I like the staff and the fact that they were very friendly and welcoming. It wasn’t a overcharge fee or anything for something stupid I love this hotel. I really don’t have any negative reviews

The staff was fantastic at this hotel but it was quite rundown and my daughter dubbed it "the hotel that Marriott forgot." We love Marriott. I stay at Marriott all the time for work and for pleasure. It's my first choice. The staff was fantastic, but the hotel was sad.
- 3/5
Hotel staff was very nice. Mrs. May was very accommodating. The shower holder was falling out of the wall. The A/C was very loud and needed to run the entire night to cool the room

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable I didn’t eat breakfast there, as other Marriott properties I have stayed at offer a complimentary breakfast. I even had to pay $4.00 for a cup of coffee from their Bistro. There was complimentary coffee in the room, but no creamer. I felt “nickeled and dimed” when it came to these particular amenities. The lock on my door wasn’t functioning properly so it was very difficult to close from the outside. The water was turned off one day during my stay and didn’t come back on until after 9 p.m. No signs were posted in the lobby or elevators to notify guests that the water would be shut off.

We had an issue with the room. One of the staff members stated he may not be able to change us to another room due to the number of guests they had; however Ms Gabby stepped in and changed us to the room we paid for. She was so helpful and greeted us with a smile and friendly word every time she saw us.
- 4/5
The room was basic and TV didn’t work but the lady at the front desk was incredible
- 5/5
Could have offered free continental breakfast.
- 4.5/5
The smell outside was a little off-putting, but the hotel itself inside and out was very clean
- 5/5
Very clean. Staff were all super friendly. After a long drive, that hot shower and fluffy bed was just what I needed. The bed was a little too cloudlike for my back but the sofa bed did the trick.
- 3/5
The room refrigerator and phone did not work. WiFi was too weak for streaming.
- 1/5
We stayed on the first floor and from the check-in area down the hall was the persistent smell of a toilet, urine or stool or both. Regarding the room, a bit neglected but more important than that was the arrangement of the king sized bed that did not fit fully on the wooden frame allowing the frame to protrude a full six inches. This became a shin biter! I’m not going to waste any more time on this review as I would NEVER stay at this place again.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable with excellent water pressure. Staff were professional and friendly.
- 4/5
The toilet in my room was not bolted down properly. The shower door was broke and I had to rig it so I could atleast jump in the shower quickly without it falling on me. I do appreciate the front staff for acknowledging that when I brought it to their attention on check out.
- 3/5
The front desk staff was kind and the room was comfortable and the appliances worked. However the hotel has horrible sound proofing, the tv reception was bad and not connected to the Internet like it was advertised, and there was no DnD sign included in the room, I had to ask for one twice
- 5/5
The room was clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My stay was cancelled by the hotel because they don’t rent to people that are local

No breakfast. Shower sliding door falling down, would not close. Sink stopped with sewage.

There was no food at the concessions area. The hotel is under renovations, but looks like a rinky-dink team doing it. If you want to have hot water in your shower, turn it to cold… Also, there weren’t any trash cans in the room. The front desk guy in the Night Shift Was smoking a cigarette in the entryway.

The hotel was under construction for remodeling and it was an absolute mess - one TV didn't work, one had fallen off the wall and was propped up against the wall and had no remote. Our telephone didn't work so we couldn't call front desk or anybody if there was an emergency. Everything was crumbling and falling apart, no trash cans. None of the ice machines worked on any floor, the elevator was sketch and would start moving before the doors closed. We were promised a significant credit for the inconvenience and haven't seen it a week later.

The building was under construction. No amenities were offered. The outside construction made the outside appearance horrible. It looked abandoned.

Hotel is under major renovation. It should be nice in the long run but as of now it has a long way to go. Not a typical experience that I have had with a Marriott property.

This property is not operational. It is being renovated. We could not stay there once we arrived. We had to book a different hotel. I need a refund for this booking.

UNSAFE and UNSANITARY. This hotel is undergoing EXTENSIVE renovation and when we reserved our room, well in advance, we had no idea. We did get an email right before arrival saying the pool, workout room and the kitchen were closed, ok no problem for a short trip. However, the hallways had no AC, the elevator flooring was torn up, flooring was stripped up in common areas and other areas. And had we not been so tired we would have immediately left. Room was moderately clean. Day two we did leave because the sink water turned brown. Frankly, I think this hotel should be closed down until the renovation is complete. Marriott should be ashamed. The front desk staff were courteous and understanding though.

I booked this location because I stayed there 3 years ago. It was okay then. There were no stipulations on the app and nothing stated that this hotel was under extensive renovations. Upon arriving to the front counter, the clerk was nice and greeted us. I told her my name and that I had reservations. She stated I wanted to let you know we are under renovation. I said ok, the website didn’t mention anything. She states our elevator does not work, the pool is not open. I said ok, I already booked. Can I get a first floor room? Sh stated we don’t have any. I told her I had 2 50lb luggages and asked if they had someone to assist. She said no. It was last minute and almost dark in Memphis. I had no other options by then. I had no choice but to struggle with those 2 heavy luggage’s. Paint, ladders filth everywhere. We get to the room, the tv doesn’t work, no cable, I tried to call downstairs, no phone service. The tub was dirty and the bathroom floor sticky. We quickly went out nearby and grabbed food to bring back, I advised her of the tv, we at least wanted to watch tv. She was on her cell phone, but allowed us to quickly interrupt. She said she would send someone up. After 2 hours went by, I knew it was a lie. This place should close. We had to leave for our flight at 5;30 am. Could not use the shower because it wasn’t up to par. I told the clerk who was now on duty and mentioned the tv and that no one ever came. He said owe I got here at 11 and know nothing about it. Oh ok.

We had the worst experience ever with this stay. We had 3 different rooms. The original room 205 the tv did not work and my husband informed the desk clerk as we were leaving for gathering. He said he would have someone take care of it. We made it back and the tv was not fixed. So we were moved to room 237. This room air conditioner did not cool and fresh paint fumes were unbearable with the heat. My husband has asthma and could not breathe and I had a bad headache. So here we went again packing up our belongings to head to the 3rd room. We were totally disappointed and extremely dissatisfied. I would give this place 1 star. Please advise!

We stayed two nights. The first night was fine. However, when we returned to our room on our second day, after spending the day in Memphis, our room was not made up. I went to the front desk and let the lady there know and she told me that we were supposed to ask for housekeeping services. I told her that nobody had ever mentioned that to us. She just shrugged and said nothing. So then I asked her if somebody could supply us with towels, Kleenex and toilet paper. She said housekeeping had all left. By this time, I was feeling really frustrated but I patiently asked her if she could get us the room supplies. Again she shrugged and just stood there. Finally after she realized that I wasn’t leaving, she very slowly shuffled off and eventually brought me what we needed. No apologies, no compassion or care at all. When we checked out, I asked if this was the Marriott’s policy to not provide housekeeping services unless they were requested. The lady said absolutely not! I also told her that there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the containers in the shower. This lady was very shocked and apologized over and over. I would not expect this poor service from a Marriott hotel, nor would I recommend staying here unless you are desperate. A very disappointing stay for my husband and me.

I was in town for a medical procedure. Our room was pristine, and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome.
- 4/5
Liked the area, facility and bed was nice and comfy. Room carpet can be cleaned properly, did not felt that carpet was cleaned.

It was beautiful, clean hotel. However, no `breakfast included in stay.

Came in late, left early

I left my personal pillow and I reported it to the front desk at the hotel about a hour after checkout. Sent a friend to pick the pillow up and it was no where to be found. Apparently housekeeping did not turn it in. This pillow cost me $40 and I’m extremely disappointed with the staff.
- 5/5
The carpets in the hallways and the rooms could use a cleaning.
