We loved the breakfast set up, employees was real nice and helpful.

Per usual, our stay at this hotel was wonderful! I have one complaint! When we checked out on May 26, 2026, we were told that our receipt would be obtained from Expedia, however, your company states that we were supposed to receive a receipt from the hotel. That's bad communication or someone has told a lie! I need a copy of my receipt for the dates of May 22, 2026 through May 26, 2026!

I did not appreciate house keeping knocking on the door three times before 10am. I have never been late checking out of the hotel before. If you feel that it is necessary to knock on the door to remind people to check out by 11am, I feel you should do that at maybe 10:30.

I loved my stay. Depsite the pool being close (which i understand why), ill stay at this hotel again. The staff particularly Paige was super nice. She made check in really smooth! Thank you Paige!

Our room was clean, the beds comfortable. We appreciate that there are opportunities to have dinner and breakfast on the premises at a reasonable cost. The staff were positive and very helpful.

We decided to take a last minute getaway. It turned out to be just what we needed. I would stay again and recommend to friends and family. At check in we had wait. Our room was not ready. We had to sit in lobby for 30minutes.

Extremely friendly and very helpful staff.

They kept the hotel halls in the lobby extremely hard. I almost felt that if I cannot breathe walking through them also, the breakfast was below what Hilton wouldn’t normally serve not many options and was cold.

the breakfast staff was clearly racist The elevator was broke had to walk up three flights of stairs and I have very bad awesome wanted to enjoy the amenities, but I knew that I was not able to walk down through the stairs again and come back up.

Great stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, and the hotel itself was quiet, which made it easy to relax. Everything was exactly what I needed for my stay. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Renovated was quiet First room fridge didn’t work second room shower was not hot the water facilitator for hot and cold didn’t work so had to wash hair in garden tub the front desk people were great

Kamar, our bartender, took good care of us and the food and drinks were fresh and delicious.

For some reason the elevator smelled badly, it smelled like an old dirty mop. It didn’t get better during my stay.

Can’t answer anything because they confirmed my room the night before arrival and then said they overbooked my room and it was already rented. Then sent me to another motel.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and have been happy with our dinner experience both times. The bartender is very nice and the food was very good.

I stay here about twice a month and it's the only place I will stay the staff and the cleanliness is exceptional never had any problems

Inside the facility the area was bright and very neat. The staff was helpful and smiling to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean. I stayed for 2 nights and was very pleased.

Door key didn't key didn' get work. Had to go back down she reswiped it I went back up and it worked. The waitress in the restaurant was exceptional. Better up her pay someone else is going to steal her from you

Staff was helpful and friendly with exception of Thursday night- Friday morning. Everyone else was wonderful. Buffet breakfast was over priced if you paid for it. Ours was free but limited to continental or hot breakfast on Saturday morning. First morning we had actual cups for coffee. After that togo cups only. Not a fan.

This property is Amazing!!! The people are always available to assist. The food is great. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the amenities never disappoint. I always stay here, even if it cost a little more than the surrounding properties, cause its always worth jt!!!

Chuck and Life made our check-in process quick and enjoyable. Chuck gave us honest reviews and suggestions for dining options nearby. Unfortunately, we didnt get a chance to eat or drink at the hotel but i have heard that the food there is awesome. We were going out to meet a friend or else we would have tried it. When there was a slight mix up, they personally saw to it that we were taking care of. Awesome hotel. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel is located in a nice area with plenty of shopping and restaurant options. Was originally going to rent a vehicle while in town, but didn't need too. Just about everything was in walking distance. Will definitely be back on my next visit to McDonough.

He truly made our stay amazing & I will book with this property for all our future GA trips, just to see & chat w/ Charles. I wish all customer was this top knotch!

Staff was very friendly; comforter was dirty and had to be replaced. Bed was comfortable but the light from the parking lot shinned right into our window and curtains couldn’t be closed so we ended up checking out at 4am and getting on the road earlier than anticipated.room itself was clean overall though

I loved Sherri the lady that checked me in, she was so pleasant and so very helpful. I had to wait for a room to be cleaned but she let me know ahead of time and even accommodated me on my needs. She was truly amazing….

The walls are paper thin. And the people next door want to party all night. I'm guessing they brought a bluetooth speaker because it's loud enough to hear the music and the words to the song. Can also hear them talking. I would not stay here again and i recommend to anyone that wants a good night's sleep to find somewhere else to stay.

The staff (Ms. Sherri assisted me) and hotel are excellent!! They're very professional and courteous. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I am in this area often and I will be staying here each and every time that I'm in town!!

I just want to say the Charles, the gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my stay was stellar. He was very mind, courteous and handled all of my concerns with such care. He made my stay there such an enjoyable one.

Never stayed at a Hilton and really not impressed. No different than any other hotel just has the Hilton name. AC unit load as can be and turned on/off constantly all night. Free wifi is misleading as you have to sign up for Hilton rewards to get it free. Smallest bathroom in a hotel ever as well. Would not stay again

The toothless white fat guy tried to kick my wife out of the hotel when i was gone to event says he was filling up and that my reservation thru expedia would be canceled for my last night so they can raise the rate of the room. Caused me to loss several hundred dollars in travel expenses i always stay at hilton but never this one again

Overall, it was decent. Just expected better out of a hilton garden inn. Pool was super chlorinated, made my eyes burn just being in the area. Room was cozy, our bathroom floor was dirty and had left over dirty socks in the closet. Bed was cozy, I did sleep well. Was most upset about the help at the front desk, went to buy a bottle of water and lady said she already counted her drawer and seemed super annoyed at me for asking. Then my room key didnt work so i got scolded like a child because it was probably by my phone. Probably wouldnt stay there again.

Be civilized and have signs in the rooms that people can put on as they LEAVE the room requesting towels soap linens etc. Have the housekeeping staff start later if they are going to bang on the doors like animals. Also the keys stopped working an hour before checkout and the desk person had to come by twice to open the door. The bathtub didn't drain properly. The next morning after l showered the first morning there was a pool of cold water left over from the day before. The staff were uniformly very polite and the dining room staff, particularly James, were a pleasure. The room was well furnished and the towels were thick.

Experience was good, lobby facilities were nice, staff were nice and helpful. However, I was overcharged by $10. Not worth the hassle of trying to get a refund. Tried to get it at the front desk, but they said they could not help me.

Very clean, right by shopping center, and restaurant! Indoor heated pool and great size room.

Then then transferred me to a totally different hotel where my bed was not a king like they said it would be.

Each day I had to get a new key as every time I went to my room my key didn’t work. Every time I went to the desk to ask for a new key they just gave me one. Didn’t even question if it was my room or not. I am confident I could have gotten the key to someone else’s room if I had wanted to. Tighten up on that. I do have to stress how annoying it was to go all the way to my room and have to go back down stairs to get a new key

When I arrived, the desk clerk was surprised. She said that they were overbooked and I had been assigned to a neighboring hotel. She also said that they had called me earlier to tell me that. However, I had received no such call. She was dismissive and indifferent, with an "Oh, well..." attitude, like it was my fault. What is the purpose of a prepaid, guaranteed reservation? I might ask. By the way, the Holiday Inn Express across the street was wonderful.
