Nice place. Room was very pleasant. The bed needed replacement! Very uncomfortable and zero support. The room, itself was very nice.

THE STAFF NICE

Standard beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. The floors and surfaces seemed reasonably clean. The sofa pullout bed was terrible: negative support and blood stains. Absolutely unacceptable. Lots of dirty or poorly finished work - missing trim, tiles, etc.

The location was good, staff did their job, bed was comfortable, room was clean. Pool was nice. The shower was cold! Sheesh—never had that happen in a hotel before. Lighting was horrible—room was very dark and gloomy. Breakfast was so-so and coffee was sub-par. There was no fresh fruit or hard boiled eggs for those of is who have dietary restrictions.

I told the lady at the front desk that the toilet was not flushing she said that they did not have maintenance on call the breakfast was taken up 30 minutes early then it should have been dirty tub

Before I leave this, I need to say that the staff at the hotel was great, very kind and helpful however, when we arrived, we checked in 4 hours after check in time. When we arrived at our room, the door was open and the room had not been touched. One bed was completely stripped and there were dirty sheets and blankets on the sofa bed and the floor. There were no towels, wash rags, soap, or clean sheets or blankets. I had to walk all the way back to the 1st floor because there was also no phone in the room to call the front desk. I was told that we could leave the hotel for 45 mins to an hour so someone could clean the room, we were tired from baseball and traveling and wanted to go to bed, I said just bring me the clean bed clothes, towels, and cleaning stuff, we will clean it. That is exactly what we did. Then when we tried to shower, there was no hot water. We managed. The second night (yes, we stayed because we were tired), the lady at the front told us a trick to get hot water and even said as much money as the hotel had paid for the water system hot water should not be an issue. The breakfast was ok; they did not keep it stocked for the guests. The pool was nice and clean. Overall, I cannot say that I would stay here again due to all the issues that we had. We did receive a refund due to the issues... But again, very sweet staff who just kept apologizing for everything and tried to make things right, which they did by giving me the refund.

The room was spacious and really nice, especially for the price. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was also quite quiet for the hotel being full. We were just passing through but it was a good deal, clean, solid breakfast. If we spend time in the area, we may look into staying there again for a few nights.

This property has clearly had some kind of major water problem. It was after looking/smelling 3 rooms, did we finally settle on the 4th. We’re grateful that Robin was on staff that evening! She did everything she could do to find us a room that was not totally musty/moldy smelling. These rooms are so dark and dated, the property needs a major renovation. After returning from a quick bite, I went to shower but there was NO hot water, it wasn’t even warm. This was also brought up to Robin but after some investigation, she was not able to fix the problem. We still had NO hot/warm water this morning. I’m very thankful it was one night, otherwise I would’ve refunded anything further. It’s a shame this property was so misrepresented.

The room was large with a corner sofa offering a better relaxed seating area than most hotels rooms. The room rate was good and included a nice selection in the hot breakfast not often found with the rate charged.

Well breakfast was cool. However, on our first night's stay we had issues with guests above us making loud noises, I know wasn't your guys' control staff did speak? They did eventually quiet down one other issue I have was the hot water take forever to get hot in the bathroom for showering.

If you stay here and want breakfast plan on going to Waffle House right in front of the hotel.

Pet-friendly is always a plus with me. My Pomeranian goes almost everywhere with me. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. Anything extra we needed, all we had to do was ask and the staff would get it for us. A healthy breakfast is provided, but I prefer donuts or honey buns with coffee.

Breakfast was perfect inside of expectations, slightly rough part of maumelle, but again within expectations. Only thing I'd say is the location. The pool being just off a truck stop feels a little awkward.

Location is a bit hard to get out of due to traffic. Overall I would stay again.

The room has a leaky toilet. I told the staff and they said it was fixed. But when I went back to check it was worse. The staff was clueless. The floors also didn't have any noise insulation. If anyone walked outside I could hear their foot steps.

Room was updated to make an older building look remodeled. You could tell the room wasn’t done properly. Room lighting was poor to perhaps hide the flaws. The staff was friendly and efficient. It’s fine for a one night stay.

Beds are broken in the sofa. There was also a dildo in the sofa. Tv didnt work at first. But nice staff, good for price, have elevator, rollers for your items. Cameras! Glad they had cameras. Very important.

The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the room as in need of paint as it looked like the walls had been patched and never repainted. Even with this being a downfall that staff made up for these small things.

Bags over the smoke detector. Paint was chipping in the room. The microwave was in poor condition, leftover food and drinks in the mini fridge. Will not stay again.

In my room the ac didn't work properly. It have a big hole in the bathroom. Walking down the hallway it was lots of patches hole in the ceiling looks like they took the cheaper routes. The lady who checked me in was great she get a 5 star.

You can always tell when you walk in your socks whether they clean the floors or not. I think they don't do it very often. At breakfast someone burned a waffle and the staff didn't clean the machine all weekend long, so there were no waffles available. they have such a limited breakfast buffet that made a big difference. So we avoided breakfast there most mornings. I guess the pool doesn't open until Memorial Day so that wasn't available either. Towels were thin and our shower took 5 minutes to get hot water. The property was passable... but there is much better out there. This hotel was a last minute choice because our original choice was under very loud and messy construction when we arrived.

Awesome place to stay.

If you want to waste your money and then never see it again, this is your place. We booked through Expedia, checked in and when we got to our room there was black mold all over the ceiling, no running hot water and the fire alarm was disconnected hanging from the ceiling. We quick got our kids out of there for health and safety concerns and told the front desk. They said that when Expedia called them they would verify and issue a refund. Cut to months later, no refund. It doesn’t matter who I try to contact, I have no refund. This is the worst place I have ever stayed outside being in the military. Instead of booking your hotel just call health and safety on them. This place should be condemned.

No ice, shower temp was lukewarm at best. After my shower I am in the room and hear a knock - I head towards the door and staff had already opened our door and I was in my pajamas. I told them about the water temp - didn't help.

Easy parking near back door. Breakfast was hit and miss. Out of a lot if stuff at 8:15 first day. Suposed to last until 10:00. Second day it was great. Staff at front desk when I checked in was great!

When I arrived to check in, it looked dingy and smelled older. It did not look like the Bright clean place shown on the Expedia listing. The young lady at the front desk was just sweet as she could be and very friendly and helpful. I went to my room and I was horrified. It was dirty, looking, all chipped up on the walls, it was on a smoking floor, where the room itself was not a smoking room, but the musty smoke smell that permeated the area. It smelled moldy and mildewy, the bedding had dark stains all over it, it was literally the filthiest nastiest motel I have ever seen. I literally felt grossed out to touch anything in the room and was honestly afraid that it looked like the kind of place. I might get bedbugs. There was no hot water. When I notified the front desk staff that I needed to cancel my stay as I had reserved several days at this location and my Expedia booking said that it could not be canceled because it was already the day of check-in, we had to contact Expedia customer service who did issue a full refund because of the conditions. The young lady was so sweet and tried to show me some other rooms in theremotel that would be better, but honestly, I didn’t think they were that much better. When I was finally able to gather my things and leave , I noticed that mixed in with that cigarette smoke smell I could also smell marijuana. It definitely gave crack den vibes.

We stayed for one night, with a baby. When I called and asked for a crib they said they would bring one up. Several hours later we were informed the crib we called about was given to another room and they didn’t have any more. There was no hot water when we tried to shower, both late at night and first thing in the morning. The breakfast was okay but not much of a selection at all. And then we booked a non-smoking suite and as soon as we walked in everything was penetrated with the smell of cigarettes. The cleanliness of the rooms was relatively okay, and the staff was friendly.

The first room was the worst I have ever stayed in. Couch cushions ripped, smell was awful and the tile in the bathroom was broken. It was like it had never been cleaned, ever other than what was absolutely needed. The second room, with the wonderful help of the evening staff, was better. The pull out couch was completely broken and no hot water evening or morning. Breakfast food ran out 40 minutes before closing. Staff were not able to replenish. Expedia needs to do a better job checking on these hotels with their ratings. 8.2? More like a 2.8.

Most of the room was clean but the floor was filthy. Our feet and socks were pretty much black walking in the room. The toilet was not secured to the floor either. The room could use another light as it is pretty dark at night. The lady at the desk at check in was very friendly.

The night staff was very nice. How this place ever received an 8.4 rating is beyond me!! I would give it a 2.0 out of 10 at best!!

No hot water night of arrival or next morning! No manager on duty to deal with customer complaints. Owners are aware of problems of inconsistent hot water supply and still taking reservations with no warning. Hallway smelled of pot, staff (although sweet) was limited and not able to assist, ice machine was broken, the list goes on. Definitely requested a refund, which is in the works since no manager was available.

Pictures are misleading. This place is gross. Stayed for an hour and then left and went to a different hotel.

The front desk staff are always wonderful and very helpful. However, i’m not going to stay there again because there is no hot water for a comfortable shower. Had to wait over 8 minutes from for water to get slightly warm and not ever warm enough for a comfortable shower.

Rooms are old carpet is dirty, fire alarm went off a little after 4 in the morning, no hot water it was like warm.

Horrible experience. Property is dim, dirty and unkempt. Stinks of cigarette smoke. Not maintained. TV did not work. A fire broke out during the night due to poor maintenance and inadequate safety issues. Still fighting for a refund due to non-response of management. This place is a dump.

Run down building and rooms had musty smell. Breakfast was just a bunch of heated up mess. Beds were hard and rooms were run down while place really needs to be redone.

The staff were all wonderful and helpful. Check in was super pleasant snd the room was clean. The shower was luxurious, though, the water didn’t get too hot, it was warm enough and the pressure was fantastic. I found the bed too soft (I need super firm and am not easy to please when it comes to beds that are not my own, so this may be fine for others). Unfortunately, the breakfast didn’t start until 7am and that was the time I needed to leave so I only had time to grab coffee and go. My biggest issue by far was the street noise! It was like people were racing down the street all night and it was awful. That’s not really the hotel’s fault, though, I just wish I’d have had my noise cancelling headphones! Whatever you do, if you stay here, bring noise cancelling headphones or ear plugs!

We got the king size bed with a sofa bed. Planned on using the pull out sofa bed but when I pulled it out it had no sheets on the mattress and looked like mold and/or dirt was all over the mattress. The king size bed was fine and clean. The shower looked half way cleaned and TV remote battery was going dead; when I tried to call the front desk using the hotel phone it would not go through so I had to go there for pillows and blankets. The staff was friendly and great, but the overall quality of the stay was not in great and won’t be staying again.

The greatest check in person I have ever met is Robin. She went above and beyond to help me. She is a hard worker and a credit to the Quality organization.

Staff members were friendly but not well supported. Example: staff were apologetic to guests at breakfast because offerings already very limited and they were out of bowls, milk. Staff searched for other items through cabinets. Property needed a lot of maintenance. Had been painted recently but just painted over a lot of damage. Our room smelled like feet and cigarettes.

I forgot my camera at the hotel, only realized almost 20 mins after checking out from there. and the lady operating the front desk answered my call with ease, relieved me quickly, returned my gadget to me upfront when I got there. Thank u so much!

Property is worn out. Bed made you roll to center. Convenient to a great pizza place next door, gas and right of interstate.

The hotel is well kept and safe. We loved the fact the its walking distance to Jim's Razorback pizza (which was delicious) and a short Uber ride to Overtime. Everything was clean, and the breakfast (especially the massive DIY waffles) is fantastic. 10/10

It was a nice stay at a decent price!!! The staff was professional and friendly, the rates weren't bad (especially for Maumelle), the room was good (the sofa bed wasn't comfortable but the bed was great), the pool was nice and clean, the breakfast was pretty good with decent options and I'd DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place at an affordable price!!! Oh and it's walking distance to Subway, Waffle House, and the gas station...

Everything was wonderful

My wife wanted a hotel with a pool. I booked based on the pictures and reviews. Upon arrival, the pool looked like a swap. Also, the room was very small for a king bed.

The room was great, all but the tub. It was supposed to be jetted an wouldnt work. The bed an space was nice an cozy. Breakfast was amazing. The pool was nice an warm. All in all i give it a 10, an will definitely be staying again.

The beds were comfortable, but the room had a musty smell and the "deflector" on the A/C unit was broken so that when the curtains were closed, all of the cold air was trapped by the curtains and just cooled the window.

This place was last minute and turned out great! The front desk employee that checked us in was awesome. I think his name was Michael but he was great and such a hard worker. He was just getting everything done even helped with me getting work done for my job when I was having issues. He assisted me in getting what I needed to get my work done and I am grateful! Will definitely stay here again!

Best place around the area

This hotel seemed to be undergoing renovation--there was no remote and no telephone in my room. The bathroom door looked as though a mirror had been removed and left a stain from the glue. In the morning, the water was turned off due to a leak. That meant no shower, no teethbrushing, no flushing of the toilet.

Nice small convenient hotel, felt clean and safe but was nothing special. Room had no ceiling lights accept the foyer and bathroom. Breakfast was ok but no fresh food. Overall rating we gave it a 7/10.

The pool was closed. Apparently hasn't been open yet this summer but there was no mention of that on google or expedia. The pull out sofa bed was broken. One coner of the bed wasnt attached and fell. The breakfast was decent and stayed available till 10am and the lobby looked kool with the led lights on the floor. My experience i will never book with a third party again. The hotel was going to give me a discount for the pool being closed and the bed being broken but because i booked with expedia they couldn't discount my stay.

It was just an overnight as wr we passing through, but it met our nerds and was a nice place to stay.

Hotel was good! Main complaint is the pool was closed, (no water in it), & nowhere was I notified until we get there. The pool was 1 of the reasons I booked this hotel.

Quick stay on our trip, traveling with 5 people, and the Quality Inn has rooms that sleep 6. This was perfect. We checked in late, but the lady at the front desk was still cheerful! The beds were comfy, breakfast had eggs and sausage, waffles, cereal, and other pastry-type items. We felt safe and left well-rested.

Check in was simple, lobby was clean and smelled good, anything past that was a tad dated-not terrible though. The room did smell musty, however the air wasn’t on so could have just been the stale air. The beds were comfortable and clean. NO BUGS were seen so that’s a plus. I will say I noticed there was what appeared to be a smear of blood on the shower curtain, none of us were bleeding from anywhere so it wasn’t any of us. We just didn’t mess with it. For the short amount of time we were there it was good for the money. Breakfast was good.

This was a wonderful hotel! I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the place was, and it seemed as though everything was fairly new. I normally choose the Marriott when I visit the Little Rock area, but if I had to stay in Maumelle again, I would stay here.

While the service was good, this hotel is quite run down and in need of some freshening up. There were several spots where paint was missing or didn’t match, one outlet didn’t have an outlet cover, and there were stains on the bed skirt.

1 night baseball stay, great for the price! Shower water was either scolding or cold, no in between. Bed comfort was great. Overall, slight smell noted from no air running in actual room, but once air conditioner was on, felt crisp and clean. Would stay again.

Staff was very friendly, however they could not accommodate adjoining rooms like requested. The hideaway bed was absolutely disgusting and the hallways and room smelled. The breakfast was hot and satisfactory.

I checked in about 1045 or 11. I made a reservation earlier. Long story short, i only stayed in tje room for 2½ hours once i went to the bathroom there was mold on the ceiling and damage to the door. When i called the number down stairs no answer. I went down and it was empty but i could hear like sweeping or something so i just left the key at the desk and left. Disappointed!

We switched rooms twice because of stains on the bed. The next room had stains on the bed. Smelled horrible in the room and smoke smell everywhere.

The condition of the property was poor inside. Hair dryer and phone did not work…..breakfast was a joke.

I liked the flooring in the room and the big containers of shampoo and cream rinse.

I enjoyed my stay but I learned a few lessons. First of all, get a hotel with NO pets, try to avoid hotels getting renovations, and lastly, reserve a handicap room so the toilet is higher. Us tall people have a hard time with the tiny toilets. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was awesome!

The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel itself was not the cleanest. It smelled horrible to me. There was a thick stench of cigarette and marijuana smoke in the halls and in our room. The air conditioner in our room got cold but the air also felt wet/moist. There was hair in the shower walls which to me indicates it wasn’t cleaned beforehand. The tv did not work. It came on but was on the same channel, we could not change it at all no matter what we did. The breakfast was little options and not anything to brag about. We only stayed for a quick turn-around trip so it sufficed, however we will not book again.

The property was good overall for the price we paid. It was in a great area for what my family needed.
