I had a disappointing experience and ultimately chose not to stay at this hotel. The rooms had an unpleasant odor, and I was initially assigned a room on the second floor that I was unable to access despite making two trips upstairs. I was then moved to a room on the fourth floor, which added to the inconvenience. Another issue was that the room phones were disconnected, making it impossible to contact family members staying in other rooms. Due to these concerns and the overall condition of the property, I returned my room key and decided to stay elsewhere. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations.

The staff was very friendly Everything the rooms were not clean, one room was missing the ac cover and the bed looked like it had been slept on.

You have to pay for what you need to cook.

People will literally let anybody in and they all looked liked Crack heads!!! I was scared to get on the elevator because u can oblivious hear someone getting robbed??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ I use to stay here 12 years ago and it was called value place which was nothing like what I experienced this past weekend and i can honestly say I'll never stay there again!!

You have pay for the pots and pans. Room was plain and could use some updates

Room was dirty. No front desk after hours. Kitchen cabinets missing doors. Uncomfortable bed.

They kept charging my debit card after my stay and brought my bank account to a negative balance. They weren’t able to find out why or who did it. It was very frustrating and I’m now having to wait several days for them to correct this issue.

The staff was absolutely beyond rude, we have stayed there off an on and never had a problem like we did yesterday, she was awful. We won't ever be staying there again, and there was also roaches and the room wasn't really that clean. The staff was terrible and was talking about us when we left.

Entire hotel reeked of weed. Front desk lady was so rude. She was hanging out with her friends in the lobby when we got there. Acted like my husband was bothering her to check in. Gave us the wrong room number so the key cards didn’t work. When he had to go back down to figure out why the keys weren’t working she was even more rude. Went to Wendy’s for dinner just down the street and received the same treatment. Head to the next town up for a stay. This one is not worth it

The staff were very friendly. The room was not clean 2 roaches in my room one dead near the bed and one alive in the kitchen. The bathroom was not clean. The room smelled moldy. The other guest staying there were nice. I did not stay the entire time. The staff at the front desk was great!

Checked in and was barely there for 10 minutes, did not feel safe, entire hotel smelled like pot, people screaming in the hallway. Booked another hotel immediately and just left. Don’t make this mistake

Typical example of don't believe the pictures you see on the internet. Property looks like a 9 or 10 online but in reality, it's a 4 or 5. Our rooms Microwave sounded awful and barely worked, the stove only had 1 burner that worked. You have to go downstairs and request new towels every night if you want them. Lots of noise from the rooms around and above us. Just wasn't as advertised and we won't stay here again.

The young lady on duty was very helpful and courteous, as we had some major family problems going on, but she showed souch care and concern. She made sure we were comfortable and never got tired of our questions or the many times we asked for help during our stay and my family 's phone calls. We really appreciated her.

Everything was great until I found an uninvited guess a ROACH! They are not doing enough pest control especially for an extended stay.

Do not stay here it is a crack house. We never made it to our room as keys didn’t work. We returned them to the front desk desk and left. People coved in urine in the hall. Run away

Well first off all I wasn’t able to check in neither did I get a refund for not stay at the hotel

We arrived and checked in only to have to change rooms because it was not cleaned, they didn't have enough towels for 4 people, the office closed at midnight so we couldn't get more until 9am,we had an event that started at 930 am.so we didn't get any. The room is spacious but could use a upgrade to make it more comfortable to stay. Our 2nd night we changed hotels

Bed is not good

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only concern was the shabby hallway around the office, leading to the elevator. The price was reasonable, and we definitely recommend the place.

Never got out of my car there were homeless people coming in and out of the woods across the street from the hotel hanging out by the lobby door call the hotel front desk to let them know the situation. They do not pick up multiple times for 30 minutes ending up going to another hotel for the night.

The phone number listed to call for assistance after hours did not work! I would not reccomend or ever stay there.

There was hair under one of the pillows.

We arrived at 6 PM and was told our room hadn’t been cleaned yet. So we had to wait an hour for it to be cleaned. It was very rough. Shower leaked. Lots of people sitting around outside in the sidewalk. Didn’t seem safe. Very old fixtures in room.

Didnt like it saying pet friendly then getting there and paying more for the pet to stay then the cost of 3 people made no sense

What a pleasure to come off a 13 day trip on road for family wedding and find a soft place to land. Room 123 is a gem for the handicapped. Roll in shower, wide passageway and in room kitchenette. Smaller bed but we slept well and the staff were so kind and helpful. So clean and peaceful. We stayed two days! We drive this route to our son in Ohio so we will be back. BTW there is laundry on site so we are going home with cleaned laundry!

The guy at the front desk that checked me in was awesome but the room was terrible there was hair and blood on the cover the room wasn’t full cleaned I had to clean my own room it had a smell in the room so I had to purchase cleaning solution to clean my room and freshen it up to my standards I had to really push on my door to open it up and push on it to close it as for as safety not safe at all to many people’s hanging out there and to much activity goes on there I understand it’s a place for people’s to stay that don’t have a place to stay but it’s to much goes on around that hotel

I slept all right but around 10 am housekeeping came knocking to see if I was checked out yet which woke me up from my sleep.

This property was inn horrible shape.

They have a refrigerator, but they have no ice and they have nothing to make ice in in the freezer. They did not have any way to get your things from the car to your room. She said the cart was broken so I had to make at least five trips to the car. Staff was nice. Room was ok

When we arrived to the hotel after booking on Expedia, we were told that the pet fees quoted by Expedia were incorrect. The fees are listed on Expedia as $5 per pet with a $100 deposit, however we were told the real fees are $50 per pet, and it is only $5 after a 1 week stay at the hotel. We ended up not staying there due to that.
