    The staff is great, let us check in early. Not a bad place to stay, just make sure there are no baseball tournaments going on. The noise was loud and made sleeping hard to get. Not the hotels fault, the parents were not keeping their children under control. Kids will be kids, should not let them run wild. The staff had to get on to the parents about the children. Crazy!

    The room was nice and the bed was cozy Stayed 3 nights. Had to get new keys made three times as they’d randomly stop working while we were out of the room. Twice my fiance was able to get his own key but the last time, I had to be pulled from my work meeting to certify he was allowed to have a key which they should have done from the start or not at all. They said they’d bee having issues requiring new keys made and had no clue how to avoid. We kept them away from phones.

    The hotel was clean and well kept. There were numerous restaurants in the area and it was close to the interstate. Couldn’t ask for a bette relaxed to stop while traveling.

    We came by as we were going to Florida then coming home. And the first weekend we stayed the rooms and hallway on the 3 floor were hot and I couldn’t sleep well. But the next time we came through we had the 2 floor and that was more comfortable. The shower on the 3 floor was also messed up it wouldn’t all spray from the shower head half came out the faucet Idk what’s wrong with the 3 floor.

    The front desk was very nice. The hotel was nice, but you can tell they just put in minor updates to an existing older hotel. The bathroom was very outdated. The breakfast was just cereal and breads, no hot breakfast which I was trying to figure out before I booked but couldn't find so hopefully this review helps with that. It was also a little more off the highway then I expected but that's my fault. Overall I'd stay again but wouldnt rave of the place

    The mattresses were like sleeping on saltine crackers, there was no available parking space close to the side of the hotel where the room was located. The breakfast options were bland and very basic, and not worth the effort. The walls are quite thin and you’re able to hear the other guests in their rooms clearly.

    Room, bed, shower, and bathroom were all very good. Breakfast was mediocre. Elevator had to be "rebooted" before it would go to the second floor. One of the tvs in the room did not bring in any live channels. Since we don't especially care about the tv it was fine, but this might be a major problem for some people.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful & friendly. I would stay here again but not with construction in progress. And I expect breakfast if advertised.

    This hotel is going through transition to a new name, so construction is underway, TV was disconnected, only some YouTube streaming. There was no breakfast as advertised. The room was clean, and the staff offered a refund, they couldn’t have been nicer under the circumstances. I didn’t want try to find another hotel. I just wished we knew about the changes before we booked.

    There wasn’t any cable tv, (supposedly upgrading) room was very dirty, candy, crumbs, screws, all over the floor. There wasn’t enough towels for 4 of us to shower, the “breakfast” was stale cereal, stale bagels or make your own waffle. (We typically love hotel breakfasts but this was horrible!) The pool water was super cloudy.

    Very nice stay. We went for the pool and unfortunately the pool was unavailable. It also said a full breakfast buffet and there was cereal, yogurt, toast and waffles. That's it. The receptionist was incredible. Rooms were very clean and nice. We got a suite for 5 people and the stay was very comfortable.

    It wasn’t very clean, the toilet ran all night, remote didn’t work so no tv even after asking about it. No sheets or pillowcases for couch bed in room. There was coffee and cups in the room, but no pot. They also didn’t have breakfast. No one at front desk. Elevator did not work and had to be reset.

That will be the last time I use booking.com if they can’t get their system to work it cost me $316 for one night at the hotel. That is just wrong.

    Check in was tainted by the clerk saying two family reunions were there and pointing to both sides of his hand. Our room was on the 3rd floor, which was so hot that the wall paper was peeling. The room had torn curtains to the window; a sink faucet that moves when the water is turned on; visible signs of repair around the wall plug and fire sprinkler; no trash bags; an indent in the wall by the desk; a dead ironing board cover; slow draining tub; and there is no room service unless you are checking out. Lastly, there was no 24/7 coffee as in all other Marriott hotels. If you must stay here, understand you will like it if you don't expect Marriott quality.

    The room appeared to be only half cleaned. There were sheets in a comforter in a ball on the floor and one of the beds did not have these items on them. There were crumbs of food on the floor, something sticky on the floor, and we found trash several places in the room. I went down to the front desk and talked to the clerk but he did not have another room he could move us to.

    Place was awful. Only one piece of equipment worked in the fitness room. There was a third of a roll of toilet paper in our bathroom. They literally ran out of everything in the breakfast room. No eggs, sausage, juice, cream cheese, waffle batter. I was there 45 minutes before closing. No one bothered to restock and several customers walked in after I left. So disappointed in the Marriott people!

    We arrived later in the night and the night clerk was super nice and patient. She was very sweet. The room was relatively clean except the bathtub was dirty and the heat didn’t work. No matter how high we turned it on it only blew cold air. The beds were comfortable but the next morning I woke up with three bites on my arm and back. Breakfast was the basics but first hotel I’ve been in that had signs saying please only take one in each section. Ok hotel for a quick overnight passing through stay but probably won’t stop here again.

    Check in took a long time. The room was nice and clean, tho. Be advised the hotel is near a train track so we did hear trains often. The breakfast was lacking when compared with similar priced hotels. There was only one protein option, and there were signs everywhere saying things like, “please choose either yogurt or fruit”, “please choose either hot or cold cereal”, and “please only one toast or muffin or bagel per guest”. We saw a lot of people walking into the breakfast area and leaving without food.

    Family trip, over night stay. 2 Queen suite. Hotel was decent. Not outstanding. First room we looked at had a fresh pink stain on the side/bottom of the mattress. The front desk clerk was nice at check in and switched us rooms immediately when we told him the condition of the first room. Second room was ok. Beds were comfortable (actual queens), pull out was not so great, (are they ever?) our littlest one slept on the couch part instead. AC worked pretty good. Shower was clean and ok water pressure. Breakfast was decent, with hot foods, No option of plain water, though they had cold lemon water available. Close to plenty of restaurants, and gas stations. Kids complained about hearing a train a couple times but I slept though it. Did not have time to check out the pool/spa. Overall would probably stay again for the price.

    Next morning, NO ONE was working front desk- employee didn’t show up. At 720am, breakfast items were non existing- bagels, muffins, milk, eggs, sausage, oj, apple juice were not available. waited 20 min for scrambled eggs. Looked like one young new employee without training was trying to figure it out.

    The hotel overall was not bad . My request was not honored I asked not to be by the elevator and my room was right across from the elevator. The remote didn’t work the television and the room was not completely clean. I brought my issues to the front desk and I was immediately changed to a better room. The only other down side is the train that ran a lot that night .

    The room was extremely dirty, our shoes were sticking to the floor, there was no light in the bathroom, I had to use my flashlight on my phone to see to go in there. We went to call front desk and the phone was not in service. The shower was so filthy and the floor in the shower was black,you could take your finger and wipe of the soap scum with your finger, so we could not shower. The smell in the room smelled like bug spray, it was so bad we couldn’t sleep and had to leave at 3 am. The room we got was non refundable. The staff there was so nice and pleasant. Loved the staff. The room not at all.

    Super disappointment!! Waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk (at 8pm). Once she finally came, I felt like a horrible inconvenience to her. When we got to the room, there were food stains on the sheets and black mold in the shower. The water was orange for the first 15 seconds in the shower. The parking lot was empty except for two cars, so maybe that should have been our first sign.

    The room wasn't dirty, but you could tell it hadn't been cleaned well. The staff (especially for check in) was unfriendly. Breakfast was fine. Gym was okay, but small. No real curtains to block out outside sun/light. Literally had two lights on light poles staring at me while I slept. Thankfully I'm a good sleeper and I can fall asleep whenever.     Arrived at 10:50 pm for check-in. A sign at the desk said to ring buzzer for assistance. Rang buzzer for 17 minutes before anyone appeared. The desk clerk was unapologetic, initially could not find reservation and then gave room keys that had already been prepared in advance. The next morning the same clerk did not get up from her chair, just told me to leave cards on counter, and that they only emailed receipts later. The hallways were extremely dirty with debris around doorways that looked like it had been there for some time. The condition of the room was far below what I have experienced at other Fairfield Inn hotels, with shoddy repair work on walls, Would not recommend staying at this property.

    House keeping was terrible. I stayed 5 nights. The room was never cleaned. I had to ask on 2 occasions to get towels and have the trash cans emptied. They complied with the first request. However after the 2nd request they didn’t do either. I had to go to the desk clerk and get towels. The money I sent I expected better service especially for the price I paid. I could have got the same results from a 1 or 2 star hotel for a lot less money. I will never stay at one again and will tell anyone not to waste there money on this hotel.

    Really run down and needs work. We were in transit so it was fine for a night but it’s shocking these places actually get rented without basic maintenance.

    I enjoyed my stay! I stayed in a King Suite. It was very comfortable. Walk in shower. Lots of space. Fridge and microwave. Service was great, it was pretty quiet during my stay. I would recommend and def be back when I visit again.

    All the staff are terrific!! Really nice. Connie, Jessica, Robert… everyone was really great! Comfortable bed and room. Breakfast was good too! Highly recommend!!!

    It was ok. It was a place to sleep. I love Marriott Hotels when we travel. This location though is outdated and under kept. The bathroom was in need of repairs, poor water pressure if any. The breakfast buffet was sad, zero maintenance on keeping it clean and there seemed to be no one around to replenish it. The check in was average and it was disappointing that the bed was not as comfortable as most Marriotts are.

    I will never stay there again! I stayed once and they gave my room away and then was going to charge me for another room and eventually gave me two rooms for inconvenience and the next weekend they billed me for the room again that was prepaid for and the whole floor smelled like marijuana and I still have not got my credit and it is almost end of August. Do not stay here!!’

    I left my make up bag in my room,it had some earrings in the bag,when I called to find out if the housekeeper turn it in,I was told no bag was found ! I guess it walked off!!!!

    The room was not clean , smelled of mildew and terrible location. It is right next to the train tracks and at least three or four times you hear the blast of the train horn.

    Check in was a bit slow as the lady didn’t know how to charge me for incidentals….Either with PayPal or a credit card. Fortunately, another guy was there to help her. She was friendly though. Later on in my room I saw I only had one regular coffee packet for in the morning, yet had 3 decaf. I wanted one more regular coffee packet. I called downstairs and the guy who answered didn’t say anything or maybe a delayed “hello”. Not too professional. A “front desk” would have been better than just “hello”. He did not have any regular coffee packets and didn’t know where to find any. He did not sound, at first, like he was interested in helping me at all. It would be a very good thing if your front desk people have coffee packets, regular and decaf available all the time ….guests like to make coffee in their room!!

    The room appeared fine AT FIRST, but upon closer inspection, i found a long, coarse black hair in one of the beds and the same bed looked as though it has been slept in, under the comforter. There were black pubic hairs all in the shower floor, and the room i reserved was supposed to have 2 queen beds and a couch, but the room we received only had 2 queen beds and a small chair in the corner. This would've been fine, had we not had 5 people, so 3 of us had to share ONE queen bed. I complained to the front desk about the hairs and the bed situation and, in regards to the beds, they told me it wasn't their fault, that it was Expedia's fault. As for the level of cleanliness, I was told the manager would contact me.

    Carpet and bed were wet with humidity in the room. Breeding ground for mold. Hair curled up in the room from the moisture. Horrible. Walking on the floor felt slimy.

    Worst part - representative had no intention to help instead of rudely saying - we are totally booked so that's what you need to live with. It was L3 Tennis Tournament , that is why all hotel got booked around.. Terrible.. Worst experience

    This hotel is old. First room they put us in the door didn’t even shut. Dead bolt was broken. The second room the door was still hard to open and shut. Also a big gap in the door where you can see out to it. Rooms were small. Front desk lady was not very friendly on arrival. The rooms were dusty too. I ended up wiping the counters and night stand down.

    Staff was rude. A/c noisy, treadmill broken, kept trying to charge for incidentals that were never used and wanted to charge hotel tax plus orbitz tax. Asked to see manager and he never came out or called.

    This property should not be branded as a Marriott. The sheets don't fit the bed. Even though the bathrooms have been updated the workmanship is terrible. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. Other than that it was a very negative experience.
