The location was close to the facility where I was appointed Huge dogs were everywhere and when I expressed my concern to the staff, it was expressed that it was my problem and not theirs since they welcome animals into the facility.

EVERYTHING!!!! The breakfast could be a bit better or different. My last few stays it was like the same breakfast. No new choices. Not a fan of the smoked sausages. Probably the cheapest way to go but something different would be nice.

I like the location. It was close to where I had to go and everything I may need was in the area. When I was trying to adjust the temperature in the room from cool to heat it seemed the heat would come on, but then blow cold air.

The bathroom was spacious with nice big shower. The bathroom amenities like TP, shampoo etc were cheaper varieties and towels are thin and scratchy with only minimal towels in the room. The staff was very friendly and nice. The hotel is older but pretty well maintained although the wallpaper was peeling in our bathroom and should be glued just to look better. The hotel is non smoking but our room had cigarette burns in the carpet so sadly someone broke the rules anyway. The price was great and good location so we’d definitely stay here again.

Tractor trailers and work trucks took up between 2 and 5 parking spots despite there being room on the access road curb. Not sure it’s fair to hold the hotel responsible for inconsiderate guests, but it definitely reflected poorly. I’d say there were 3-4 work trucks taking 2 spots each, despite not being oversized, 1 truck and trailer taking 5 spots, and one tractor (sans trailer) taking up 4 spots. I’m not sure what could be done, but parking was a concern every day.

Breakfast was wonderful. The best part was the pastry option: choices of mini blueberry or iced lemon-poppyseed scones that melted in our mouths. The rest of the breakfast choices were delicious as well. The applewood bacon wasn't fatty at all and deserves a thumbs up, too! If you went away hungry, then it was your own fault.

Hotel charged my card without my authorization, had to put in a claim through the card company. It is quick to charge my card but takes it awhile to get it back put on and incur charges. keep an eye on your account not sure what's going on here Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. Close to interstate and restaurants.

Clean room and great staff. Rooms are small compared to other Hampton Inns we have stayed at, but this may be the new normal. Breakfast was just ok. Very nice bathroom with great lighting. The room had minimum lights making it a challenge for 3 women to get ready. Safe area and I would stay there agin. Staff was accommodating when requesting a first floor room. Highly recommend.

Our room, a single king bedroom, had plenty of room. The shower had lots of pressure. Our fridge didn't work when we checked in late at night. The next morning I received a text from Destiny asking how things were going. I said that our refrigerator wasn't cooling. She said she would have it fixed or replaced by the time we got back. When we came back, there was a big refrigerator cooled and ready! The bed was comfy, pillows were adequate, I like a more full pillow. Air-conditioning and then heat the next night was quiet even for us country people. I will definitely stay here again. Good location with lots of food options nearby. Breakfast was scones, yogurt, bagels, waffles, cereal, juice, eggs/ omelets, sausage, potatoes, apples.

The breakfast was the the usual for Hilton. The property was in great shape. I will warn that this location is EXTREMELY NOISY! I specifically requested a room that was on the quieter side, as the interstate is on one side and a it is off a busy road. That was not honored so it was not quiet, as well as, the paper thin walls between rooms. Those next door were extremely loud and rude most of the night. Needless to say it was a pretty sleepless night. Very disappointing as we had a 12 hour drive a head of us. The front desk response was underwhelming. Find another location.

Room was quiet / opposite side of bldg from Hwy traffic, trade-off was it was on 5th floor at end of hall far from elevators. Had prob with door lock to laundry room / card failed to open but desk clerk went far beyond her duties to rectify - kuddos to her for superior service. I stayed 3 nites & price was reasonable. Brft was excellent with plenty of food choices. Brft service open until 9 AM & late checkout was much appreciated Parking was plentiful on both sides of bldg Nearby restaurant choices were numerous. Overall a great experience/ would highly recommend this hotel

Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and it was handy to have a fridge, and microwave to store our lunches for the next day. The breakfast was good and there was a good variety. Our granddaughter made herself a waffle drenched in chocolate syrup. This facility accepts dogs and, they and their owners, are assigned rooms throughout the Inn. Learning this at check-in, I hesitated at first, but Teresa at the desk, who was very friendly and understanding, took this into consideration in choosing a room for us, and even let me view it first. It was in perfect condition. We put the fan on throughout the night to muffle any dog sounds we might hear, but that was not an issue. We had a very good night sleep! Through Expedia, we got the cheapest price, so very good value and accommodations for a last minute decision. .

This was the best nights stay we have had the entire 14 days we have traveled. Modern, professional, helpful and so attentive to the details. Bed slept like a dream. We honestly wish we could have stayed a couple more days. Thank you for making our last day on the road a real winner!

Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. My only suggestion would be to offer more healthy breakfast options. Overall, my stay was great, and I would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn.

The door was sticking when it was opened & closed to our room. I could see that there was water damage to the ceiling. I feel there should be a fan in the bathroom. The young lady at the front desk at check in was very nice and courteous to me while checking in. Even when we came back to our room I requested another bottle of water, she graciously provided. The gym was very good, and gave us what was needed. The breakfast was fair, but again we were able to get what was needed. Fruit would be a nice addition.

Room was clean and well equipped. Did not use the Gym. Missed breakfast due to hour change we were late 10:10 am. Staff did accommodate the best she could. Perhaps the once a year when the time changes they could remain open til 11.

This is the WORST Hampton Inn I've ever stayed in!! I have pictures of the dirty room and videos of broken stuff in the room. There was a fire at 2 am, and the fire alarm wasn't loud enough for most guests to hear. Guests had to run down the hall beating on doors to wake everyone up like the 1920s. I would never stay here again.

I can't say enough of how appreciative we were to the hotel for allowing us to check in early. We had been driving all night in hopes to reach the hospital before my mother passed. Unfortunately, we did not make it and when we arrived the hotel desk did not even blink and immediately gave us access to our room at 8 am (we were expecting to be at the hospital all day). He even went as far as to tell us, "If you want breakfast we are serving until 10 am." I never been to a hotel that was so understanding. If there is ever a need to return to the area, they will definitely get my business.

The room I got in had hair all over the sheets on both beds and not pet hair either. The carpet was sticky and the side table when I wiped it the wipe was black!

Thermostat worked fine. Only alarming issue was the power went out in the whole hotel for like a minute. Glad it wasn’t longer or I would’ve left not feeling safe to stay overnight with a room that could’ve been easy for anyone to enter

I found the room to be comfortable, however, like most three star hotels, the pillows leave a lot to be desired. The carpets in the room are showing their age and feeling it as well. Hopefully they plan on upgrading soon. The staff was friendly and typical of this budget level. I must mention that I was very unhappy with the presence of a pet dog in the breakfast seating area. I know that many people love their dogs and their widely accepted, but I personally feel there is no place for a dog sitting on the furniture during a meal or frankly anywhere around my food.. allowing them in the hotel and staying in your room. I have no problem with, but keep them out of the eating areas unless their service animal in this was not a service animal.

Our second stay here and we had an ADA room which helps us greatly. The staff is so nice and friendly. Breakfast offers a wide array of foods. We like the 24hr coffee too!! Eatery is clean and staffed. Only draw back was our room heater. That thing was knocking all night and kept waking me up. (worked hard as it was very cold out though!) sadly I forgot to mention it in our way out. We will stay here again.

Our room was 421 and the door hung with every open or close and made a VERY loud noise. The bathroom slider door also needed repair and we could just BARELY get it opened and closed. The breakfast area also needs repair. The 1st day, I opened the drawer to get a scone and the whole drawer fell out onto the floor spilling all the scones. The 2nd day, I opened the scrambled eggs dish and a piece of the light fixture above fell out of the ceiling and into the eggs. The eggs were not replaced. Gross. We reported our room door problems and the light fixture incident. Hopefully the maintenance man is enroute.

The hotel was nice. The location was good. Most of the staff we interacted with were great. But, we selected this hotel over others in the area because the breakfast was included. However, when showing up for breakfast a full 45 minutes before the breakfast time was over, the food was not restocked. No eggs and requests to refill the empty waffle mix were met with “breakfast will be over in the next 30 minutes or so, so it makes no sense for me to refill at this point.” As a result, will likely pick a different hotel the next time I am in the area.

Awesome hotel! All the staff were so kind and helpful. I will be staying here every time I visit my daughters and granddaughters, which is about every couple of months.

I've stayed at this location more than a dozen times on business. Disappointed to arrive at a hotel advertising a fitness room to discover that both pieces of fitness equipment (elliptical and treadmill) were designated as out of service. The television in the weight room did not function properly either and the front desk person, while friendly, was not able to help. There also was a very odd smell in the corridors on this visit. Breakfast was predictable and solid; no frills, but certainly diverse enough to accommodate most tastes.

Checkin was quick. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The pool was clea. And refreshing.

The included breakfast left a alot to be desired. Fruit was 1 apple,and 1 orange. Breakfast served until 9:30AM, ate at 8:20 AM. No bagels, two muffins, orange juice was colored, tasteless water.

Loved the outdoor pool.

I stay at this hotel twice a year traveling back and forth to Maine from TN. It is an easy on/off the highway location. Staff is always friendly and their remodel is almost complete and it looks great. The only thing I miss about this location is they used to create small breakfast bags for those of us that had to get back on the road before the breakfast bar was open. THAT I do miss as I have to be on the road at 5 am to get to the next location.

$50 pet fee is steep. And of course I had already booked and paid through Expedia so I had no choice. I had to pay it.

Nothing stood out either good or bad. Room was nice, breakfast was adequate.

Check in was weird

Staff were very nice and helpful however, our room had a shower door that leaked and our room was below a mechanical fan/ noise that was maybe on the roof. It was loudest in the bathroom but could still be heard in the bedroom with the door closed. We stayed in room 522. Otherwise our stay would have been a 5. Thank you

The two young ladies at the front desk (May 4. 4:20 pm) were incredible. It was the most upbeat, courteous and cheerful greeting I have ever received checking in at a hotel.

Always great place, multiple times at this location. Can walk to many venues to eat or shop.

Easy access to I-81.
