The room was clean and the bed was comfy. We did contact the desk for help with the TV and spa and they responded immediately. The problem was mostly us not knowing how they worked. It was quiet all night, so no disturbances to our sleep. We would stay there again.
- 5/5
Especially liked the room, well appointed, clean and pressed look. Mini fridge had an actual freezer separate from the fridge section. Microwave worked well. Parking should be said for front end of the car, not the exhaust end, because the exhaust comes through the a/c vents.
- 5/5
The double queen room was very spacious and it had plenty of room for our kids to move around and not feel so cramped. Also loved that the room had a mid-size fridge with a freezer. We were able to bring plenty of food and re-freeze our ice packs for the trip home. I also prefer the one level style building because no one is below you, and being able to park right in front of your own room is so so nice when carrying multiple bags. It wasn't fancy, but it was clean and comfortable and that's what matters most. Would absolutely stay here again.
- 4/5
Rooms were very clean, parking lot was spacious and da staff was great.
- 4/5
It was a clean, quiet and pleasant.
- 5/5
Jacuzzi room was nice, but old
- 5/5
The property was in a nice location and the building is well maintained
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
No frills hotel with a clean room. No extra amenities whatsoever
- 4/5
It was clean and bed was very comfortable. It’s not expensive. But it’s in a low end part of town. It’s not a high end hotel, but it’s just fine for a few nights stay in Medford. This is the third time I’ve stayed here, and I will come back. AC was noisy and shower curtain rod was loose. Neither was a big deal.
- 5/5
Very clean rooms and comfortable beds and the location is in the vicinity of stores, restaurants, and the local mall. Very reasonable rates for any day not alone on Saturday. Friendly staff
- 3/5
Staff was really nice HOWEVER there is a $100 deposit that wasnt advertised and i didnt have the money for it so when i said i dont have the money the lady was nice enough to understand and trust us and let us stay without paying the deposit since they had our card on file just incase.
- 5/5
The location and staff is very friendly
- 3.5/5
Reasonably easy access.
- 5/5
This is the 2nd time we've stayed. The room is always clean and the owners are very friendly. We will definitely stay again.
- 2.5/5
She prepared a couch for my dog. She put a cover over it so he could sleep on it. But he never jumped up on it. He slept on the floor all night. They charged me $15 in addition to what I paid booking.com for my dog. I was not informed of this prior to booking the room.
- 4/5
I had no issues, but there are a lot of homeless in the area. Room was nice and clean and was relatively quiet
- 4.5/5
I seen a bug in the room
- 4/5
Would stay again.
- 3.5/5
Place was clean good and nicer for the stay.

- 4/5
Older property that was very nicely renovated. I will stay here again next time i am in medford
- 4/5
Lady at the front desk bent over backwards for us in order to make sure my family had a safe comfortable place to stay
- 3.5/5
It smelled. Felt like room was sprayed with fragrance but still smelled dank. Moldy. Not easant smell in the room. AC KEPT making noises.
- 4/5
Bed was not very comfortable. Everything else was amazing
- 4.5/5
Very nice staff , clean , smells good and bed , pillows and comfort was comfortable , smart TV , we liked the Hot shower and full kitchen. We definitely stay again
- 5/5
The hotel is in good shape but the area has a large amount of houseless people. Especially in the night time.
- 5/5
Handy spot to stay. Comfortable and were able to do laundry.
- 5/5
Loved our room! It was great for having my 2 young boys with us and having so much space for them to play. Beds were comfortable. Was more than I expected for the price. The location was great also. Will definitely stay there again! Bathroom could have used an update! The tub couldn't plug for the kids to bathe.
- 4/5
Parking was my only problem
- 5/5
The locale was convenient and quiet. Check in was quick and easy. The queen room was clean and larger than I expected with a couch and coffee table. It was nice to have use of a refrigerator/freezer and a microwave, both very clean. I really appreciated the jacuzzi after a 10 hour drive. The room had vinyl plank flooring which I am beginning to really appreciate how clean this is compared to carpet. The large TV was nice, but I only used to check weather conditions in the morning before I left. Perhaps a way to stream shows I was already watching.
- 5/5
I was looking for a room with plenty of room for me and two other people. The room was huge and cheap. The area was not great but I wanted to save a couple of dollars for shopping and tweakers and hookers walking down the street doesn’t scare me.
- 5/5
Clean, safe, new rooms, all that you would need. Close to many bars and Restaurants. Easy to walk to everything. Great prices also. Can't go wrong here, great palce to stay.
- 5/5
Everything was Great Nice and Friendly and Clean.
- 3.5/5
My stay was pretty good
- 1.5/5
The room is nice. The WiFi does not working properly. Unfortunately WiFi a MUST and should works great. Location is not looking nice!
- 5/5
Room was clean! Bed comfortable.
- 3.5/5
The smell left over by the cleaning products was too strong.
- 5/5
Reasonable price. Newly renovated hotel. smart TV. clean and good smell room. comfy bed. 10 minutes walk to big grocery store. -
- 5/5
Very clean, comfortable, great secure wifi nice tv , fridge and microwave. I stay at the place every time I am in Medford.
- 5/5
A very nice, very well kept, old style motel. The property, the office, and my room were immaculate. The very pleasant owners take obvious pride in their business, the proof being in their upkeep. The bed was very comfortable. The choice of TV channels was most generous. The only familiar con was the coffee offered in the room. Would def stay here again. And it's a short drive off of I-5.
- 5/5
maintained Spacious room, good layout, responsive staff. I would gladly stay there again in the future and would recommend it to anyone content with two-star accommodations. WiFi didn't work at first; however the staff was able to fix it within five minutes so no biggie. Other than that, everything was fine or excellent.
- 3/5
Room was very basic and humid. Super friendly staff. Not in a great part of town. Overall ok for one driving through but would not intentionally stay longer.
- 3/5
We booked a non smoking room with a king sized bed. We got a room that had a non smoking sign on the door, but it smelled of old, stale cigarette smoke and the bed was queen sized or smaller. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom was a little grubby. Expedient, but nothing more
- 2/5
Bathroom door not working….
- 3/5
This MOTEL was not exactly what we expected as it had fairly high ratings but was pretty sketchy, honestly. When we pulled in there were many various aged men just hanging out around the parking lot, on the stoop, leaning on the pillars, talking near open doors and I have never been more thankful to not be traveling alone. I probably wouldn’t have checked in if I was by myself. The room was okay, the bed was comfortable, but upon entering I found a dying cockroach in the room on the floor. I kick myself now for not taking a photo. I expected a hotel for the price, but we stayed and didn’t die so… I guess it worked.

Price commensurate with room and surrounding environment. Feels a bit sketchy, but safe.
- 5/5
I found this property on expedia same night as I was travelling. There was a room available. It had a fridge and microwave and a coffee machine for a better price than the low cost chain I have used in the past.
- 5/5
Room was very nice. Comfortable bed and clean
- 5/5
I like the easy check in I like the rooms and the rates. As well as the woman who runs the front desk very kind and accommodating
- 5/5
Easy check in friendly quick service
- 5/5
I will stay there again
- 5/5
The stay was a last minute booking, the night auditor/clerk was very accommodating to our needs, it was very much appreciated
- 4/5
Reasonably priced stay
- 5/5
A very nice simple room, with all expected comforts. The TV worked well, with enough channels for some brief entertainment before going to sleep. Wi-fi also worked fine. Clean place, no issues. Thank you.
- 5/5
price was good
- 5/5
Nice place for a short stay.
- 2/5
Very clean facility. I was able to contact to the Wi-Fi with no internet and a man who I chose not to talk to knocked on my door at night.
- 4/5
Quiet and inexpensive
- 5/5
Though an older facility, as a single male traveler, it was great. The location is now surrounded by newer places to stay, yet this area is the older side of the area it was safe enough. I would stay again when on that side of Medford.
- 5/5
More spacious than I had anticipated. Bed was really comfortable. I'd recommend this place.
- 2/5
We found two cockroaches in the bathroom as we we’re getting ready to leave which turned what would have been a acceptable stay for the price into one that made me incredibly uncomfortable. This is a no frills cheap motel for those seeking a one night stay. The air conditioning worked, but the bed made a horrible noise when sitting on it. I would opt for somewhere else if I stayed in the area again.
- 5/5
Our stay was clean & quiet!
- 4/5
Simple and effective little hotel. Made for a calm stay along our trip.
- 5/5
Always a nice visit
- 5/5
The room was very clean and check in was super easy. I was surprised to see there was a mini fridge, microwave, and small pull out couch. The walls seem a bit thin but overall a really great room especially for the price.
- 4/5
Staff very friendly and room very comfortable
- 5/5
Overnight stay during road trip home from CA to WA. Red Carpet Inn was great! Room and bathroom were very clean. Room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and covers seen in higher end hotels. Quiet throughout the night. Best quality for the price! Highly recommended!
- 3/5
Helpful at desk in check in. Shower was so cold I couldn't even shower. Bed was comfy. Pretty clean for what it is.
- 2/5
The rooms looked modern… my room wasn’t cleaned, the previous occupant left ash or white powdery substance in the drawers. My hand towels and reg. towels were still dirty. The receptionist was late to open the place up. Time on door/website said open at 8am, I arrived early around 9am and she barely got there after me showing up. Kept repeating check in time is at 3pm. Was quite rude too. Do not recommend even for cheap prices
- 5/5
This HOTEL is BETTER than the previous reviews! The least expensive in Medford, and it was fantastic! Check in was a breeze and with a smile especially when I checked in at 11pm! Got to the room and it was clean. Heat turned on and was quite, refrigerator was cold for my water, Hot water in the shower was amazing, very fresh smelling and fluffy bath towels, loved the onetime use soap, yes it's small but they have to throw them out anyway! Bed was extremely comfortable with 3 pillows and awesome bedding and you can park right in front of the room! 100% recommend you staying here and I will stay here again!
- 5/5
Very close to the Greyhound station!
- 4/5
Safe
- 3/5
We booked a King bed & got a Queen. Not a good area of town.
- 5/5
Great location , friendly staff and clean room. Easy in and out, plenty of parking. Would stay again
- 4/5
The motel was not fancy but the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast so I can’t comment on that. We would stay here again if we return to the Medford area.
- 4/5
Very good value for the money. Close to the center of Medford.
- 3/5
The room was quiet and large enough. However the fridge had someone’s pizza left in it, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Overall it was acceptable for the price.
- 4/5
great value for the price. only negative was the bath towels were not big or soft but small and rough. Great room and and very comfy bed.
- 4/5
The room was great but there was an issue. The air conditioner was VERY noisy and prevented me from getting a restful night's sleep. Other than that, the service was good and so was the location.
- 4/5
It was within 1 mile of some pretty nice restaurants and bars for a nice meal, they offer room service but the on site restaurant is closed
- 1/5
The room stank of sewer gas the toilet seat was dirty. The front staff were rude and the bed spqeaked everytine i turned ove.
- 1/5
Couldn't get the tv to work and got blamed for that too,so I had to wat my phone.... Horrible service!!!!
- 3/5
It was a roadside motel, cleaner than usual, but wasn't totally stocked with basics like towels. Efficient stay for out of town visitor on business.
- 5/5
Much better than anticipated. Great A/C, Convenient location
- 3/5
The room had an unpleasant smell
- 4/5
Quiet, clean stopover but not a destination, which was fine since that is all I needed.
- 3/5
Good stay.
- 4/5
If you just need an inexpensive place to sleep when traveling through, you won't be disappointed. Nothing luxurious, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. What impressed me the most was that the pillows were sufficiently thick. I've stayed too many places where they are like pancakes. And the curtains kept the room very dark. You could easily oversleep! The only negative was the noisy fan but if you turned it off the room got too stuffy.
- 4/5
Large room with comfy beds. Noisy road but great value for money
- 4/5
This was an okay stay. Nothing great. Nothing bad. Staff was friendly.
- 4/5
This hotel was great for the price. We stayed here two nights for a hiking trip to Crater Lake. Initially the parking lot was hard to get into due to the one-way streets and our GPS, but there was plenty of parking and easy check in. The room was clean and looked very nice, but it smelled like someone had smoked in there recently even though it was a non smoking room. The bed was comfortable enough, and we didn’t eat breakfast there though it looked reasonable enough. Overall, good value for the price!
- 4/5
Great and weather was perfect
- 4/5
Nice and clean. Was very quiet. Is an older place but my room was very nice. Good water pressure.
- 4/5
I felt the hotel was safe, parking was accessible and all features in the room functioned as they should. The price was very attractive. I would come back to this hotel. I have stayed in a number of lower priced hotels and this establishment rated very high in my and my spouse's view. In all fairness, there was road noise audible during the early to middle evening hours; this hotel is located along a busy road. That noise subsided well before midnight and the place became pretty quiet after that.
- 4/5
Overnight stopover on way back home. Spacious, quiet, comfortable, with standard amenities of WiFi (worked well), in room coffee and refrig. Very limited continental breakfast, but that's not a high priority with me (price and comfort rank much higher).
- 4/5
2 overnight "stopovers" on trip to Seaside OR, one going to and the other returning. Good value, spacious, comfortable bed, WiFi worked well. Standard amenities of refrig, microwave and in room coffee. Very minimal continental breakfast, but that is not a high priority for me. Check in and out done expeditiously.
- 4/5
It was clean and quiet. My only gripe is the nearest restaurant within walking distance was two blocks away. And I mean the ONLY restaurant.
- 5/5
We had to check in late and it wasn't a problem! Great room for the price!
- 3/5
The room was large, everything seemed to be quite new. Loved the flooring, no carpet. It was very satisfactory, but it was rather dark outside at night - needs more lighting. The restaurant was not open but it appears to be under reconstruction.
- 5/5
This was a very nice hotel, mostly clean and comfortable. There were a few spots that seemed like they'd just been forgotten during the cleaning, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars - only a few small spots though in the kitchen. The hotel staff was very polite but there were a couple of guys in the lobby lounging on the couch who seemed to know the gal behind the desk but they were behaving a little strangely....coming in the middle of the night to check in, from a long drive, it was a little uncomfortable... but otherwise everything was great!
- 5/5
There are a few options along the more affordable line in downtown Medford, and this is probably one of the best. Easy parking and access, very convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, fairly quiet considering it's along a main avenue. Nice choice when staying in Medford.
- 4/5
Decent place to stay the night. Room was clean and not run down. Shower did have trouble staying a consistent temperature. We only needed a place to rest our heads, so I'm met our needs.
- 5/5
We traveled to WA and back and stayed here both going and coming back home. The young lady who checked us in and out both times was very sweet, friendly, and helpful. We would stay there again.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the price was very reasonable.
- 4/5
WiFi is poor
- 3/5
The motel was clean and comfortable and the price was reasonable. There were lots of fluffy pillows and the bed gave us a restful night's sleep. The breakfast area was cramped for space with only two small tables on one side of the lobby. Breakfast didn't start until 7 A.M. which was too late for some of us.
- 2/5
The place was clean and decent. It was the cheapest hotel I could find. I only stayed one night, and the next morning I saw a ton of ants and had some bites. No bed bugs, but still a place I'm glad I only stayed one night in.
- 5/5
Bed was very comfortable, room had good quality towels and was very spacious, only complain is that the wifi was a bit weak.
- 4/5
Best water pressure from the shower head ever had outside my home!
- 2/5
the room apeared clean, but my daughter and i saw a cockroach on the nightstand when we turned on the lamp. it was a non-smoking room but there were quite a few people standing outside their rooms and in the parking lot smoking. not only did we have to walk through that smoke to get to our room, but when we turned on the air conditioner it sucked the smell into our room. it was a disapointing experience at best.
- 4/5
Very helpful staff. Room was clean and check-in was easy
- 4/5
we liked that you had a tub where most of them have showers now days which is go soaking the back.
- 5/5
Helpful staff. Spacious room but weak coffee. So so free breakfast.
- 4/5
the room was very large , clean and quite. was a little worried being that I booked it on line.
- 1/5
It had lost of ants and it wasn't that clean. It smelled like smoke when it was a non smoking room!
- 4/5
The person in the office when I checked in was able to offer me several choices of restaurants nearby with good driving directions which were easy to follow. I would stay there again.
- 4/5
Everything is just ok, did not find anything uncomfortable
- 2/5
Location is not good. Far from restaurants. One way street. Noisy. Not impressive
- 3/5
For the price, it's hard to beat.
- 1/5
There was a veritable cloud of cigarette smoke hanging over the motel. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but the a/c in the next room was putting out so much smoke the a/c in our room was picking it up. There seems to be a lot of long-term people living in the motel and spending their time in the parking lot. When we drove up someone was at our car asking for handouts. The closest neighbors are 2 tattoo parlors, a auto maintenance place and a marijuana store.
- 4/5
Booked this hotel on Expedia reviews. Had to add my own. Easy check in and room was clean and comfortable. Also, I left my e-reader in room (my fault!). I called and it was safely kept for me until I could return. Definitely recommend!
- 3/5
Rooms were smelly
- 1/5
The room was pretty bad. Dirty and even something sticky on the table.
- 4/5
This is your typical low budget motel except for one thing ..... Everything worked! I had booked this place based upon the reviews I read on the website, and I have to say the reviews were pretty much spot on. It's a few dollars more than the true low budget motels but was well worth the little bit more. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great value for the money... Easy check-in and check-out!
- 1/5
Breakfast was a joke.
- 4/5
Hotel staff was helpful. Rooms were clean and most of them are on ground floor so easy for seniors.
