This hotel was the worse in all my years travelling the world.Very deceiving the pictures on Expedia,If I was Expedia I wouldn’t even wanted to be associated with them…..the moulding was falling off the wall…..the smell was disgusting …the toilet didn’t flush properly I took pictures of everything….. had to go to get another hotel😡The hotel is so old and run down that even they drop the prices to 30 dollars I wouldn’t wanted!

This place is disgusting I didn’t even stay the night soon as I walked in I turned around they have a big sign that says no refund false advertising looks nothing like the picture roaches crawling around dirty walls dirty toilet it looked like a horror movie.

The hospitality My room wasn't clean at all..I found the cleaning lady and helped her clean my room and ask for fresh sheets. There was dust everywhere. Spider and webs in the.corners. The tub was nasty with a towel left in it from the last shower.

The Property is always nice especially the area I was in the back less traffic very appreciate

Has family rooms, and ocation is great for food but that is it. Where do we start: rooms had a funky smell to it, lights did not work, toilet bowel moves when you sit on it ( so be careful when you sit, and this was in both rooms) no fan in bathrooms, marks on towels, bugs coming from behind the bed heads, and on to the walls. No tissues to use and that is basic, and only 1 var of soap for w rooms for handwashing after the toilet. This was the worst hotel we have stayed in on our travels. Whilst our expectations were not high and we were just after some where to put our heasd down and go again the next morning, we were definitely gone early the next morning, and basically had dinner out and spent as little time in that room due to the smell. Considering we came off a 9.5 hour drive, unacceptable, and this is one we would recommend to anyone. Spoke to reception in morning response was " Will let manager know " they didn't care something as they said when we spoke to them the night before.

Was disappointed to find that they did not offer an iron and ironing board.

Zero frills. I needed a bed and a shower and nothing else. It had all I needed.

Was pleasantly surprised at the quiet, comfortable stay, given the price. I didn't expect much for the price we paid, but slept well, slept late, no noise, no disturbances.

The first room I checked in the tub was clogged the second room they put me in me and my boyfriend had to come in and clean the room ourselves. Hole in the wall. They were only giving us rooms on the back side but when certain people came they gave them the cleaner rooms and the rooms that are on the site.

The room was big! I enjoyed the jetted tub, but the room was dusty and the pull out mattress was to dirty and stained to sleep on

I didnt even stay the night. I checked in. The bed was flimsy easily able to just roll right off. The air conditioner was poorly working, abd there wasnt a door latch to keep my kids from opening the door.

This hotel is used for dope head and roaches are people running doing what they want

I have stayed here previously. Price is great. Location is excellent.

Hotel is located in a kind of sketchy area and does look so hot on the outside. I was pleaaantly surprised with the room.. the bed was huge and had a big tv. The iron was missing. The toilet clogged up. The shower was ok not as updated as the room. Tv worked great Saturday night. Sunday morning it was flipping channels on its on. The door had a gap where it closed. We put a towel in it.

Normally when we stay the room is clean but this time the room was dirty and had a few roaches. The shower wasn’t working right was still able to take a shower with a little bit of water , but other than that it was okay the price is great.

The room was a decent size for the price BUT the comforter on the bed had several stains on it and I didn't bother going by the office because the offer online AND the window both said NO refunds......now I know better. Will NEVER stay here again. I literally was in the room for 2 hours and left.....waste of money

Wasnt worth the price

It was convenient and close to the highway. The bedding was kind of dingy looking, but clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful. And having a mini fridge and microwave in the room were nice. It was about how I would expect for the money and I would definitely stay there again.

Had to change rooms due to stains on the sheets and poor conditions in the room. Peeling paint on the doors, set in stains in the bathroom and walls.

The jacuzzi didn’t work, there was a hole in the ceiling above it. My stay was for 2nights o stayed for 1. I checked out 5am that morning the next morning. Never agian

The rooms outdated. Paint on walls coming off. Shady people walking around. The pillows covers and sheets dirty. Cigarettes burns on the sheets and pillow covers. Just not the right place to vacation or visit

Check in was smooth, but room was dark, older furniture, wifi was spotty. No breakfast at all. alright for a one night stay.

My room was very clean. I slept great. It was right off I-75.

Wax ring is broke on toilet. Dirty water flows on floor when flushing toilet.

I waited for ten minutes before I called so someone to come up the front so I can check in. Went and took a shower last night the tub was nasty. There was hair all in the shower and something else. This morning there was a roach bug on the wall. Don’t think I will stay back at this hotel again.

Well the room he showed me was super clean. But the room i stayed in was clean but had like a light dusty clean look. Best way i can explain it. One thing that pissed me off is i woke up late so i went to office and asked would it be ok to check out at 11:30. Said they dont allow late checkouts. It was 10:30 we just needed enough time to get dressed but want be staying again. 🙃 🖕

The hotel was just okay. I will not use them again. The room was not that clean with dirt on all the floors. I woke up in the middle of the night and a bug was on me in the bed. I didn't complain but will not use them again.

Right off I75 so convenient. Front desk gave me great dining options and directions. The bed was firm and comfortable. On the downside, the toilet seat was broken making it difficult for both sexes to use. The bathroom fan vent has too much accumulated dirt and needs to be vacuumed and cleaned more often. The shelf behind the vanity had not been cleaned in forever. The rest of the room was very clean but these two kind of out of sight places were not.

Entire facility is filthy and covered in grime. They do not clean the amenities and will argue and refuse to refund if you don’t come back 10 mins from booking.

Sign posted stating no refunds after 10 minutes. Why!? Convenient location. Lobby was locked down why?! Starting upgrades but shower grout had mold.

The smell were horrible. Had roaches in room. Mold all in the chair, table and who knows how the comforter and sheets condition it was in. I do not recommend

DO NOT STAY HERE! Staff refused to pay me back my deposit claiming that I smoked in room even though I didn't! Floor was so filthy I kept my shoes on! WIFI DOESN'T WORK AT ALL! Lots of sketchy people hanging out at night, I didn't feel safe at all!

Terrible customer service. Roaches. Trash. Food was left in the fridge from previous guests. The list goes on.

Thank you for the roach infested stay and rude service. Could not have made my trip without that. So much fun going through all of our suitcases to make sure we didn't take any of your pesty friends hitching a ride. The exposed wires, dirty mattresses, and used toilet paper rolls were a real nice touch. Classy!! And to top it all off, you refused to refund me majority of my money, because i didnt see the roaches until at 11am, which is checkout time. Now I know your roaches can tell time for your convenience. Lovely time!!!

The property is not safe there were prostitutes the room was filthy the bathroom door had been kicked in so it did not close. The main door was loose even while locked. This property should not be on this site. I was in town for a concert so I changed and refused to stay. I drove to Atlanta and it took me 5 hours I was exhausted but I refused to sleep in filth

I didn't like the fact that We asked for a non smoking room and they gave us a small smoking room , didn't get no sleep because the room wasn't cleaned all the way , the pillows where dirty and when I went to the front to ask for some pillows or another drying towel the night shift employee just looked at me and said "No" and smiled like that was cool especially if this is supposed to be and inn and suite. but i walked past the laundry room and they had products on the inside and a bunch of dirty pillow in a basket that no one washed. So with the storm destroying the cities you would thing all the money people paying to lay their head. you would get a better quality service.

The room stanched of smoke and it was an endless sighting of bugs. I was smashing them and stomping them for an hour. I didn’t feel safe lying down thinking one may crawl on me or in my luggage. I demanded another room, but the same result. Buyer beware!

For the price I paid, I expected at least the basics. Instead, the room was dirty (bottom of my feet were black), the fridge leaked, the internet didn't connect, there was no coffee pot in the room, weird moldy hole over the jetted tub, pool was not at all in service (not even filled with water), and no breakfast (not even the brown sacks). To top it off, they required a $50 cash deposit at check in where there was a questionable sign stating no refunds after 10 minutes. It served its purpose for the night but needs some TLC for the prices.

Nothing nice about this hotel. Every piece of furniture was out dated. The couch and both chairs did not match. The room was smelly. They have a sign in the window at the front desk that says “NO REFUND AFTER 10 MINUTES OF CHECKING IN” so the owner of this hotel knows that they need to do some major upgrades. The hard wood floor had plenty of unknown stains.

This hotel please don’t go there.

This hotel was super nasty there were bugs everywhere the front desk people were so rude they overcharged my card it was just a mess all together

I didn’t end up staying because my son turned down the comforter and a live flea was on the pillowcase. The air conditioner was filthy and had dead bugs in it. The front desk manager insisted I go to the ATM to leave a $50 cash deposit before we saw the room. I immediately asked for the cash back and promptly left.

Perfect for the price. A very basic room with no frills. The TV channels didn’t come in clearly, but we really didn’t care. Wi-Fi was good. Area and guest were quiet. Great location close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Felt safe. Air conditioning worked well. Only negative was that the window curtain didn’t touch the wall on one side, so a little bit of light came in all night long. Just bring an eye mask. We plan to stay here again!

When Being Cheap Goes Wrong: The room was gross. Huge roaches as soon as you turn on the lights. Bed linen was God awful and the toilet had something brown on the toilet seat that i sat in due to not looking down. Plus the guy at the front desk tried to charge me for 2 nights for a pet that I didn't have for just in case purposes. I have learnt my lesson, if it's cheap you'll reap.

The room was dirty. The room had not been cleaned prior to my arrival. Dirty towels, no table, floor unclean. Luckily I had my own towels...! Wow just a very bad experience altogether.

It was great hotel awesome employees and customer service cleanliness and hospitality would definitely come back here again absolutely loved staying here the only thing I wish is that they would fill their pool up then there would be super perfect.

Very over priced for the quality of the room, I felt unsafe with all the random people walking around all night. The rooms were not as described and very run down. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and rude, I’d spend the extra money and avoid this place.
