Very convenient to where we were visiting. Beds were very comfortable. The water pressure of the shower was amazing. Perhaps the best I’ve ever had. The staff were very nice. The check in clerk leant my mom a stool so she could get up on the bed as they are very high. Their breakfast was pitiful. Apples, bananas (sometimes), two kinds of cereal, honey buns and Lil Debby oatmeal cakes. We had to buy breakfast every day. On the second day of our stay we came back to our room but the keys disabled. Had to see clerk to have them activated again. Annoying to say the least.

I like nothing, what i didnt like: Dirty and extremely badly kept building and grounds, full of weeds and dirt everywhere, Windows, corridors, tall grass full of weeds, electrical wires hanging, weeds over walkways, an endless list showing carelessness. It looked abandoned. It s well beyond bad. See above

One of the locks was broken, but the dead bolt worked. If I was traveling alone I would have changed rooms. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Disappointed that there was no coffee maker in room. $20.00 less than other hotels. One of the locks were broken. No coffee maker in room.

This was a nice motel room was clean appeared recently updated. Staff wasvery nice and accommodating. Would have given 5 stars but the bed was tall I couldn’t get in it but the office did bring me a step stool when I explained my issue, I’m 5 ft tall.

The first room had a water leak problem but she quickly took care of us and changed our room. It was clean and comfortable.

Room ok, staff ok. Breakfast choices/options not so good. Large truck/semi parking is good for them, but, very noisy. 11am check out is too early, should be at least 1pm.

Didn’t have what was advertised. No newspaper as advertised. No bottle water on premises. Water pressure in rooms very weak due to water saver devises.

This was a great place to stay. The staff was very kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was big, accessible, and very clean.

Friendly Front desk customer service. Rooms were spacious and clean. Walking distance to a few restaurants. And gas stations are nearby.

Check in took less than 5 minutes. The man who checked me in was very nice. The outside is kind of run down. Enterance to all rooms is outside. It was raining when I got here and all the sidewalks were pooling and the stairs were wet. My room is clean and smelled nice. It was quiet. Your very close to a McDonald’s and a Waffle House. I would definitely come back to this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay the night.

Bed was hard and a poor breakfast. Only down side to this hotel.

I did not enjoy hearing the people beside us being sick nor going in and out a lot. Was awakened at 5A.M. by what sounded like a dumpster being dropped and hearing a little while latter awakened again by the same sound. On the positive side coffee was good.

My bad. Traveling with my son and his pet, a dog, it's a little oversize, so it afected our room selection.

It was my mother, my aunt, my daughter and myself. We felt totally comfortable and safe...They staff was great..and yes we were very comfortable.

The door wouldn't open even though it was unlocked. I pretty much had to break the door to get into the smelly room. 1 sheet a thin blanket an even smaller than normal hotel shampoo.j

The atmosphere for this location is AMAZING. Very clean.

The air and heat unit didn't work property. It was extremely hot during the day and extremely cold during the night hours. The air unit would cut off on it's on and wouldn't come back on. I also found dirty sheets and towels stuffed under the bed. There was also no tissue in the restroom. House keeping never came to give me clean towels and bed sheets. Also the vending machine took my money and also I almost slipped and fell down while using the vending machine. Because there was a huge puddle of water next to the vending machine. I also complained about the air conditions to the front office and nothing was done about it or no opinions was suggested for my problem. I also had a hard time with the check in it took a along time before they found my reservation and I also had a problem with the time I was suppose to check in and the name that was showing up in the system for my room. It was aboustly horrible!

Look, it's an inexpensive place to stay. The service was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked. Appears that the room had been painted recently. The beds were comfortable and clean. Nice TV, clean bathroom and shower. Good working AC, what more would you need.

We had to get our key cards made 3 times. My wife was locked out at 3am after a trip to the vending machine. They cut our keys off one day before our stay was over. The toilet is hard to flush. Sink faucet leaks. The Continental breakfast is a joke. I would not advertise it. Only hot food is a waffle maker . Employees are nice with what they have to work with. This place would be my last choice.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and easy to find. We also wanted to have some BBQ and found the Smoke Shack BBQ right across the street. There was also a fine spirits store we needed within walking distance. The hotel is well maintained and the service was excellent. I would book here again. Recommended.

Room had a very musty odor. Carpet was torn. It was clean and comfortable for an overbite stay. The staff was better than the Ritz. If you require 4-5 star then not the place. Comfortable, pet friendly, kid friendly with great staff, then it's for you. Russell's restaurant is next door. Good home cooking with fabulous homemade pies.

The staff was nice. Hotel was in the middle of everything right outside of town.

Visiting family and friends we just really need a place to sleep. They were clean and comfortable. Nothing spectacular, but great for an affordable place to stay.

Fine overnight stay on the road.

A few Fritos Scoops left by previous guests and obviously missed by housekeeping. If you are looking for HDTV or an ample breakfast this place is not a good choice. Otherwise acceptable.

According to Hotels.com they are "pet friendly", this was very inaccurate. We booked a non-smoking, double bed room with 3 adults and two dogs. Once we arrived the lady working front counter was "very" kind and helpful and got us in our room in a timely manner. Once we started unloading, my son started carrying our luggage to our room and my wife and I got our two dogs out and let them do there business, in which we always pick up after them. The lady came out to where we had our dogs and stated we could not keep our current room if we had dogs. We had to relocate to a smoking room and pay a pet deposit and our dogs were only allowed in a certain area to do there business. After getting moved to another room which was a "HEAVY" smoked in room with the bathroom sink stopped up, mold on the shower curtain and no security lock on the door. With no other options available at this time of the night we made due. The next morning as we were preparing to leave we had our dogs out one last time and was approached by a lady whom very rudely asked that we take our dogs farther out into a vacant lot that had weeds knee deep. The entire experience was emotionally and physically taxing. Communication between Hotels.com and that actually hotels has to improve. "Customer Service" in America has become almost non-existent.

ABVI was purpose perfect. I didn't want to stay in Conway or Little Rock. The location, room cleanliness and comfort made this a quality value.

We didn't stay. It was stated in advance of our staying there that extra beds were available. They were not available, so we went to a different hotel. The hotel was disappointing. Especially after reading all of the glowing reports. Choose another hotel in Maumelle.

Room was suppose to be non-smoking but was saturated with the smell of cigarettes. Lighting was really bad- light over sink was flickering. Just not what the reviews reflected.

This is a decent hotel. Nothing was especially great except the gentleman at the front desk in the morning was very friendly and helpful. But it was fairly clean and quite comfortable.

I have never experienced Customer Service this great in my life!! Everyone was extremely pleasant without being phony. The place wad out of the way of where I meeded to be, but I would stay there again!!
