The building exterior, grounds, lobby and breakfast area were very nice. The room was very clean. The room’s full length mirror (that had been attached to the closet door at one time) was sitting on the floor and leaning against the wall. The room had some cosmetic issues (ie: old cigarette melt marks on top of the coffee maker, crack in the front vanity panel, lots of little holes in the desk chair -maybe from a cat?) but OVERALL it was all acceptable for the price. The metal bed frame made a bit of noise when turning over in bed. The only true disappointment was that the breakfast was extremely bare bones. It looked like they put out only enough food to be able to say they had a breakfast. It just like they were paranoid of guests abusing the breakfast. There’s a balance between presentation, risk and the appearance of being stingy. This came of as stingy. HOWEVER…the stay was nice because the price was reasonable. All the staff were friendly.

Room were pretty clean. Staff were polite and friendly. The only issue was the water outage over 6hrs with no telling of return.

The hotel and property was okay. I did have an issue with getting locked out of our room and it caused a very big inconvenience. What I recommend this property or hotel? No if you're traveling and need a quick place to rest. Overnight is not that bad

The hotel was located near many fast food places. The staff was incredibly rude, the room was in poor condition, the sheets were stained when we came in and checked our beds but when we checked out they with held half of deposit saying we damaged a towel that simply had to be washed. I will NEVER stay in a Baymont again.

Nothing ! If we hadn’t been traveling for 36 hrs and needing a shower and a short sleep, we would of left We even left before “the free breakfast “ afraid of what it would be. The clients that came into lobby while checking in were loud, and boisterous and uncomfortable. Complete dissatisfaction of room . Very run down. Shower curtain falling off, shower dripping, afraid to walk on worn out rug in bare feet, spiderwebs and cockroach in corners

The pictures did not match the property!! I don’t generally take the time to leave reviews but this is a must! This should not pass as a Wyndham hotel by any standards! Our stay was thankfully short but still horrendous! Initially they sent us to a room with a completely broken off door handle- we didn’t even walk in the room! Front desk then set us up with another room and it was equally disgusting. I wouldn’t even let my kids walk barefoot in the room at all. The carpet had stains, little rips, and paint all over it, let alone the fact that it was sticky and STUNK! Due to the long distance we traveled for our kid’s sports game, we had an evening check-in but thankfully left by 7am. Best part- this place had the audacity to have people sign agreement to a $250 charge in case any smell of smoke or damages were left! How in the world could they tell who does what in their hotel, unless they just scam people for their own disgusting benefit! Never again!

Nothing, I didn't even stay. It was very old, scary, people were all outside the facility, and soon as we walked in the room smelled horrible and a spider was on the wall.

Not in a good location. Ice machine didn't work Ac in the room never got cool. 4 out of 5 cups at breakfast leaked coffee. Staff never asked if we needed anything. Or said hi or good morning until I said it first. I want be staying there again.

Was clean and in a good location The night staff were not very friendly and were constantly speaking with their family members in a different language while attempting to check me in. The morning desk clerk was much more on track.

The bed was comfortable. The room was in shambles. The soaps were empty or nearly empty. Everything was filthy in the room. The carpet transition was torn and had sharp edges. There was a burn mark of an iron on the carpet. The toilet seat was broken. It was hard to sleep comfortably between the road noise and the overall disrepair of the room. The free breakfast consisted of 4 rotten bananas and a few yogurts.

Location was ideal for our route of travel. Place was dirty, especially the bathroom and chair. Tub faucet dripped non stop. Also, there wasn’t a lot of hot breakfast options. Waffle was the only item you could get hot.

When I first checked in, my tv didn’t work and so they moved me to another room. Mind you, this was at like 10pm. Got to my second room and that tv didn’t work either. Next morning I had to move again to a room where the tv worked after the front desk fella checked to see that it did work. This is a hotel where people live. I don’t think many are reserving a room. People outside smoking blunts. Ac/heater barely worked. Torn up shower curtain that wouldn’t even close on either end so water got all over the floor. No coffee in room. People who had a room on the other side of the hotel, smoked a blunt in the bathroom and it came into my room. It was disgusting.

This stay was OK.. the staff was very kind, the room itself had a funky smell even though it was non-smoking… The rooms definitely need to be updated, the lamp didn't turn on and neither did the blow dryer and as far as the bathrooms there was mildew on the ceiling which was a turn off unfortunately we did not get a chance to go to the complementary breakfast... for the price I overall I would give it 4–5 out of 10

Just needed updates

Front desk staff was friendly and nice. The hotel is run down and needs a lot of work. The chair in the room and carpet was so dirty it was unbelievable. Had rented the room to get a quick few hours of sleep after a red eye flight. The house keeping was so loud knocking on doors and rolling carts you couldn’t sleep.

Everything was available in the rooms, food is within walking distance, close to the interstate and also the Atlanta Motor Speedway. We went to the Stars, Stripes and White Line Truck Show.

The bathtub was grimy and the appliances were outdated. There was no breakfast available when I checked out at 10:50 am and the wifi lagged. One thing I can say was that the place was quiet and check-in and out was quick and easy. I would stay here again but certainly not for the price I paid.

Instead of a waffle maker like most places, they had a pancake maker. My daughter's were perfect, but mine came out larger and undercooked. The only syrup available was sugar free.

This hotel was the filthiest hotel I’ve ever walked into in my entire life. I told the guy at the counter that I could not stay there that I wanted my money back because it was absolutely disgusting. That place should be shut down until it’s cleaned.

Bathroom door broken would not close. Microwave did not work. Tv remote not working. Bed was clean and somewhat comfortable. A little soft.

We traveled to see family. The hotel is outdated stained sofa in the room. We only slept 2 nights beds are comfortable but stained sofas did not have to remain in the room. Breakfast was decent. For the price it could have been a little bit better. Housekeeping and staff was friendly and was always seemed cleaning. A little upgrade would definitely give this place 4 stars

Black mold on the ceiling of the property and nowhere on the Expedia website did it inform us cats are not allowed so my cat had to sleep in the car.

A/C was extremely loud! A dirty wet towel was in the refrigerator/freezer when we got there. At 1230 am a big chunk of ice fell out of the freezer.

Before 8a we stopped by the front desk, returned our key, and said that we were checking out early and why. The clerk apologized and said that we would NOT be charged for the second night. Although he was friendly, that turned out NOT to be the case. At home, called to followup. Directed to call Customer Service. Number given would not accept the confirmation number provided by Hotels.com. Unable to reach anyone who could help. Gave up. They won. The best thing about the room was the plethora of USB outlets. Carpet was filthy. Same with armchair. Bed was okay. Pillows were small and scarce. TV had no guide. and limited programming that you have to scroll through and guess at. Breakfast was small and sad. I would not recommend... IMHO

After calling to confirm our dogs are allowed, the front desk was challenging their being there. The coffee maker was gone, no cups, missing light bulbs, missing toilet paper, daylight under the door, and poor parking if you have a trailer. We will NEVER stay at a Baymont again- no matter how much more money we need to pay.

I would also like to see real recycling instead of a container labeled “trash” and “recycling” that went into one bag.

When we walked in to check in for the night the lobby chairs were so dirty & dingy. Red flag! We got to our room & the light switch by the door didn’t work/ turn on we had to use the lamp by the bed for light. There was a black hair/pube in the sheets when we lifted the covers, old chipping paint, the ceiling had bad patch jobs, typical stay for the price unfortunately. I wouldn’t recommend staying at an Wyndham hotel unless there wasn’t anywhere else to stay. The front desk guy was friendly tho.

Delay in getting linens and trash bags

Very disappointed with everything about this property. Front desk to housekeeping. The property is very dirty, moldy, unkept. Lets start at the front desk. Agents are all of different cultures and english is not their first language so its very hard to communicate with them. There is no "Hot Breakfast" this is their menu (waffles, bagel, few mini muffins, unripe bananas, cereal and coffee) where is the hot breakfast. I stayed for 4 nights and my room have never been cleaned. I even went and ask the front desk to have someone go and clean the room. They never did. The carpet is outdated I was scared to walk without shoes. Everywhere in the room is filled with mold (black mold). I think the city need to be called and an inspection need to be done. Very nasty place

The couch however, was filthy! it was covered in stains and extremely worn. We did not take off our shoes as the carpet and floors were dirty. We dropped some ice on the floor near the sink and wiped it up. The cloth became so dirty I had to try to clean it with soap in the sink.

We had three rooms and all three had foul smells (one smelled like cigarettes and weed, and the other two smelled like intense perfume). We were missing lightbulbs in sockets, found hairs in our towels, and the shower heads sprayed all over the place (and one broke off completely when it was repositioned). We were just really disappointed. We didn’t have high expectations because this was only intended to be a place we stopped to sleep for the night, but the issues impacted our experience and short stay.

It was less than expected from the pictures and a little noisy from a next door room TV. I'd rate it at near four star.

This is a dated property with some obvious upgrades, but others needed, such as new carpet. Although very close to I-75, it was quiet. My biggest complaint is that the HVAC unit was noisy and it did not produce any heat no matter the temperature setting. Given that my stay was the weekend of a NASCAR race, the price was very reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay for the most. The room was nice & clean. However the bath tub stopper did not work. Breakfast was nice. Price of room was perfect for overnight stay for a woman conference. My biggest disappointment was the hotel was supposed to be a 100% smoke free hotel. We ran across most guests smoking.That is why we will not stay there again.

This facility was dark in the lounge area they sent the guest to the back side of the hotel it didn’t feel safe for me the doors were not secure enough for me. They I asked they guy to cancel my reservation for the next day, he told me he had canceled my reservations but I was charged for the next day even though I didn’t stay there and they would not call me back or try to give me my money back. I was very disappointed with this whole experience. I did not sleep the whole night because of the constant noise outside my room.

Bed covering was tattered and had holes. Insects in the sink. Toilet area reeled of urine. Large stain on upholstered chair. Shower leaked water all over bath floor. Desk clerk could barely understand or speak English.

Carpet was ragged and dirty. It looked like an old 50s motel. Blinds were ragged. Ac unit sounded broken and noisy. Bathtub had hair in it. They had a nice breakfast though.

The guy checking everyone in was nice but seemed bored to be there. The door to the room looked like someone had tried to beat it in but it was secure enough. There were stains on the lounge chair and the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I did my usual check for clean linens, bed bugs, and cameras. Everything checked out there. The coffee maker had hair on and in it. The water in the shower was brown when I turned it on and I had to run it for a few minutes but there was good pressure. The lights in the room were weird. I had to figure out which switch turned on the lamps because there were a few that didn't work. The phone also didn't work. The AC was loud and cranky and you could hear the wind from outside whistling in through the unit. Overall, for a place to sleep I guess it was ok. I wouldn't stay here again though. The price should definitely be lower than $100. It was more suited to Motel 6 prices in the $50s.

Horrible stay, blood on the bedspread, multiple stains on the chair. Tried to check out almost immediately was told we would not get a full refund because we were there more than 20 mins!! It definitely wasn’t much longer than 20! We left! Ended up only receiving one night refund! Complete bs!
