The host and hostess were outstanding! They were friendly and helpful. The bed was perfect. The shower had plenty of water pressure. The washer only hot water.

The room had an awful smell to it and when you flushed the toilet it made an extremely loud screeching noise. The bathroom floor wasn't even swept and there were hairs in the bathtub.

Good place to stay for just one night. Room was clean and quiet. Would have been nice to have a restroom in the lobby after a long drive. Breakfast was meh, but enough to hold me over until I could get to somewhere else for a full meal.

Very comfortable,good value. Not fancy, but clean. If you want an inexpensive place to rest while on the road, this is a good choice. I was reluctant because of the semi low rating, but was pleasantly surprised.

I thought this hotel was pretty decent. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathtub didn't look as if it was cleaned well. For the price, it was a good deal.

Did not check ID. No signature. Very sketchy place. Would not recommend this place specially if you have children. I would never stay there again.

First of all it was not Americas Best it was a Rodeway so we could not find it. Used the address from the confirmation email and could not find it. We finally called and the lady did not speak very good English and said one word and hung up on me. I called back and she would not answer. Tried again and asked if she could please tell me where it was and finally got out of her that it was called Roadeway and not Americas Best and she hung up again. Very rude!! Room was okay for 60 dollars but no breakfast etc but it did have microwave and fridge In it. Only stayed because we were desperate and it was 1:30 in am and had already paid over phone and too late to cancel.

The building is old. There are plaster cracks and things that tell its age. The staff was accommodating and served breakfast early to help with our schedule. The staff was great with the book keeping and was able to take care of our school required receipts without any trouble. In Large hotel chains we have had much trouble and stress when asking for individual receipts and names on receipts.The grout in the bathroom was dark with age giving the appearance that is was dirty. Everything else was clean.

the hotel smelled awful, staff not friendly at all. this is NOT a three star hotel, NOT EVEN CLOSE, will not stay there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
