    I love the Hilton overall and keep returning there when I go to Medford Oregon. Its also beside Assante Health Care Clinics and their shuttle service takes you there as well as the local Airport,. Overall it deserve 5 stars as far as I am concerned.

    Location was great. It was very quiet -- we were on bottom floor and didn't hear anyone above us. Room was roomy and clean and the TV even greeted us by name when we entered.

    Housekeeping entered my room twice, even though I had my do not disturb sign on my door, the room was not clean to a quality housekeeping standard. There was crumbs covering the chair, there was coffee splashed onto the furniture and cupboards, and the pillows and sheets were sloppily applied to the bed. Other than that the only other thing I have to say is that the walls and floors are so thin, you can hear EVERYTHING coming from the rooms surrounding you.

    We expected more luxary. There was no in room safe. The soap dispensers were too high. The toilet paper holder was too far back. The curtains were plastic. The dark purple paint was weird. Tbe pillows were too firm. The very limited tv channels was disappointing. The air conditioner did not get cold enough. Based on our 3 nights. We will never stay in a Hilton again and have told our family and friends about tbe problems. This location is past its prime.

    Sometimes when my husband and I want to get away we go to the Hilton. Always a quiet and comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and the beds very comfy. The staff is also great, helpful and courteous. Great little restaurant to have a nice bite. And the infused water is great!!

    I was not aware that the hotel was being renovated. There were a lot of construction tools, equipment and people around. Work began before 7am. In addition to the early start for construction, my room was exceptionally loud. I was in close proximity to the elevators, something was rattling outside of the window and one of the beds was very creaky. Overall, the property looks like it will be very nice once the renovation is complete. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

    The hotel is in the process of being remodeled and this was not advertised anywhere on the booking. Got there to find the lobby completely taken apart. Luckily our room was done so it looked beautiful. They also had their computer system down and so they had to write everything on paper when we checked in. They called me at 10:20 at night to come downstairs and run my credit card because what they wrote down wasn’t working. I love this hotel usually but am very disappointed with this stay.

    Excellent spontaneous birthday staycation and much needed. Staff is always wonderful and friendly. Rooms are very clean and upscale. The experience is always warm and consistent. I’d rather spend more to be here than take a deal elsewhere for less than and regret it. With that said, even with value and cost comparison, Hilton always seems to be very reasonable yet is the only one that exudes that they know what they are doing with hospitality. Josh at the front desk was very kind at check in. Simply, thank you.

    I don’t know how to rate this, hotel was fantastic but very early around 4 am the hotel fire alarm went on and we needed to leave room quickly. Lot of tired guests. Not their fault, faulty alarm. Needless to say we were up and couldn’t go back to sleep. They offered compensation for inconvenience which was unexpected. Not sure how that works when using 3rd party booking app. ?

    I paid for the breakfast through Expedia and apparently the staff there do not get communicated or informed and you have to declare it every day before you sit down for a breakfast that you otherwise have to pay for. My guests weren’t aware of this and were apparently asked to pay for breakfast on morning one and then just skipped breakfast for the next three days (I didn’t come down with them) so this was an unnecessarily costly add-on through Expedia.

    This hotel was just okay, nothing special. The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all. Every time we walked by, not even a greeting or acknowledgement. We tried to get a room with a view and apparently since we booked with a third party, our room was locked in and they could not do anything about it. We overpaid big time being a holiday weekend, not the employees fault, but you would think they would have been more accommodating. Most of the staff were just not friendly, except for the breakfast staff and the bar staff. Sat at the bar the second night and since there was only one on staff, not that many sitting at the bar, we never got served and just went back to our room. They did not even knock on our door once to ask if we needed fresh towels or anything and we stayed 2 nights, not even a turn down of the bed. We will not stay here again, wasn't pleased at all. Nothing special about this hotel.

    I stay here periodically but this trip was disappointing. Because I booked on Expedia, they would not honor my Hilton Honors membership. In addition they gave me a substandard room with a view of the heat pumps on a roof. The surfaces on the room were not clean and I wiped everything down with a washcloth… normally I’d ask for a new room but it was late and I was tired. Disappointing. Will be checking out other hotels on future trips.

    This turned out to be an excellent place to stay in Medford. Staff was friendly and in fact eager to help with anything we needed. The room had everything to meet our needs and wants. Nice quiet location, very easy to access from I-5. We will stay here again when passing trough Medford.

    Had a little trouble with the booking on this one. Never got a confirmation from Expedia. Tried calling the property to confirm the booking and no one answered. Went ahead and booked again. At check in, learned I had two rooms booked. Front desk was reluctant to cancel the second room but ultimately did. Room was clean, fixtures were in good condition, no odors. No view to speak of, but good location, right off I5.

    The room was very comfortable and good sized. The staff were all extremely helpful especially the shuttle driver Dave. Loved this place so much I’m staying there on my way home too

    No bathtub! I like a tub. Rather than just a shower. Also no safe in room. Liked the comfortable bed. Pillows were way too flimsy.

    Good size room. Outlets everywhere. Plenty of clothes storage. Office desk. Quiet room conditioner. Two elevators for easy parking to room access. Indoor heated pool and spa next to gym room. Nice dining area.
