

The owner has beautiful plants that are all over. Hope you don’t have allergies. The man that checked me in was dismissive and disappointing. I’ve stayed in my fair share of cheaper hotels, but this was the second to the worst. The bathroom room was disgusting. The floor was so dirty. I was trying to save $90. NOT WORTH IT

This was a perfectly nice stay in an average commercial area. Some reviews said area was sketchy but we felt perfectly safe. I would like to mention Matthew at the front desk was awesome, and even showed us the room before we checked in to make sure it was to our standards. Great value for the price would definitely be okay with staying here again.

I read reviews but apparently not enough of them. The hallways and elevator were filthy and smelly. The room was clean but the bathroom is so aged. Considered going elsewhere but stayed.

Poor cleaning. Expedia says "Hotel in Lynnwood with free breakfast", but there is no actual breakfast: just coffee and some yogurts in the lobby.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were fine. Bathroom looked dirty. Kind of a weird smell when you first enter the room but after you turn the air on it goes away. When you first pull up it looks a little sketchy, but we didn’t have any issues with safety. Good Mexican food right next door!
