Nice quick stop over, clean and comfortable, indoor looked nice but we didn’t use, breakfast could have had more options but still nice.

Parking was plentiful, room was clean, and breakfast was adequate.

Staff was particularly helpful at check-in. I had left my wallet at a restaurant 3hours away making photo ID impossible. Staff understood the predicament and came up with an alternative sign-in solution that accommodated my situation but fulfilled his corporate security requirements. I am so grateful. The accommodations were exactly what one would hope for when traveling.

What we loved most about this hotel was the indoor pool and hot tub. Didn’t have to worry about the kids getting burnt in the sun 🙌 very clean facilities and room was spacious, we went with the suite to give little ones room to play inside the room

Beds were hard.There was mold in the bathroom on the mirror and a reservation was canceled when it wasn't supposed to have been

The spa was hot! Bedding was gross , not clean but I asked for a new set they brought a clean fresh set up right away. Very friendly staff

Only complaint is the breakfast was “yuck”. No regular waffle mix, just chocolate goo and something posing as sausage. Room was very clean, cool, and comfortable. Desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking was a little sketchy because the only door in the back was not working, limited parking in front.

The room was nice, bed was comfy. We were traveling all day and very tired so we just checked in, ate, and went to bed. I guess my only complaint would be the vent fan in the bathroom would not shut off, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed so we couldn’t hear it. We checked out early the next morning.

Location This place was old and out dated the carpet was sticky the tub was patched the ceiling was spray painted also. Some sketchy people living in the hotel smoking no telling what in the parking lot.

Room was clean and good. Breakfast was disappointing. Hot water was empty for tea, had to get someone to fill it; water had sign that said lemon infused water but not a hint of lemon in it; sausage links were heated in water rendering them somewhat tasteless; some of the empty tables were not cleaned.

Parking was fine. Breakfast area a bit messy. Staff was very nice.

Bathtub has rust...n apparently a hole in tub.. Room has hole in ceiling Fabric chair needs to be replaced or cleaned- very unsanitary current condition. Need more lighting behind and side of hotel

The bedding was dirty when I arrived in the room called to the front to let them know about it and then I went down to leave the person at the front desk told me he would have the bedding for me to put on the bed myself after I just had paid to stay at the hotel I told no I will not be making my own bed. Then I left to go where I was going

We didn't get a chance to eat breakfast cuz they closed it down at 9:00 a.m. we went down at 9:25 and it was all cleaned up

Great location. Was very clean, front desk clerk was very nice, room was comfortable and great place to relax after riding a motorcycle all day in the rain from New Orleans. Nothing. We were very happy to stay there.

Everything was fine, except the bathroom floor seemed to be dirty and needed to be washed. Other than that. It was a great place to say breakfast was awesome.

I check in and went to the room to find wasn’t cleaned. We opened the sheets and found human body hair all over. It looked like someone slept in the bad and recovered it the sheets without replacing or cleaning. I decided to leave and they wouldn’t refund my money. It was sick and completely disgusting.

Nice pool for kids, clean room and comfortable bed. Facility was nice except for bathroom shower tub that was old and in need of repair or replacement. Good for the price overall. This was my second stay.

this was a quick overnight stay. The room had everything we needed, even extra pillows. I was even able to get a toothbrush from the front desk.

Only reason I didn’t give top marks for condition was a couple cracks in the shower surround and corner joints that need attention to prevent mold. Other than that, perfect. We will definitely be back when in the area.

Rooms were decent and quiet. Convenient location to restaurants. Only downside was not a variety of breakfast items..ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. Overall, fine for a quick stay.

The bed sheets were dirty! Bed sheets were not changed - gross. Pillows under the pillow case are stained - so disgusting. Second time this happened. I will never stay at a comfort inn again.

Wall covering in hallway missing. Entering room was musty. Water in shower hot was cold and cold was hot. When turned on a roach crawled out. Sketchy parking lot.

The hotel needs updated. Our shower had a crack in the wall. Employees were super friendly especially the lady taking care of breakfast.

As for the room, the shower was stained and in need of replacement. The water pressure in the shower was poor. The solid flooring was not clean. The room service staff could not clearly speak or understand English.

The only negative with our stay is through the night you could have a Vibration through the wall. Not sure if it was the elevator or hot water heater.

There was adequate parking and the staff was friendly when I walked in. There is restaurants all around the area. It Is very close to the highway.

It was right off the highway of I-75 N. It’s was a very secure hotel. It was convenient to get you something to eat.

Room was small, one chair, bed high and too soft — we all woke up stiff and not rested. It was an accessible shower but no railings. TV worked.

This was part of a week long trip for us, and was our last night on the road. Our rooms were ready as soon as we got there, the staff was friendly and everything was clean! Would definitely recommend!

The original room we started with had black mold and food everywhere. The receptionist was more than happy to move us to a different room.

We noticed cockroaches in our room and my five year old found a furniture tack on the carpet. We brought the tack and video of the roaches to the front desk and were told that the head of housekeeping would come look at the roach situation, but no one ever showed up.

We visit every year for a Bikers event and it’s always a pleasant experience

We stayed one night as halfway point to our destination and for the money it was just fine it was cleaner than some higher end hotels I’ve paid for. The town it’s located in seemed to not be the best a lot of homeless walking around out of there minds but we stayed inside

For the price you get what you pay for. I was just in overnight so wasn't expecting much. The location is right off the highway. Minimalist amenities. The breakfast area is horrible and the pool can only accommodate like 5 people at a time. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hallways smelled like antiseptic like I was in a hospital.

It’s clear immediately that, while this is not the newest property or the fanciest brand, that the people that manage this property put a lot of effort into it and care about the facility and the people in it. We arrived late at night, and even in the dark it was clear that the place was spotless. Not brand new, but CLEAN. Well-organized. Nothing broken. The staff were all exceptionally nice, and seemed like family. It is encouraging to see a team work so well together in a way that shows pride. The rate was an exceptional value, too. We felt like we got more than we paid for, and will be back.

Overall the stay was good. When I stay at hotels I rate them on front desk hospitality and cleanliness. Front desk had great hospitality and room was mostly clean- except there was some red residue all in the middle of the floor in the room that could’ve been gotten up with a vacuum. This led me to believe the floor hasn’t been vacuumed.

The heat didn’t work in my room, so they switch me to another room which was dirty, urine covered the toilet seat and the bedding had stains
