    The room was big The facilities were closed, there was no coffee or breakfast really only a granola bars. The pool was closed down. I was charged $100 deposit which I am still Wait I g in the refund for. I was charged an extra $30 just to check in slightly early for An already empty prepare room. The room I payed for and booked was not The one I got

    It was cheaper This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I requested a room with 2 beds and was given a sofa pull out bed, and when we inquired about sheets and pillows, they said they had none. Then proceeded to give us just one flat sheet to put on the bed, nothing for my children to cover up with. There was no amenities in the kitchen to use other than the refrigerator. The floors look like they hadn't been clean since it was built. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This shouldn't even be part of the extended stay america line. The room when you turned the air conditioner on smelled like marijuana.

    Location, pool, kitchen in the room, possible to take dishes at reception. There is actually no breakfast, only the cheapest yogurts, tea, boiled eggs that tasted strange, oranges, porridge. We went to the breakfast at 9 a.m. and there were no fruits, no yogurts and so on, we had to ask to bring it for us, but the stuff reacted with unsatisfied face expression, but fortunately brought some food. The sofa in the room was partially cut. Only 2-3 chairs in the kitchen I was with my family (4 people) and asked to take some porridge and yogurts to the room, because it was impossible to have breakfast in the kitchen, the stuff from the kitchen reacted as if we were going to take the whole food from the kitchen and controlled so we didn't take 1 yogurt more than for 4 people. No towels change during 3 days stay and no room cleaning, the bin was full with garbage, and reception stuff said to get rid of the garbage by ourselves.

    Our pull out sofa bed was broken and they didn't have any rooms to move us to and didn't have any additional pillows or blankets. Staff was friendly, but the property wasn't in great condition. The pool is full of water but is closed indefinitely but it isn't listed anywhere on 3rd party sights. The neighbors across from us were screaming and fighting all night.

    Took almost 15 minutes just to find someone to check us in. Behind desk there were broken items from the rooms. Looked like a junk yard. Found a maid and she finally found the front desk person. Arrived at the room, a queen delux with a sofabed. Had a bedroom and kitchen area plus an empty space where the sofa should be. No place to sit except at the kitchen table on a desk chair. No furniture I the living area. After a conversation with the front desk, she informed us that many rooms have no furniture in the living area. she did change us to another room. Full kitchen was nice but not a glass, cup, dish or cookware there. Needed to go back down to front desk to sign out a prepackaged of asst kitchen items in order to use the kitchen. Hotel is dated and definitely needs some upgrades. Fairly clean but not a place I would stay at again. On and no hairdryer in the bathroom either.

    The young lady that checked us in was rude. Had no customer service skills at all. Like she didn’t want us to be there! lol Thankfully the second young lady that helped us out later on was VERY sweet and kind. There are no amenities in the room, not even a hair dryer!!! There was one bar of soap by the bathroom sink and one by the shower but that was IT. We had to ask the front desk for the entire bed linen set for the pull out couch and make it ourselves. And also horrible shower water pressure. Could be a nice hotel if they actually put some effort into it.

    We were only there for about 6 hours due to catching the red eye in. The bed and living space were clean. The room smelled of must and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The tu especially is dirty and had hair throughout. I swear slippers to shower when I travel but still pretty gross. Otherwise it was uneventful.

    Terrible stay. They overbooked & moved us to a different property with no notice until we arrived at the original property, then had to pay for an uber to go to the other property. The front desk lady acted stressed & rude. We did not receive the rooms we originally booked so ended up short 2 beds & had to have kids sleep in the chair for 1 night. Breakfast was barely anything- 3 muffins, no fruit, little amount of coffee. The entire property was outdated & smelled like weed. People smoking at the front door that you had to walk through. Ran into 4 other families in the lobby that had the exact same thing happen to them.

    The front girl that I originally dealt with id sack in a heart beat, rude, ody language was crap wasn't interested in being there that day was pretty obvious, half way through said Nup not dealing with you and walked off...     Not a great place to stay. Lots of police presence, the area is sketchy. My wife and I stayed two nights and our kids and grandkids were joining us on the third night, leaving on a cruise the next day. They oversold the hotel by 9 rooms so they wanted to give us rooms with one bed and a pullout. That wasn’t happening. They ended up transferring us to another property right by the cruise terminal which was significantly better. I would not choose this property again.

    The photos posted make this hotel seem way nicer than it actually is. Hotel & rooms felt muggy. Unable to sleep due to loud noise from AC and nearby planes constantly taking off. Pool was closed. Breakfast was picked over muffins and packaged oatmeal in a cup. Hallways and floor were pretty dirty and mold was growing in the bathroom ceiling. Do not recommend.

    This place is a dump, the pool come to find out has not worked in 6 years, the place smells musty terribly, there is a patio area that has signs no smoking but everyone smoked. Breakfast - if you can get a orange or a granola bar youll be lucky! And if you ask for something to eat its a major inconvenience. Stay away! But the one young girl was a sweat heart! The others are to be desired.

    Every time I needed something from the staff, they were very nice and helpful, especially Alejandra, who helped me every time I needed some information. I had read in the web, before choosing the hotel, that they had a swimming pool, but I found that it has been out of service for some time and there're no signs of any plan to put this in operation soon.

    When I went downstairs to request more bedding, there was no one at the front desk, and I had to wait quite a while before anyone came to assist me. There wasn't even a bell or button to press for help, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. Additionally, I noticed a man sleeping without shoes in the lobby who appeared to be down on his luck, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. The room itself was missing bedding for the pull-out couch, so I wasn't able to use it properly. I watched as the woman at the front desk pulled sheets out of the dryer to give to me. Furthermore, the pool was closed and marked as out of order, and the area surrounding it looked dirty. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and limited staff presence made this a disappointing experience. I would not choose to stay here again.

    For $250 a night because of inflation due to Presidents week I got a room for me and my three kids before jumping on a cruise. The room was filthy and the bathtub had so many chips in the paint. The breakfast was pathetic consisting of black coffee and tea only. Also when i got to my room we were so exhausted and realized they did not make up the pull out couch which has mold all over it no sheets and no pillows i went down to the front desk as they were closing in 5 mins the girl laughed and said we don't have pillows or sheets i said i want a different room and she handed us two blankets and said that's all i could do. we had no choice because i paid for the room and we were exhausted. we ended up all sleeping on the bed i=on top of the sheets i would not recommend and would never come back!

    Our stay was fine. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and were asked to come back for check-in around 1pm. We left our baggage with the front desk and it was perfectly fine and safe to leave. Upon arrival at 7pm (we had a day in Miami Beach), we were told that no one room with 2 double beds were available, despite that being our reservation. For this reason, we were split into two different rooms. They were fine and overall clean. The air conditioning worked well. We could hear noise around 11pm from a neighboring room. Upon check out at 4:30am, we had to wait about 5 minutes to be taken care of but check out what smooth nonetheless.

    When we arrived at the hotel the appearance in the lobby/breakfast area was disgusting. There was a neon yellow stained towel sitting under the table, crumbs EVERYWHERE & the seats were all stained with god knows what (I took pictures to prove it). The staff were less than friendly and seemed annoyed to have to wait on us. The pool was closed & the outside door locked if you didn’t prop it open and no staff was around to let us in until our friends arrived for their check in. The only options for breakfast were chewy granola bars and small prepackaged muffins. We arrived at 2:50 and our room was not ready, which we understood as it was not check in time yet……but at 3:40 when I asked if our room was ready after sitting in the lobby for almost an hour with no acknowledgment from any staff we were told the room we booked & paid for was not but a different one was. We took it because we were sick of waiting in the lobby but the girl at the counter told us she could not comp us for the room we were actually given. The reviews we saw on Expedia were extremely misleading and I would absolutely not stay here again.

    Good room and clean and what we needed our 1 night for… the breakfast setup lame … like bare minimum which I get I wasn’t expecting a Dennys but atleast more than just oat meal and some kind of granola bar. No milk for coffee it was just creamer option. No juice option so limited sadly so didn’t get the full 5 stars fr this lack but it was quiet hotel and was nice spot to lay our head for the night.

    Our toilet made a LOUD whistling noise EVERY time we flushed and would not stop unless we took the tank lid off and wiggled things! We were undressed and in bed when it started. We did not call the front desk. The room was clean, but the hallways and stairways were very dirty. The front desk staff was very friendly.

    This was a total disaster. I arrived late, at 3 am, and they told me it was booked a no show. They would not give me a room and put me on the street with my son in the middle of the night. It is a bucket shop hotel/motel, and I would strongly recommend nobody ever stay there if they intent to be treated like a customer/human being.

    One day I requested clean bedding and I was told that there was no clean available and when availble I had to put it to the beds. Every day I had problems with the door key. One day we arrived late to the hotel (my husband and daughther) we waited like an hour for the front desk employee to solve the issue. Meanwhile our little dog crying inside the room because she felt us and my little girl tried to comfort her from outside the room. Because of the long waiting my daughter was tired, started crying and fell asleep in the hallway. It was heartbreaking see her like that. The breakfast is not deserve to be called it breakast. Just coffee machine black an the milk was powder same as the hot chocolate, breakfast bars and cookies. The time was from 6am to 9:30am and if you go by 9:00 there was nothing. I assume that the personnel refills until the end at 9:30am. But no, I needed to tell the frontdesk employee to make the refill and she was not happy with my requests. Definitely I will NEVER stay here.

    If you are not staying for a week, or maybe 5 days, your kitchen will probably not be equipped. But, you can ask the front desk for dishes and silverware. I don't know if they provide pots/pans and cooking utensils (we did not have anything available because our stay was for less than 5 nights). Bring some paper towels, blankets and pillows. Overall, good location.

    I checked in around 4 pm ish. 1 room for 4 adults a standard bed with a pull out sofa bed. When I notice in my room their wasn’t an extra bed linens for the sofa bed and I went downstairs to ask Guest services . The young lady stated they were washing all off the bed sheets and I would have to wait . I told her we were all going out and she could please just placed them in my room once done. When I arrived that night around 12 midnight , the sheets were not in my room. I went down to Guest services and another young lady said I would need to wait 1 hr because she wasn’t done and the coworker before her shift did not wash the bed linens. I explain my family and I were tired and I couldn’t wait 1 hour until she was done. She told me that technically I’m not supposed to get them because I only paid for a standard room with 1 bed . I got really upset and told her NO! I paid for 1 room with 4 adults which is why I was given the option to choose a room with a sofa bed that opens up and that I should be able to get sheets because otherwise the other 2 adults have to sleep on the floor or the mattress springs with no linens and I asked for a manager! She called her on the phone who then directed her to get cleans sheets from another storage room that had extra sheets! Had I not insisted on bed sheets and to speak to management my kids would off slept on the floor or a dirty stain mattress with no covers!

    Although the website said included breakfast, Once we reached there they told that they did not had breakfast, instead they only had a pack of oatmeal (with no milk) and packed muffin. I could not even find cereal or fruit fod my son. Their pool is out of order and looks to be in that condition for a while. Rooms had no paper towel and on asking they gave a face towel saying thats all they had. There is no room service, so you have to go to the reception to get anything. No kitchenattes were provided in the room, they said you have to ask for everything. Everytime we went to the reception to ask something the receptionist would say “is that all? why down you tell everything that you need” in a very bad tone and then they would give some items and for other they will say we do not have it like diahwashing liquid to wash my kids milk bottles, later after pushing they will get it from their storage room. The only thing ok was we got place to sleep, but when we asked for extra pillows or sheets they denied it at first, then after presuurizing they found it in there storage.

    Pros: Bed VERY comfortable. Really simple check-in. Hot water in the shower instantly! Easy check out. Cons -The to-go breakfast was only oatmeal and coffee. The pictures portray eggs and bread. - Our room was dusty. I had to wash my feet before getting into bed. - The soap was new but the shampoo bottle was placed empty next to the unopened soap. - Went to two Extended stay and both lobby bathrooms were not operating? Odd. - My bathtub was quite worn with the metal filling showing. A person can cut their feet. I was fine and the hot water was divine.

    Booked a room with queen bed and sofa bed. They gave a room with queen bed only so 3 of us (2 adults and a teen) had to sleep on 1 queen bed. Oddly enough when checking in she asked me which floor I prefer. But when I went back 5 min later after seeing one bed, she said we are fully booked and dont have other room. Hallways reek of weed.     My family arrived at 3am due to airport delays and was told I couldn't check-in due to nightly system maintenance. Although I prepaid for the room, I was considered a "no-show"and told that I didn't pay. I had no cell data and wasn't allowed access to the hotel internet but luckily had a screenshot of my hotel confirmation showing that I did pre pay. I was told I could get a refund but my family was allowed to sleep in the two hotel lobby chairs while I sat on the floor until 5am before being given a room key. I was later called down to complete check-in around 5:30am where I had to request bedding for the sofa bed. I was given two sheets but pillow and comforter were not available. The room was $270 CAD, checkout was 11am and no later checkout available.

    Booked the room werks in advance. Got the itinerary. Showed up as scheduled. They told me I had no valid reservation...even though it was emailed to me. They told me they overbooked and my reservation had been cancelled. Odd I got NO notice in my email. I left checking for another room somewhere else. A few rooms show up available at Extended Stay at the SAME hotel for more than $106 more than I had booked it at?? Never again. Do you think they pulled that since it was a one-night stay and they wanted all weekend bookings at a 60% price hike? And NOW they are asking for a review of my stay?? Wow...garbage management.

    Bathroom door was missing, we informed front desk that we will checkout by 11:30 and they said Ok. We did checkout on time, even though one Lady manager pushed in and come to our room and behave improperly around 11:10.

    At the moment of check out they treat you like a prisoner. They call you hours before the check out and then they knock at the door countless times. The hotel is great, but not management.
