Staff was welcoming, room was clean, everyone was pleased in our family.

I did not have breakfast. The Room was Clean, Comfortable, and a Good Size. Loved the Wooden Floor, No Old Musty Carpet Smells, and my room had a big Fridge and a Nice Size Desk! The Indian Staff were very friendly and helpful! my Rooms' AC was Very NOISY, it gave me a headache!

The “breakfast” was literally nothing …. the per friendly room was disgustingly dirty & reeked of dirty dog. We killed a random bug on the floor. The property is super sketchy. Honestly, worst pet-friendly hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Please AVOID!!!

They charge a deposit and then because of a child accident on the bed they charged me $30 which is completely insane honestly !!! I work at a hotel and I know for a fact that’s not the reason to charge an incidental fee!.!.! The lady literally went up the room and stayed in there for 6 minutes … if yall are broke then just say that.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was Non-existant. Coffee only with a couple of pieces of fruit. 50 dollar security deposit. Then when checking out the had to check the room. I felt like they thought I was lying about non-smoking or maybe I was taking room items. Will not stay there again.

There was water all over the bathroom floor when we got there. There was mold all over the ceiling above the shower. There was hair on the floor in the shower. And overall it was just very un cleanly.

No working heat the room smelled really bad. I called front desk about the heat after 2 hours of being there absolutely nothing was done!

This was always going to be a late night and early morning. Just a place to sleep and shower before heading back on the road. We checked in around 1:00am. First room the heating unit had no power (outside temperature was well below freezing). Office promptly moved us next door. Heating unit was on fan and blowing. Promptly turned to heat but it never warmed up. By 2am we just wanted sleep. The indoor room temperature was the in 40s the entire time.

Room need to be check up for humidity as there was a strong smell to mold or stock water on the headboard and wall. Al aso when it rains water comi in the room from under neat the door as the gap is too big

Overall, I had a solid stay the room was spotless, the environment was quiet, and the area felt safe with convenient spots like a gas station and Wendy’s right next door. My only complaint is that there are no USB-C ports at all, and adding them would make this place way more traveler-friendly.

The hotel charged me a $20 pet fee even though I had no pet. Hotels.com only mentions that it is pet friendly and nothing about a fee. The lady at the desk could not help me. She gave me a number to call, but I could not get through because it did not recognize my reservation number. The mattress was very firm, so if you don't prefer that go somewhere else. When we got breakfast, there was no coffee or pastries. It did not seem there was any monitoring but the clerk did take care of it once something was said. We had to wait about 10 minutes while she took care of breakfast to check out. This place is very low frills, but it was clean.

Desk staff was very very rude , around 5 or 6 every morning there was a gang of people yelling and talking loud in front of doors, the ceilings was falling down in the bathroom , door had been kicked in and wasn't secure, and there was definitely roaches and different bugs everywhere please do not waste your money or your time im this place it is not worth it at all

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was dirty, there were cockroaches everywhere, and the only breakfast was bread and cornflakes. I don't recommend it.

There was only cereal for breakfast and very small portions of that. Floors were nasty. I couldn't sit at the desk area because the chair was filthy. I requested another chair for 4 days straight and never got it. Services were poor.

Worst experience ever. I booked a family room thru hotels.com. A few hours before check in, I received a call from the hotel stating my room was not available. They wanted me to cancel my reservation over the phone. I refused to cancel over the phone and decided to deal with it when I arrived. They gave me a smaller room for the same price and a charged a surprise 50.00 deposit. The room was dirty and I decided not to stay. Checked out within an hour after arriving. They called me and accused me of stealing a towel. The next morning the charged my card again for another night, I did get that refunded. Only received 30.00 of my deposit back because they charged 20.00 for a towel they think I stole. By the way, one towel had blood on it, no way I would want a towel from them.

The hardwood floors were not very clean. We saw dirt in the shower when stepping in and had not been barefoot all day. There was literally some dirt on the floor in front of the sink.

We stayed there for a week while looking for somewhere else. There were roaches in the room, my son found a dead roach in his bed. We only had 2 towels in our room when we arrived, I asked the front desk for another towel since there 3 of us in the room. She told me that she could only give me what I brought to her dirty and that all rooms had 3 towels. Housekeeping was very loud in the mornings. We had a do not disturb sign on our door and they would stand in front of our door yelling to each other down the sidewalk in another language. The girl who worked second shift at the front desk during the week was very rude.

The bed and linens seemed clean, but the floor, bathroom, doors, and lobby were dirty. The room was hot, but did cool down after a while. Rooms didn't smell that great either. Our first room was awful, and thank goodness they had a second room to offer us, which was a little bit better. We will not be staying there again.

It was ok when I booked this trip back in Nov I asked for a first floor do to my husband handicap issues I also called a couple of weeks ago to confirm when we checked in they didn't have any first floors available. The continental breakfast wasn't the greatest.

The door into our room was not properly secure or sealed and you could see outside around the casement. The AC stopped working randomly and the room didnt smell the best. The chaise was DISGUSTING with visual "bodily fluids." The floors were dirty. There was a man sitting outside his room 2 doors down smoking pot. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was clean.The "wifi" does not work. The room was VERY overly priced for what you received in person. Pictures on website are very deceiving. Our opinion may be due to being placed in the back section of the hotel, "ghetto."

There were ants in the room. People were hanging around who appeared to be living there and both my wife and myself were afraid we would come out to my vehicle being stolen or destroyed. I have been to many hotels and never felt like this. We left and found another hotel

they came banging on the door at 9 in the morning when check out is at 11. the front desk worker in the morning is rude & disrespectful. if you late checking out by a minute or so they will keep you deposit. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS FACILITY EVER AGAIN !!!

Staying for 3 night,be carefull for the old indian housekeeper..he's knocking on my door for room services and i said no need to clean,he knocked my door again and i said it again no thanks,even the 3rd times he knock on my door i yelled no need to clean my room,but he opening my door anyway after i said no,me and my wife still on the bed..and the next day hes not even knock on my door at 8am and just open the door,me and my wife still in bed..and when im packing up my bag,and i take all my bag to the car the housekeeper aks me to leave the door open and hes trying to get in to the room while my wife is in the bathroom..we not even checking out yet..the worst experience i ever have in my life of travelling..never recommend this place to other people,unless u wants to try those experience..and the room was dusty,when u pull the blanket the dust just flying everywhere..and they dont even clean your room..they just toss the new towel at ur bed and leave..not even take the dirty towel..never coming back..

The policy doesn’t make since I don’t recommend especially with kids if the kids or you get anything on the covers they will keep your deposit they want the covers/sheets kelp clean i have a newborn baby and they told me I can’t leave her pampers in the garage inside the room cause it smells bad DONT RECOMMEND WITH KIDS

Terrible experience. My room door lock pad battery needed to be replaced so my key did not work and the reception suggested that I leave the door open instead of replacing the battery or offering me another room.

Evening staff very helpful but morning staff were extremely rude. The doors have been kicked in so much that there are gaps around them.

My stay was very good no real complaints. I was skeptic about staying here due to some reviews I read but took a chance just the same and I was glad I did. Area was close to a lot of stuff..room was clean bed was comfortable and bathroom was in good enough condition. The only thing was when I first entered the room it had a slight smell but other than that everything was good.

Front very unprofessional, microwave can even warm up your tea, no in room coffee maker, no tissue paper. I bought some ice scream put it in the refrigerator for a few hour it turn to water. When l complained to the front desk. I was told the an outside vender was contacted. No showed until l check out. Not good, dog backing all night, one ice machine in the entire building and you have to go out side in the rain if you need ice, because the ice machine is located in the element seriously. That breakast included, l would fall for it. Disgrace

The H/c room i reserved was not kept for me. Desk said Hotels.com only reserves room they do not forward specific rooms that were requested to the hotel. Could not shower the 3 nights i was there.

They were out of coffee at breakfast so i had to hunt someone down who acted like it was inconvenient, then they were out of creamer. No juice, no fruit. Terrible overall

Weak staff. Low class rude guest blowing car horns near windows all hours. Breakfasts was cold junk food. Unsafe. A physical fight broke out between 2 men in the room above me. The staff was weak in response."I can do nothing about this fight", said night male worker.I demand another room room for safety.

Girl at the desk was nice, but the first room we got had dirty floors and noisy youths partying next door. After she ok'd it with management we got another room. As we got out of our car a pitbull off leash lunged at our dog to attack him! I managed to block it long enough for us to get our dog into the car, fortunately it didn't attack me. The desk girl gave back the dog fee and security deposit ($70!), but I had to call hotels.com to get room refunded. We left and found a safer place to stay!

Pictures of the property need updated, area around hotel is sketchy at best, booked the room while driving and was surprised at the location when I arrived. Did not sleep well for worrying if I would have a vehicle come morning. Looks like it may have some permanent residents due to some cars looking like they have been sitting a while and appeared to only have 1 or 2 other guests traveling.

Felt really strange and unsafe even if it might of been safe. Bed was stiff and I could feel the springs in it. Bathroom vent sounded like a jet engine and you can hear everything... Cars, people taking, etc

Room was unsanitary. Hotel uses large pump bottles attached to a wall for soap, dispensers shampoo, etc. No individual amenities. Could tell the bottles and rack had not been wiped down (dirt and soap dripping). The bathroom/shower area had water damage in the ceiling areas and the wall next to the tub looked like part of it was falling off. Entire tub felt dirty because tile and caulk looked like it was just put over the top of previous tile and caulk was all over the place. Clearly not paying someone to do repairs. Metal corner bead exposed in bedroom where chunk of drywall missing. Dirt n floor on corners and part of a baseboard coming off wall. On top of that, used AMX to pay for room and deposit and they refunded back to an unknown MC and all they could do is say the refund was processed to YOUR MC no matter how many times I told them I didn’t use nor have that MC! AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!

It seems there has been a recent remodel which is nice. Room was clean and updated and matched the price. This was a good place for an affordable overnight stay.

The room smelled so bad the air conditioner unit inside was disgustingly dirty. There were dead flys all over the floor. Asked for a new room and same thing. We left and went to a different hotel. Would not recommend to anyone. Front desk guy was super nice though.

The good: The bed was comfortable and the price was reasonable. Pet friendly. Pretty quiet for the most part. The bad: Seems recently renovated but the workmanship is terrible. Toilet wobbles like crazy. Tub super slippery and grab bar falling off the wall. Walls must be super thin cause everyone’s weed smell was flooding our room. Don’t have anything against it, but I personally don’t like the smell. The listing on Hotels.com should also state the pet fee of $20 per pet we were notified of when we got there. We chose it because it was one of the few that didn’t show a pet fee.

Had a group of men crowding mine and my autistic child's room, had to walk thru them, which they didn't seem to want to let us by, just to get to our room right in between their two rooms. Upon arrival and for the duration of the maybe hour and a half that we were there, they kept shouting into my door and running by banging on our door and i felt so unsafe and my son was becoming so overstimulated that I ended up getting our stuff back into the car in hurricane weather and leaving to find other arrangements.

We were extremely satisfied with this hotel. It was quiet and very clean. TV was equipped with Apps that we could utilize such as Prime Video and Hulu. We stayed here following the NASCAR race, which was a convenient location. Nice restaurants were also easily accessible. No complaints! The bed was also super comfy!

I didn’t like how I stayed for a week and I did not get clean towels even though they said every three days so change out stuff and I had the same sheets as well for a week. I’m not sure if they skipped over my room or just didn’t care, but I just didn’t like that when everybody else was getting cleaned towels and bedding.

The place was sparsely filled on a Friday night with only about 6 cars in their parking lot. I ordered/paid for the room on hotels.com through Google Pay with my AMX, but upon arriving was blackmailed into providing a $50 room deposit or else they wouldn't let me have the room or refund my money so I could go elsewhere. The following morning upon checkout they would not sign off on or inspect my room to assure my $50 refund would be processed. Why would they not do this for me? My fear is that this is a scam for them to later falsely claim damage or theft so they can pad the bill. I've never before had to put up a deposit for a room while traveling and this felt absolutely ludicrous. The area also did not appear to be safe. I saw a couple of homeless people walking around, and with so few guests, things just felt off. As far as breakfast in the morning, I found the coffee was so dark and over-brewed that it was undrinkable, and the bagel was gummy-feeling with nothing to spread on it. It smelled stale and I was afraid to eat it. They provided cereal but with no milk, so I didn't have any of that either. I don't think the owners want to spend any more money than they have to. I will never stay here again.

Linen was not clean, floor was dirty you have to walk around with your shoes on the whole stay. They need to shut the hotel down and remodel/rebuild.

I had to shove the door with my shoulder to close it. The air conditioner was off when I arrived. In Georgia. In July! It took over an hour for the room to cool down.
