Everything was very clean! Only issue is the elevator broke for part of our stay- but they got it resolved quickly! Staff was friendly, in a safe area, we took our child to a concert in little rock and this was the perfect place to stay. There is a Scooter's coffee right across from the hotel. Overall a great stay! Safe feeling.

We loved our stay here! The street leading up to the hotel was deceiving but the hotel was nice and tucked behind a coffee shop that we love!

This hotel charged me $250 security deposit because the address on my DL was the same city as the hotel. I still have not received the deposit back.

The breakfast bar was good and the staff were all very nice. Upon entering our room it smelled musty. The bathroom floor and the carpeting weren’t as clean as they should have been. Our Kleenex box was near empty. Our heater was not working properly. It was so loud it sounded like a bearing or the motor was going out. The morning we left our shower drain was plugged and I stood in 2” of water, my husband could not shower. It finally drained about an hour later. Not a good experience. We had stayed there once before and it was fine, but we won’t be back.

We only spent one night and mainly was just there to sleep, but the hotel was nice and beds were comfy. The only issue we had was the pancakes were coming out with raw batter in the pancake machine at breakfast so we went elsewhere to eat breakfast, but overall I do recommend you stay here! They do have several other breakfast options to choose from.

Brushing my teeth, getting ready for bed the sink would not drain properly ! The next day, I noticed something was obviously spilled on the table near the lamp . ( I brought Nothing in the room with me. I did not do this. ) could’ve been clear, fingernail polish, or something like that . Made me wonder , How clean the sheets I was sleeping on really were ??

Our first room was on the first floor and when we asked to be moved, we were told no. Come to find out, the air in the room also didn't work so when we asked a different staff member, she moved us without an issue. The second room was okay. Breakfast was good but the eating area was extremely warm so it made it hard to eat at the tables.

For some reason our tv had a problem. The staff came up immediately and fixed it. I forgot (I thought) my personal items. I went down stairs and told the staff. They were so accommodating. We three laughed when I told them I was a hot mess. They were genuinely caring. The breakfast was probably the best I have had at a hotel. Best hotel in Maumelle for sure. This was my third stay with them. You definitely will not go wrong staying there. The room and bed was outstanding. Book there and you won’t go wrong.

The place needs a serious deep cleaning. The bedroom itself was clean enough… but the bathroom needed work. The grout in the floor needs to be cleaned, the shower floor was grubby looking and there were multiple hairs in the shower. The pool was also gross. We didn’t realize quite how gross until my husband and boys were already in. It had a green tint to it and clearly needed to be scrubbed down, bugs floating around, but the worst part was the tile around the edge- so much build up people had literally scratched their names into it. Attaching a photo so you all can see. If you’re not planning to use the pool, it’s a decent overnight stay for the price, but if you have a family with littles who need to use the pool to get energy out after a long drive, I would recommend finding another place. Breakfast was good- they had cinnamon rolls which was not expected, but were enjoyed! They have a fancy coffee machine and the coffee is legitimately good! There is also a Scooter’s coffee shop as you leave the parking lot of the hotel. Walmart and Fast Food places are about 8 minutes away and close together. Could be a really great stay if they get serious about their deep cleaning!

After Comfort Inn canceled my husband’s reservation as we were driving there, we were lucky enough to get the last room here. The staff was great and the hotel clean and everything we needed.

I had requested Maintenance to unclog the shower and nobody ever went. Also there was no vent in the restroom.

It looked nice on the outside, but when you enter it had an odd smell. The pool was green with hair floating everywhere. We got this room because it had so many beds for our large family and we couldn’t use the pull out sofa because there were stains on several places on that and looked like dirt or bug particles on it. The door in the 1 room wouldn’t close without getting stuck, and there was a hair clip that was not ours left in the bathroom. We asked them what they would do about it and said they can’t give a partial refund only amenity points. What can we do with that?!? We do not recommend this one!

We checked in late and left early. The beds were so comfortable and I love that are dogs are able to travel with us! The front desk ladies were all very polite and helpful.

Easy access to I-40 interstate. Between Conway and Little Rock. Makes travel to kid friendly things to do. Urban air and trampoline in Conway, zoo in Little Rock, Burns park in North Little Rock, indoor swimming pool that my grandson spent a lot of time in on rainy days. Breakfast every morning, every staff member was courteous and accommodating.

Overall it was a good stay. The tv in my room did not work and the staff did everything they could to get it to work. But in the end we only was able to watch two stations. This was do to a former guest messing up the smart tv and not reconnecting back. They should have said something to the facility but you can't expect the facility to be a mind reader. Other than that it was great

The room and bathroom both had a bad smell and the tv would not work. The employee could not get it to work either. My plan was to have a family movie night and this room was not cheap. I felt so badly for the employee bc the first floor was literally flooding from a broken pipe when we checked in and she didn’t have time to deal with the flood bc of how busy the front desk was at that time. We hope to avoid this place in the future. It seems to be understaffed and it was not the employees fault for any of this.

Was put on the 1st floor next to the swimming pool, and door entrance/exit. The people above us must of had kids, running all night slamming things on the floor. The doors slamming open and close until about midnight from people outside smoking and tons of traffic. Ask front desk to be moved about 11pm was told it would calm down eventually, we had to be up by 5:30am, front desk would not move us.

Great stay. Ice machine on 4th floor not in service and they use a lot of air freshener. If you have allergy issues proceed with caution. It smelled good, just way too much of it.

I was in town for a wedding and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for one night. The service was great. Breakfast was also good. The only issue I had was my initial room the TV didn’t work and the safety bar on the door didn’t work. I requested a room change for these issues and it was quickly remedied with no issues. The room was a decent size and clean. The other small issue was they were receiving deliveries the following morning, so the sitting area was full of pallets of supplies and made it difficult to be in that space. But that was a small issue. Overall my stay was good and I would stay again.

Very nice, clean room. Very quiet night. Lots of good choices for breakfast. The design of the room was a little strange. The light for the bathroom was outside the bathroom door but on the hinge side which made it a pain to turn on and off because of the placement and also because the door was really big and heavy. You have to wonder who designed it. Other than that everything was safe, clean and very convenient.

The listing advised the property may be under construction. What it didn’t say was that chairs couches picture frames furniture would be all over the back lot. That the pool gym and laundry services were all closed. And yet they charge the same price. I would not stay at that holiday in again. They were redoing the tile and all of the facility. It was half painted. Honestly, it was just a mess. Shame on Holiday Inn for not simply closing down the hotel for three weeks or a month and doing a complete remodel so people didn’t have to go through all of that.

Hotel is completely under construction inside and out. Made note on reservation that I had service dog and got there and desk said no animals allowed, period. I asked her to call her manager and she got enlightened. It was a hassle and hotel is a disaster. However, once to room it was lovely but not all to clean. I would consider staying again when construction is complete but not until then. Hotel needs to update their website stating it’s completely under construction inside and outside area is littered with old furniture and pictures. Stairs were disgusting dirty.

BEWARE - Room had bed bugs. They weren’t just on the bed, but on multiple walls too. Babies, full size, they were all there. It was the best thing we could’ve walked into after 12 hours of driving. Hotels response was imply that we brought them but we had only been in the room for about two hours so how could we have spread them around the room that quickly? First time seeing one and with any luck (and our bagged up luggage) it’ll be the last time.

Usual local stay. Requested top floor away from elevator and a tub. Got a room right off elevator with just a shower. Was woken up at 8am with loud banging. Light sleeper so wasnt a,great night of rest

Positive it isn’t horrible. And we stayed in the room. The men’s lobby bathroom was out of service. The room smelled like a basement when we walked in. Shower floor wasn’t clean well. There was some sort of construction going on and hammering for an hour. Our room was supposed to be handicap accessible but the toilet was low. Luckily I travel with a raised seat just in case. The handicap parking is up a steep slope.

The beds were a little hard but the room was clean and quiet and we were only stopping for a few hours of sleep before continuing on our trip so it was not an issue. Overall we would stay here again if we were passing through.

Hotel was fine for 1 night. It was conveniently located. Bed was good. Breakfast was good. Some minor repairs were needed.

But they set my arrival on 11 September, and mentioned no show and charged $437

Once we finally got into the room, we found a disgusting stained chair (I wish I could post the pictures I took) and no curtains that close on the window, so we had a bright light shining in all night. I asked for a different room but was told there are none available. Do not recommend.

Then when I go to my 1 bedroom suite it was awful! The furniture was dingy, dirty and stained. All the walls were dirty and scratched up. The carpet was torn and horrifying. There was even a boger on the bedroom wall by the bed. It smelled moldy in the room also. We ended up leaving and not staying. We needed somewhere to congregate and get ready for an event so after we did that we just left and went back home. The room was just too gross to sleep peacefully in. Needless to say I will never go back nor refer anyone to stay there.
