It was the second time in stayed and thinking it has changed from a couple of years ago but not !!!!! It’s the Roaches in the Room !!!!!! Other than that , it has potential. Nice Area, but the Roaches got to go!!!!!!!!

It was in a good location. It was comfortable. The fire alarm sounded in my room only at 6 am. There was no fire. I had to go to the office and report it. The staff person didn't seem concerned. He just asked if there was a fire. He turned off the alarm and apologized. He didn't tell the next staff person about it. She said she would report it.

Very clean and the staff was super friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was it wasn’t a hotel but a motel. As a single lady who travels a lot, it gets pretty scary when you have an outside door.

When I saw the ad for this motel the ad said the room would be 59$ . When I went to click on it. , It went to 79$ . When I clicked on pay it went to 104$ I thought that this was a lot different. The lady said that I got it from a booking company and not from them . The room smelled like cigarettes, and it was a non smoking room.

Other hot drinks beside coffee should be ordered for us non-coffee drinkers. It was clear from the remaining soap and the hair that the shower had not been cleaned.

We only stopped for the night on a road trip, didn't eat breakfast or use the pool. We had a 1st floor room, only complaint is we could hear traffic noises and people coughing outside our room. Very clean, friendly people,comfortable beds.

The bathroom needs to be remodeled. The toilet is one of those that is close to the floor and it wobbled.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent, but that is all the good I can say about this hotel. Rooms are outdated and need to be updated badly! Noise from nearby highway made it difficult to sleep. Door to room had gap which allowed noise and heat to enter room. Did not feel like the safest place, but I had no problems.

Bugs in the room. Looked like roaches. The Regency hotel next door had the same problem so I went with this hotel. Mistake! FYI

Had a few cockroaches running around. Breakfast buffet wasn't much, not that I would eat it after seeing cockroaches. Coffee was good.

We changed our mind after checking in.The first room the toilet didn’t flush and the room smelled moldy. The unit in the window did not work properly. The second room we were given smelled even worse. We left and did not stay there.

Location was right off the freeway, so easy to get to. Passed a few similar locations that were easily $20-$30 more per night. Late night check-in employee was incredibly friendly and cordial. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, and definitely fresh. The hotel is outdated but we were not looking for luxury accommodations, so it served the purpose of needed a location to rest in close proximity to the freeway. We ended staying 2 nights: on our way to Knoxville and the next night on the way back, as it was an easy accommodation to reserve. Other reviewers stated that the hotel was dirty, but the two rooms we stayed in were clean and the beds were comfortable. Yes, the hotel is outdated, but again, it served the exact purpose we needed.

A great stay, felt safe and plenty of ice!

Room was clean. Showing typical wear and tear but bed was comfy. Bath towels a bit small. Tv remote frustrating, think it needed batteries, desk didn't have any. Was mad because pool was closed. They need signs warning of slippery when wet because the ac units drip over the walk way. I did a mean split my foot hit the wet spot on that freshly painted surface. Hate to see someone else fall.

We showed up exhausted only to be told we could not have our room which we already paid for because we arrived after 4am. We got there about 4:30am. Guy named Silas refused to give us our room. I asked if it was sitting empty and he said yes. He said he’d let us in but we had to pay for another day. We were held up in traffic due to an accident beyond our control. No one bothered calling to see if we were still coming!! We had been driving all night from Indiana and were exhausted as were our two kids. He was rude and not helpful.We just simply wanted to get some sleep. His behavior was very rude. So we wound up with no place to sleep. Luckily we made it to a safe place at a rest stop without getting into an accident ourselves because we fell asleep at the wheel!

I had a very pleasant stay here. Bed was very comfy, shower was awesome, quiet, clean, and I was able to get a smoking room. Who even knew those existed anymore! Breakfast was good too and free coffee. Only complaint I had is my room had a few roach bugs. I just killed them and did not let it worry me much. I will stay here if I am back in Macon again. Much better than some of the other places that I have stayed.

Was not fancy but was an enjoyable overnight stop

This is a very convenient, comfortable and clean hotel for a traveler on I-75. We were traveling with a pet and liked the fact that the pet fee was only $15, much less than the usual $50-$100 fee of other major chains. Needs were comfortable and baths were very clean with plenty of hot water. The small sofa, refrigerator and microwave were also pluses. Will definitely pay a repeat visit as we travel this route often. Good restaurants in area too.

It is very unfortunate that a neighbor dog barked most of the night. Days inn needs to put up a fence blocking the dogs view of yhe parking lot

I went and asked for a refund and they were very nice to let us know that once Expedia contact them, they would give the OK for the refund and apologize for the inconvenience. The staff was AMAZING but the rooms had roaches all over and smelled like weed.

There was a lot of little bugs all over in the room, didn't see any in the bed so I slept a few hours and left, it was cheap so didn't expect much.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room. It was very clean, modern and full of amenities. The breakfast area was also clean and provided abundant choices of juices, cereals, fruit and yogurt. The price of the room was way below avg and included free breakfast. I would recommend anyone to try this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

The staff is great but this hotel is falling apart. Moldy, crumbling ceiling, bugs in the rooms, old stained tub and toilet. Would not stay here again

We were on our way to Florida and it was the half way point. It was a good hotel at a reasonable price. The location was excellent too.

The hotel was very conveniently located to the highway with plenty of restaurants nearby. I was impressed by the way the staff took care of the exterior of the property, and the room itself was large and comfortable for the bed. However, the three pillows were very large and made it difficult for me to sleep. It was also a group of workers that were very noisy when I got off work from late afternoon until early evening.

The bath room needs a make over as ours has rust on the walls and just looks outdated.

It was a great stay only complaint possible was the sofa in the room need to be cleaned or change other than that quiet friendly great location

Clean updated room. Conveniently located by highway and just across a Walmart. Downside a poor breakfast and a noisy a/c. Overall a good experience for the price.

This place is old and smells. Cheap, yes but u get what u pay for. Furniture is new but doesn’t make up for the smell in a non smoking room. Ceiling paint is chipped, rusty shower connections, rusty hangers etc.

Our room was not super clean, but my biggest problem was that when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, there were roaches all over it. The “buffet” breakfast was not much. Very limited. No fruit or yogurt and only two types of cereal.

The traffic noise was so loud all night, I did not get any sleep. There was Mexican music blaring outside at 2am and the Front Desk would not go out to tell them to stop, all they said was, I don't hear anything and hung up on me. The next morning at 6am there was an A/C cleaning guy going around, taking all the A/C units from the rooms and pressure washing them right in front of my hotel door. It smelled so badly and there was black sludge and water pooling, which made it almost impossible to go in and out of the room without getting dirty. Housekeeping came knocking on the door the next day at 7am and woke us all up, even though checkout was not until 11am. Never will I ever stay in this hotel again.

The beds were as hard as rocks and difficult to sleep on, but the shower was amazing. All in all it was an alright hotel and especially for it being a last minute booking. The cherry blossom festival was nice too!

The room appeared clean, but had an unpleasant musty smell.

Hotel is run down and not even acceptable for a stopover for getting a night's sleep. The bed was completely broken down. I weigh 115 lbs and the bed literally sagged beneath me. In addition, the hotel was located in a dark and somewhat isolated location. I will never stay at a Days Inn again.

The was older property that had been updated a bit. New flooring and bedding. The bathroom was small and it was very noisy. Lots of traffic, heater and fridge noise. Also we could hear other people talking outside in the common walkway

2/3/2024 - Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot, but limited. The King room we stayed in had been mostly renovated- not the bathroom area, though. It was VERY LOUD outside ALL night long; cars racing constantly, people yelling, etc. The fridge noise was loud, so we had to unplug it. We killed a roach next to our bed and found a person's hair on the sheet although the rest of the room was clean. We had a non-smoking room, which had obviously been smoked in- we had to go buy air freshener to help with that awful smell and our night clothes still smelled like smoke the next day. The new bed frame had metal springs and a metal box so it made noise whenever we shifted positions. We had a dismal night's sleep- one of us only slept 2 hours at most. The following morning, the desk clerk didn't ask how our stay was, thus this long and truthfully negative review.

Roach in the bathroom. HVAC fan bearing was bad so the unit clatters all the time when it is running constantly. Vent fan bearing was bad so it clatters when the bathroom light is on. Generally a decent property if it weren't for these issues that kept us awake.

Check in was excellent. The room was clean but had cockroaches. Many rooms were occupied by construction workers who had a permanent setup in the parking lot with grills tables, etc. It was a mess every evening and morning with trash.

Found the room was very clean and vacuumed. All the bathroom towels were located in good condition and ready for use. The lighting was good for reading while in bed. I slept well through the night and felt fully rested. Complimentary breakfast was small on choices but the waffle maker was good to use.

Dog friendly, I requested first floor because we had a senior dog with us. The woman at front desk got us first floor. Our tv remote didn’t work right so we notified her and she personally brought us a new one to our door. Room was clean no problem.
