Great location Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The walls in the room were dirty, and overall the room did not feel clean. The decorative carpet was extremely dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Also, if pets are allowed, Booking.com should clearly specify that guests must provide vaccination records for their dogs. This requirement was not mentioned during the booking process, and it caused an inconvenience upon arrival. I hope the resort improves its cleanliness and provides clearer information for future guests 2/5

Great view and location The beds are very uncomfortable. Also it doesn't say you can't have 2 cars it only says free parking. The facility will only issue 1 parking permit per unit.

I like the fact that ocean was right there. I like the beach feel of the rooms. Staff was easy to wrk with and friendly. The rooms had a very thing you could need.

I was pleasantly surprised there is everything you need, including washing machine and dryer. We had kitchen with everything we needed -dishes, glasses, cookware. Location was perfect.

Ample free parking.Close proximity to nice beach, John's Pass & other attractions. Beach equipment in the condo like floating device, chairs & toys were a plus. Shower handle leaking. Pull light chain from living room ceiling fan was broken, so we couldn't use the light. Living room fan blades need cleaning.

Clean Newly updated Fully equipped Pretty view from balcony, looking at Marina One block from the beach and one block from John’s Pass with lots of shops and eateries

The view was amazing, the location perfect, the place was clean, comfy, and felt like home. Everything we needed was there! Fully stocked with all supplies for cooking and the beach and it made our trip easier especially when traveling from another state not to have to worry about bringing or purchasing all the extras. Also the pool on the property had music playing which was a nice touch. Property management/owners were exactly what one should expect, excellent! Couldn't name one thing we didn't like

The condo was great inside. Elevator smelled of disgusting garbage. Didn’t work and we had to walk down 5 flights of stairs. Property not being clean and in poor condition. Roof repairs going on and workers woke me up everyday before 8am

Beautiful, clean, cozy two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony in one bedroom and the other had a connecting door to the main balcony that overlooked the bay. Wonderful stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Just a short walk across the street to the beach or to all the shops and restaurants at John’s Pass! Going home ?

Location was amazing- right across the street from the beach. Price was so affordable, not sure if that is the case in season but we thought it was a great value. The unit was spacious, clean, decorated nicely and had so many beach related things we needed and didn't have to bring. Loved the pool and the large balcony. All furniture was comfortable and kitchen had all you needed. The building was under repair from the hurricanes so a few things were inconvenient but glad they are able to work on it and make it nice again.

Great location across from the beach and close to John’s Pass. Easy access from parking garage to unit. We had two cars because our group was from two different cities . There was only one parking spot per unit, which was a big hassle. The pool was in a strange spot with Gulf Blvd very close. The traffic was loud , and construction across street, so made it difficult to relax. We didn’t realize this unit faced the intercoastal instead of the beach , but it was still a decent view..The towel rack in the master bath fell off wall and gave us a scare. We needed more washcloths , only 4 were left for 4 people for 3 days. We found no linens aside from beach towels, and had to continually wash the same towels. Neighbors were smoking pot the entire time, and someone pulled fire alarm at 8 AM .

Only draw back was parking. We had family come with us and it was thirty bucks a day for us to park at John's pass and the is the absolute cheapest around. They do tell you one parking spot per room. Just somewhat of a surprise for us. The umbrellas around the pool were substandard. There's was only two and the wind had torn them up pretty good. Otherwise that place is the best place I have stayed since going down once a year.
