Reviews
Guests generally appreciate the hotel's location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, there are frequent complaints about the lack of amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning, as well as issues with the condition of the rooms and furniture.
- Great location
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Lack of amenities (Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning)
- Rooms and furniture in need of maintenance and upgrade
- 5/5
It was clean and the staff was nice
- 2/5
Lamps on nightstand weren’t plugged in Coffee machine was on table in corner no available outlets for machine Had to pay to watch tv Shower water pressure was low
- 5/5
Upgrades to rooms were good but the lobby area is a little dated. Staff there were very helpful. Area was close to the beach and plenty of great restaurants and bars.
- 5/5
better lobbey area

ALSO ADD USB CHARGERS TO THE ROOMS.
- 5/5
Amazing place. I will definitely be back. The staff were very helpful and they were around all the time. They let us leave our stuff before check in and after check out. Provided towels for the beach, and they told us we can get beach chairs at the beach with the Bb company which was SO convenient. We stayed on Friday and it wasn’t noisy. Thank you everyone for your patience!
- 3/5
I was not expecting an empty building, it is literally just rooms. There is no front desk. The front door is locked. You have to have a key code to get in that you don't get until 10 minutes before check-in. There was a man there that did help us out. Thank God. It is an unmanned hotel my betting was dirty, and I thought the bed was going to break
- 5/5
Really nice hotel!
- 5/5
It was amazing!
- 4/5
My only complaint is that there is a small coffee maker only. I drink tea. Alle water tastes like coffee. There is a small kitchen section , but there are no plates , no water boiler, no utensils of any kind, no cups minus paper cups. For me I like to have some tea, or some water or even some simple bouillon . I buy it myself but a water boiler please. Many hotels started to use these wasteful machines . A water boiler some instant coffee some tea bags.?
- 5/5
Great place very relax. And my wife forget her apple watch they contact me . They housekeeper found the watch great place 10 star
- 5/5
Perfect location!! Clean rooms and friendly, superb customer service!
- 3/5
During the week, noise at night wasn’t a problem. On the weekend (Friday/Saturday) nights, the nightclub behind the building gets loud, predictably until 4am, and I needed noise cancelling headphones because the rhythm is inconsistent and I couldn’t ignore it: earplugs didn’t help. One Friday night was super loud, however, and the club went to 6am - the room vibrating is probably beyond noise ordinances even for the touristy area (brief googling suggested 100ft and/or 100 decibels). Noise cancelling headphones were no help that one night. The majority of my stay was also at the extreme end of the building, and my room didn’t get WiFi signal except for one half of the room with only a wooden chair to sit on. They didn’t make any effort to remedy it during my stay, which was disappointing, and tiresome to compensate for. A family member was disappointed that the beach chairs provided by the resort fee were only available 9am-5pm (from a separate business), and it’s more comfortable to spend time at the beach before and after those hours. The location is very convenient, and it’s in the major tourist area hub, so I expected some noise. I don’t know if I would trade my sleep for it again, though.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Clean and closer to the port...
- 4/5
The location was great, and the room itself was nice. However, they said they were going to provide two beach towels, which they did not, even after we specifically called and requested them.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
A great location, so close to the beach, the bus and everything else. The room was very clean, comfortable and had a functioning AC. The windows of our room faced a back street and music venue, so there was not much to see looking out and on weekends the music can go until 5am. Was noticeable but didn’t make sleep impossible, unless you are a very light sleeper. Ear plugs were provided.
- 3/5
There was no heater because it was broken and I was told I didn’t need it and if I turned it on the smoke alarm would go off. I was freezing when I arrived because it was raining and the AC was ok. Did not want to open the windows due to humidity and breathing issues. I asked for extra blankets and pillows which were not available. There was no ice machine on site.
- 5/5
Interestingly, the hotel doesn't have receptionists.
- 5/5
While the room was small and the building older, the decor was up to date, clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Our view was literally a space between the two buildings with a bunch of rocks and rubble. So not very impressive view, but we were only there to sleep and I would much prefer a clean, comfortable room, to a nice window view. The amenities were nice. Very easy check in and check out. We received our check-in information shortly before our check in time and we experienced no issues getting into the building or our room. I feel like it was a pretty secure building. And I like that they had access to free bicycle rentals and beach towels and chairs. We were surprised to find free bottles of water and a couple of cookies / biscuits. It is not a luxury property but it is comfortable and we would stay here again in the future. Because you have everything that you could possibly need around you.
- 5/5
I didn’t know what to expect because I got such a great deal. At the front desk, everything is automated, but they are a text or call away. Clean, not like really clean you can tell the cleaning crew puts love in what they do. Great location, a few blocks from Muscle Beach and a block from Ocean Drive, so if you’re looking for a place that’s clean and safe without breaking the bank, you've found it!
- 4/5
No onsite parking! No onsite staff. You receive a door code. Basically an AirBNB apartment building.
- 5/5
Great location! Clean rooms, easy check in/out!!
- 1/5
Decent location, but in need of major update. Very dated not vary clear feel. We will not be staying again.
- 5/5
Loved our stay! The key pad entry into the building was easy. But, the key pad code for the room was different than you think. You have to actually Use a check mark button. Other than that.... We had a wonderful room. The elevator took us right to our floor and we had a short distance to our room. The location on South Beach is so much fun. Everything is within walking distance. The room was clean. The bathroom is small but cute and clean. We did stay in a Suite which was super spacious! Go ahead and BOOK here. I will stay here again for sure!
- 5/5
Great with instructions given. Great location. Confortable room. Only negative was the bathtub, it was dangerous getting in and out of bathtub
- 4/5
Close to the beach, easy to access, stored our luggage until our room was ready
- 3/5
The main area that could use improvement is the lobby and overall appearance when you first walk in. The lobby did not give the best first impression and could definitely be updated or maintained better to match the quality of the rooms. Overall, I had a good stay, but I do think the hotel could improve the guest experience by enhancing the lobby and common areas.
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 5/5
Cool stay staff very friendly
- 4/5
It’s a lovely stay right in the middle of every where actually. The area wasn’t noisy, room and lobby was clean and was just as advertised.
- 3/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Great location close to the beach, also the area is nice close to many restaurants. There’s no valet service but theres a 20$ a day garage right across the street, and there is a temp parking lots next to hotel to unload. Beach towels are included and available upon request. We got a king suite and it was great, it has a little fridge and a coffee machine. There’s no receptionist but its probably why the hotel is so affordable, they have a virtual assistant over whatsup and they respond quickly. Beach chairs are included with 19$ resort fee. Overall a great experience!
- 2/5
Elier and management was the best part of this stay they went above and beyond to help accommodate us while being shorthanded with house keepers. We had to wait 4 hrs for our room to be ready and when it was we found that ALL THE TOWELS were dirty some still even contained make up from previous guests, the AC was stuck in the ON position making it very difficult to get comfortable amongst other things

- 5/5
Very nice quaint hotel right on the beach. Very quiet and relaxing. I will return when I’m south beach .
- 5/5
Virtual desk was easy. Great communication. I never felt scammed. Easy to use. Older place but very clean. Will stay again..
- 4/5
Thank
- 4/5
Great location, less than 5 mins to the beach and restaurants. Quiet but the walls are thin. At night this pkace is behind a nightclub, of you are a light sleeper this might be an issue but the location does give you ear plugs, the are fully aware of what is happening. I am a heavy sleeper so this did not bother what so every. The bathroom had great pressure and clean, no mold or mold residue which you can find in older hotel and especially the closer you get to the beach. No bugs to report too. I would stay again for the price and location.
- 2/5
Our rooms weren’t ready when they said very poor communication. Tried contacting them several times and they wouldn’t answer
- 4/5
Such a great area, walking distance from beach and downtown.
- 4/5
AC worked, neighborhood is good. Staff was sometimes hard to reach as there is no one at a help desk anywhere so you have to text the number.
- 5/5
A+
- 5/5
Clean, good option for a place to stay that’s reasonably priced.
- 5/5
Property was clean and nice. Location is great. Bed is comfy.
- 4/5
There is no ice machine either. Other than that the guy on site was very friendly and helpful with other things we needed. Would stay again.
- 4/5
It was okay. No outlet near the bed for cell phone. Needs another light source in the bedroom. Wifi was not good enough to run the smart TV. Bed not really comfortable and squeaky.
- 5/5
The temperature was early adjustable to your taste which was really great
- 2/5
Could have been more clean in the lounge area and more instructions on how to get in the building. No one spoke English at first made it difficult to communicate.
- 5/5
Cool and pet friendly

Rooms look nothing like the pictures. Bathrooms were disgusting. There was hair all over the floor and the ceiling. The toilet seat was dirty and had to wipe it down to remove stains.
- 4/5
Had a broken coffee pot but was replaced in a few minutes. That was great.
- 3/5
Very minimalist hotel with no amenities.
- 4/5
Very convenient and lots of space
- 5/5
Great !
- 2/5
I wish they prioritized these sort of inconveniences more, AC in Florida is a must.
- 2/5
Location is good, staff are nice, but the management and communication is very poor.
- 4/5
Clean room, good communication with staff on check in and check out. We were missing beach towels for our room and there was an issue with the holder for the shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. Overally lovely stay for the price. The location is great - close to beach and surrounding by restaurants and shops. Would stay again.
- 1/5
There wasn't any staff which we were not aware of. The only good thing about this hotel was that the room was clean. I was very disappointed and I do not know if I would go back to Miami Beach. I almost fell in the tub, it was so slippery. The coffee pot cord was so short I had to move the table close to the outlet and after it finished my coffee was filled with coffee grinds. Very disappointing.
- 1/5
My stay was horrible. I was in Miami for only the weekend so it was important for me to sleep well to take advantage of the weekend. However, the smoke detector in my room was low battery so it was beeping. It started at midnight and woke my sister and I up. It continued to beep throughout the night, in intervals of 30 minutes. It did not stop until 4am, when the device died. I texted the hotel phone line after the second beeping and they said they wouldn’t be able to help until the next morning (which didn’t even happen). The concept of the virtual front desk is inconvenient unless you won’t need anything at all. Even when you do text the help line during their regular hours, they do not tell you a time when they will come help. For example, I texted for beach towels and they could not guarantee a time they would deliver them, just anywhere within their regular working hours of 9-5… this is not the staff’s fault. The staff was great. It is the way management has set up this “virtual front desk”. I would not recommend to stay here unless you literally have no other option, and hopefully your smoke detector is not low battery like ours was.

100%
- 4/5
Room is clean. However, lighting is dim; and more shelves and drawers are desirable. We are not used to laying everything on the floor.
- 3/5
When we arrived we thought the hotel was closed. Not the vibrant hotel we visited a few years ago. Carpeting in public areas needed a good clean. No drawers in room and furniture tired. Our bed broke - handyman very good and fixed it quickly - and mattress sloped towards middle.
- 5/5
Had a great time! Great location! Close to many things and room worked perfectly for the one night needed before our cruise!
- 5/5
Great place with great management. Will stay there again!
- 3/5
It was cool
- 2/5
The sheets were dirty upon check-in. We text & called to get fresh sheets. They were brought to us hours later & were only dropped off. They did not service the room. They said I did not “pay for it;” however I not recall any option to add this - thought it was a guarantee. The positive was the location.
- 5/5
La habitacion es muy comoda, y la ubicacion tambien
- 5/5
Such a great location, unique building and spacious room. We will definitely book again when we pass through South Beach !!!
- 3/5
The room was basic but clean. The big issue was the noise. There is zero insulation between floors and walls so it's very loud. Also, my room overlooked a parking lot which seemed to invite fights and arguments both nights of my stay, it was very hard to sleep. There were earplugs on the bedside table so they know this is a problem. The other thing I really did not like was no onsite front desk person, its all virtual. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere.
- 3/5
No early check in no pool no extra amenities and small room
- 5/5
Room was clean upon arrival, staff was pleasant and eager to help. Not much to speak of in terms of amenities, but that is by design. It’s a great, affordable way to be on South Beach if you don’t plan to be at the hotel much. Would stay again
- 5/5
I had an amazing experience. While no front desk staff was present, anything I had a question about was answered in less than 3 minutes through WhatsApp. It was quite at night, which I feel is rare in my experience since people do come here to have a good time. About an 8 minute walk to the beach. Some nice restaurants near by. I will be booking this again for all my future Miami Beach trips.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Very good location with respect to South Beach. However, the check-in process leaves a bit to be desired. We expected to be able to drop off our bags at 9 AM, but no one would answer our text and the door was closed, we could not get in. Also, the room itself was spacious, but dated, and the heat did not work so the room was cold overnight.
- 4/5
This is a great value for its location. It is very basic - small room, no breakfast buffet, lobby is not staffed. It is clean, offsite staff are friendly and communicative, and it’s minutes away from the beach. I was concerned about securely storing my suitcase there until check-in though.
- 5/5
The room was clean. The check in and check out process was easy. The room was very quiet and peaceful. Very close to the beach and parking was reasonable and right next to the building. No complaints whatsoever.
- 5/5
And staff was available by text.
- 5/5
Location, large room, great A/C, comfy bed, the keyless entry to the building and room worked perfectly. Lots of clear texts, emails, and instructions. All good and the neighborhood provides great walking to restaurants and cafes close to the beach.
- 4/5
Decent place, but building is old and floors in hallways were crooked. No carpet in rooms, just tile.
- 5/5
Great location. Spacious room and bath.
- 4/5
The room was clean, although the detergent of the sheets was very strong smelling and caused me to itch terribly! We ended up stripping the bed and sleeping on the mattress cover. We struggled with parking. We knew going in to the reservation that there was no on-site parking available, which was fine. However, there is a paid public parking lot right next to the hotel. This was great except the parking meters provided by the management company (not connected to the hotel) only allows you to pay until midnight. We were worried about being towed or ticketed for staying overnight. Thankfully neither happened. While the parking situation isn’t a reflection of the hotel, it is good info to know for anyone staying here.
- 1/5
the bed was broke and the tub wasn’t working properly and someone said they would come and look at it and they never showed up
- 4/5
Great location and price
- 5/5
Nice room, great location!
- 5/5
Check in and out was convenient and easy! The room was great as well as staff quickly responding to addl needs! I recommend Kasa and look forward to staying there in the future!
- 5/5
Great communication. Easy to locate and comfortable room.
- 5/5
Was worried after seeing mixed reviews but pay no mind this place was awesome! We stayed night before and after our cruise was able to even check in little early! Staff was great answered any questions immediately. Place itself was incredibly clean even smells clean. We will definitely be back for our next cruise lots of places to walk too, and felt very safe inside the building with codes. Also very quiet. 10/10
- 3/5
Staff on duty was helpful. The place was as a little noisy and room kind of small.
- 5/5
The room was perfect with a beautiful balcony and den. Very well appointed, and perfect for a nice couples get-a-way in Miami Beach!
- 5/5
Great stay, friendly staff, clean, conveniently located.
- 2/5
Window blinds are all dusty, toilet doesn’t flush probably
- 3/5
Property looks too old
- 5/5
Fantastic room, big, comfortable and quiet for a great price, very private, great location near the beach and public transport. I would absolutely come back and recommend to friends
- 5/5
Clean rooms!
- 5/5
Room was huge and immaculate! We had a prob in our room and a team arrived in minutes to rectify it. Check was a breeze and when arrived early for our second stay after our cruise, they held our bags securely. Excellent location too!
- 2/5
No lights in room it was very dark and no ice machine.
- 5/5
Nice and spacious!
- 5/5
This is a fantastic hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and all of the staff were extremely helpful and kind! A special shout-out to Elier and the maintenance man (sorry, I forg They had great local reand werrewere always
- 2/5
Room was OK. No way that we found to get clean towels The hotel would send e mails telling us how concerned they were that everything was going ok + if any problems to reply to the e mail -however when I did , it would come back message failure- domain not found. T h ey have no front desk where you could speak to someone. I don't have texting in the U.S.so couldn't reply to their texts + could not use cell phone without heavy roaming charges
- 5/5
Room was spotless. Great location.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
PERFECT
- 5/5
Very clean room. Jesus was amazing and greeted us with the warmest welcome!!!! Ideal location, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. So glad we booked another stay after we return from cruise.
- 2/5
Room was clean. Lighting cold. But the real issue is that there is a club nearby and the bass thumps all night. They provide ear plugs but they are useless. They should warn you. Would be nice also if there was any kind of staff to say hello to. All communication was done via text with a bot. I wanted a slightly later check out as we were up later than expected (due to the aforementioned thumping noise) but there wasn’t any reply because there was NO HUMAN responding. Very frustrating.
- 3/5
The room was adequate for a one-night stay; however, the shower experience was disappointing due to weak water pressure and a limited supply of hot water.
- 3/5
Room wasn’t ready at the promised time and had to wait an hour to check in. Room was very roomy. The beds were on the soft side. Room was very clean.
- 3/5
Should put a microwave in rooms or in lobby
- 5/5
Only a few negatives: the bathroom sink water never got warm, so I’m not sure if that was broken or not. Also, the shower faucet was protruding oddly from the wall, so it looked like that also needed to be repaired. And the biggest headache was the parking situation. We were able to find parking ourselves, but it ended up costing us over $100 for less than a 24 hour stay. Having a dedicated parking spot included with our lodging will definitely be a requirement the next time we stay in South Beach.
- 5/5
It was awesome!! The staff was amazing. Was a bit skeptical when booking and arriving, but everything was super clean and nice. Themale employee in charge at the La Flora was amazing! I will definitely be coming back, just for that guy alone! Very professional and kind!
- 3/5
There were stains on the bed sheet and hair on the bathroom sink.
- 2/5
we went during peak winter holiday season. Which explains the loud music playing till 2 am.
- 2/5
Pictures are extremely misleading. Room was ok, not in the best shape. No front desk but a staff member did bring new sheets and blankets pretty quickly after ours were dirty when we arrived. It is in a good location though.
- 5/5
We arrived early, and were allowed to store our luggage. After a long afternoon of walking around Miami we were very tired. When we went back to the hotel, we were allowed early check in
- 5/5
Amazing room, very pretty bathroom, amazing location, amazing staff. No complaints
- 3/5
It can be more clean….
- 4/5
Good place to stay. Clean and equivalent price to quality.
- 5/5
Staff always communicated. Nice clean rooms!
- 3/5
Bathtub was stained yellow and has cracks in it, very thin blankets. Right next to the road so lots of road noise at night
- 4/5
The experience was amazing the bed was jsut old , the beach chairs are 100 percent free you just have to pay $27 for an umbrella
- 5/5
It was very comfortable and clean !
- 5/5
Very peaceful and clean
- 5/5
The room was clean. Lots going on nearby
- 5/5
Room was very nice and clean, fantastic bed-so comfortable. Great neighborhood. Lots of great eating choices within walking distance. Wish they had a couple of wine glasses there but otherwise we loved it!
- 4/5
Great location, huge room, easy self check in with comprehensive instructions emailed ahead of time
- 5/5
I have to say my stay was excellent. I have never stayed somewhere that was all virtual i was really nervous. Sure enough a couple hours before i was to arrive i got the text with the building code. Then a few minutes before check in i got the text with the room number. I pulled up unloaded luggage in front of hotel my wife and friends stayed there i went to the parking deck just up the road it was very close. If you leave your care there in deck over 24 hours its a flat $20 rate. I got to the building put in the code and in i went. I went to second floor found my room and it was very clean and nice. I only had 3 towels i text the number ask for 1 more a very nice man brought me 3 more towels. Lots to do around lots of restaurants and one street over from beach. I saw that man a couple more times and he was very nice asking if my room eas good and if i needed anything. You gotta keep in mind there may be lots of people having fun late on the street but they are on vacation also. Ill stay there again im sure of that.
- 5/5
The bathroom sink leaked but other than that the stay was good.
- 3/5
The room was clean and decent. Had to call for towels because there was only 1 towel no facecloth or floor mat in bathroom. There is no front desk staff you have to text and they notify on call person to bring ir assist you. When booking online they ask if you want to pay $25 or get the $250 hold, i chose the $250 hold and they did a $500 hold $250 twice before&after checkout. Now I have to text back and forth. VERY AGGRAVATING!!!
- 3/5
However the virtual staff we found very inconvenient and was not a match for us
- 2/5
Faucet was broken and bugs all in the room
- 5/5
I only stayed for one night but the room was clean and most efficient for my needs. Refrigerator, table with 2 chairs and one upholstered chair. The bath and hand towels are thick. Two night stands and a bed headboard that served lighting needs for the room quite nicely. Enjoyed my short stay and would come again. The self check-in is efficient.
- 3/5
Good location for bars and restaurants. Room was fine. What was difficult for us was no elevator and we packed heavy for the cruise we took the next day and had to carry up the stairs without assistance.
- 4/5
Charming hotel. My room (suite) was huge! Centrally located. Like many Miami Beach hotels, street noise can drift into the room. If you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs.
- 5/5
The staying at Kasa La Flora was smooth and pretty convenient. Even with the on-line front desk service, the staffs around were very attentive and helpful.
- 5/5
This was a awesome place to stay. A wonderful restaurant down below kept us smelling wonderful italian food that we got the opportunity to try as well. And im here to tell you, it was great. All the way around.
- 4/5
Great place and great location.
- 5/5
Room was spotless, staff was very accommodating and friendly
- 2/5
Clean room. Check in, not so good. Code to front gate did not work. And, they are a virtual check in/front desk property so, nobody here to help you. It takes 20 mins to get an answer about anything. Thank God, the restaurant allowed me to enter through their property. Otherwise, I’d still be standing there, punching in codes and pulling on the door. And when I report it, the answer I get is “sometimes when you punch the code in too many times in a row it doesn’t open.” Well, fix that sh*t so this doesn’t happen. And I wanted to store my luggage. 20 minutes on hold to get an answer about that while I waited in the lobby. Because, of course, there’s nobody here to help you! Hire someone to be here to help people!
- 5/5
Very clean spacious and beautiful Q
- 4/5
Quiet hitel no doors banging or people running the halls. Regular AC in unit so fan can stay on without going on and off all night waking you up
- 4/5
Clean rooms. Not set up in shower/tub to prevent slips.
- 1/5
Room was not clean, sheets had stain. Everything was cheap like bought from Temu. No staff, and just check out their replies to reviews. They only say "We will make sure it does not happen again" In fact they won't do anything about it.
- 1/5
We dealt with.
- 5/5
Amazing place! Clean and very well designed. Has its beach club.
- 5/5
Very clean, cozy and easy to get to
- 4/5
Ac worked great no complaints
- 3/5
You need improve the check-in process it took me hours for 3 rooms also the parking area around property is the place where all homeless stayed for 2 nights make noise and scare me and my family and the hallways needs renovations so badly
- 3/5
Customer service in person checking in terrible
- 3/5
Room 311 desperately needs lighting. Very dark, only 2 lamps and a few dim pot lights in the entire suite. Otherwise fine
- 5/5
The housekeeping was great and very polite. I appreciate Maria, the head of housekeeping very much, she is a polite beautiful person. The other housekeeper that worked on Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday was also great and very helpful. Maintenance person was quick on responding to a small issue in the kitchen. Honestly this place felt like home, and I appreciate that. Thank you guys you were great🔥
- 5/5
Clean room, perfect location, felt safe and the building was quiet. Will book again
- 4/5
I Had a great time, with great accommodations.
- 5/5
Very nice experience. Online front desk covered my needs and easy to interface with. Help at my fingertips if I needed it. Staff on site were very friendly, and it was easy to find and navigate. Room was just perfect for an overnight stay. Thanks!
- 1/5
Arrived at 1230am the bed frame was broken and unusable. There was dead bugs under the sheets and chips on the floor very dirty. Staff was almost impossible to reach Took 4 days to get ahold of management for refund I Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
- 4/5
The hotel was very nice it w
- 2/5
Didn’t look as in the pictures, is an old building w stains in the old carpets, it smells and the rooms smelled too.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
Garbage hotel. They treat unlike crap no one speaks English. Worst service
- 5/5
This hotel is in a great location, and our room was very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in the South Beach area.
- 3/5
There was no couch or coffee table as shown in the photographs. Lighting was very dim/dark. Other patrons were smoking when clearly it was a no smoking property.
- 2/5
There wasn't any staff, or any amenities. Jyst very cold environment
- 1/5
staff is not helpful
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Everything was perfect 10/10 will be coming back soon.
- 5/5
Room and area was clean. The staff was helpful, friendly and hospitable. Thanks for a great visit!
- 1/5
Only half of the shower head worked, the countertops in the bathroom were hard and almost dangerous, the shower leaked from the tiles onto the bathroom floor, only 1 toilet paper was in the bathroom (halfway used), kept waking up with weird bites all over my ankles, pretty sure they had bed bugs.
- 5/5
This place exceeded my expectations. For the price and location it was the best deal ever. The room was very clean and well furnished. The instructions to enter the room were very easy to follow. I would totally book here again
- 3/5
It was an easy stay. Clean, easy to access. But the tub in our room didn’t work. It must not have worked for a while because the water that came out of the jets, briefly, STUNK! When we inquired via text (as we were instructed), no response til the next day. It was a nice walkable location without being a mainstream big chain hotel. For that, we appreciated our stay.
- 1/5
No shower
- 5/5
Very secluded. Home-like setting. Well worth the prices. Offered me free upgrades for each stay! Great staff!
- 5/5
Location is excellent. 2 minute walk from an overnight garage.
- 4/5
Clean ,safe and convenient!
- 5/5
Comfortable stay near the South Beach
- 4/5
Nice clean room, easy self check in, perfect location close to Oceam Drive. Only complaint was that the air in the room didn’t work that great
- 5/5
It was great thank you
- 5/5
Good location. Easy check-in. Was not a quiet location at night.
- 1/5
WORST STAY EVER. Check in to the room and found stains on the sheets called costumer service and got the room swapped. I entered the 2nd room and come to find out stains again on the sheets. Spent 1.5 hours on the phone with a supervisor to which the end result was to exchange the bed sheets for new ones. Staff was called to come and change bed sheets by the supervisor. The worker Jose came to the room very aggressive threw down the cleaned bed sheets next to a chair we were sitting in and started raising his voice, after confronting this aggressive behavior he stormed out of the room.
- 5/5
clean and easy with keyless everything
- 5/5
Very clean room. Will come back again.
- 3/5
The place was all awesome. Strictly because of the distance of the beach. But while my wife and I went to the beach knowing that we brought our dog with us. We find out no dogs are allowed on the beach. So we left her behind for a few hours and we weren't able to bring our baby to the beach. So we left her for a few in the hotel room. she is a well behaved 6-year-old Chihuahua. But then I got noise alerts from your sensors at Kasa. My phone was on blast and it annoyed me during my relax time that I needed so bad. Then came the annoying emails every once in awhile reporting loud noise at the hotel room. It kind of messed up my whole vacation experience in Miami Beach.
- 5/5
10 out of 10 I highly recommended! Very clean, quiet and just oh so cute! The bathroom is stunning! Close to many great restaurants and easy beach access!
- 5/5
We’ve been to South Beach several times and this was one of our favorite places to stay! The room was huge! We had a king size bed, sleeper sofa with a sitting area! It also had a small dining room table, and a large surface area with a coffee maker and microwave! There was a refrigerator to keep our drinks and leftovers cold. The beach was only a block away and beach loungers were included! Although, this wasn’t a regular hotel with a front desk staff, there was always the cleaning crew there if we needed anything. (Extra towels, toilet paper, etc) There was no ice machine, so we purchased a small cooler and got ice from the Walgreens at the corner! We loved not having to keep track of a key! You had a building code as well as a code to your room! We rented a car for part of our trip! There was a parking garage conveniently located at the corner of 13th and they only charge $20 per day! It seriously was the perfect location! There was everything you needed within walking distance!! We’d definitely stay at the Kasa La Flora hotel again!
- 4/5
This hotel was the first hotel my husband and I stayed in when coming to Miami. It’s in a great location to the beach and also to the night life in Ocean Drive, yet quiet enough to have kids there.
- 3/5
They say picture is worth a thousand words. And this place is definitely blocking pictures from being posted. The pictures you see are not the rooms you get.It is a bait and switch. Those rooms are very, very small. And look absolutely nothing like the pictures period overall, the room was clean. The price is good for the area.Considering most hotels want a lot more money to stay.So if you're looking for a clean budget friendly place, this would be it as for safety, keep one eye open, nothing in particular happened to me.But there were homeless people sleeping just outside my window
- 5/5
Ideal location and great value. Self service check-in is very simple. Would stay again for sure
- 5/5
Clean, Private, Close to beach, Affordable, Helpful staff, and Beach towels + Chairs provided for free
- 2/5
Hotel with normal basic amenities & quality of rooms is a much better option. 1) You have to go a different business off-site to pick up your “included” amenities of beach chairs BUT only between 9-5 and even then its NOT guaranteed you will be availed one. There are NO beach towels on site. They only tell you all this after checking in. 2) Property Tries to upsell $18 “flat rate” deposit by otherwise requiring a larger than usual $250 hold on your card. 3) No ice machine on site 4) No microwave in room or on site. 5) Says Cafe on site but it only opens at 5PM. ALSO - very tricky understanding these are 2 different properties. Our room in the Imapala building felt a but claustrophobic. So over all, instead of trying to save $15-30, it is much better to just get a hotel where the very very basics of beach towels, chairs, ice are a given.
- 1/5
Terrible and Awful experience. The AC was completely non-functional in Miami’s heat, making the room unlivable. There was no onsite staff available to assist, even though the property claims support until 2 AM. I spent hours trying to get help and they kept on saying that ‘we are working on it’ and at 1 AM they told me there is no one to resolve this issue and was offered only a small partial refund for a night I couldn’t even stay comfortably. Totally poor and unacceptable level of service.
- 3/5
Staff and Service? Huh? Where is it better

- 4/5
I've stayed there several times because of the closeness to the place I want to visit. Will definitely stay again
- 5/5
Amazing attentive service
- 2/5
Room was nothing like in the description online, furniture was very dated with lots of bad repairs to walls and doors, no dresser under tv in livingroom, there was a small table in front of couch instead of a long coffee table so really no where to eat.you couldn’t double lock the front door because the door doesn’t align with the strike plate, there was a small sink by coffee maker but no paper towels or towel to wipe off counter. There isn’t any ice machines or vending machines on property. No place to set luggage out. The only positive to this property is the location. I wouldn’t stay here again!
- 4/5
Nice stay
- 3/5
No bathroom in lobby
- 5/5
A good place to stay in Miami. The property was clean, well furnished and close to everything.
- 4/5
Great location. Virtual Front Desk with very responsive staff. The area was very noisy at night with loud music outside but I guess that goes with the territory.
- 5/5
Good position in Miami.
- 5/5
Great room ! Will definitely book again .
- 5/5
Centrally located, walking distance to shopping eating and cocktails…very conveniently located
- 5/5
Everything is very convenient. Clean, safe, close to the beach
- 5/5
Very simple room with everything you need. Right in the middle of South Beach with great dining all around you. Will be back for sure!
- 5/5
walkable shopping and restaurants
- 5/5
Nice spot
- 5/5
This is a very nice Art Deco hotel in the heart of Miami Baech between Washington and Collins. Its basically a self service check in you do online, which worked pretty well. You get an entry code for the lobby in the late morning and then the entry code for the room at 3:30. The room is nice and clean with good amenities. I would definately stay here again.
- 4/5
It’s not ideal for (4) ppl (adults) as it lacks privacy, it’s a studio without a door or divider for bedroom. You have to enter bedroom to go to the bathroom. No microwave in room. The TV is mounted so close to the wall, maintenance could barely reset it when it went offline. The jacuzzi did not work, HUGE disappointment! The entrance codes were an issue, we had to be let in multiple times by other tenants. The maintenance person had to come and slow walk us on how to enter/exit. NO ELEVATOR we were not warned about that until arrival.
- 4/5
The PIN code access to the building
- 3/5
Very good location, little noisy, quite old for my taste ,no umbrellas provided for beach just towels & chairs. Refreshing the room every 4th day .
- 3/5
This property has no staff. That would be ok if you could get any kind if response if things go wrong. We had a cockroach in our room (its florida but still). We could get no response for help in the App or messaging. We needed towels. Same issue. We the. are at the beach and get about ten “noise violations” telling us we are going to be kicked out. That is when I realized the entire experience is an AI chatbot that the guest communicates with for this hotel. After exhausting calls/emails/texts I finally get a person who is clearly a call center somewhere not near the hotel at all. The concept can work with off site management ONLY if you can reach someone in an emergency. We couldnt.
- 2/5
I had problems with my booking number and since the hotel doesn’t have a front desk everything is virtual I didn’t have a response from them, and the person on the phone wasn’t helping and unless . I don’t recommend this hotel.
- 1/5
The service was ok. But the property is very very old. Bedsheet was unclean. But it was good. They come and changed after all.
- 5/5
Beautiful place. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was available when needed.
- 5/5
I got help over the phone even very early in the morning!
- 4/5
the hotel is being renovated so it needs work. so many things in the area, walking distance to the beach. everything is self check in and self check out. The staff doesn't speak english at all.
- 4/5
I love it there and it was in a great location. It was so many restaurants that were close, a Walgreens on the corner and the bed did not let me go. The beds were definitely very comfortable I can’t complain. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 for overall is that I really wished it had a microwave, more outlets in the bedroom area or at an least extension cord or some type of charging port and a ice machine (they may have one but I didn’t need ice until my last night so I am not sure) but besides that THEY WERE AWESOME!!! If you text the number that they provided you with I got help within 5mins every time and I really feel like it was less time than that!! I Loved it and definitely will book again. I appreciate you guys hospitality. Keep up the good work
- 4/5
Most places on South Beach is old. This place has been renovated or is going through renovation. It wasn’t bad. The parking is the only issue I had. I had to park half a mile down the street. Just keep that in mind on a busy weekend.
- 5/5
Bed was comfy and location is perfect, this is me beeing super picky I just wish some nights the air conditioning could go lower, but everything was great would recommend and is worth it.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
I love the antique look in this hotel. The bathroom is awesome. Quiet, restful, cozy for family and couples
- 5/5
The only thing is the smell that was in the lobby area…
- 4/5
Amazing location (for the ones looking to stay in the middle of the south beach). Very clean and ease to access. Be careful with parking, it’s expensive around.
- 1/5
Can't y lock or open door
- 5/5
Great place to stay and convenient to a lot of places.
- 3/5
Room was clean and presentable. Wifi and Roku tv however were
- 5/5
It is very near to beach and all the public transportation
- 2/5
I loved the fact that it was in a perfect location and getting in and out of the hotel was easy but there was blood in the bed and that is absolutely unacceptable!
- 4/5
Nice, quiet location. Access was easy considering we got to the location. It was slightly difficult to find, but didn’t take long to find. Wouldn’t mind booking here again.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and in a great location, which made getting around really convenient. Self check-in was very easy and straightforward, which I really appreciated. However, there were a few drawbacks during my stay. The blinds in the room were not blackout, so the room got quite bright early in the morning. I was also able to hear music from nearby venues at night, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Additionally, the air conditioning in Room 303 wasn’t working very well and struggled to cool the room properly. Despite these minor issues, I’d still consider staying here again for the cleanliness, location, and easy check-in process.
- 5/5
Everything was great and in walking distance the beach and places to eat.
- 1/5
One room shower was not having hot water 6 people had shower in one room One room smelled very bad Virtual checkin is Very sophisticated process Ground floor room not enough security on the windows Safe box did not work in both rooms
- 5/5
Excellent spacious rooms. Very clean and neat. Well informed check in. Beds and pillows of Excellent quality. All of us had very good sleep. Overall A+
- 5/5
Great place. Huge room. Loved it
- 1/5
Cleaning crew STOLE MY Prada hat worth 1100 $ I checked out and realized I left it behind so I went back and they started to clean my room but my hat was gone . DO NOT GO HERE . And no front desk so you get no help if needed
- 5/5
Very nice boutique property. Loved the room. Parking is only issue/
- 5/5
Very cute and clean
- 5/5
Trip was great the space was perfect an comfortable for my family stay
- 3/5
Bathroom and shower were inadequate. One of the beds was very uncomfortable. Location is very good.
- 5/5
Good stay! Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping!

They did a great remodeling job. I really like it and it’s convenient and close to EVERYTHING!!! Great for family too…

Great stay
- 5/5
Great location and stay. Hate the virtual check in and lack of staff onsite. Still recommend Kasa just miss the personal experience
- 2/5
2, Cleanliness concern. I found an item of underwear that did not belong to me in the bathroom. Additionally, there are visible yellow stains on towel. This was quite unsettling and raised concerns about the cleanliness and preparation of the room prior to my arrival. I have reported their management team, however, I haven't received a feedback and resolution so far. 3, Cheating point. I paid more to upgrade my room with a sofa and looks more spacious. However, the room which I actually stay was total different than the picture showed on the Expedia and Hotel confirmation email.
- 5/5
The room was clean, spacious, and located right in the heart of Miami Beach, with everything within walking distance. Given the quality of service and the price we paid, it was an incredible deal. I highly recommend it.
- 5/5
Great for overnight stay in walking distance to South Beach Miami. Safety a great priority, cameras and codes needed to enter property.
- 5/5
Really good staff as soon as we got there the gentlemen greeted us and gave us all the information to our room and all there was to do around the area. Definitely a great spot to stay at really affordable to, everyone working there was awesome and super friendly!
- 5/5
Loved it! I was a little scared at first because kf the whole self check in, but staff and customer service were all a call away literally. Thank you! I would def. Stay here again! Support convenient place to stay at.
- 4/5
Overall nice looking and good condition. There was only a "virtual" front desk and no humans which made it odd and very difficult to do a luggage hold when we arrived earlier than anticipated. Good deal for the price when compared to other close by locations. Walking distance from the beach and several restaurants.
- 5/5
Very good. I love the stay
- 3/5
Stayed a few blocks from this property at Kasa El paseo they had a place for extra towels and beach towels available. No hot water at times or very slow to get hot water. They had no front desk or any person there to talk about problems and if there was it was never disclosed who or where to talk to those people
- 3/5
Access was smooth and room (no. 203) was fine except that though the air conditioning on was on it did no cooling. It was stifling hot and we had to wedge the windows open with coat hangers to let cooler air in from outside. Though as no breeze took a long time to get closer to outside temperature. Also meant it was extremely noisy from outside road etc. so very disruptive sleep.
- 2/5
The door handle on the first "secure" door kept falling off There is no staff, no one to help, no one to hold your bags if your room isnt ready. You just wait in tge lobby with other angry people The shower was so difficult to use i almost gave up Coffee is a joke If i wanted to take out my own trash i would have stayed home
- 3/5
No elevator. No comfortable place to sit. The shower is so close to the toilet it is difficult to use.
- 4/5
outdated
- 2/5
No temperature control in the room. No hot water. Broken coffee maker. Street racing intil 2am. No fan, so no air circulation. No parking, even parking structures nearby were all full. Absolutely no amenities at this hotel. No pool, no staff, nothing whatsoever to do in the premises, including no vending or ice machines
- 4/5
Easy access to South Beach.
- 4/5
This hotel is close to everything from beach to dining & shopping. There are many restaurants next to the hotel. Walgreen is just one block away. There is also a French Bakery named Atelier Monnier (my favorite) a few steps away. This was my first time for digital check in and had no problem from accessing the front door to my room..very convenient. The room is simple/basic but clean and comfortable. I will stay here again.
- 4/5
Great location. We found it much cleaner than expected. We will likely use it again.
- 4/5
Great location and safe building with keypad entry. Wish there was vending or ice machines but overall, pretty nice and would stay again.
- 4/5
Room was very clean and spacious. Lobby needs an upgrade. No parking available. Park on the street for $6/hr. There are parking garages. One block from the beach on Ocean Drive. Restaurants galore. Everything in walking distance.
- 3/5
Very basic and not particularly comfortable. Ok for one night but wouldn’t want to stay here for any longer.
- 5/5
Good location. Overall pretty clean and very safe.
- 4/5
Short walk to the beach, shopping and local restaurants great place to stay before going to the cruise port.the stafflet us leave our luggage in a locked closet until the room was ready.
- 5/5
They were very responsive. Really nice staff on site during regular hours. The place was clean. Would definitely come back
- 4/5
Place was nice. Good area. Just room needed furniture the water was not working right and the sink needs to b unclogged
- 5/5
We loved this property. Great room, great location. Incredible little court yard. Super close to everything on South Beach. The one and only complaint was our shower handle was broken.
- 5/5
Great location and very safe!
- 4/5
Other than that the accommodations (room 303) were nice, comfortable bedding, low water pressure for shower, one block away from Public garage parking $30 for night, no in/out privileges).
- 5/5
Nice!
- 5/5
We booked this hotel because we wanted to stay on Miami Beach before we went on our cruise. We loved this hotel. It was in the middle of everything. Our room was clean. We felt very safe. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
This adorable hotel was u like any other place I’ve stayed. A gentleman met us at the lobby and instructed us on the checkin process and how to operate the coded locks. The hall, elevator, lobby and room were immaculate and everything looks newly remodeled and freshly painted. The room wasn’t large but the furnishing were perfectly sized and functional. On top of the pristine property, the restaurants to choose from within 400 ft either direction of the entrance was superb. The beach is literally one block away and shopping along the way is super convenient. I will shout it from the hilltop that this was true gem of a find.
- 1/5
Do not stay in this hotel! It is currently 4:45 AM and the walls and bed are vibrating from the banging nightclub next door!! if you want to party all night with no sleep ever then this hotel is perfect for you but if you would actually like to get any sleep at all....do not stay here! Management suggested a white sound machine due to the lively bars which are around the hotel, trust me these are not lively bars this is a full on house and techno club! I know because I have been listening to music all night! And not in a good way! PS still waiting for that white noise machine by the way!
- 5/5
We appreciate the effort to check us in early.
- 1/5
Booked this place for one night and couldn’t check in until I’d paid additional fees which, according to Expedia, were policy if
- 3/5
Great hotel minus a few issues. Biggest issue was a club located very close who blasts their music until 5am. We had a very poor night of sleep. Our shower wasn’t working great. Chugs water
- 5/5
Nice private stay , everything virtual , just heard music noise from night club behind the building
- 5/5
Great hotel and hospitality. Only flaw is there is no elevator in the building and had to hall our luggage up a flight of stairs. There is also no glass door to close on the shower and water went everywhere and soaked the towel we put on the floor.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel right in downtown Miami Beach I had a great stay comfortable and affordable. You have to find your own parking though .
- 5/5
had a great stay here
- 5/5
Great stay couldn’t have asked for better
- 5/5
Clean, and perfectly located within walking distance of South Beach strip. Parking was convenient albeit $30 extra dollars per night. The bath and shower were outstanding. A little noisy but that was to be expected of the area.
- 5/5
Great very comfortable
- 5/5
The location was great! Easy check-in instructions, and everything worked great with the exception of the heater. Great location, and although they do not have parking, there is a paid parking lot next to the building.
- 5/5
The location of our hotel was fantastic! The proximity to the beach was a huge plus. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel's amenities also met our expectations. We would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 5/5
I loved my stay at Kasa Impala! There were security codes to get into the building and our room, which made it very safe. Although the hotel uses a digital front desk and does not provide daily maid service, the texting system works perfectly! Whenever my friends and I made a request for more towels and toilet paper, the text messaging system responded to my request and ensured I received what I asked for! Great area close to everything and a very nice room! My only complaint is that the first gate to get into Impala is a little hard to open because the buttons have to be pressed really hard. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
It is close to everything, great location. 3-5 min walk to beach and everything you need is within walking distance. I felt safe given the door to property can only be accessed by guests via a code.
- 4/5
The location was super convenient to all kinds of restaurants, the beach, and shops. The room was very clean, cleaning staff was visibly present so if you needed anything it could be easily obtained. Street noise is definitely going to be an issue, so bring ear plugs or use a noise machine to cancel out street traffic. You will have to be savvy about parking particularly if you travel there in high season. You may be better off to use ride share services. We had a good experience overall.
- 4/5
First time experiencing a virtual check-in. It was okay but I would prefer to have had a front desk with a live person.
- 1/5
I had a very bad experience at this hotel. They did not provide any support or respond to my messages. I asked them to heat my food, and they initially agreed but then disappeared and never responded again. I also had the same issue with early check-in—they did not respond at all. They are completely unresponsive, and my experience communicating with them was very frustrating.
- 3/5
Issues with the code getting into the room and hotel but overall the room was nice
- 5/5
I was very pleased with the condition of my room. It was very pretty and decorated interesting. The king bed was larger than a standard king amd the sitting room adjoined with an huge sofa and kitchen with sink and fridge (no microwave). The bathroom had a jetted tub and a unique sink with knobs that were fashioned after the 1920’s. There was a trick to get the shower running. Pls note the 2 brown knobs both need to be pulled out to get the head to work. It took a minute for sure as there were 4 knobs. Of surprise the location was very quiet. My room faced an alleyway in the back of a restaurant (I believed) and the only noise was from the staff and they were gone by 11 pm. The price was reflective of the view. The parking garage is city owned at 13th street. Make a left out of the hotel. It’s $20 for 24 hours. A great value. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect, staff very niceeee
- 3/5
We were quite surprised at how small our room was. Luckily it was just for 1 night. We were also disappointed that they could not honor an early check-in and we were stuck in their lobby with our suitcases (and no check in person to leave our bags with) until 4pm. Also, the picture of a patio in the hotel pics does NOT exist at La Flora. There is also no ice machine. Room was clean and the text communication was adequate.
- 5/5
I like the most how we have such easy access to eat , the beach and parking .
- 5/5
Buen servicio
- 5/5
No front desk staff so you do have to do everything online or through text which could be annoying if you really need something but the property was very convenient and easy to use and access and was always nice and clean
- 2/5
The positives: close to the beach, big bath tub, comfortable bed, helpful housekeeping staff, free beach chair The negatives: Fridge leaking on the floor when I arrived, A/C went out when I was sleeping, weird elevator, beach towels promised & not deliviered, no hot water for the shower on my final day, no vending machine downstairs. Wouldn't stay here again.
- 5/5
It’s brand new experience for me with virtual check in. The communication is excellent. They walked us through long before the trip. When we had questions or requests, they responded immediately.I like the room that had a table,2 chairs, storage rack/room, safe, and refrigerator. All very nice but unexpected stuff.
- 4/5
Good walking distance from everything. Room does the job.
- 3/5
Had to call as no hot water upon arrival. Was addressed promptly. Only 2 coffee pods for 2 people for 3 nights. Had to catch cleaning crew for more toilet paper. No place to put toiletries in bathroom. Permanent shower glass requires you to get into the tub and get sprayed with cold water unless you have very long arms to turn on water. No place to hang towels to dry. Not even towel hook on back of bathroom door. No trash can in bedroom. Only trash can was in bathroom.
- 3/5
This hotel made for an easy check in and check out. However I would not be back or recommend it. It was so noisy coming from other rooms and since there is no staff on property, there was no one to report it to. Also we had a cockroach in our room that we literally had to catch and throw out the window in order to fall asleep. If you’re looking for a cheap and easy place to stay in the middle of south beach, it works. Convenient location close to the beach as well as restaurants/etc. The location itself was also very loud.
- 5/5
Everything was seamless. Hosts were great and helpful. We loved the beach and how close everything was. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
I liked that it was contactless and conveniently located. There was no parking though.
- 2/5
El porton de entrada no quería abrir con el codigo de acceso en la noche lo que me limito a poder salir de la habitación ya que no se podía abrir a menos que fuera desde adentro. Muy mala experiencia.
- 5/5
Our family had an early morning flight arrival and they were able to accommodate our early check-in request. That was extremely helpful for us. The room was spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Coffee pot was stocked and worked great. Stayed one night before our cruise left the next morning. Great location for restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
The window view was the back end of a restaurant and the early morning wake up of the kitchen crew was an unwelcome surprise with hosing down equipment and loud talking.
- 2/5
Check in was at 4pm received text not ready until 6pm. Out dated and dirty. Wouldn't recommend.
- 5/5
The property is in a perfect location. Also very appreciative that they were able to allow earlier check in. Arriving from a cruise at 9:30 to wait until 4 with luggage would be a pain. So this was much appreciated.
- 5/5
Check in was super easy. The hotel us well situated with many restaurant's and bars nearby. A few minute walk to beach.
- 5/5
Very cozy quaint hotel in a great location! Would stay here again for sure and I love the self check in option.
- 5/5
Close to all amenities Clean and quiet Fee a bit excessive fo check out an hour later
- 5/5
Muy facil las instrucciones, todo excelente
- 3/5
Easy check in, although unstaffed. Close to the beach and shops. Fine for a short stay.
- 4/5
Nice that it was close to the beach but it was noisy.
- 4/5
It was a cold weekend and the heat didn’t work, but other than that, the property was great!
- 5/5
Great location, clean and easy check in! Ours was a short stay, but perfectly located where we wish to be. Restaurants shopping, and the beach all within easy walking distance.

The hotel was old, but it was clean. It’s one street back from the main Ocean Boulevard, which was okay because it has a lot of good restaurants. I can’t say I’d stay there again with all the other choices in the area.

There is no staff… everything is through text… not terrible just different

This place was amazing! Our only complaint was the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything in the halls and other rooms.

Hard to see the hotel and the first door(gate) is hard to get into. The office does not offer a place to hold bags/concierge if early

The staff was nice, professional. It was clean and a a great location

This property is very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Room was huge and the remote check in and service desk was more convenient than I expected. example, we asked for an additional blanket, and it was delivered within 10 minutes. The room REALLY does need a dresser of some sort though, just having a closet left much of our clothing on the floor. It would also be perfect if it had a microwave along with the fridge.

Really nice and convenient access to everything we needed

Excellent location next to restaurants and clubs. If you don’t like that environment this isn’t the hotel for you.

Nice rooms, yes. Don't be fooled by the puctures tho! And you'll be heading thumps from a club until who knows what time in the morning.

Very accommodating staff. No microwave, no hot water, toilet issues. Great location.

It was absolutely horrible the worst the lights didn't work and would flicker all night, hot water took 15 minutes to get hot. Toilet wouldn't flush need a plunger after somply urinating. No house keeping YOU HAVE TO CLEAN YOUR OWN ROOM.The people who work and also apparently live there are so loud at night drinking & singing!! Could never get clean towels. Although you stay there you STILL have to pay to park it was the worst experience ever and refused to refund us

Great if you want to be in the party part of town.

Check in was different, pretty easy. Great affordable option.

The room smells, everything looks and feel dirty, the fan is so loud, TV remote didn't work, there's no front desk to ask any questions, no luggage storage service and this hotel has no elevator! Terrible hotel.
- 4/5
Great location with so many restaurants within walking distance. If you arrive early and cannot get early check in, just note that you won’t be able to have them hold your bags as there is no one at the front desk. You can use the app to ask for things, but i believe it’s a virtual assistant so not a really personal experience. Can also be loud at night with music playing late nearby. Room was very clean though and location was very convenient.

House keeping is mid stay for longer stays, but you really don’t need daily. If you need anything (towels, tissues, or even k cup coffee pods) team is very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended, it was just what i needed and the price is great!

Great location for getting to beach, shops, food. The room and bathroom were small but functional. There is a fridge but no microwave in room. Housekeeping was really nice and accommodating once we used a phone translation for Spanish to English. The hotel also accommodated a free early check in and a paid late check out which was really great with our flight time!
