Clean and well run property. No complaints at all.

Nice quiet and clean room. Breakfast is the typical so so that you get at most hotels/ motels that offer breakfast.

"Great stay overall. I would suggest adding more toiletries and basic kitchenware. If a microwave is provided in the room, plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery would be very helpful for guests

The breakfast was less than desirable. If the breakfast is a selling point, key feature it should be somewhat tasteful. The room was clean and early check out was easy (though I never received communication from the property when I reached out regarding shortening my stay).

Breakfast area is always congested but food is decent. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect for us. The room wasn’t as clean as we would like. Hair in the sink when we got there. The thermostat didn’t work so we had to call the desk. They sent a maintenance man quickly and he fixed the problem. He was very competent and friendly. We had stayed here a month earlier and at that time the ice machines were out of order except for one floor. They were still not working this time a month later.

Breakfast was pretty good. We were there three nights and they never cleaned our room, we just had to ask for extra towels. The sleeper was just the couch. It was okay, but a bit hard. Definitely glad we brought our own blankets too. We skipped the pool, it was a bit cloudy. The staff was nice and the place was clean. Those are important!

Cleanliness, breakfast quality. Was a little hectic with all the sports teams but were very polite however overpowered the continental breakfast area. Staff did good job trying to keep up. Overall nice hotel.

There is only 1 elevator and is VERY slow. Also 2 of the 3 Ice machines were out of order.

The lower rating was due to the mattress which was horrible. When your ass ends up 10 inches below your head and feet , it’s not good. Wore out and couldn’t sleep a wink

Listening to the children run up and down the hallway until 1:00 in the morning.

There were a lot of kids there, for sports games or something. Just a lot of running down the hallways on our floor and above us. Out of pool towels a lot. It’s because of all of the children not monitored that the stay was just ok.

The room was a nice suite and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub. Close to restaurants and shops.

The room was clean, but the hair conditioner bottle in the bathroom was empty and came out of some water instead when I pushed it. Awkward.

I book hotels based on the breakfast and while this has the ideal spread- fruit, eggs, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches- the eggs were powder and gross, the sandwich’s were soggy and there were no condiments for them, the yogurt was a the tiny water ex brand, and the fruit was apple and orange no bananas lol. We have stopped at this hotel many times over the years, and they are consistently good at cleanliness and friendliness.

Third time I’ve stayed here and is always good service and friendly staff.

Place was nice, rooms were spacious and comfortably slept 5 of us. Continental breakfast was good too - plenty to choose from, including the popular waffle station with all the toppings. Front desk staff were friendly. Location was perfect for us, close to everything.

I did not stay in the hotel on the 20th of November. I arrived on the 21st and departed on the 22nd. The stay was good just like any other hotel. Overall the experience was good.

The staff was great! My room had a funky smell as a result of having Top Raman noodles thrown in the a/c unit. After finding the noodles, I kind of questioned the overall cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was mediocre, typical “free breakfast”. If I ever go back to Medford, I will stay elsewhere.

This trip was just the wife and i so we booked a king suite. When we checked in the desk person said that they upgraded us to a double queen suite. I said that was not an upgrade because we wanted the king suite. They proceeded and said that they where all sold out of the king suites.

Our stay was very comfortable and the location is convenient, right off the highway (some background noise but not too bad). The pool and Jacuzzi are a plus and breakfast is good. The staff are very welcoming. I would recommend staying here.

Very disappointed that housekeeping was not provided one day, even though we requested it. The « every second day housekeeping » is nonsense. Just a cost saving measure. Hilton had the same procedure but over-rode it to provide daily housekeeping on request. Marriott did not.

From the moment of check in to the check out, the staff exceeded our expectations. I did not get names but everyone from front desk staff all the way to housekeeping were so kind and willing to help in anyway they could. We will return when we are back in the area for an extended period.

Large room but no outlet on one side of the bed so could not use my c-pap, shower leaked on floor. Very clean but was not informed that housekeeping was every other day.

Rooms on the roadside are very noisy most of the night. Earlier times we have stayed there we were on other side and it was very quiet

Our family of 6 was on the first floor. It was very noisy outside our window with people and traffic at night and sounded like our window wasn’t fully shut all the way but was. The window also didn’t lock which made me feel very uneasy. There also was a lot of noise in the hallways very late at night. The pool is small and was not very clean. My boys ended up with someone’s false lashes in their goggles, which was gross. The breakfast was good, well stocked and had plenty of options.

Great trip for Thanksgiving, only complaint is the toilet was as small as could be. Couldn’t hardly get off the toilet with my bad hip and knee, no pull handle either.

Horrible experience tonight. Reserved two room, showed up and front desk receptionist was on a call with her boss for five minutes until I told her we really needed to check in now because our kids needed to use restroom. We were then given two room keys, both had other guests in the room! So, had to go back in line and get another two keys, screwed up and only gave us one room. Go to the one room and the room is unclean. Like gross. Urin spray and hairs in bathroom. Will never stay here again!

I've stayed here a few times now, and every time is excellent. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the hotel stays relatively quiet, even when busy. Breakfast is basic but plentiful, and there are plenty of options for grab-and-go if you don't want to sit and eat. It can get pretty busy and the food area is pretty small, so just be aware of that! Otherwise, a great option if you're coming through Medford.

Clean and spacious room. Breakfast didn't offer a lot of choice, but it was good and quick. There were noisy kids running up and down the hallway one night that was annoying as it was about 9:30. Where are the parents? I called the front desk and the woman said she'd come up, but it stopped shortly after my call.

Staff was very friendly. We were there for my daughter’s softball camp and tournament. Hours after we had checked out she had realized she forgot her camp t-shirt in the room. She was positive they just thew her shirt away. When we asked the front desk, they told us nothing was found in the room. They called the housekeeper, she brought down bags of bedding from our floor and dug through them. She found it! Wrapped in the sheet! We were SO incredibly happy. They went above and beyond any other hotel I have ever forgotten an item in. We were very pleased with our stay!

The only downside to this property is the noise from the adjacent highway. Bring ear plugs and you will be fine.

The two queen bed suite was very comfortable, modern, and clean. We appreciated the little things like targeted bedside lights. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was good.

Spacious, friendly environment and very clean!

Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. When we got there and we moved the ottoman that was garbage underneath it. the carpet didn't appear to be vacuumed at all. We asked for more towels and they brought them to us as we were eating or breakfast for us to carry them up to the room. That was kind of hard seeing how we had two small children with us. We asked for more conditioner than they replace the conditioner but didn't open it and we couldn't figure out how to open it so we just gave up. There were only two dresser drawers so that was inconvenient when you have a family of four. The swimming pool area was pretty much useless for us as there was way too much chlorine in the area with very little of ventilation. So it was causing all of our eyes to burn and my youngest who has asthma to start having issues. Even though we open the outside door it still didn't help. Therefore we only use the pool for about 30 minutes on our 4-day stay. Even that long. The good: The breakfast was great. A lot of options to choose from. The lady that was running it was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and tidy as well as the dining area

Expedia messed up my reservation but the front desk guy was GREAT! He got us all set up and was super kind. Room was Venti clean and well set up. Loved the black out curtains.

We stayed for 2 nights. From the Front desk staff to the breakfast buffet staff everyone was attentive, friendly, and helpful. While the hotel was under renovation which they said will be completed by April (2024) we did not experience any issues with noise or inconveniences. We booked a king room and that was clean, spacious and comfortable. The fitness room was small with two treadmills and one elliptical luckily had it to our selves when we utilized it. They also had a small pool and hot tub. FYI, our room had not been renovated yet but was more than acceptable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return if staying in Medford again.
