    Loved this hotel. We were here for a layover and could not have been happier. I was travelling by myself with 2 young kids and the staff were so friendly and accommodating (front desk lady was so sweet). Breakfast was delicious, pool was clean and warm. Airplanes flew over the pool every few minutes which my kids thought was the coolest thing ever. Airport shuttle was perfect, comes and leaves every 30 minutes. Nice lobby and outdoor area if you have a longer layover like I did and have to be out of the room awhile before your flight leaves. Would highly recommend this hotel.

    This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had! a man was knocking on my door at 1am and wouldn't leave. The staff didn't answer the phone after calling repeatedly, so i had to call 911. I want a refund. Me and my 5 yr old did not feel safe

    I ordered 2 meals delivered to my room because the 1st delivery didn't arrive at my room Come to find out from the man working night shift that the hotel manager requires all deliveries be left in the lobby. When I asked the receptionist why don't they tell people when they check-in about this policy, he told me (despite food delivery ordering websites requesting room numbers) that I'm the only person who complained about not knowing their "delivery to lobby only" policy. He obviously has no intention of implementing my recommendation.

    Shuttle took a long time to come and when it came, the driver didn't even look at us. With several calls to the hotel, no one responded (and this was even before 10pm). We eventually took Uber and when we got at the front desk, no one was there. We met other guests who had the same experience. While the hotel is decent, the front desk staff must be trained better with their work.

    Woke up after 9am and made our way to breakfast. We had like 5 minutes to get our breakfast because it was shut down at 9:30 and everything was removed. What we did managed to get before it was whisked away was good. Room was clean and well equipped. Blinds are a little thin and morning light is bright. Close to airport and handy. Photo on elevator door showing food in bistro don’t match as to what’s on menu. Same menu for all day . Had lunch there, burger was good but for dinner we popped out to another hotel further down the street which offered much more. Pool is large and very clean. Free airport shuttle got a flat tire but fellow driving quickly arranged for another bus to come and take us. Staff very accommodating and very friendly. In an industrial type area so no shopping near by. Definitely would stay again. The bistro menu. Breakfast being whisked away so quick when still several people in room.

    The WORST part was the parking (Metropolis) automatically charges you based on your Lic Plate and the front desk knows zero about anything to do with parking. I had extra charges on my card even before I parked. I finally got through to Metropolis (parking) through a chat online and they "said" they would refund the extra charges. It's $25 plus tax per day and extra charges if you enter and exit because there is a camera at the gate...horrible. I do not recommend this hotel based on the parking alone.

    Extreme hot water uncontrollable. Some sort of bug was present in our bed, as my daughter and I woke up covered inbug bites. The next morning, I try to put a complaint with Staff, he was useless, apparently he didn’t believe and said that there were no manager on site to escalate and make a decision on the refund I requested.

    The airport bus driver was awesome. He did a great job selling the property. The hotel was okay; however, my phone did not work in the room. There were no face towels and I was trying to call the front desk. I did go down and they were brought to my room within 10 minutes.

    Enjoyed everything except ability to control room temperature. No matter what I did (including changing the thermostat to “HEAT” ) I could stop cold air from blowing into the room. Finally I just turned it all off and managed to sleep through the night as the room gradually warmed.

    I did not like this hotel. I booked one night there because the hotel offers a shuttle from the airport but after waiting over an hour and a half, we saw the hotel shuttle once and it was completely full so the driver refused to take us. They claim the shuttle is there every 30 minutes which is not true. I could not get a hold of anybody via phone. The website they have for tracking the shuttle was also not working correctly. I had to get an uber and they did not reimburse it. I paid 382 for one night there and it was definitely not worth the price. I'll look at different hotels next time.

    Breakfast was ok. Most of the hot food was cold. Shuttle service from the airport took a bit. DO NOT FOLLOW what it tells you on the app, just go to the Hotel pickup area. Shuttle to the cruise port was good. Staff were friendly We went to the restaurant in the lobby area and they were out of almost everything. So we asked the front desk guy for pizza advice. Also DO NOT take the advise of the front desk person if you decide to order pizza. It cost us $47 US for a pizza that looked like a 3 yr old made. It was soo paper thin that you had to roll it in order to each it. After rolling it, it still didn’t reach the size of a cigar lol don’t waste your money.

    This property is close to the airport. And, the property shows evidence of high traffic. The complimentary breakfast for some may be considered lack luster. But, the room we selected was clean, extremely spacious, and equally comfortable. If you are on a work trip, the configuration of the room including the desk allows you to remain productive. The staff was beyond helpful. We had a couple issues outside of the norm, but they went out of their way to help resolve the issues for us, and to make our stay better.

    Visit was ok , the air didn’t work well especially the room was extremely humid most the time. Could’ve been cleaner especially in the halls lots of stains on carpet. Airport shuttle should start up before 7am , as most flights are leaving by 7am , which still causes you to need a uber to airport. Hotel also doesn’t have ice vending staff bagged ice in ziplocs upon request. Breakfast was good , pool also should have longer hours

    Too many people for breakfast in such a small space. Breakfast attendants were surly. Only one bartender at night. He was nice, but couldn't even take a break to use the restroom! I won't stay here again.

    We left the hotel and the other day we found a debit in our credit card for snack that we did not consume. I sent an email to the hotel and to customer support and have not received any response yet. This looks like a fraudulent method to steal from customers. Not happy at all.

    This hotel is right beside a very busy airport and is super noisy until after midnight. There is no restaurant on site or within walking distance -there's nothing within walking distance! There's a trash filled river running behind the property but it's obscured by bushes and unaccessible. The pool and staff were great but staff need to answer the phone and texts!

    The air conditioner wasn't cooling properly. i Went to the Counter and never came to check the problem. Next day i requested service again to resolve the air conditioner issue and nothing happens. Talk with the cleaning services staff to report the issue and nothing happen. ignoring is terrible very upset and sad because these things should not happen.

    convenient to airport it's in direct line with take off and landings of the airplanes and the hotel is without sound proof windows. I heard every plane that the hotel is in its path. and that's a few planes a minute. wouldn't stay here again because of that. the shuttle was hard to get to go to hotel, easy to get to airport.

    Staff was exceptional accommodative, room service clean the rooms every day, breakfast every morning and free shuttle to the airport, the shuttle drive was so pleasant and helpful, clean well kept swimming pool and a gym with lots of equipments, would definitely recommend this hotel Terrible experience with couple who stayed next to my room, I was severely terrified from their behavior, fighting and banging my door asking if I was at their door, had to call maintenance, they were swearing slamming the doors and yelling in the hall way Also there is a not very pleasant scent when you just walked into the room, I think it’s coming from the vent, also the dishwasher was broken.

    Carpet in common areas and rooms is very dirty. Staff was nice. Shuttle is awful. No designated pick up spot and inefficiently having to be flagged down by passengers. Some people were waiting an hour. One front desk staff when full shuttle drops off. Nothing within walking distance so you will have to Uber.

    Did not enjoy staying here, the room was not as nice as the pictures, dim lit in the bathroom, sticky floors in the room, no room service cleaning, breakfast items were barely edible if there was anything even left, first morning I starved rather than eat the scraps leftover. Second morning the fire alarm went off at 7:40am, couldn’t wait to get out of there! The electric charging stations were out of service and parking was through a third party which was $27/night, I asked about the additional $10 fee and was told I had to contact the company because the staff couldn’t help. Just walking to our tool the cleaning staff was incredibly loud in talk/yelling and laughing, it was hard to relax. Highly would recommend going anywhere else.

    I was extremely disappointed with the experience. Each night we returned to the hotel, there was a strong smell of smoke in the room. This was mentioned to reception on several occasions and it was dismissed. After requesting the room to be cleaned, on day 5 of our stay, we returned to find that nothing was done. We asked about it and we recieved an apology and a promise that the handyman would do the clean. He showed up 30mins later with towels. After rejecting the offer, and asking the front desk to take a look we were eventually relocated, (had to carry our own bags) to a new room which also had an ofensive smell. The experience was, in my opinion poor, and we will not be returning

    Unfortunately, our stay was very unpleasant. The carpets in both the room and the hallways were extremely dirty, and the floors looked like they had not been properly cleaned in a long time. There was a strong, bad smell throughout the hallway and inside the room, which made it very uncomfortable. Overall hygiene was poor and did not meet basic hotel standards. To make matters worse, the breakfast was also disappointing — limited options, poor quality, and not well maintained. I would not recommend this hotel due to cleanliness issues and lack of proper hygiene.

    The rest of the experience was great except for the Wi-Fi was super slow and I had a hard time getting it to work. I could connect to it. But as far as receiving any signal it was fairly non-existent. My phone just kept buffering. The breakfast was good there was a great assortment of items to get my day started right.     Breakfast was well below standard. Unidentifiable little foamy "cakes" that were supposed to be eggs as another guest told us. Thankfully there was one fruit option, so we had a banana each. On a positive note, the hotel had been partly renovated and looks modern in many areas. It also has a passable gym. And the airport transfer is friendly and efficient.

    You have to be FORCED pay to park…not cheep…$30 a day when a quest. Makes it unsafe to park outside the gated hotel. No shower guards to prevent flooding.     TV didn’t work and had to be fixed, no hand soap in the bathroom, no paper towel in the kitchen , half a roll of toilet paper was left hanging in the holder although there was a spare roll under the sink. Relatively clean , front desk friendly and accommodating esp Mia, shuttle was good and Alfredo was pleasant and helpful. Would be helpful to have a designated spot for pickup so passengers don’t have to go running for the shuttle when it can’t stop because of the other vehicles blocking the area where the shuttle was being flagged down.

    There was no notification of a $27 per day parking fee. That is ridicules. The water pressure is nonexistent. It's like a third world country. The Water pressure is weaker than an old man's urine stream. You have to spend forever in the shower trying to get trickles of water to wash the soap off your hair and body. The breakfast is a farce no food, no plates, no cleaning service. Today a prostitute got kicked out of the breakfast area. It's a third world environment. RUN LIKE HELL!

To leave, I was also allowed a late check out because my flight was late evening. The room was excellent. It contained a little kitchen with nice cutlery and wares. The room was very clean and cosy. My partner and I loved it. The bathroom was very nice as well. My only negative was the breakfast. It was very basic and we opted to not have breakfast. Other than that, this is an excellent hotel for the price and it was super close to the airport. Definitely recommend.

    From the shuttle ride to the property down to every hotel staff member, the atmosphere was excellent! Everyone was friendly & helpful. The room was updated & comfortable. The hot breakfast was outstanding. They even had a shuttle to our cruise port for a small fee. I will stay here again & will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Miami!

    Waited for shuttle never came ended up taking Taxi. Room was dirty. Floor needed sweeping and coffee machine still had old coffee grounds in it. Toilet paper kept falling off holder.     The lobby chairs, especially the accent chairs by the front desk, were extremely dirty, and the carpet to the elevator was filthy! I was so disappointed to see that the condition of the general area was so unkept. As a Starwood brand, I never saw this kind of filth around this hotel. Please shampoo those chairs and carpet ASAP!

    My problem with this hotel was trying to catch the shuttle. At Miami no one could tell us where to catch the shuttle. So I called the number on my reservation receipt. The operator asked what city we were in. I said Element Miami International Airport. He said there was no shuttle. We paid $36 to a taxi service. The shuttle showed up at the hotel after the taxi dropped us off. I showed the clerk the number I called. He then handed me a paper with the shuttle number on it. Now explain how that helped me at that time. As I had to pay out of pocket for something I thought was already available. And since I was coming from out of state. Explain how I would know there was a different number for the shuttle.

    ⚡ Loved the free EV charging (big bonus for road-trippers). Parking onsite is secure but $$—street parking worked fine too. 🏨 Rooms are huge (some with full kitchens!) and super quiet despite the runway views. 🏊 Pool time = watching planes take off ✈️ (soundproofing is spot on). 🥞 Free breakfast hit the spot + plenty of space indoors & outdoors to work or chill. 👎 Only downside?     The property was very nice. Our problem was getting a shuttle from the airport. I called the hotel but couldn't get a person to answer. When I finally got a person after 15 minutes I was assured the van was on the way, but it took 3 more calls and waiting over an hour outside in the heat for it to show up. Shuttle was on time to get us to the airport.

    The only downside was that the menu was very limited. Also, while taking a shower the handheld shower separated from the wall and flew off the wall. We called the front desk and the maintenance man was at our door in 5 minutes. He understood what happened and I told him that we were checking out in the morning, so he could fix it after we left since there was also a large fixed shower head. Pool needs a cleaning, so we didn’t swim

    Hotel didn’t allow us to buy from the shop when we arrived and kept saying it wasn’t open at the moment, towels had stains on them, the fold out couch blocked the walkway to the bathroom, overall low quality finishes. When we finally could buy snacks the next day, after paying $12 for a small ice cream container it was completely melted. Location was close to the airport and the bar was nice but wouldn’t stay here again.

    I was expecting a much nicer hotel after having stayed at The Element in Arundel Mills, MD. This felt very run down, dark, humid and unsafe. Nothing specific happened to make it unsafe, it just felt like a hotel where human trafficking would be a risk. Cheap, humid, dark, close to the airport and water… It needs a full renovation. I would not recommend unless you just need somewhere ti stay cuz you missed the last flight and have an early flight out in the morning. That’s why we chose it.

    I loved that we were able to get a day room after our cruise and we had a late flight home. Check in was simple and customer service was great. Transportation to the airport was fantastic. I did not like the expensive breakfast options for what was offered. Taste was fine and service was good. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Pool option was great too even though we didn’t use it. Outside food options were good and in walking distance but it was raining.

    Enjoyed our stay. Was easy to get to from the airport by catching the hotel shuttle. Room was very clean and comfortable. We just stayed one night and didn’t use any of the hotel amenities. Breakfast buffet was good with both hot and cold items. We would stay again in the future.

    The hotel is close to the airport. The rooms could use a bit more attention. We stayed for 4 nights and our sheets were never changed. The beds were not made at all. The only reason we knew housekeeping was there is because the trash was emptied. Kinda disappointing. Overall ok stay sith free ahuttle and breakfast but I would not return.

    The parking could be better, its a small parking inside the premises and you have you pay $25 every night, feels kind of unfair. They tell you to park outside and if your car gets towed they are not responsible. Apart from that, very clean inside and they are very fast at taking care of things for you
