The rooms were clean/ the breakfast was very good/ the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were just a couple issues during our stay: bathtub was very slippery as the non-skid tape was minimal; and the Keurig did not work properly - when asking the front desk about it, the response was "I've never stayed in the rooms so I don't know about that". Other than those 2 issues, I give 5 stars. Room was very clean, staff was great, breakfast was delicious and they had parking within locked gates. We will stay with IHG hotels again and again.

Our overnight stay here was wonderful. Tara at the front desk was friendly and gave us lots of info. They shuttle to and from Graceland which made it so easy for us, and even have a deal at Marlows BBQ which was great. They picked us up at the hotel and brought us back after dinner. The hotel staff was Sooo friendly and helpful. Michelle and Ms Moody (I think was her name) in the breakfast area were very friendly. Would definitely stay again

Everything was perfect at the hotel. The only thing we didn't like was the area where it's located at but it's where Elvis's mansion is at. The hotel is gated so we felt safe in the property.

The staff were amazing they were super friendly. And our room was extremely clean. They even came by the next morning to see if we needed anything. Would definitely go back the next time we come to Tennessee.

Overall the property and rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. However, you can hear people in the above rooms. The water was lukewarm and never reached a hot temperature. The elevators were out of order and you had to take the stairs. I have stayed at these hotels before in other places and never had any issues.

Iron don’t work, elevator was broken and staff was not helpful. Property is advertised as suites which we booked and turned out that we were in a standard room with double beds and no suite because apparently they don’t offer it but yet that’s what we had booked.

Checked in and asked the clerk at the desk to verify if my payment was transacted. I booked my hotel stay on Expedia.com and selected to pay in full at the property when checking in. However, the full amount was charged /transacted immediately after my room was booked. Very upsetting.

The cinnamon rolls were a little dry and milk was not fresh but the staff was awesome! I would not recommend the restaurant with the limo. Coleslaw wasn’t fresh and made me sick!

My experience with the front desk staff was that they were very friendly, nice and helpful . . . when they could be found. While the rooms were very clean and neat, I wasn’t happy when I found the handicapped accessible room I requested had a standard bath tub/shower set up. The only visible safety feature I saw in the entire room was a metal handle bar for occupant safety when entering/exiting the bathtub. I expected the beds to be lower in height for easier access. In fact, the extreme height of the beds themselves made it very difficult for me to get my handicapped wife safely into the bed without significant physical effort on my part. I am 5’-11” and I myself could not simply sit down on the bed unless I first climbed into it.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly. The hot breakfast was great and the coffee was amazing. Parking was free.

The biggest disappointment came when I first brought a service animal through the door and was accosted rudely by a man who did not identify himself. He asked about the service animal I had, and moved like he was going to bar my entry into the hotel. I informed him that I had already spoken to front desk staff about it. He then asked for the service animal's documentation, which is a clear and blatant violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Trying to diffuse the situation, I did show him the paperwork I had. I also indicated that I always check with the establishment before I bring a service animal. He scoffed and said "you're talking to him". Throughout the exchange he did not identify himself, nor did he have any identifying name tag or clothing. He was rude, condescending, and slightly aggressive. This was a disappointing encounter in what would've been a fine hotel stay with some of the nicest staff I've ever encountered. This IHG can do better, and should start by removing him (initials MJ) from his duties or offering him education on the appropriate way to deal with Americans with Disabilities and the service animals on which they depend.

Everything was very good. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We didn’t have a vehicle but we had only planned to go to Graceland. The hotel provided shuttle service for that. If you wanted to go to other places, like Beale St etc. you would need a vehicle or get a taxi.

Amazing breakfasr

Free shuttle to & from.the airport & to Graceland & back. We were greeted by happy, friendly staff. Room was clean & they kept it clean with fresh towels daily. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The manager Tina Minor drove us to Marlowe's to meet friends when we couldn't get there on time.

We recently had to come to Memphis my home town from Knoxville for My Brother's HomeGoing. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and everyone was still the same. Wonderful atmosphere, Professional Front Desk, and Loving Breakfast Staff, Ms Duffie and Michelle made us feel right at home. They made sure we were taken care of. I have 2 Deaf Sons 23 and 18 that really felt the love. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Parking was safe. The rooms were a lil pricey but it was well worth it. My family and I have stayed for three nights at the hotel. What we experienced at the hotel was unreal. We traveled to 10-11 different countries, numerous states and cities in the United States and nowhere have we felt more welcomed than in this hotel. This hotel has the best staff you can find. Everyone was so genuinely nice and helpful. The staff offered to do things for us even we didn’t asked them to do it. Amazing people. My wife said I felt like we stayed with our family, not strangers. Even our kids said these are the nicest people one can meet. Hotel was clean, rooms, lobby, hallways, dining area. Good breakfast and plenty of options. Great job to all of you guys. If we come to Memphis next year for the same tournament we will plan on staying with you guys again. Thank you for everything.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a long weekend and I must say the entire staff really embodies the term "Southern Hospitality" Every member of the staff we interacted with went Above and Beyond my expectations. I can't say enough positive things regarding the staff here at this location! The room was clean and fresh, the Continental Breakfast was the Best I have experienced!!! Thank You to Duffie!!! she went Above any Beyond with every interaction!!! Every detail was top notch! The shuttle service also went Above and Beyond with taking us to and from Graceland as well as the airport. I wish every hotel stay we have going foward is as good as this!!!

The room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, front desk was very welcoming, lady cooking breakfast (sorry cannot remember her name) was lovely, she even drove us to Graceland in the minibus, there are a lot of roadworks ongoing nearby so was glad of this service. There is a shuttle to and from the airport but the hours didnt match with our arrival and departure unfortunately, but we used ubers both ways. There was an issue with the blind, it had fell down, we managed to block the light out with pillows and reported it to the desk following morning, we were only there 2 nights so not fixed when we left. Would definately stay here again if I ever return for a visit to Graceland.

What a change from our last stay two years ago! Excellent staff and customer service. Clean, fresh lobby, room and new decor. Greeted by everyone we encountered. We have stayed here at least once and often twice a year for the past six years on our path to and from Atlanta. Went elsewhere in 2024 because 2023 was awful. Back to the high quality and standards we discovered in 2019!

We went to the breakfast area 5 minutes early not noticing the time so we had to be somewhere at 7:30 so we thought to just grab a quick pastry from some fruit cup of coffee and get on the road and the staff that was working the kitchen on Sunday morning was very rude and startled Us by yelling hey very loudly when we started to get a few of the items that were there and said it was not ready 5 minutes really made all the difference when all we were wanting was something that was already made we didn't have a special request we didn't ask for anything extra so that will be our last time ever staying at that Holiday Inn

the staff was the absolute best. everyone of them I interacted with was so warm, friendly and looking to make my stay pleasurable and comfortable. this is it, stop scrolling and book with them, by the time you factor in free breakfast and free airport shuttle, this is the best buy for your money.

We came in late after a show and the staff was expecting us and was offering us lots of help. We needed extra bedding and they were quick to get it to us. The two staff members offered us cookies and they were extremely friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

The location is excellent if you’re looking for affordability near Graceland. The parking lot is gated, which I didn’t realize was going to be necessary but I’m glad it was there. The floor of our room was dirty- not awful, but dirty nonetheless. We read reviews about roaches and got concerned but didn’t see any in our room on the second floor so any issue that could’ve been there is likely eradicated.

This hotel is within perfect walking distance of Graceland, and also perfect distance to get an uber to downtown Memphis. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. They have a shuttle bus running between the hotel and Graceland/The Guesthouse at Graceland. They also provide you with collection and drop off to the airport. The shuttle bus between the hotel runs until 1am, which is perfect if you are still partying the night away at The Guesthouse at Graceland. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Tommy and Tara are always on hand to help. Miss Duffy does a great complimentary hot buffet and continental breakfast.

I was not able to check in to this Hotel Their elevator was down and could not put me on the first floor. Since i recently had hip replacement I was not able to clime up stairs.

Soon as you walk in you feel the stuffiness and smell of mildew everywhere in the building. The room floor was wet of heat steam , the blankets smell musty. The elevator floor was sticky and dirty. Didnt get a goodnight sleep heard kids stomping upstairs all night. Will not recommend this place.

On the good side, the room was clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast was great, and the coffee was very good. I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express all across the country, it's a favorite. This place is not on par with any of the others

the lobby bathrooms were in very poor condition. The shower curtain inthe bathroom was all ripped up and falling off. The ice machine on that floor was not working we had to go up a floor to get ice, and the entire floor had a terrible odor to it. We actually left a day early due to that odor.

We chose this property because of the airport shuttle and free breakfast. We really received a warm welcome from Ms. Duffy who picked us up from the airport and who we saw tending to the breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the many breakfast options and the pool was nice. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because while the hotel was clean we could tell some of the furniture/decor was very worn and some areas could use a detail cleaning. Overall we would stay here again.

The hotel staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. The pool was very clean and the area around the hotel, a part of the hotel, was well maintained. However, the area outside of the hotel area felt unsafe and there was nothing to do. You could walk to Graceland if you're a walker, but both the traffic and location felt dangerous. This is no fault of the hotel itself, however, and I felt very safe in the hotel area. The room was clean and comfortable, though the hall (2nd floor) had a funky, dirty water smell. It looked very clean, however, and there were no complaints at all in the room. It’s a reasonably priced hotel close to Graceland.

And on Tues we were advised there were no hot breakfast, no eggs, no omelette, no potato,no bacon, no sausage, no bisquits& gravy, yogurt was outdated, only coffee & toast. Didn’t desire cereal so very disappointing. Should be refunded!!! 2nd: the only thing they had on the lobby TV was family feud, all day, every morning, no news, nothing. That is just not satisfactory for a lobby. Just disappointing all the way around. The young lady at breakfast was pleasant and apologetic so I appreciated her.

Very friendly and hospitable. Kitchen staff, especially good. Prompt and accommodating.

Welcoming staff & convenient transportation around the area

Great Location- 1 mile to Graceland, 10 min from airport and Downtown Memphis. Will definitely come back next time we are in Memphis!

Bad roads , it is a shame with Elvis Presley Graceland is a few miles from the hotel & we installed 4 new tires & potholes , uneven pavement . They collect so much tax $$$ to improve the area. We aren’t coming back . Also an unsafe place . The hotel was great except the security gate doesn’t close fast enough to stop another vehicle or person coming in behind us .

Everyone was treated kindly by the staff. Mrs. Duffy and the rest of the staff were very obliging and friendly.

Hotel staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Stayed two nights. Prices were reasonable. Hotel was clean and updated. Uncarpeted floors makes things a little noisier than usual, however it did not interfere our stay.

Location was not in a feel safe area. They did have secured parking.

We had a great room and the staff were wonderfully informative! The areas around the property were a little beaten down, but I wasn’t there for the surrounding grounds. I got what I needed from the facility itself. Keep up the great work!

The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was awesome....

The room was neat and clean However the elevator went out 2x bad if you had luggage to bring up or down.

One overnight and it was VERY comfortable
