We were there for a 3 day vacation. The day of check in we were assigned to 318. Both beds were stained terribly. Housekeeping did come to change the linen but the mattress cover was so old it began to fall all over the floor. We were there at 3 pm but didn't get checked in until almost 6 p.m. The hotel decided to move us to 418. This room was ♿️ handicap accessible but was all they had available to us. They worked on the door card reader at least 2 hours with no luck. The next day after returning to our newly assigned hotel room, the key card reader on the door broke so they had to move us again to room 420. We had to repack everything and move again. I will not recommend staying here. They only offered a 10% discount on the first night. I will not book with them again.

All Best Westerns are def not the same. I came here in the heels at staying at BW Miami Executive Airport and this was definitely a regression. The front desk agents were not as friendly and seemed irritated questions. The caliber of guests at this location also scream hood. The room did not have the same immensities as the other (lotion, pen, writing pad etc.). The bed also seemed a tad sinked in. I was shocked that the guy at the front desk didn’t even say good morning to me when I came back to check out at 5:45 am he simple asked “Checking out?” I said good morning and proceeded to the other female agent who responded in kind (he never replied). The two males on staff during my stay were a bit too much in terms of attitude and I will not be staying by here again.

The location. I have been staying here regularly since 2010. Good service at the counter as always... The shuttle bus took a long time to get to the airport. This is the second time (in this past year) that I had to call more than once.

The rooms were clean and spacious! The shower was amazing with the overhead shower nozzle! Breakfast was good I think they should add a little more variety like turkey or chicken because everyone doesn't eat pork! We needed a hotel for one night before a cruise. This motel was clean, within walking distance to a restaurant, it has a pool and free breakfast. They even had a shuttle to the cruise port that was cheaper than a Uber. All around great choice.

I personally enjoyed my stay and I loved having the complimentary breakfast in the morning . The room was clean and spacious, not to mentioned it had a microwave and a refrigerator inside of it. It was an indoor pool and a gym on sight . The location was perfect , it was close to everything. I personally will recommend this hotel to anyone visited Miami and complimentary breakfast was the highlight of my stay.

It is a great hotel to spend the night before a cruise. It is reasonably priced. The room was very big and nice. The mattress was not, but it seems all places never replace the mattresses. The breakfast was not as good as last time we stayed here. The fresh pancake/waffle machine was not in use. The waffles were already made and they were raw. The transport company to the cruise port which the front desk ordered for us was good and on time.

Irish bar on the corner a huge hit. Felt like walking into Miami version of “ Cheers”. Staff friendly, shuttle van timely. Hotel emergency kit needs an update. One of our group needed an aspirin for a scary incident but none available to buy or give.

If you are travelling to Miami to roam around or staying there until your cruise or after your cruise, this is the place to be if you are working on a tight budget. Not so far from the airport. They have a shuttle van that can be called at soon as you get out of the airport arrival. Knowledgeable staff members, clean spaces, well kept dining area and carpeted hallways. Big bang for your buck. As a Canadian, I did not get loss in translation because the staffs understands and uses good English. The swimming pool of the facility can do a little make over though. But hey, you are there to enjoy the rest of Miami. In this area of the hotel, there is not much nearby place to get some quick food. There's on 1 nearby a shell station, a Chinese food to go only. I would advise travelers not to rent car. Do UBER instead. The parking alone can give you a lot of headaches. Also the price of gas is not that good. If you have a small kid, BRING an UMBRELLA stroller it'll help you in a lot of ways. Quicker travel with your kid and a cart for your heavy bags in ONE. Sunscreen is a big thing too. Miami hot weather can be so unforgiving and the airport personnel has to see your sunscreen lotion inside a transparent bottle.

Carpet in the room was smelly and dirty. Bathroom was clean though. Room was tired and windows were dirty. We only stayed for a night and were gone before breakfast to catch an early flight. They’ve take. $50 deposit and still not returned it. The shuttle bus was free though and got us to the airport on time!

Booked for 1-night layover from St Lucia to Nassau, Bahamas. Great staff, east check in and our room was fantastic. My favorite part about staying at Best Western is the free continental breakfast... especially the bacon! We also utilized the free airport shuttle offered both ways. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is in need of updating. The bed and pillows could use an upgrade as well. The bathroom grout had black mold, the tap in the tub is spitting out pieces of rust and the plug for the bathtub was unusable. The a/c unit was very loud, made it difficult to sleep. Overall, the staff and amenities were the best part of the stay.

The room was clean, but minimum amenities. Breakfast was fine . The hotel is undergoing renovations so halls, etc were disheveled. Shuttle to cruise port was 50 minutes behind so had to take a Uber. In fairness, the traffic was horrific.

The lobby and rooms are very dated. The mattresses had visible sagging. I usually stay in 3 star hotels, Marriott. The Best Western did not match the 3 star hoels where I stay.

This hotel had renovations going on during our stay and our bathroom commode was too low. The staff were excellent!!

The building was being remodeled and it didn't seem to be in an organized way since they were working in multiple floors at once but with customers staying in those floors. Breakfast was good and beds were very comfy. The hotel location is very convenient as well. Overall, this was a good stay and would visit again.

We took advantage of two of the many restaurants within walking distance. There is also a nice 1.5 mile paved trail around the golf course behind the property. We only had to walk a couple blocks through a nice neighborhood to get on it. Would stay again in Miami Springs.

A few cons: There is only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel. It costs $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry, and the machines require quarters. There’s no change machine on-site, so if you plan to do laundry, bring quarters with you. The hotel itself is clean. However, both elevators feel a bit sketchy — they make loud noises and feel like they might stop unexpectedly. I found them uncomfortable to use and chose the stairs instead. The property is currently under renovation, so there are trash bins and boxes outside. I won’t critique that since it’s temporary and related to the construction. The location has nice scenery, but in the Miami heat, walking about a mile to restaurants can be exhausting. I ended up using Uber, though I did walk back once. The heat is expected for Miami, but something to keep in mind. Overall, fine for a short stay, with a few things to be aware of.

The rooms and lobby are newly remodeled, beds were comfortable and they offer a nice step in shower. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved having the shuttle take us to and from the airport! There is a golf course behind the property with a nice walking path that is just over a mile and a half. You can walk a couple blocks to get on it. The neighborhood is nice and maintained well.

The room was spotless but the elevator was not working. The poor assistant helped us lug four heavy suitcases up to the third floor. He was so helpful. He really went above and beyond

Hotel under construction and smells of chemicals, elevators broken and eventually just out of service. Very understaffed with one woman handling everything, she was pleasantly helpful but again just one woman doing it all, which was unfair to her and the guests. Rooms and hallways were dirty, we had to use stairs to tote our luggage in and out of the rooms, just completely inconvenient and uncomfortable, disappointing doesn’t even feel like the right way to describe the situation.

Riom was huge and all fine. Arranging the free shuttle from the airport required us to call the hotel but as transit passengers our phones could only make WhatsApp calls which hotel wouldn't take. Ended up.having to buy a sim just to call the shuttle. And it all took an hour when v tired.

We walked around. It's a very industrial area, and there's nothing to see. The neighbor seem to safe, and there's a convenience store nearby. The hotel is really subpar with the price we paid for the night. I was expecting a higher quality.

Staff was great. The shuttle driver gave us a map showing all of the businesses that are within walking distance of the hotel, and told us to book our shuttle already for the transfer back to the airport.

what I really liked was that there was no noise, you could hear a pin drop. They offered us a quick to go nutrition pack as we were leaving before breakfast,to make sure we keep our energy up. That says they care about there clients. and a lovely smile wishing us safe travels. Definitely a place I would stay again.

The property was undergoing renovations, but there were no disturbances or inconvenience from it. Breakfast options were a little limited, but it got the job done. Our flight was 3 hrs late so by the time we arrived, local restaurants were closed. Tried DoorDash, but they never showed. None of this was the hotel's fault, just part of an unpleasant experience for my family. Hotel room was clean and adequate for our needs, despite hotel's undergoing renovations. Complimentary breakfast was a welcome surprise for my hungry family. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would we stay here again? Probably not, if we can avoid Miami altogether for our next cruise.

We arrived at our room and discovered that the toilet did not work. I went to the front desk to inform them of this, I was handed a plunger and told 'Hopefully, you can fix it'. I actually did attempt to fix it, still wouldn't work. Tried the shower and that did not function either. Once again told the front desk, asked if there was another room we could move to. Told no, no other rooms available, I was also told I could not get a refund as we booked through Expedia. We checked their website, there was another room available. On the 4th round of talking with the front desk, she admitted there was another room but she still refused to move us. We had her call her manager, and we were finally given another room, no apology for the hour long ordeal.

The hotel was being renovated, which I understand, the staff at night were very helpful. They said I could get a late check out at 1 PM. Next day morning when I went down, I had to go to work. I mentioned to the lady at the front desk of the late checkout.. She said absolutely not.. I told her I was happy to pay for an extra two hours. Which she refused.. I told her that the night before staff had said it was OK, she said they had no right to do that and she was the daytime manager. So I ended up having to pay an extra night $120 , so I could check out at 3 PM. Customer service daytime manager zero.. paint fumes and debris on the floor and in the elevators. Not good enough with this customer service.

Short stay, (only one night) the stay was good and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is under full renovation and we were not told this fact by anyone. The carpets are all being ripped up. The second and third floors smell of mildew. It was absolutely awful.

There were several nice restaurants in easy walking distance and a nice convenience store about one block away with wine, beer, sodas and pastries and other snacks. The hotel was nice and quiet and the staff very helpful. They made good recommendations on places to eat.

The shuttle service was one of big the best amenities of the hotel. The breakfast was nice though I really didn’t get to enjoy it as much as would have liked. The room was clean but there were issues. Housekeeping is subpar. Finally, while the front desk was good overall, the one lady that worked there (she’s on the heavy set build) she was rude and always gave you a pissed off look when approaching her. Not good at all,

After being up for 23 hours, this hotel was just what I needed. The shower was fantastic and the bed was FABULOUS. I had an excellent night’s sleep. I usually don’t eat breakfast but this buffet enticed me to try it. They had decent food. There was an interesting pancake machine that I had to try out. For a one night stay, this place was great.

Proximity to Miami Int'l Airport, friendly staff, good breakfast are my main reason for choosing this Best Western hotel.

The only issue I had was getting on the shuttle from the airport. I waited over an hour but never saw the shuttle after calling several times and being assured they were on the way. However, upon arrival at the hotel after calling an uber, the service was great! I do not remember the woman’s name at the front desk, but she was very apologetic and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Airport shuttle arrived after half an hour. In the morning it was 5 min late, but drove fast. Didn’t ask us about the door entrance closest to gate. Room was large, clean very comfortable beds. Stuff very helpfull all around. Basic breakfast too much white breads, omlet & cheese mix.

Room was gross with either throw up , beverage or.... on the wall and on the front of vanity. My granddaughter feet were black from walking on the carpet. Would never recommend or go back

We found a hair in the bath tub, but other than that, we were very satisfied with the shuttle and its friendly drivers, and with the kindness of the receptionists, both evening and morning. Our room was completely quiet. The AC worked well. There was good pressure in the shower .

Waited for an hour.Twice Shuttle went into other lane & finally i have to rush to that lane to get. I think customers should be informed about this. All shuttles comes near shuttle zone but BW shuttle was not on the same.

The room we was assigned too had bathroom issues. The toilet would not flush, the sink backed up wirh water. Called front desk - he brought a plunger for ME to clear the toilet issues!!!! Wow, never experienced that before. The room was dusty & old- not clean. Cannot close curtains due to old style AC unit. Airport transfer was good.

Just needed somewhere to sleep while waiting on a flight to LA, it serves the purpose.

We liked how close it was to the airport. It was the perfect spot for us to stay after a long flight. We also appreciated that they offered options for us to get to our cruise port. Made the morning of travel easy as well.

Had to book a last minute reservation due to a miss flight connection. This hotel is super close to the airport, it has a shuttle (I rented a car) and it is extremely clean. The staff is constantly cleaning all areas. It doesn’t smell at all. The sheets were extremely clean as well. The BF has a variety of food not just muffins and coffee. They changed towels the night I was there. The staff is friendly. I highly recommend. I will stay here again. Very quick process considering I booked last minute and showed up 20 min after I booked online. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

The exterior wasn’t the cleanest, but nothing too extreme, just a few cigarette stubs littering the area. I have to commend the staff on their responsiveness though, because they were quick to respond and fairly pleasant. Despite that, would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I’m actually surprised at the amount of good reviews they have.
