Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its cleanliness, modern facilities, and comfortable rooms, particularly highlighting the kitchenettes. However, there are consistent complaints about noise, lack of air conditioning, and issues with staff communication and responsiveness.
- Clean and modern rooms with kitchenettes
- Comfortable beds and spacious rooms
- Noise from the street and other guests
- Lack of air conditioning and poor ventilation

the location was good and we were even able to get parking on the street because we only stayed overnight. The space was big enough and the water pressure was good. There is a cute and good breakfast/coffee place around the corner and it's not too far from the beach and walking path. The internet was unusable which really sucked because I had a work meeting. The bed was not comfortable. There was nowhere to hang wet towels and swim suits, which is wild for a place near the beach. There was construction starting at 7am about 3 feet from the front door, so that woke us up and was really loud. Also since there was construction going on, they were leaving the gate open which made us feel a little unsafe.

Very clean, staff is very friendly and respectful, great location, parking was easy. Nothing
- 3.5/5
The only thing I didn’t like about the property is the fire alarm and he’s going off a lot of times in the nighttime. This is the second time that happened when I rented. Literally like around four in the morning. Only two times but rented a few more times and it was perfect.
- 2/5
Only the first day was really good; afterwards, bugs appeared on my bed and pillows. I was completely disgusted—I ended up sleeping on the floor that night, and I couldn't bring myself to stay there for another day! I told them to check into the issue so that no one else would have to go through a bad experience like mine.
- 4/5
Great location. Room was cold, which was greatly appreciated in the Miami heat. Checking in after hours is a little tricky. More directions would be welcomed and appreciated. Was told upon checking out to take the trash out to the dumpster. Never have I been asked to do that outside of an Airbnb. My checkout was early morning, so trying to fond the dumpsters with little light smd low vision was not an ideal way to end my visit.

Get the room. There was no staff . An it was a Hooker hotel. An then the undercover police showed up told me t to get away. An raided the hole building. My money taken. .?? I DONT THINK SO M Never got a room

Amazing location, really easy to navigate and super close to the beach, restaurants, very walkable. The staff was nice and very attentive. My biggest issue with the property was the bug infestation. Me and my partner stayed or first night came showered and left to find food. When we came back the entire bathroom had small reddish worm like bugs everywhere!! In the skin, shower, toilet. I was ready to go that same night. My partner suggested we stay since it was only 2 nights and he’ll deal with the bugs. They were constantly showing up and I’m extremely disappointed about not feeling comfortable with staying there. As well as the bugs the fire alarm woke us up at 4 am in complete panic over nothing. The alarm went off twice for our 2 night stay.

Blinds are broken people outside can see us inside. I

Overall 2/5. Room was conveniently located a block from the beach, nice area. Room was similar to pictures, nice set up and TV. Although multiple minor problems kept appearing throughout our 4 day stay. On the first evening our AC unit leaked all over the floor and we came back and had to clean up the mess. We notified the staff and nothing was done. We proceeded to put the room trash can under to catch the leak, and the bucket sat there until our last day. The next day, we opened our window, and it broke, along with the blinds falling off its strings when you move them. None of the windows opened, all broken. The next day, we get home late after a night out, go put in our 4 digit code, and we are locked out of our own room. Time is out of “office hours” (10am-6pm) and we had to sit outside locked out of our room and call customer service number for help inside. On the phone I told the service provide about our leaking AC unit and other issues. We were told this would be fixed in the morning, and no one came. Next morning, we go to the front desk to get towels before the beach and were told to “wait 10 minutes”. We decided to go the the beach without towels, and told the staff again about leaking AC unit and issues. Surprisingly, we leave and come back after hours, and no one has checked on leak and bucket is full. We checked out last day and no one asked about any issues experienced this trip, no acknowledged of persistent issues.

Good location, close to beach
- 0.5/5
I was locked out and didn’t get help and into my room for over 2 hours m. They did not have a back up key or way to get me into my room so it turned into a huge mess and totally ruined my experience and my stay. I wont be booking with this company again
- 3/5
The space is a good size, no closet space, shower level not that great. Furniture old with tears and damages. Structural issues with the whole building. Baseboard and door frame not built correctly.
- 1/5
It was mod in the room and they didn’t want to switch me at all also it’s nothing like the pictures you can even sleep it’s spiders everywhere
- 5/5
I had a great time here. Elias was extremely helpful and courteous during my stay. The room was cleaned nicely before my arrival and the location is great. I hope to revisit soon!
- 4.5/5
The hosts was great, he was kind and walked me up to my room and assisted me with my luggage. He was very informative the codes and information me that he would be there until 8pm. I missed my flight the night before so I arrived Friday. I checked in and dropped off my belongings and went to my meeting. I came back from the meeting and went to bed. I didn’t notice anything until Saturday morning when I was grabbing a paper towel from the counter and stepped in sugar and then I looked at the stove and sink and saw that there was more. I looked down and there was more sugar. I was leaving in a few hours so it didn’t bother me much.
- 4/5
Clean, room in a great location, close to beach, and free shuttle nearby for access to all areas of Miami Beach.

Great location, clean room, helpful staff
- 0.5/5
the only plus this place had was starbucks being right around the corner & the walk to the beach being very close by. I will start this off by saying we booked the reservation for two nights. Friday through Sunday. Upon booking we never received a code to get in the gate or our room. I had to reach out numerous times to then receive it an hour before we arrived on Friday. Due to us arriving late the only hope we had was calling the 24 hour customer service which then led us to having to call them because our door code wouldn’t work. The customer service representative named John said he was going to reset the padlock and have us try a new number. After having tried that new number and still didn’t work he said he was going to have the property manager come out to let us in and help us. 15 minutes goes by and still nobody shows up. I called back customer service and they say it’s gonna be another 30 minutes before somebody can be there. My husband and I saw a padlock next to the door, assuming that they would possibly be a key in it. I asked about there being a possibility that there might be a key and if we could just do that instead of waiting for somebody to come arrive to let us in. He says so you mentioned they’re being a padlock. Yes, there is a code. I can give you and there is a key to let you in. All that took of two seconds to let us in. Why were we just not given that option from the get-go. At this point it was 1 o’clock in the morning meanwhile we have two very tired kids that just wanna get in and lay down in bed. And I did forget to mention when we first walked in there was two large roaches in the elevator so this didn’t really come off to a good start. Entering the room the room smelled like nothing but mildew mold in smoke. Linens were stained humidifier had mold all in it that I ended up unplugging bedframe was so wobbly every time you would go to lay on the bed even my 60 pound son would be afraid it was going to break. this was a last-minute trip for us as my husband and son were attending the spring game for the Miami hurricanes.

I will not stay here again. The room was not clean as it should be, the blanket had stains on them. The room was very moist and dingy. The loud fire alarms went off 3 times in the middle of the night. It is close to the beach, but if you don’t have a chair and want one, it is a long walk. As the beach chairs are for resort people.
- 1.5/5
Maybe the location? Also the front desk guy was nice. He tried to help us out. We asked for a queen bedroom, the big one with the living room and the kitchen. Instead we got the 20m2 one with one 50cm window that couldn’t be opened, the mini fridge and the other that window that was also sealed and faced towards the hallway and a construction site. The room was so humid, humidifier wasn’t working, if I wanted clean air because GOD it was sealed, I had to open the front door. Way too expensive for a horse stall
- 5/5
Elias was fantastic couldn’t do enough for us. It’s a bit rundown the sink was a bit rusty but the place was spotless.
- 4/5
Great place to stay. Located just steps from the beach
- 5/5
Just a quick walk to the beach!
- 1/5
Had mold in the ceiling and the split ac unit was leaking water all night in the room
- 5/5
I liked that everything had a code for safety. I wish it had an indoor or an outdoor pool. I could not find the trash can, I wish someone would have shown us around and where everything was. The construction woke us up early everyday.
- 2.5/5
Location to beach Inconvenience bug spraying, fire alarm at 7 AM , toilet seat broken no coffee or tea for morning
- 4/5
I requested cleaning and they never came to clean my room. That was the only down side. Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with anything that we needed. The distance of the beach was perfect and for the price I would say that it was great. Someone who made our stay even better was Edwin, he was great when we needed help at reception. Would stay here again only the cleaning needs to be improved.
- 2/5
Bedding had yellow stains, asked for it to be switched and the new bedding also had yellow stains. The bathroom had bad water damage and the entire place smelt like mildew. Had to tape the curtain shut over the door or other guests walking by could see in where we slept. Did not look properly cleaned/maintained (random stains, and spills dripped on walls). We were told the room would be cleaned/bedding changed/new towels every three days but this didn’t happen our entire 6 day stay. Back gate to the property doesn’t lock. The place was not as seen in the pictures online. Location was nice and close to the beach.
- 3/5
Didn’t apply to my stay only spent the night and left early

- 1/5
We booked the stay for two days, and it was a terrible experience. The AC was leaking the entire time, and the bed sheets were poorly maintained. The room had a kitchenette and cutlery, so we ended up ordering food. It was a very last-minute booking, so we didn’t have much choice.
- 2/5
Property was next to a construction site.
- 0.5/5
Unfortunately, There was nothing good about the property, it is such a shady place with construction all over the place and rooms in bad shape. With washroom flush not working, paint coming out of walls. Property is under construction and unsafe to stay. The rooms are under maintained with washroom flush not working, third degree of amenities,
- 0.5/5
HORRIBLE CHECK IN. Check in link didn't work. Upon arrival, no one was at door answering my doorbell ring. Then when a stranger opened it, and I went to the front desk, he gave me the wrong codes to access the property. I was stuck locked out in the middle of the night. Big company, no TLC for guests, AVOID!
- 5/5
Great location, about 1.5 blocks from the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. No amenities, but offer beach chairs and umbrellas to use.
- 2/5
Wow! I dont know where to begin. This location was giving me hospital/jailhouse/conference room. The view didnt exist. The window was small and if curtain was open, guest would be able look in. The bathroom needed some MAJOR upgrades. The room smelled moldy and wet. The mattress was sweet but the frame the bed was sitting on made more noise than the traffic nearby. There was some construction right next to the venue and it was VERY UNPLEASANT. I couldnt sleep in during the day. The location was amazing. Close to beach, stores and restaurants and unfortunately that was the only nice experience. The place has some SO MUCH potential to be amazing but it just seemed very SAD. with that said i highly recommend selecting another place to stay.
- 1/5
This room had roaches. When I turned the lights on they scattered in the kitchen area and bathroom. We didn’t sleep and we laid there with our clothes and shoes on.
- 4.5/5
Location and and large room sizes
- 5/5
We had a great stay in the property. Only the light on the fan was not turning off. And there was no remote. We have complained about that but no one came to give us the remote. And the shower was too slow.
- 1/5
No heater, sheets were dirty, there were like no employees to help me during the night, and the front desk left at 6pm?? Not a good experience I got sick after I left this place , DO NOT COME HERE.
- 4/5
We were stuck in the smallest place, and there's construction in front. And we didn't spend that much time in our in our place. It was easy to get to places. The roof was okay.
- 0.5/5
awful mold covered property worst ive seen mold everywhere in room and maintenance just scrubbed/washed the mold stain but ignored how massive it was and the fact its inside the walls
- 5/5
Very nice place I recommend. Front desk very friendly, location very convenient is literally one block away from the beach . Amazing place .
- 5/5
Comfortable beds and friendly staff
- 2.5/5
The location Very dated, old furniture & bedding, bathroom towel holder hanging on my a loose screw, toilet water ran constantly. Not very comfortable stay
- 1/5
It took me 15 text messages till they gave me the passcode to go into the room which was only around 7 PM when the check-in is at 3 PM, they gave me a small room one every time I stay there I got a large room, the most important is that the room was very cold and they did not give me heater or a blanket and I want a refund since I could not sleep for two night, I had many other problems with them
- 3/5
The Room was ok and staff was courteus But they have ! cleaning person for 3 floors of rooms I had to wait a long time for my room and was not offered first cleaned. I also had to leave a day early and no refund was offered

Don Elias ds un gran empleado y muy dispuezto ayudar en todo.
- 5/5
Loved our stay at Samantha by Lowki! Elias was incredibly helpful and accommodating with our family’s special requests. The place felt cozy, safe, and like a home away from home. The neighborhood is stunning, everything is close by, and the beach views are unbeatable. Would 100% stay here again!
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 4/5
Everything was great, except that the people above us were very noisy. My daughter brought her sound machine because she's a light sleeper, and it was a good thing! If I were the owner, I would replace the counter in the bathroom (it just looks icky) and put a cabinet around the shelves with the clothes hanging system. I'm an interior decorator so I notice things like that. It would upgrade things a lot. We would stay there again if we could be in a room on the top floor. The outside patio on the roof was very nice.
- 4/5
Elias was super nice, very close walk to the beach and Starbucks for morning coffee. Rooms were clean. Only missing a star bc of the construction super close by. Once we figured out how to put white noise on the tv for the mornings we were golden
- 3/5
Room was not clean/ ready by check in
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful would definitely recommend staying here again
- 5/5
Our stay at Samantha Apts was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is, the front entrance lacks direction on where to go to check in. There is a sign that says to go to floor 4, even though there is only a roof top deck and vending machine on that phone. It took me calling 3 times and exploring the building before we found the front desk, which was just a man with a laptop. He was very friendly and escorted us to our room, showed us how to use the padlock for our rooms, and gave us tips on beach amenities and restaurants. The hotel should provide guidance before hand with a message on how to check-in and where to go. Additionally, there was construction going on right next door which would have been nice to know as a heads up. But it didnt not effect us as we stayed over the weekend and left monday morning.
- 5/5
This space was perfect for the night! We arrived a day early for our cruise and was looking for something affordable that was in walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping! This place provides all that.
- 5/5
Served our purpose
- 5/5
Clean
- 1/5
It was very inconvenient, to get in the reception you need to take the stairs going to 2nd floor then get to the elevator going to the ground floor. The service was horrible,no internet, the bed was very uncomfortable, were not gonna book on thi apartment ever again! There was no restaurant near by only starbucks, no convenient store, there was a false ads, they show pool on their website but there was none!
- 2/5
I liked the room size and location. Access into the property was difficult to navigate. Pictures online were misleading.
- 5/5
Totally agree and excellent
- 3/5
When we arrived it took us about 20 minutes to find the front desk because all signs said it was in the 4th floor, it was not. It was in a small hallway with a small table and a lap top, the lady at the front desk was very polite and nice. When we got to our room our toilet was clogged. The people above us were so loud at nught, there was construction hoing on next door which i know they csnt do anything about.
- 5/5
Great property for the price. Close enough to everything on Miami Beach while still being far enough away to be quiet. The bag check in was great for our early disembarking from our cruise ship. The staff was very helpful when we didn’t think we would retrieve our bags in time. Would definitely book again.
- 2/5
I liked that this property was so close to the beach. My biggest complaint is that the wall air conditioning was horrible and it was very humid and hot. There was a lot of construction going on near the property. There weren't beach towels. It was not what I expected. I'm not too picky usually, but I was disappointed with this property. The best thing was being close to the beach.
- 1/5
The "front desk" is in a small elevator room- the elevator works 20% of the time. Had to repeatedly ask for towels and washcloths. They give you 1 washcloth for your entire stay and you have to basically harass them for more, you are expected to take your own trash out upon leaving and do the dishes. The trash is in the back of the building in an alleyway. The gates aren't kept locked. The laundry is in the back of the building in an alleyway. The bathroom was dirty. There is construction literally right outside your door on the next building over and is loud and obnoxious.
- 3/5
The property was OK the room looked great but we called in for room service and it never came. The laundry room has a different code which they do not tell you about, also everything in the apartment kept breaking when we would barely touch it. Especially the shower; the glass kept moving around and the door barely worked I was scared the glass would just end up falling. The handle to the shower straight up just ripped off when we barely tugged on it and so did the shower dispenser. The remotes of the fan and light also would work on and off. Very accessible for the beach and dining but I probably wouldn’t stay here if I was on a longer trip.
- 5/5
Good place for family
- 3/5
Construction feet away from your front door. Don’t stay in room 207. It has a different door which makes others curious and try to enter at all times. You get what you pay for. There’s some plates etc but bring your own dish soap!
- 1/5
Property was dirty, bathroom with hair all over the walls.
- 1/5
I was not able to get into my room the cods they provided were not working, i waited over an hour outside the room then had to find a place to stay at night and they are referring to refund my pay, while waiting out side seen rats runing around do not book this place!!!
- 4/5
Perfect location, next to Collins avenue, restaurants, troley to Lincoln road.
- 4/5
Nice and Cozy! Needs a little renovation, but the location is great! And check in was seamless!
- 1/5
Very disappointed in this stay, multiple bugs found on the bed so me and my partner had to sleep on the sofa. The beddings had a stain on it which is quite nasty to think what it could be/ My partner is on crutches, the lift isn’t working so not accessible as he had to take stairs. The person who checked us in helped with one bag but I still had to carry the other bag up. An uncomfortable night, leading to an earlier check out.
- 4/5
Close to shopping, beach and bars. Value for money.
- 1/5
Alarm
- 4/5
If you are looking for a place to just sleep for an affordable price, this is a great spot. It’s very close to the beach!
- 1/5
When we got to our room, things only got worse. The room was dirty—there was visible hair, dust, and dirt on the nightstands, kitchen table, and coffee table. The shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned, with water marks and leftover shampoo residue still on the walls. To top it off, the curtains were broken and stained. Overall, this stay was far below basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. I would not return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone
- 1/5
Room was nice. Room manager extended our check out. We paid $50 for it. We get ready to go to the beach and he tells us to enjoy it at 12:30. Never told us a time to check out. So we assumed 4 pm. We get back to the room and he

Didn't even have parking
- 4/5
Very conveniently located. One block to beach, busses, restaurants. Does not have a pool but does have a nice rooftop lounge.
- 5/5
We loved our stay!
- 3/5
The elevator was broke and I was on the 3rd floor...I'm disabled
- 5/5
Nice property. Excellent stay!!!
- 5/5
Overall great value for the price! Super nice people that work there! And the rooms are like mini apartments.
- 3/5
Ok
- 5/5
Good location
- 1/5
There’s an infestation of small bugs with wings. I have pictures to prove everything written here. Almost forgot about the dirty floors. A full kitchen and cooking stove but no water bottle in the room, no coffee, not even a tea bag and no salt and pepper or olive oil.
- 4/5
This area is very walkable and is so close to the beach. You can be there in 5 minutes and lots of people are around with several dining options. People were very friendly!
- 1/5
*The door lock was not working which was solved when i called them. *main issue is safety, somebody tried to get inside our rental 2x, both male.i thought at first was from the property coz i called about the door. I called the property and voiced my concern about safety, spoke with Leah. And she keeps insisting that "nobody was able to get inside, right?" As per her. I told her if i need somebody to get inside first before something is done. Cut the story short, they did not follow up, nobody called if same issue happened again. Nothing. I asked to speak with property manager, even on the phone( a three way call with the representative). They did not allow it. I asked to speak with property manager the next day at 9 am, nobody showed up, no follow up whatsoever! They only sent me a message saying that somebody will fix the door(mind you they sent the message when i asked where the propertymanager is) and this was 10am. The meeting was supoosed to be 9 am. *elevator is not working so if you have an elderly or all femalr group expect thet you will carry all your luggages up the floor. So i would not recommend the place due to safety. And the reperesentative did help at all! The worst!!!!
- 5/5
Great property! Would stay again for the price! Super easy and accessible.
- 4/5
Rough start but turned out enjoyable
- 2/5
This place did not look like the photos. All patio furniture is torn up and disorganized. Nice view of the run down building containing homeless. Construction noises bright and early. Throwing up people from 1AM-4AM. We had the king room by the entrance of the building and the gate slams every single time someone walks in. Upon check-in, we were greeted by a man that had to take his laptop charger out of our room before we walked in. That was the only time we saw a single employee. Laundry facilities were not on site. They were in-fact in the back of a building with a keypad entry. We were given the password which did not work (keypad was zip-tied, it wouldn't have worked either way). Customer service was called and was clueless as to what was happening. Weird. Would recommend to my worst enemy though.
- 3/5
This was an ok place to stay. One room had no shower door flooding the bathroom when showering. Beds were very noisy. Not the most comfortable
- 2/5
inconvenient specially if u r arriving early from check in time
- 5/5
🤗🤗❤️❤️
- 4/5
Nice place and 3 minute walk to the beach
- 5/5
This property is in a great location to get to many restaurants, bars, and the beach.
- 3/5
Upon arriving we noticed a lot of bad reviews. However there were strong points and weaknesses. The pictures are deffinatly glorified. But overall it wasnt that bad. The room was very clean, no bugs, no pests at all. The gentleman at the front counter was extremely nice and helped us with everything we needed. The room did smell like pest chemicals. But after seeing reviews about pests, it shows that they are taking action to better their establishment. The area around samanthas isnt very nice. However walk 1 block away and youre in the beautiful views of miami and the beach. So to sum it up, customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean. The location was good overall. But the area around the location was rough and the room had a pest control smell. Take the good with the bad and this is a decent place to stay for a little weekend get away.
- 4/5
It’s a great property and they give you a huge room, including a kitchen and that’s a place. You can actually stay there for a long time. I don’t like the check-in, which is by remote.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 1/5
This was the worst hotel we ever stayed at. We had to leave after 1 night it was inhabitable. The beds were horrible, fruit flies everywhere. The fan was about to fall off. The picture looked nothing like the hotel and the staff were rude when we told them. They said sorry it’s non refundable. I had asked for a crib and they said they don’t have those and literally asked for the screenshots where I asked which I had. There’s no front desk , it was a tent and the buildings next to the hotel were both abandoned.
- 5/5
Service was outstanding, staff was super attentive and available; room was good and clean. Would definitely recommend!
- 5/5
Loved a lot about it, only thing that makes me not want to come back is the price for the parking!
- 5/5
Had an amazing stay!
- 5/5
Excellent stay at The Samantha. Would visit again!
- 1/5
The water pressure in the shower was almost a literal sprinkle. The sink was completely rusted. Parking was 7 blocks away at $45 a night. The beach was very close.
- 1/5
Property is unsafe, moldy and no minimal restaurants in the area. Gated area due to many homeless people. Do not recommend staying here. Cupboard doors falling off, toilet ran constantly and shower and air conditioner moldy
- 1/5
One word, HORRIBLE. The sole positive aspect was with Julietta, who let us check in early. Regrettably, the rest of our stay was inexcusable. Upon arrival, it was difficult in locating the entrance due to the lack of a traditional front office. We then discovered that the check-in area was a covered pop-up tent situated inside the gate, but it was unattended upon our arrival. Moreover, the room presented numerous issues. The air conditioning unit had a paper towel lodged in the back, obstructing a hole, while the microwave exhibited significant rust and flaking inside. The dust was excessive, particularly at the top of the front door. Additionally, the keypad on the door didn’t work, requiring us to use a key stored in a lockbox outside the door, which they requested to leave the key in the box whenever we departed. They failed to inform us that the entire building lacked hot water. We should have been afforded the opportunity to cancel our reservation, but instead, we had to boil water using the provided pots in order to maintain personal hygiene. Upon arrival, we found an insufficient supply of towels and no paper towels, and when we sought out the housekeeper, we discovered her sitting idle, scrolling through her phone in another unit. Don’t use the soap in the shower, as it had a suspicious white substance, and the glass shower door off and difficult to close. We would caution against patronizing this establishment unless one is accustomed to subpar living conditions.
- 4/5
There are a few small complaints. The first was no lobby and exercise room. I could have sworn I saw pictures of a lobby and exercise room for this location, but maybe it was different for a different location. I just barely arrived a little before 6:00 so I was wondering how would I had gotten to my room if I arrived after 6:00? Second was the toilet paper. It was very odd to me the toilet was not next to the toilet but across the room. I had to roll enough toilet paper around my hand just in case. There are stand-alone toilet paper holders you can place next to the toilet. Lastly, although nothing happened, I did not feel 100% secure. There weren't any elevators, and I had to go down the stairwell. Also, I know you have to enter a code to enter the premise, but I felt someone still could have gotten in. Maybe consider putting deadbolts on the doors of the rooms. However, the location was a couple of blocks away from the beach so despite the above, I would definitely stay again.

Parking is terrible, you have to renew a parking meter every 3 hours until 3am. Hotel had no office, no one to ask questions. Not the cleanest of places. Very close to the beach.

There is no front desk. We didn’t have a remote for the entire first night we were there. Had to call so many times, because I kept getting the run around. Finally received a remote mid day of the following day. It was a smart tv so we literally couldn’t use it until we got a remote. The roof looks fun but there’s no bean bags for the bag game. It is close to the beach but that’s the best part. There was a homeless person on the back of the roof. The vending machine had expired soda, my husband got a soda and it tasted funny so we looked at the bottom and it had expired in November. We also had to take our own trash out, this is a hotel. We should not be responsible for taking the trash out. The dishes provided in the rooms are washed by the previous person that used them. So hopefully that person washed them properly. I don’t mind washing dishes that we used but it’s ridiculous that we are asked to. Especially with all of the other problems. I would NOT recommend this property.

Great location, safe, easy check in/out, very clean, bathrooms were a little dated but no issue for us. I'd stay again.
- 4/5
The location is good and good value.
- 5/5
I’ve stayed here several times! It’s one of my favorite places. Check in is all done by text which is extremely convenient!
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable. The only addition to consider is a luggage rack and/or dresser.
- 1/5
This property doesn't have any parking lot and the pictures shown in the website are fake and doesn’t contain any hot water and even doesn't contain any front desk totally it was a terrible experience and never suggest this property to any one and never going stay over again
- 2/5
The location is excellent. But will not recommend with the issues mentioned above.
- 3/5
No parking

great property, I definitely would stay again

The Samantha was ok but didn't have hot water for a couple of days, the code to the back gate didn't work & the laundry room didn't lock as well. A garbage can was needed in the laundry room as well. The only soap in the bathroom was in the shower. The location was good - close to stores & the buses.

We stayed at this property for two nights and had no hot water. Therefore, we could not shower. I notified the property and request a room switch. They replied and ask us to run the water for ten minutes. I also spoke to two employees on site the next morning. They sent texts to maintenance but nothing was done. I do not recommend staying at this place.

Clean and cute room, good location, man at the "office" was super nice. The room felt humid and we kind of felt like in a basement, but still everything was alright.
- 3/5
The location is decent, very close to the beach. The rooftop is nice if you can find it. However the room was musty and a little run down. The mattress left something to be desired. The blinds fell down on our heads when we attempted to close them. After that we had to keep the curtains closed the entire time so that people on the street couldn't look in. They offered to send someone but as we weren't going to be in the room and there was no safe, we chose not to have it fixed while we were there. Also, no hot water for my shower the day we left.
- 3/5
Great location, close to the beach and shopping. “Desk” check in is a little odd with it being outside and the phone number listed connects to someone in a different state, makes it hard to communicate. We paid extra for late check out and because of language barrier we were harassed by a rude housekeeper to leave the property an hour earlier than we asked for. Room was nice and big. Beds were uncomfortable. Kitchen was nice to have but the hot plate looked like it would catch on fire if we used it. Bathroom floor was cracked, toilet seat was broken and the toilet paper dispenser is too far to reach when you are already sitting. The building next door is run down and dirty and was scary to walk by at night.
- 4/5
Rooftop deck was nice. Good price for the location. No customer service. Asked for an extra blanket and was told it was coming 3 times but it never came during my 2 night stay. 3 rooms near us couldn't reach after hours checkin.

To check in, there is no one onsite to help. Its done through text message, i didnt even get a code to get in the stairwell to get to my room. Shady people around the property, and my second day coming back to my room, my door was unlocked. This is a big "never again" for me.

I like that place. There is nothing bad to say. Only positive feedback:)
- 4/5
The frying pans definitely need to be replaced as those are old and cancerous. The toilet was broken and Iam sure that management knew and did nothing about it before we came. There is a free bus nearby to take you to the Publics supermarket.
- 5/5
The room is clean and neat. There kitchen and bathroom sets are complete. Would definitely recommend this to my friends.
- 3/5
I did love the location of the property, however I did not like the fact that my room door did not lock and the fact that my room was not cleaned during my stay even after asking the staff to clean it and to bring more towels three times.
- 4/5
The rooms are good, the staff is friendly and helpful. Outside exterior is a little rought but you have everything you need and the beach is 2 blocks away
- 3/5
This property is 2 minutes walking distance to Miami Beach. Full kitchen in the room.
- 5/5
The staff was courteous, the room was clean, and the area is conveniently located near downtown Miami.
- 5/5
great place and great price
- 4/5
I don’t remember having to do trash removal in any place I have stayed before.
- 5/5
I like to be close to everything and security and its tourist place
- 1/5
Extremely dirty and the staff was not holding to their promises. The sheets were full of hair and sand , there were no towels.
- 5/5
Its was great and close to the beach. Most importantly the staff was nice.
- 3/5
Parking is an issue here which was not mentioned while booking. If I would knew that I have to pay $3/hour, I would not book this property. For 7 days I have paid about $300 in parking charge. Another thing was sleeping bed was pathetic, it was bend from middle, and therefore back pain and sleeping issue was there. One can explore other options for sure.
- 4/5
Clean. Easy to beach. Hot water is slow and small. Bed sheets are too thin. No cleaning service for all 4 days stay.
- 4/5
Walkable distance from south beach.Only disadvantage is parking.
- 5/5
Nice place

It’s a really nice spot as you have everything nearby! Second time staying here, will prob come back in the future!
- 3/5
Affordability for being mid beach. You’ll be expected to clean dishes you use(no dishwasher) & empty your own trash from the room(dumpsters near building) & some toiletries may be lesser quality than what you personally accustomed to at home.
- 4/5
Everything was exactly what I expected, room was clean staff was very nice . The only flaw was that we kept finding random German roaches in our unit ,and when I voiced the issue I was met with an automated text , no action was taken .
- 4/5
We booked a corner room for 4 nights. The room looked just like the pictures. The AC worked well and the TV had several streaming options. While some reviews show bugs and gaps under the doors, this was not an issue for us. The room looked EXACTLY like the pictures. The only thing I can say I did not like about this property is the parking. Street parking only allows you a max of 3 hours same with the parking garage.. so every 3 hours you have to log on and book more time. It’s inconvenient especially over night. Overall, I had a good stay.
- 3/5
A/C did not work property. All condensation water goes to the floor turning the unit shut down after some hours. the room turned hot at midnight. Noisy neighbors. You can noticed that the room was adapted to be a room. No proper ventilation. Someone entered our room by mistake. People use the balcony in front of our door to talk by phone and smoke. Since it is just a window instead a real wall, poor noise isolation. For the price that you pay by night, you should have better service.

Well I Asked For An Extra Set Of Towels & Wash Clothes & Was Told No.
- 4/5
Overall a great stay.
- 5/5
Great location next to the beach. Simple but clean and quiet stay in Miami. I do recommend this option for young couples on a budget or families looking for a convenient option next to the beach.
- 3/5
Very secure, quite, good communication with staff.
- 5/5
The room itself could use a few updates on hardware for the doors, a new shower head (water pressure wasn’t the best), updated sink, etc. but even with that being said the bathroom, shower and room over all was nice with tiled floor and a dining table area AND a small couch and coffee table. We also loved the king bed. The property was close to amazing food options and was convent when we needed to order delivery for kitchen essentials like coffee, creamer, water and snacks for the room. Prior to booking this location we looked at a lot of options for a few weeks and decided on this one because overall it had all the amenities we needed as well as the location we wanted and at a value you won’t find elsewhere for this location.

The location is great, lots dinning options close by

Attentive staff Apartments in excellent condition with the essentials you need. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thank you.
