    They had a pool. 1st room had torn furniture and a dirty looking bedspread. We asked to be moved. We were accommodated with a room where the remote to the TV did not work (the battery compartment had tape holding the batteries in. The towels were stained. Very disappointing experience.

    The front desk person was nice The room smelled strongly of smoke. I ended up not staying because I didn’t want to take my suitcase in and have my clothes all smell like smoke. Even though the booking listing showed it as not refundable I decided to go to a different hotel. The front desk man said they may be able to refund my payment so I hope they do so I don’t have charges from 2 hotels for this night. The entry door showed evidence that someone had damaged the door jamb by the lock seemingly trying to pry it open.

    The room wasn’t clean at all could not use the shower because of how filthy it was there was guest smoking weed 2 doors down from us at 6 am and again at 4pm at 11 all you heard was loud music and people yelling we did not sleep at all and left for an early check out ! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

    Nothing We first walked in the first room and the shower was running. Thee guy come to open the door but never checked on the shower. I tried to fix it but it was broken and wouldn’t go off. Then there was roach bugs crawling in the bathroom. I asked for refund but he convinced me to try another room. We had been traveling for hours it was 1 am and I was really hoping this room would be better. Nope go to turn down the beds and both beds had large stains on the sheets. I was shocked at how nasty this was. Never go here.

    The rooms were absolutely filthy. The first room we received had dirt on n the floor the sheets and pillow cases were filthy and covered in stains. There was no ice bucket or cups in the room and one person f the outlets was definitely a fire hazard. The front desk guy gave us a second room where the sheets and pillow cases were still stained and filthy. At this point it was late, we were exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep. We requested new pillow cases and sheets and they brought us 2 “better pillow cases” and a blanket to throw over the bed. The ac in this room was also broken which we didn’t realize until 2 am when we woke up sweating. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a baymont.

    It was close to my job. They charged me for a dirty towel. They tried to charge me for a cigarette burn in the cover of the bed that was there when I got there. There's paint falling off the walls. Half of the channels on the TV do not work. Cable was turned off in the middle of the night. Not a friendly disposition.

    The place was dirty. The remote didn't work, the shower leaked terribly, and the phone didn't work to try and call the front desk to inform them of these matters. Went to plug the phone into charge and noticed they had plugs on the lamp. Unfortunately, the lamp wasn't plugged in. The other lamp had one charger plug. Of course, it didn't work. I will never stay at a Baymont again.

    Shower was TERRIBLE! Absolutely could not adjust the water to come out anything but freezing or scalding! Deserves ZERO star rating! Would never recommend this place to anyone.     The hotel has some upgrades being part of the Wyndham chain. It's a little musty around the sink and bathroom. The staff are excellent, no trouble parking. Breakfast is OK; make your own waffle, cold cereal, toast. Coffee is good. Milk and juice available. Quieter than I expected. Easy highway access and plenty of eateries nearby.

    The room was full of bugs. I set my bag on the floor when i moved it rosches scatted evrerywhere. I called the front desk and told them, he came to look. I asked him if he could spay or something. And he came with a white bottle of something. I didnt sleep much at all. The staff were so very nice abd friendly. But when i mentioned the roaches at checkout they didnt offer me any money but gave me a two bags of snacks. Needless to say i will never stay again. If they would get rid of the bugs and clean up the grounds it would be good for a nights rest.

    The website said the room included a coffee pot – there wasn’t one. It also said it included an iron and ironing board – no iron. Was never able to use the Internet. Although the room said it had an alarm clock there wasn’t one. The TV was stuck on HDMI and I had to get a technician to come around and fiddle with the TV for at least 15 minutes to fix it because the remote is not the one that came with the TV. There was no hot water so I had to take a almost cold shower. I am in my 70s and my 2 worst experiences in my 50+ years of traveling have been the 2 that I’ve booked with you. I wasn’t even able to use my $15 voucher because your website kept crashing on me. The pictures representing the motels must be years and years old because the room that I was given in no way compared to the pictures. I feel like it was false advertising and I was swindled. I will never use you again.

    we booked this stay for the fourth of july weekend they gave us trouble bc we asked for two extra bracelets for the pool then then yhe next day the pool didn’t open until 2:00 we got the room to be at the pool all weeked not have to wait half the day the room was clean properly and sunday we was gonna ask for a late check out but they don’t even open the pool until check in time so there was no point in being there sunday

    My experience from Check-In to Check-Out was smooth and efficient. If I had to nitpick, my only complaints would be that the bathtub had a slow-draining sink, and the TV, despite having a streaming box, didn’t come with the correct remote. The provided remote only controlled the cable, so I couldn’t stream Netflix or other apps. Breakfast was very basic, consisting of bread, bagels with pre-packaged jams, cereal, and coffee. A nice touch from the hotel staff was receiving a welcome cookie at Check-In and a goodie bag with water and snacks after Check-Out.

    Upon arrival there was a French bulldog on the property that approached us that was covered in feces, the receptionist was extremely unfriendly and rude, there was a sign saying they had narcan upon request, an unknown shady individual was standing outside our room leaning against the wall with no reason for being there, the room was filthy, trash still in the trash can, hair on the beds, etc.When we told the manager we were leaving and why, he seemed as if he expected that response and immediately refunded us. The absolute worst hotel experience and uneasy feeling ever. Would not recommend, does not feel safe!!

    Staff checking in was not helpful and personable. Was told could park anywhere, but a neighbor said we were parked in his spot. We moved no problem. Had a nice fridge with freezer. Had to get ice from locked laundry room, but ok in the morning. Food just very minimal. No fruit or yogurt. Small cups. But was cheap, so expected! Sheet had a burn hole. Only 1 bug near sink. Expected.

    The staff were friendly and efficient and the linens were clean that’s about all I can say nice about the place. The room was roach infested. We killed at least five. The floor was sticky, had not been mopped. The ice machine is not available til 830am which is inconvenient for travelers leaving early and the two restaurants closest to the hotel closed at 8pm and 9 pm which make it difficult for travelers arriving late. Wouldn’t recommend.

    Never even got to check in. The front desk person and supposed manager was the absolute rudest person ive ever seen and should not have a job. She was doesn right nasty! We were evacuating for a hurricane and told me i didnt have a reservation and then SHE canceled it! She fought with 3 different customers and canceled all of them so she could re do the room at a much higher rate!

    We were evacuating from hurricane Milton. We got there and they had no room avaliable for us even though i had already booked it for 3 nights. The lady at the counter was very rude to me and had no care or compassion that we were stuck in i75 traffic for hours. So a family of 4 gets to our hotel that we booked a room in advance only to find out they gave it to someone else because we didn't make it in time. I even called to let them know we were late.     Roaches all the time, giant hole in the bathroom door, half cleaned from the last guest, sheets and pillow cases were stained; luckily we brought our own covers. Unfortunately, you do get what you pay for.

    The room had a dank smell at first so I'm not sure if this was due to the room being closed off and with no air running. Once I turned on the a/c and opened the curtains some, it did get better. I truly believe that both the traveler and the hotel share equal responsibility in making sure that your stay is pleasurable. The bed was most comfortable too. Thank you to the front desk staff for my check-in welcome and also to staff for my check-out do come again departure.

    Its striving to be a 3 star instead of 2 star . Yvonne the manager seems to care more than owners do also night clerk kiss was bit rude. Breakfast was laughable . Cereal or waffle . No fruit no eggs no protein no juice . Stained sheets and ratty bathroom. But yvonne seems like shes trying to improve it. It was clean just rundown

    Reservations were not honored. We arrived and were declined room. Counter lady said not her problem. Looks like a place for prostitution certainly not somewhere I’d ever stay.

    The hotel was very dirty and not up to date there was a leak in bathroom and particles from popcorn ceilings dripping all over floor which was all over mi stuff and piles of it on the floor also my towels had dried up old roaches on them it was beyond disgusting the manager Bobby was very rude and did not want to refund me because I was upset about my property that nobody was going to replace …. Do not recommend

    The lobby was well done, my room was nice and clean; however, after a long day of travel I really wanted to take a hot bath and there was zero hot water. did have enough warm water to shower the next two mornings. There was no WiFi the entire stay.

    Room smelled like stale smoke! Windows dirty, shower tiles broken. Juice broken at breakfast! I called ahead for late arrival and our room was still not ready at 8pm! We will probably not stay wirh tour chain again.

    So we drive almost 15 hours from Canada and after booking 2 rooms on Expedia they tell us they only have one room. Ask why and I’m told Expedia over booked their hotel and only have 1 room left. So we go to another hotel and get a room for the others in our party and keep the room that was booked by Expedia what a joke

    we got into our room at about 11:30p after a 10 hour drive and moving. The staff was friendly but when we got to our room, there was lipstick on the inside of the sheets, Beds had been slept in and not cleaned. Hair in the beds. The shower was a mess. Drain did not go down well and still had someone else's pubic hair in the shower. Disgusting to say the least.

    The guy at the front desk was accommodating tho. He gave me a different room when I pointed out the roach and noise problem. The second room I was in didn’t appear to have any roaches but still had noisy and nosey people on both sides.

    We did not stay. The sheets had poop stains and hair on top. That was the final reason we left. It also felt unsafe and a lot of drugs there that we smelled.

    The pillow caseswere dirty and the shhets were clean but stained. There was a cigaret burn on the comforter. (A NON Smoking room). There was a live roach behind the half full toilet paper. We called the front desk and noman anwered after staying on the phone for awhile. We'll never use Baymont Wyndham again. Lousey!! Breakfast was a joke.
