B&B Hotel Miami Airport

We enjoyed a quick stay here, close to airport, clean. Area didn’t feel that safe but the hotel felt secure and quiet. The free parking was great and we loved that it was next door to ihop for breakfast! We would stay here again!

there was dog poop and urin in the elevators. There was poop stains from dogs in the hallway it was discusting.Also we paid for two queens and they tried to give us 0ne king bed.The staff was rude it was one of the worst stays.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very responsive. The hotel is being remodeled but it did not impact our stay. The continental breakfast is not currently being offered due to the renovation but Ihop is literally on the compound and the hotelprovided a discounted price of $6 for my meal. I would definitely stay there again!

newly renovated, the room had everything one could need. stayed for 2 night before flying out. In the lobby they even had a scale to weigh your suitcase, very helpfull.

I returned to the front desk and explained the situation. The staff was friendly, understanding, and promptly provided me with keys to another room . Unfortunately, the second room was similar condition and was also not properly cleaned. In addition, there was a very strong smell of marijuana throughout the property, which made the environment even less comfortable. Given these issues, I decided no to stay at the hotel and left shortly afterward. I have called Expedia and received a full refund. I do not recommend this hotel.

I hate giving 4 stars here, because it really is a fine place to stay, and is clean and efficient as a no-frills hotel. But it is lacking touches that make it easier to stay out-of-town (no mini-convenience area in lobby…if you want a bottled water, go to the 3rd floor vending area by the ice machine and pay $4 for a water. No breakfast offered, though there is an IHOP adjacent). But the staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be, and the room was clean. We would stay here again.

Property is bare bones. Poorly put together. Glue oozing out of sink edges, emergency exit /fire escape had caution do not enter yellow tape across it. Bed only had a single sheet on it and when I called about a blanket they said they didn’t have any clean ones in the hotel. Air conditioning never changed temperature and would not turn off. Also was weird that they provided ear plugs in the rooms. Although any time anyone went in or out of a door, it sounded like our door was opening.

I will definitely stay here next time I visit Miami😊

I actually really liked staying here. It’s very quiet inside the parking is easy. They are remodeling some in the lobby area but that’s no biggie good improvements coming I’m sure so not much as far as amenities at the moment. There’s an IHOP right next door though if you need food. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Barely heard any planes. Would absolutely stay again

The information for the room was misleading. Theres no Pool, no where to park, it’s in construction but when I asked the condition of the hotel, they said it was great and failed to mention it. There’s NO BREAKFAST and when asked if there was anything at all for any type of breakfast upon check in, the front desk women said “No, sorry”. Then when going down in the late morning, I mentioned that it was confusing with the name and there being nothing listed to the contrary. A different front desk worker stated, “yea it’s just the owners initials. But you can purchase these breakfast coupons for the IHOP next door for 6.99 for a a full entree. But it’s only usable from 6-9, and it’s 11am now. But here’s a 15% off coupon.” Which IHOP denied due to not being able to use it until 4pm. Despite me bringing it to their attention that I SPECIFICALLY ASKED about breakfast when I got there and the lady saying they had nothing for it at all, and a FULL breakfast area being set up, but no food out. No one cared. And I’m pretty sure the owner was there as well. It REAKED of pot, despite it saying non smoking. And none of the workers were welcoming. I will never go here or suggest anyone else plan a stay.

Mold in each room they moved us to. Didn’t want to refund us even though we had photos . Waited forever to get a refund. Poorly maintained and staffed. If you turn off the AC in the rooms while no one is staying there, mold is going to create its Florida.

It didn't have the breakfast amenities, the area is completely shut down, but everything thing else was excellent. The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. I would definitely stay here again when in Miami.

It was a clean place to lay my head. I'm upper middle class Chicago, & I wasn't discussed or anything, but I wasn't excited either to bring others who chose different arrangements here either! I was content, & this is suitable arrangements for above board in & out in a few days type activities!

Stayed here with my 7 year old daughter and my mom and we loved it here. Easy access to everything around and the room was big enough for us. The only thing I had a minor issue with was the elevator. But other than that I’ll give it 8/10. Definitely will be back for a quick trip.

The rooms were not cleaned, there were a lot of drop marks along the walls and doors. The microwave was dirty and dusty. The bed sheets were not clean, found multiple hairs when the comforter was removed. The comforter had stains, and the pillows had red stains. Do not recommend staying here.

Room was clean, only thing I didn’t love was that we were by the elevator so we heard every loud guest that came through all through the night. We didn’t get to utilize the breakfast, the property was under construction. Room was very clean!

Just a heads-up: the hotel is currently under renovations, so breakfast is not being offered at this time. Honestly, with so many nearby food options, it wasn’t a huge issue for us. A little tip: grab some waters for the clear mini fridge to keep your drinks cold, and when using the microwave, don’t forget to press the “open door” button to get your food out — unless you want to feel like ripping the door off trying to retrieve it 😂. The location was also a huge plus. IHOP is directly across the walkway, McDonald’s is less than a 5-minute walk away, there’s a sports bar next door, and several other places nearby. Plus, the beach is only about 20 minutes away. The staff was amazing, especially Alba. She gave us the ins and outs of Miami Springs and even connected us with third-party companies that could provide airport transportation, rental car drop-offs, and city tours. She had such a pleasant and approachable attitude, which is something my son and I really appreciate while on vacation. I even had the chance to see the owner of the hotel, who was so low-key that I had no idea he actually owned the place! This is definitely a hotel I would recommend and stay at again — next time with a rental car.

The property just switched over to new management so a lot of things are not available. Some of the pictures and posting are not relatively true to what is offered. I had several issues. The young lady at the front desk was knives, but still didn’t fix the issue

This hotel is right next to the airport so it's convenient for early morning flights, but of course you also get airport noise. When we visited the front desk was under construction so we checked in at a folding table with a computer. When came back from going to dinner the elevator was out of order and we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to our room. We worried all night we may have to carry suitcases down 6 flights of stairs! Thankfully elevator was working in the morning. Clean room and good price but very basic. Okay for a few hours before a flight.

An economic choice , but clearly not the ideal place for rest and relaxation. The building is under construction. As I woke up 3 morning to the sound of a jackhammer rumbling through my room for hours. David, i believe one of the managers was extremely kind and helpful , but everyone else did very little to accommodate. To be candid, there should have been lots more transparency regarding how bad the noise is.And I probably should have asked for a refund for at least 2 nights. I had to move to the sixth floor to get peace. To the upper management at b n b..... What you put a little bit of emphasis on the words full disclosure, before you're so kindly accept the next guest money

This place has no amenities or they are willing to help apply any as well. The bed was comfortable but for the 1st 2 days of our stay they had construction & it was so loud & disturbing that resting was not possible. Hotel staff desk are average folding tables sitting by the front door.

Do not stay here. They started construction at 6 AM with loud banging on pipes and we couldn’t sleep at all. No one informed us ahead of time that construction would be happening, and when we asked the staff about it, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Extremely disappointing experience.

Stayed here recently and had a great overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Parking felt safe and convenient, and the property was quiet at night which made it easy to relax. The location was also very convenient for restaurants and nearby attractions. Would definitely consider staying here again. I been a very loyal guest.

The hotel was extremely dirty and appeared poorly maintained overall. The rooms were uncomfortable and looked as though they had been updated as cheaply as possible. The parking area was very cramped and felt unsafe and sketchy, which made the stay even more unpleasant.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the mini fridge, the good shower, the laundry service on the premises, and the convenient parking. The location was close to the airport and to LoanDepot park, which we liked. The only negative was the coffee service wasn’t great, and there was no option for food on the premises other than vending machines.

The property and rooms were very clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, great for restaurants and central enough to get around. The bed was comfy, water was hot and AC was cool. The only thing I didn't like was the charge for the delivery of Amazon packages (range from $3-$5) and the walls were thin, That being said, if you have noisy neighbours and close by the street, you will hear some noise, however the hotel has ear plugs to help combat the noise. Those factors were not deal breakers for me as I would stay again. The price is really good for the hotel.

Property had drilling and construction sounds the entire day and a loud AC which was ineffective and dripped water. The TV and Iron didn’t work almost as if they expected people to never actually use these things. The water pressure on the shower was poor, and the soap and body wash was very diluted and ineffective. Room service only came every 2 days. Would not recommend staying unless you have limited choices.

Everything was perfect from check in To check out. The onsite restaurant was a huge plus since we were traveling with our dog and going out was not an option. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Full of false information there’s no shuttle bus the phone to the rooms don’t work. The TVs don’t work hallway smell like marijuana homeless people in the common area staffs got vapes on the desk as well as earphones in their ears at all times. I didn’t like anything about the property at all the room flooded. There’s no shuttle bus no every day housekeeping all false information.

I remember my f first stay there it was 2024 they were under renovations and it was nice then and its even more nicer

There was a lot of dirt on the floors in both the bedroom and bathroom area. There were visible stains on the bedding and a strong strange smell looming in the room.

I stayed one night at this place. It was okay, but not outstanding. It was sort of an 'it is what it is' experience. Solidly 3 stars.

One of the things I liked about this room was that it was clean and large enough for our bags. The faucet was however broke and dripped water all night (we got in late and didn't realize the issue couldn't immediately be fixed) and the air conditioner was super loud. People were loud in the hallways. There are plenty of hotels closer to the airport that were affordable and would be cheaper with an Uber so I definitely would not do this place again. It needs to be updated and doesn't offer much.

Upon entering, I saw that the floor was absolutely filthy, there were dusty shoe prints all over, hair from previous guests and stains. There were questionable stains on the bedding and bizarrely enough there was a bottle of hand soap instead of shampoo. I told one of the cleaning staff and she told me it was not a room assigned to her, so pretty much like "tough to be you" so of course I told the front staff and he said he'd look into it. We left for at least 6 hours and when we came back it was still dirty. It was also very noisy thanks to the lack of insonorisation, not to mention a very loud drunken argument breaking out right next door that night while we were trying to get our 2 year old son to sleep. There is no way we would ever recommend this place, especially at the inflated price thanks to the F1. We only chose it because there were no reasonably priced hotels available but still, this was shameful.

It was close to the airport and I only needed the room for a few hours because I had a flight early in the AM, for that purpose made sense, I wouldn’t suggest this hotel for anyone to stay any longer than I did. And I wouldn’t ever again.

We stayed here because we had a cruise the following day. The hallways smelled horrible. You could smell weed as you entered and it was also obvious that the carpets needed cleaning.The towels were very dirty. Seem as if the towels were left over from the previous guests. There were all kinds og spots on them. The shower was not clean as there was hair left in it and the soap bottles had stale soap dried up on the top of the spout, which indicates the staff did not do a clean after the previous guests. We called front desk twice and the phone rang 4 times and the phone rang without an answer. We called much much later and the representative had an attitude. This was a horrific experience. The elevator also needs Servicing as it took forever to get to the floors and and forever to open. I would not recommend. Oh and breakfast I'd not served here.

The stay wasn’t that bad until the last day the room was right behind the utility room and that morning (it was a Sunday) the staff cleaned and the dryers banged up against the walls really hard and there was a screeching noise as well. We didn’t have a microwave so we had to ask for one. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again.

At 8 AM, there was a repair next to my window. They should start their repair services (if not an urgent situation) after certain hours. The location is close to the airport, and has enough parking spaces. Good choice, but it was my bad luck, I guess.

Parking was good, A/C worked fine, but was noisy. No amenities such as continental breakfast, but there is an IHop right next door. No pool, no workout room. Signs in the rooms speak of conserving water, but the tub in our room and the room next door both dripped constantly. Two elevators by check in, but one was broke the 3 nights we stayed there. If you're not okay with lots of street noise, this would not be the place for you. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Rooms and hotel were very clean. There's a great ice cream place called Charlie's Ice Cream about 1 mile away. Highly recommend Charlie's.

My room appeared clean at first, later after walking around bare foot i noticed the bottom of my feet were dirty. The gray flooring hides the dirt on the floor very well. To confirm my suspicion I used a towlette and sample wiped the floor in the room and bathroom. Sure enough dirty floor. I ended up finding the housekeeping cart, took 2 towels and wiped down the floor in my room. In my opinion the floor has not been cleaned/mopped for sometime. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had one large towel, two medium,two small towlettes and one bathmat. Hotel does not offer breakfast or drinks even tho there are 2 empty drink coolers in the lobby and a seating area. Offering coffee in the morning for your guests would go a long way. There's an Ihop next door, and several gas stations and Wawa a 5-10 minute drive away. If you have a car there's plenty of free parking with a grassy overflow lot behind the hotel. Overall this is a basic hotel where you park, sleep, shower and leave.

The room was nicely decorated. We liked the cityscape mural on the wall. Very modern furniture. Nice bathroom which had a quartz countertop and nice shower tiles. The only negatives I would say is that the floor wasn't very clean and they could not supply us with face cloths, only towels due to a problem with their washers.

Staff was nice enough but she had trouble finding our reservation. Then we were assigned a room and given keys. We opened the door to 'our' room and found someone else's belongings in the room! We had to go back to the front desk and explain what happened and ask for another room. The clerk was apologetic but didn't seem nearly as apologetic as I felt she should be considering the circumstances. If keys to my hotel room were given to another guest I would be furious.

Crud...my review got deleted. Here it is again. This hotel is not nearly as nice as the photos and/or reviews I read indicated. It is OLD, FILTHY, NO amenities AT ALL (no water, no coffee, no breakfast, etc...) and FILTHY bathroom, shower, countertop, toilet with poop all over the top and sides, GROSS filthy vinyl grey flooring in the room, loud cooling system, glitchy internet, etc. The only upside to this hotel is that the bed was CLEAN and fairly comfortable for a quick overnight stay otherwise I would NOT NOT NOT stay here again. I had to use a hand towel (the only one that was in the room when I got there) to wash the toilet before I could use it and then used it to clean (after I washed it out in the sink) the countertop, sink and flooring in the bathroom because it was just GROSS! I washed my feet with a rag when I arrived so I could change socks and before I could make it from the bathroom to the bed the bottoms of my feet were BLACK (no I am not kidding) so I used the same hand towel (again after rewashing the sink) to mop most of the bathroom floor and pathway to the bed with the hand towel being completely BLACK when I took it downstairs to guest services. It really was a filthy room I would NEVER NEVER NEVER stay here again if I can help it.

The hotel was clean and updated. Washrooms were new. Traffic along the highway adjacent to the hotel was constant all night, with motorcycles and street racing going on. The pop and chip machine was out of order. There was constant loud conversation going on in the hallways from the early evening to 12:00 AM, with frequent door slamming and cell phone use. I only stayed one night due to having a cruise the next morning. The room was nice and clean, the staff was nice. The only negative thing I have to say about my one night stay here is that they were doing tile work and the construction began around 0600 and it was very loud and I could not get any sleep after. I understand this is a necessity and it happens everywhere, but it made for a very long morning. Other than that, I have zero complaints and would stay here again.

The young lady at the counter was very helpful because she was the only one there. The first room was a No-Go. We could not get off the elevator due to construction blocking the elevators. the second room: one wall switch in the bathroom didn't work, Bolt lock on the door did not work, all the electronics(TV, Microwave, Refridgerator, Clock were not connected. Wall plugs were loose and shorting out. NO Coffee! The breakfast area was not ready.

Phones did not work very good or at all. There was only one person who was taken care of the whole hotel as far as we could see and Alba was actually pretty great. Nobody ever answered the phone when we called ahead of time.

Very spartan accommodations. Decent but not all that well maintained. For example the exhaust fan in the bathroom was probably completely clogged. So consequently taking a shower in the bathroom means 2 to 3 hours before it’s not just a sauna. Water damage inside the hallways with fans trying to dry it out. Woke up to a hammer drill just outside our room. So loud there’s no possible way you could stay in your room until checkout time at 11 AM. In short ownership has put a pretty face on things, but there is still plenty of money and attention to detail to truly make it anything more than a two star hotel.

Aside from that, the room was very comfortable, with cozy beds and a strong shower with hot water. Just a few points for improvement. We will come back to check the improvements.”

We were informed there was no lift (unserviceable) so had to use the concrete stairs on the end if the building. Having a large amount of luggage and none of our oarty being less than 60 it was a difficult task to get it all up to the 3rd floor where our rooms were. That aside the rooms were very large, very clean and comfortable.

B and B should stand for bare bones. Elevator didn't work so had to haul luggage up 3 floors. The room was so noisy that management actually leaves packages or ear plugs for guest use. No shuttle so by the time I spent $50 on Ubers, I could've stayed at a real hotel for less money. Will not return.

Staff offered no water. When I asked if I could purchase a bottle I was told to go to the vending machine. (There’s only one in the entire hotel) and the water was sold out. Also, the front desk was a folding table.. very cheap looking situation combined with a relatively high price tag.

The door to my room did not lock. I used the latch at the top because it did not lock. The elevator did not work and had to walk 3 flights of stairs with my luggage. Receptionist asked if I want the room or refund…. At 1:30 am. Where would we go at that time of morning just getting off a plane.

I stayed at the B & B Hotel in Miami and was very disappointed. The lift was not working during my entire stay, and my room was on the 4th floor. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs was extremely inconvenient. There was no communication, no apology, and no assistance offered. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Got there to check in and the elevator was not working and they couldn’t give any idea when it would be. With an injured ankle it was impossible to climb stairs for 4 nights. I had to then find a new hotel late at night last minute for more money. The whole hotel needs to shut down until they finish renovations and get everything working.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Miami International airport. There is a 24hrs iHop next to the hotel which is very handy for a late night snack or dinner. The staff is really friendly. However, I rated my stay with 3 stars because my room was never cleaned during the 6 days and 5 nights I stayed. Probably my fault for returning at 4am from work every night and leaving around 11am the next day. Nevertheless, I told the front desk about my schedule but they never coordinated with the housekeeping team to get it clean.

The TV in the room was not so great, the tv turn off completely a couple of times while I was was watching it. I couldn't call the front desk because the phone had no connection to call out. So I had to go down to the front desk for help.

The hotel is fully under construction causing it to be hard to get in and out of without interfering with the construction workers. The water would not get hot in the shower no matter “how long” I let it rub and waited for it to heat up. When I called the front desk to report this issue I was told “the water isn’t meant to get boiling hot it’s only meant to get room temperature. Let it run it will warm up”

Booked this hotel because we had a over night layover and didnt want to stay at the airport. I read the good reviews and the price was hard to beat. We had a king bed room and the room was very large! The shampoo and shower gel was nice. There are small issues with molding around the floor and ceiling and such but that is the only flaw with this hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The a/c wasnt on and my husband couldnt sleep even though we turned it on to 67 degrees. It is very conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport but, the airport / plane noises were not bad. We also had the first room by the elevators so we heard people talking all night. All in all this is a great hotel for a short layover and even a weekend trip to Miami. Thank you. :)

The room itself was a bit dark — in both a good and bad way. It’s great if you want to sleep during the day, but if you need to get ready, eat, or do anything that requires good lighting, you won’t have it unless you go to the bathroom. There were only two small lights next to the beds and one by the desk; no ceiling lights. I also didn’t see any water fountains, only vending machines. Most hotels offer free water stations, but not here. Overall, I just needed a place to stay before my morning flight, and the microwave and mini fridge were definitely a plus. The pillows, however, were not good - very skinny and flat. There’s also no airport shuttle and no complimentary breakfast. I’ll probably skip this hotel next time. The price was fair ($135), but if you arrive early, don’t expect your room to be ready before 3 p.m. unless you want to pay an extra $53.50 like we did.

I booked a room for a weekend getaway for leisure at B&B hotel in Miami, very clean lobby, great/excellent customer service. Clean room, clean sheets and towels. I have stayed regular hotel such as la quinta inn and suites and etc but i really had a great experience at my stay at B&B hotel that i will be back in a couple of weeks and have finally found my favorite place to get away for some peace and quiet.. thank you B&B hotel and staff
