Check-in to checkout! The staff was always so helpful and attentive. I’ve stayed in 4 diff hotels the past 4 weeks and this one had the best customer service by far! 5 STAR quality!!! I’d def stay again!

I wish the cleaning people check if the shampoo soap and conditioners are not empty in the shower… atleast on day 1… it was difficult when I was in the shower and found the container was empty… can’t call anyone from the shower..

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The complimentary breakfast was great, we only stayed for two nights, we didn't get to enjoy the pool.

The room was awesome for someone with a need for additional grab bars in the bathroom. The staff made sure we got the right room, after realizing the one we were given first was not equipped. They were cheerful and attentive!

The staff were all very helpful, and kind. We were there for the Special Olympics Summer games, and they were so patient and kind. Our room was clean, and in good condition. The breakfast had good options, and was well stocked. Plenty of parking.

There for 3 nights, room was not cleaned.

Disappointed in the room not having fresh towels everyday. The shower head is taller than the shower glass door and water sprayed on the floor so we had to use towels to wipe up. Then we had to call the front desk to get more towels. Housekeeping doesn’t come but every other day and when they did they did not clean the room but just made the beds and gave us more towels.

Leaking shower, bad wifi, TVs/remotes don't work, weird smells coming from the AC unit. Terrible staff. Had to move rooms due to the toilet not flushing. Staff didn't even offer to help move my things to the new room. Acted like I was bothering them any time I brought up an issue. Worst hotel experience. Skip this location. Even after everything I mentioned, the manager said I wasn't owed any compensation for anything.

Newer hotel but rooms have a strange layout as they’re long and narrow - could barely see the tv from bed. Tiny fridge, wifi didn’t work, ice machine not working.

Only one coffee despense was on the counter upon our arrival at 1:00 p.m. I know coffee is getting expensive, but hey, we paid $140 to stay one night. Only one choice on coffee (regular) during the day. And the coffee was warm, should have been HOT. Need to check the heat settings on the coffee pot.

The young lady working when we arrived was very nice,helpful and informative. We were assigned room 310 for a one night stay. The sofa in this room was beyond dirty. We had to get a sheet from the extra linen bag and put over it before sitting down. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. It was an extremely busy time with a lot of very loud kids, this they have no control over.

They clean every other day, but I only got one clean for the entire week, because they forgot to put me on the list. They also ran out of washcloths, and never brought them when I asked. Management needs improvement with that. Breakfast is ok, but very basic and never changes...meat, eggs, waffle iron, and continental basics like cereal, muffins, etc. Hopefully, they will improve soon, but I probably won't revisit.

After waiting for 11/2 hrs we had to track down an employee. Room was never cleaned and coffee was not replenished. We were there for 3 nights. We would not recommend to future relatives who are going to visit.

We enjoyed our stay at SpringHill by Marriott. It was clean quiet and wonderful staff.

Room had an odd smell, door lock died and had to get front desk to change it out. Never had hot water.

The fact that it was down the street from my son soccer tournament. It was dirty. There was hairs on the shower. The walls were dirty. The toilet paper was half empty sink cut hairs. The floors seem like they never been mopped or swept before for the location. It was utterly disgusting.

I was impressed with the room as the pricing was less expensive than other places with smaller rooms. Everything was clean, the staff was very helpful. The only real issue was the refrigerator would only work 2 hours at a time. We had to constantly turn it back on. Other than that, I will stay here again!

Hand towels didn’t get replaced. Refrigerator didn’t work and had to be replaced. Coffee cups didn’t get refilled. Ice bucket liner didn’t get replaced. Breakfast sausage was luke warm room temp.

After traveling majority of the day. We check in and immediately start having issues with our key cards. We proceed to get in our room only to find it dirty. There was hair on the bed, an ant on it and trash on the floor. The front desk was nice but pretty much told us there was nothing she could do about it and didn’t have another room for us. We had to check out and find a new place to stay. Almost a week later and I’m still trying to get a refund from them.

Nice spacious rooms and good pool but breakfast pretty bad. Not very many options, especially healthy options and only plastic knives & forks and styrofoam plates and bowls.

During our stay our shower door leaked water onto the floor. Asked our three other traveling couples and they had the same problem to varying degrees. This caused us to ask for more towels. We did not get towels. Three days with a wet floor towel on the floor. Again minor, but we should have had towels. The pool area was also out of towels. When asked about this we were told “they were in the dryer”. They said this for two days. Let’s hope the dryer issue or towel issue is fixed.

The tv was broke they came to reset it but it still didn’t work. Ants were on the bathroom floor, toilet and in the area to make coffee. Breakfast was ok not many options for vegans.

As previous reviews mention, this hotel seems to have problems with ants in the room. I killed several ants in the bathroom and throughout my room. I was on the 3rd floor, so I definitely wouldn’t expect an ant infestation. Also they need to have house keeping dust the headboards. Gross thick build up.

The trip started off ok with check in but upon entering our room we found that the tv didn’t work. No big deal and the Front Desk receptionist tried to help but was unsuccessful so she said she put in a ticket for the maintenance guy. They never showed up to fix it. Not the end of the world but helps with the kids. Then we discovered the room had ants that just got worse by the end of stay. This was probably also to the fact that housekeeping never once came to our room.

Extremely bad service. We were five people sharing a room and our room never to or cleaned even though the cleaning was scheduled for every other day. Even after notifying the lady at the front desk, no one showed up. Also the lights were not working. I was told that they're sending someone to fix it bit it never happened.

Goid overall. Not pleased about paying to park which is odd since its not downtown or anything.

Quick stop to sleep. Clean comfy room. Quick breakfast on the way out. Fully charged vehicle. All equal to a wonderful experience.

We came to the SpringHill Suites for a night. Check in was easy, the room was clean, spacious and in good condition. Breakfast was just ok but it was free. Overall a good stay.

Our room was very clean and had plenty of charging plugs for our devices. Loved the large closet, microwave, & fridge. Breakfast bar was great! The hotel is in a very active area with plenty of places to eat and shopping. Felt very safe!

Came to Dallas for a soccer tournament. Excellent condition, excellent service. Very clean and very friendly. The only thing we wish that had was a washer and dryer to wash uniforms.

This place is convenient to Historic McKinney. It’s close to suburbs. It’s a quiet area. The rooms are comfortable and clean. My stay was peaceful. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Thank you. Front desk staff were friendly and polite.

Easy highway access, lots of dining options, friendly helpful staff!

I usually love SpringHill Suites but this one in particular does not clean their pool. It had algae growing in it, water was practically green, did one scrub with the pool brush and it was clear it had not been cleaned. The craziest thing is before my husband realized it, he went to front desk to ask for pool towels and the front desk gave them to him. Did not mention at all that the pool was unsafe to swim in.

They overcharged my stay. There was poor drainage in the bathroom and ants. There was no housekeeping for the 2 night stay and no towels.

Convenient location and good-sized rooms. Check-in was quick, efficient and friendly. Hallways are loud because of the heavy doors slamming. Housekeeping started knocking on doors at 6:30am and made it hard to sleep. The LED lights on the smoke detectors are right above the bed and this was a poor choice, because they flash every 5 seconds or so.

We had a suite with a separate sitting area and a very modern, clean bathroom. All the amenities worked well and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well.

We booked a king suite for our first anniversary trip away from our children. The room was very small for a “suite”, not to mention that the “king” size bed was not a king. My husband is a very tall man and he was hanging off the bed. When I asked the front desk person about it, she was very rude stating “Marriott has it listed as a king so that’s a king. We don’t have queens on the first floor” very rude and unprofessional. Will not be staying at a Marriott ever again. Our room was also supposed to be sound proof and we could hear neighbors doors opening and closing all night, the smoke detector had a flashing light and was hanging right about the bed which made sleeping difficult and the curtains weren’t long enough and would let car lights into the room anytime a car came by. Would not recommend to anyone

We arrived earlier than expected, before check-in. We were lucky enough to be able to check-in to one of our rooms early. Front desk staff was super helpful when we checked into the second room. (There were a couple issues.) Things were handled in a very friendly and quick manner. Front desk staff was also very helpful and accomadating while using the business center.

Nice property. Quiet. I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Conveniently located off of 75. Breakfast is minimal but good. Overall good stay.

Bathroom was not super clean and had a strange smell. Breakfast was not served at 7 like we were told it was ready closer to 7:15 and only one person setting it up while there was a lobby full of peopke waiting for the food. Also, when we got to the hotel to check in we had to wait over 10 minutes for anyone to come help us. There was no way to let anyone know we had arrived

Our room had bugs in the shower. I spoke with manager, and he apologized and said he would compensate us for the bugs. I'm been a loyal Marriott rewards member for many years and give good or great reviews. However, do not stay at this bug infested hotel, they just dont care.

Updated & clean property. Rooms spacious and perfect for business travel. Quiet lobby to work & relax. The largest expense was transportation. I wish this hotel had a shuttle to/from the airport. That would have made the trip perfect!

The property was clean and the staff was nice. It was also quiet which was greatly appreciated. My only complaint and it only affects me, is that the beds were hard and the pillows extremely soft. But that is a person preference.

Just driving back to Iowa from Houston. We were trying to miss the weather, but by the time we got to the Hotel, the roads were starting to freeze. I booked the room from the hotel parking lot. Everything went flawlessly.

Convenient location

We live nearby and just needed an overnight stay for a break. This attractive motel had long caught my eye when traveling around our city. Check-in was a breeze; the staff met all our requests we entered when booking online. The room was amply detailed with towels and pillows, and during a very cold January in North Texas, the room temperature was perfect. It was nice to have an easy to access thermostat in the room, but we never needed to adjust it. We were particularly happy with the courteous and helpful front desk staff who checked us in and out. They are the kind of persons you hope you will encounter when staying away from home.

Property was great. I was excited about the breakfast quiche, but quickly found out they were very undercooked. Cook lady did not want to help correct the issue and just brought me another. When I showed her it too was slop in the middle she just said sorry and left the others up there for people to eat undercooked eggs. Didn’t offer to heat it up more or anything. Waste of a decent breakfast choice.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel under the sad circumstance of my Dad passing way. Bed was comfy, room was just wonderful! Loved the separate area with couch and desk. It was quiet at least on my floor it was, and the breakfast was great! Gotta love Texas shaped waffles! This was my 2nd stay, and I will be back in July! Thanks so very much!

Our stay was short and quick. But I’d like to mention that Alexis (front desk) was extremely friendly and helpful. She is the reason we will stay at this location again.

They didn’t have any rooms left and not only was I refunded my $420.00 I was turned away without a place to stay or the manager caring about my problem. I need my money back!
