Everything was great except for the breakfast area. The food was mostly empty and not getting refilled.

When I am passing through this is my go to stop. It is clean, safe and has decent food nearby.

Shower was dirty, breakfast not good, and pool area broken. Staff was not helpful or welcoming. My kids did enjoy the very large rooms and pool size. I would not stay here again.

New , clean and quiet. The ladies that serve breakfast are smiling and always working and helpful. The personal at the front desk are kind and helpful. That my room keys had to be rekeyed every day just to get back into the room. It's frustrating and inconvenient.

Check in was easy and front desk employee was so nice. Room was clean and spacious. Check out was a breeze The only thing I have to say is that the bed (in a handicap room) was super high and hard to get up and off of for us. But not a real big deal.

My stay at the BW hotel was great! Everything was clean and the hotel stay was professional and friendly. My room was spacious and well stock with all the things that would make you feel comfortable. I look forward to coming back again.

My room was not clean. It was dries up apots of pee all on the toilet floor had trash on it. It was not a pleasant experience and I do not recommend anyone to stay there.

I received exceptional customer service at the hotel. Front desk staff were amazing.

Our room was clean and had a fresh smell. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were fresh. The bathroom shower had safety guard rails on every wall (which was great especially for people needing to feel safer). The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room cards needed recoding each time after leaving the property, being too close to key fob or magnetic cards (It was a bit irritating however the staff was very pleasant and aware of the situation). Free parking, decent pool, and a small workout room. Breakfast was pretty busy and had only one person to handle the task of setting up, preparing food items, maintaining restock, keeping the dining area clean in addition to attending to special requests items. The attendant was both pleasant and very helpful but over extended with the multiple tasks. She was exceptional, please increase her wages she definitely deserves it!! As for the breakfast itself the seem to rotate items, but basically waffles, scrambled eggs, assorted breads, cereals, a few fresh fruit items. Breakfast was decent and if course included. Coffee was nice and strong.

The staff who checked us in was amazing- unfortunately the room was not. We arrived at 830 PM, went to room and there was urine in the toilet, melted cheese in the microwave, hair and crumbs all in the sheets and like candy wrappers all over. I knew for the price this wasn’t going to be 5 stars by any means. It did what it needed to do for a quick one night stay.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Clean and comfortable rooms. Downfall was the hot tub is filled in with concrete so don’t believe the pictures. Also internet and cable were down while we visited.

The front desk woman was great! Super friendly! The room was okay, beds weren't the best and pillows were small but the room itself was clean. Breakfast wasn't bad but wasn't great. The lady in charge of the breakfast didn't wipe down tables so we had to clean our own. Options for breakfast were good, there was a variety. Overall it was ok stay for one night.

The staff at night were exceptionally helpful to me and my children! There weren’t any issues in getting me and my children some plates and napkins, even brought towels to the pool for us. I don’t remember the guy’s name from the desk, but I remember him having dreads and always smiling to may walking in.

Check in staff. Plenty of parking. clean room/bathroom. Outside clean and very quiet. Breakfast was lacking only because there were a lot of people when we went down and everything was gone. We waited a few minutes and some additional food came out, but wasn't enough for everyone. Yogurt machine was also empty.

The black out curtains weren't the best. Light came in from between the curtains and underneath. The beds were comfortable but again, could have been better. Just personal preference.

The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in in a hotel. The area around the hotel was very quiet.

Everything was great. I think breakfast should at least go to 930. There were some big groups this weekend. My husband went to eat at 830 but because of the crowd could get to the food at until 855. They closed it while he was trying to get food. Other than that no problems.

It was a pretty nice stay. Staff was nice. Pool and room were nice. Room could have been a little more clean.

Friday and Saturday night there was people above us that were extremely loud but other then that it was great

Room smelt like cigarette smoke especially every time the heater unit turned on and blew across the drapery. Also front desk worker was outside hugging on his girl while people were inside waiting to check in. He did apologize for the wait. When he finally came back in he just hopped over the front counter instead of walking around. Not very professional in my opinion. Breakfast was good and room was decent size. $101 for the night was reasonable.

Room needed a deep cleaning. Cleaned up some water off a night table and the towel had brown marks on it.

Too close to the train. Not hotels fault but maybe thicker glass on that side.

The room was large and comfortable. Our only issue was the noise generated by the entry door at the reception desk. Anytime someone would walk in or by the doors they would make a Loud sound, as though the doors were off the track. This noise echoed through the hall and since we were in room 114, we heard it throughout the night. Not happy.

Breakfast was great but under stocked of a few things both mornings. It was very busy. Bathroom needs some repairs - handle on tub, diverter in tub, and overflow in toilet (fixed by my husband). There were some hairs in the bathroom that did not belong to us. Pool was chilly - I wish the hot tub was open! No towels in pool area on the second day. Towels were very small. Stay was quiet, beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Had driven 800 miles with 2 little kids, arrived at the hotel and had no room. They had cancelled my reservation without letting me know and sold the room to someone else.

After a nightmare experience at a Holiday Inn Suites in Stockbridg, Best Western Plus in McDonough saved the day. Stephanie the entire staff were amazing. Rooms quite spacous. Lobby furniture needs updating but everything was clean. Thank you!

Room was extremely large! Plenty of room for my family. Room was clean. Pool was clean. Breakfast area was clean. The only negative I saw was breakfast was over at 9 but they started packing it up by 8:45ish while people were still eating. Other than that it was great.

Started out good. Receptionist was friendly. Got to Non-smoking room and folded covers back to burn holes in comforter. Service came and changed it while we ate dinner. Got up at 6 a.m. and went to take a shower and no shower curtain! Went to desk at 6:15 a.m. to have one put in while we ate breakfast. At 7:20 that had not happened. Asked again and the front desk blew us off. Told us it would take a while but we had another 10 -12 hours ahead of us. There also appeared to be a homeless guy who just hung out in the dining area who had pissed and pooped himself and was walking around.

Jameson greeted us on arrival and overall was appropriate, however on first encounter he was distracted and made a call to someone while we were checking in to notify them that a customer in a specific room needed to come from their room because their credit card had been declined- not appropriate customer service. The phone call could have waited for him to finish checking us in. The stay was exactly what we needed for a night's rest and the am breakfast service person was very pleasant.

The room had a stale, stinky smell. Like the hotel used to be a smoking hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The shower curtain was yellow. The hotel was ok for a quick stop. I liked the 11 am check out.

I liked the dining options around the hotel. I didn’t like the uncleanliness of the rooms. The refrigerators hadn’t been cleaned. Updates are needed in the bathrooms. I didn’t have an iron in my room. After calling several times, I had to get it myself.

The room was spacious and super clean. Having a microwave and a refrigerator plus the keurig, that's super nice.

Stayed for a night, it was okay. I wasn’t blown away by anything. It was a little loud, but cleanish. There was some water stains on the ceiling.

We stayed here for one night and my family enjoyed it very much. The room is very big, with two queen beds, desk, couch, and coffee table. Overall, very clean. Front dest lady was very friendly. I had an 8-month-old, and we were offered a free crib. The pool was very clean. My two kids told me to stay one more night because they liked it very much.

They need upgrades.. second time staying in best western plus & wasn’t happy. I think I’m done with booking there. I always pick them in Vegas best western was great. But the last two times no no.. they had mold growing in the shower & you could see were the tank lid was. House keeping gave us three sets of towels when we had 4 people in the room & when I asked for an extra set the house keeper had an attitude . The stay wasn’t bad it just needs things done

I was here for three nights and was a bit skeptical due to the nightly rate, but I’m really glad I gave this place a shot. The property is nice and is conveniently located near the interstate, shopping, restaurants, etc. An Applebees and a Mexican place are right next door and easy to walk to. The property is in good condition and the parking lot is well lit and clean. The area did not feel unsafe, which is also important. My room was on the 2nd floor next to the elevator and the balcony overlooking the lobby, but I didn’t hear any excessive noise during my stay. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a typical hotel breakfast and they keep coffee around all day. Staff was always friendly and helpful - especially the afternoon desk person who went out of his way to find some coffee cups. Most places importantly, the room was good to go. It’s an above average room for this level of hotel and it was CLEAN. I’m a bit of a hotel snob when it comes to room cleanliness and I was quite happy with the room. Bed was firm, but comfortable. The furnishings were in good condition. The shower was hot with a lot of water pressure. Only gripe was the toilet paper - classic “John Wayne” style toilet paper. All in all, I am very pleased with this hotel, especially for the price.

The hallways smelt great, the beds were soft, the room was spacious with ample storage, the staff was kind and the hotel was clean! The breakfast had plenty to choose from. The indoor pool was clean and fun for our kids. I will definitely put this place on my list for future bookings if am ever in McDonough Georgia again!

The only complaint is that the sofa bed hadn't been tended before our stay. We pulled it out to find a couple stains on the bedding, a key card, and some sort of plastic container in the bed. Needless to say, we didn't use it.

The overwhelming smell of air freshener in the hallways. Traffic during the evening time made it tough to get in and out of the area during rush-hour. I could tell the building had been updated but it’s still an older building. Good for the price, but would choose another location if I stayed in the area again.

Met all needs for an overnight interstate stop. Price was very reasonable, appreciated the sofa in the room. Also this hotel offered PLANT BASED sausage at breakfast- wow! Very nice touch and not common.

The room had mold in the tub and smelled because of it. The bed was okay and thankfully the sheets were clean and smelled faintly of bleach so I could bury my nose in them. Breakfast was good and the girl taking care of restocking and cleaning was phenomenal. The hotel needs new maids or a remodel of the bathroom #104.
