Also, on two of the days, housekeeping did not refill my soap, shampoo, or conditioner. Whenever I tried calling room service—especially in the evenings—no one answered the phone. Overall, the noise and lack of service made my stay disappointing.

If you book with this hotel, keep in mind, they do not have beach chairs or umbrellas so be prepared to either rent them for a fee or buy them yourself. If you don’t feel like lugging things around on your vacation then you might want to reconsider staying at this hotel. It’s also quite a walk to the main South Beach area, where all the restaurants and shops and bars are located so be prepared to walk.

There is not a beach view, balcony’s, or pool but this hotel is a 90 second walk to the beach. They provided free beach towels and nice chairs to rent for the day. There was a good selection of local food and an amazing Cuban restaurant that was very well priced for the food they served. Very happy with my stay

Overall the hotel was clean and in good shape. Unfortunately, the rug in our room was not thoroughly vacuumed as there were bits of debris and small pieces of paper on the surface. In addition, the bathroom mirror had water stains over much of the surface. Otherwise the room was clean.

The hotel is old. Our shower had a leaking issue. So we had to change rooms. found bed bug shells on the sheets. The icebox had an old discarded tea bag full of fungus on it - probably the rooms are not maintained well. The telephone in the room always went to voicemail whether you called front desk or room service. I just stayed only for a night to catch an early morning flight. So I could put up with the issues. The front desk staff was very friendly and quickly helped me when I went down and told them the issues.

Breakfast $17.95 a person waffle maker didn’t work. Out of food and only one person preparing and no refund after waiting over 30 min and still no food but eggs.

The room was clean & the staff was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was when I asked housekeeping to clean my room they only cleaned the bathroom (trash & removed used towels). They didn’t make up the bed or take the trash out in the room.

No hot water in the room. When I was trying to report the issue to the staff after 11pm, there was no one at the front desk and no one answered my calls whatsoever. In the morning, the front desk tried to explain and said that I should have run the tap for extended time. I then told the staff that I actually had ran the tap for an hour but still got no hot water. Then she admitted that there was a hot water issue in the building and they are having someone fix it these days. The hotel doesn’t feel apologetic at all about it and still tried to play cute. The hotel knew this issue the entire time, but they still put up the room for $600+ per night for sale and never wanted to tell its customers about the hot water issue. The dishonest is so disrespectful, unacceptable and disgraceful. Shame on Hilton!

The room was really lovely and clean, basic, good for a one-night stand. The staff was really nice to interact with, but the parking situation was awful. We pay $70 for a night but then we have to pay $55 to park in a different hotel and it was even hard to find a temporary parking to unload car. positive thing was it was close to our cruise line port.

Everything was clean and fine. A bit dated, but priced accordingly. I had an issue with my Expedia payment transferred so the front desk locked me out of my room for a number of hours despite showing proof of reservation. I thought that was a bit unnecessary.

Hilton Garden Inn located on Collins Av - super clean with all needed amenities and great staff. Ariel and Carolina were very helpful in accommodating our needs. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the beach which also was fantastic.

We had an really nice stay! The location was ideal – very quiet and safe, just a short walk to the beach, and with easy access to transport. Also a good choice for if travelling on a budget.We would definitely recommend it.

Very small hotel rooms. While booking Expedia said breakfast is included only to find it not included at the hotel and not only that , kids were charged as adults. No Microwave in the rooms. Flush was not working and only boiling hot water came from bathroom faucet. For the price we paid we could got much better place and service else where on the beach

It was ok it was being renovated so it didn’t look really welcoming. We had 10 people in our party and the construction and tape took away from a true experience. I think if it’s going to be renovations being done the paying customer should be made aware so they can make over choices if they want. The staff was amazing though.

The "beach access" is across the busy street. When you get there your immediate access is blocked by rocks. And don't go May-October because that's seaweed season and the "beautiful" beach has about 10 feet of rotting seaweed on the shore and about 10 feet into the ocean if you choose to wade through the disgustingness of it all.

No pool which was my fault not looking into it. Parking on website said 45.00 and I was charged 55.00. Elevator was extremely slow I literally was using the stairs to the 3rd Fl. The property is good and close to the beach and markets like CVS and the little grocery market. But I don't like breakfast. They always serve the same breakfast; they never change, and they charge for omelets too. And we paid for breakfast. I am going to give a 0-star rating for breakfast.

Surprisingly quiet. Got a room on the backside of the property and didn't hear any noise from Collins when going to bed early on loud Friday and Saturday nights.

Also, Expedia advertised that the hotel had valet on site...in fact, to use the valet, you had to walk around the block to the AC Hotel. We were charged $55 to valet at the AC Hotel and guests of that hotel were only charged $25

They wanted to charge for breakfast when I chose this hotel for the free bkfst. First night there, the rm roof leaked and the ceiling began to split. We had to change rooms then the new room did not have properly working A/C. Was only given 10000 pts.

It was very convenient and reasonable. Not being on vacation (there because of proximity to Mt. Sinai Hospital) worked very well for me as I was looking for overnight accommodations at a reasonable price.

The day we got in it was pouring raining, the streets were flooded. The staff was so amazing and keeping everyone calm and dry. Offering towels. The beach was just a block away.wpuls stay here again.

The young man who checked me in the evening of April 8 was fantastic. It was after 10pm and the check-in process was quick. The room was clean and comfortable, the only issue I had was having to drag my luggage up the steps to enter the hotel.

Everything was wonderful, except the quality of the mattress. We stayed for 2 nights and I had terrible back pains and I have no back issues.

The nearby public parking is also not bad. Note that the public parking can only pay at most 3-hour period. So we have to wait in 12am to pay the parking fee. The app Parkmobile can do that, so it is not super annoying. But its gym doesn't open. That is not ideally.

We came to Miami for a quick getaway. The hotel is very modern and clean. The bed and shower were pleasant. The view from the room was nice; we could see a little ocean view, which was a plus. The location is very convenient for anywhere you want to go in South Beach. I would recommend staying here.
