Clean rooms but the bathroom lights weren’t functional.

Manager was overly accommodating with us as we were able to have a room for early check in upon cruise arrival. Also had the misfortune of having our flight cancelled and they allowed us to come back and even arranged shuttle transportation. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room and all common areas were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with plenty of options and more than enough food to start the day. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We love the spacious rooms , beds were comfortable, breakfast fantastic plenty of healthy options , parking driver services was very nice and helpful . We were super pleased and happy there . We needed extra blanket to sleep and they got it for us . I ll recommend it to anyone .

The breakfast was nice and offered a good variety of options. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay, so we weren't able to enjoy that amenity. We also noticed a lingering cooking odor in the room, which affected the overall comfort somewhat. Despite these issues, the hotel was clean, the service was good, and we had a positive experience

They do have parking, but you either pay for it ($20+tax/day), or park on mud/grass if you can find it. We called in saying we where going to be late, they said that is just fine, when we got there they had given our room away and said that they don’t usually make this accommodation (checking in at 5am the next day), but on the phone beforehand that made it sound like it was no problem, it turned out to be a problem. They did find another room, but we ended up being short a bed, we had to make do.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent. Carpets in rooms were pretty worn down. Being that the location is in Miami, where it hot and humid. I would think flooring in the rooms would be more sanitary. Just my opinion. I would stay again.

Location from the airport. It wasn't close to stores or restaurants. It smelled like marijuana when we walked in through from valet parking. One of the elevators was not working which the front desk clerk didn't inform me during check in. There were not enough towels for a room that sleeps six people. The front desk clerk informed me that they ran out of towels. The sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced badly.

I have stayed here a few times with no problems, but this time was a bit of a letdown. My room was showing its age with a sofa that was visibly sagging and discolored. The refrigerator was dented as if someone had kicked or punched it. The air conditioner was extremely loud, waking me up each time the compressor came on. I got a terrible night's sleep as a result, which is unlike my previous stays. The staff is friendly enough and the hotel itself seems clean, but my experience this time was disappointment.

The breakfast was more than I expected! Hot food and fresh fruit as well. Marc was SUPER helpful at the front desk. Oscar was a great driver and gave us information about things to do in the area. Overall, the one night stay before our cruise was excellent. The property itself was nice but the staff is what made it an excellent stay! Would definitely visit again!

Shuttle was smooth and easy. Hotel isn't far from the airport so wait times were very small. Went to the food truck for hot dogs (yes hot dogs) for dinner. It was amazing. Breakfast was well stocked and perfect before we left for our cruise. Took an uber to the port and it was easy to connect with the driver. Only complaint (nothing the hotel can do), since it is close to the airport it was really loud (basically at the end of the runway). Didn't stop us from sleeping great.

My husband and I celebrated our 17th anniversary, the room was clean but the scent wasn't as pleasant. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice but every day was basically the same thing, they should have more options. The pool was nice, however I wished there were more space along the poolside area.

Hotel ran out of face towels

The best part was the driver of the airport transfer to the hotel. Breakfast would have been great had it opened in time before our transport to the port came to pick us up.

We came in late and they upgraded us to a wonderful sweet! So thankful of the great staff.

Firstly there is a train track immediately next to the hotel with trains running ALL night and honking the horn all the way past the hotel. You would expect the hotel to invest in great double glazing to muffle out this sound - but no! They still have metal glazing from about 40 years ago. I stayed 3 nights and didn't sleep a wink! The breakfast products are luke warm at best, mostly cold sausages, cold omlette etc - and to add insult to injury it is served on paper plates with plastic knives & forks. It's supposed to be a hotel not a prison!! Thirdly, other than the poor breakfast - there is NO food available whatsoever at this property. When you ask for food - the reception hands you a takeaway menu from a nearby takeaway for pizzas / kebabs. A small pizza listed as 12" was shown as $15.99 - but when I asked it to be delived the actual cost was $33 due to delivery & taxes!!!!! Nice little rip-off earner for the hotel no doubt! Fourthly - we used Uber a few times to get around, but one day we were in a rush so the hotel got us a taxi - we travelled no more than 2KM and the charge was $45 (we had previously done the same trip in an Uber and it was $12. We complained to reception and they gave us an apology and $20 cash back - but the same taxi driver was seen multiple times picking guests up outside! I wonder how many people don't complain!

Kept sneezing. Not sure the room was properly cleaned from pets. Next time I will need to ask for a hypoallergenic room. The staff is nice but you need to ask several times before you get what you need because they seem to forget after making promises. The cleaning staff don’t replace key items, you need to chase them up for tissue etc. I didn’t like that at all.

Room was great, services was exceptional. The only issue I had was the refund for a 1 day. My plane got canceled, and I arrived a day early, I was still charged the full amount, granite, I booked through a 3rd party and I selected pay at the property. I was charged pre maturely. Nobody wanted to take responsibility for charging me early, however, the property manager said it was refunded 175$ but I haven’t seen it reflected on my bank statement

Early check in was great, room was large and comfortable. Not much around the area but ten minute walk to the metro station was handy and there is a nice Cuban food stand nearby as well. Breakfast area was pleasant but cheap plates and cutlery and food was just ok. Lots of noise from the airport as we were on the flight path for take off!

Staff was courteous and welcoming. The mattress was too soft. It was advertised that they had an airport shuttle. It only runs from 7am to 11pm. My flight was at 7am and I had to arrange other transportation to the airport. This should be clarified on Expedia. Airport shuttle was the only reason I used this hotel.

Best thing about this hotel was the staff. Shuttle driver, front desk, everyone was very attentive, polite & positive. Carpets in the room hallways not so nice. Room was very nice, excellent amenities, the tub was very clean plus it was ceramic coated steel, not fiberglass! Comfortable bedding. But the A/C unit was old & the A/C fan made too much noise to keep on.

We did get here early (noon for a 4 o’clock check in) EVERYONE else their room was readied before ours. I asked many times if it was ready as we had 6 in the party (2 Queen beds and a sofa bed). I even said could you please ask if she can please get our room ready with 3 kids. No can do they said. We were the last ones. We asked for bedding for the sofa bed and never got it. We had to go back down and then just gave us a sheet blanket and one pillow for 2 people. Not too happy for the amount I paid

The room was fine for the one night we stayed. In the morning we stopped at the front desk for assistance and were completely ignored by 3 front desk staff…not even an acknowledgment that we were standing there. We made a comment and walked away, and still not even an eye contact.

Property was under construction but overall it was ok. I appreciated the business center.

The room setup was very nice and spacious. Front desk check in personnel were helpful and welcoming.

There were no extra pillows (yes we asked at the front desk) even though we had a pull out couch in the room. I guess our pull out couch sleepers have to sleep without a pillow. Front desk person, after stepping away from his cell phone game, told us we had to get an Uber to get to the airport car rental center. As our Uber pulled up so did the airport shuttle driver and he said he would have taken us … wasted money!

The room was clean. There were stains on a dresser in the living room and the carpet. The hotel only has valet parking and breakfast was ok.

The hallway has a somewhat scary appearance, and the elevators took a long time even when empty. The washer smelled bad, and my clothes seemed unwashed. The staff was friendly, but my room had a strange smell, which I actually liked. They provided dishes and utensils for cooking, and I appreciated having a refrigerator. Overall, the room was good, except for the smell and the absence of washcloths.

What could improve is the cleanliness of the mats and rugs, an intense cleaning. We had a room booked for 5 with a sofa bed and we didn’t have bed clothings on the room. Small details but overall good.

I travelled with family and I got the pull out couch it wasn’t very comfortable and as I found out Walter you have to request the linen for the couch from reception it’s not available in the rooms . Very nice facility! But the area surrounding the facility was not safe at all the homeless begging. Only one problem the construction was right at my window could not open blinds because the workers would see me naked very noisy! Only would stay again or recommend if there is no construction going on. Very happy with valet very convenient and easy.

The front desk clerk Dorrel she was amazing upon arrival, our room was not ready but she helped us to upgrade to a bigger room and got us a great deal and we checked right in! Breakfast was still being served with great choices! We will definitely stay here every time we go on cruise! Only downside is shuttle isn’t available until 7am so make sure to call an uber if you have an early flight!

I enjoyed my stay at Staybridge, the only complaint I do have is that we are like 5 minutes from airport, so we heard the airplane flying over our room all night. But besides that everything was amazing. I wold stay again if I’m ever back in Miami

Convenient location

Unfortunately, the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed. They had construction going on from 8 AM to 4 PM and it was extremely loud you couldn’t even hear members of you own party. The curtains were dirty as well as the beds are really uncomfortable. I think it’s time to change the. Mattress. Also, when we asked the staff for additional make up wipes that are provided and sitting on the sink when you enter the room the staff at the front desk, said they don’t have them and they’ve never heard of them. Then we showed them what we’re talking about and they said ok And then gave them to us. We stayed here a year ago and loved our stay so we returned, but we will not be back.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of room. The appliances looked a little worn but the room looked like it'd been freshly painted. We were provided free transportation from the airport to the hotel. Great stay. The only thing i wasnt a fan of was that there is NOTHING nearby where you can grab a bite to eat. We had to UberEats something in and sit in the lounge with people waiting until our room was ready at 230pm.

The staff were amazing, room was clean, and the breakfast was good. I’m a solo traveler and it was in a good neighborhood and easily accessible. I wish there was transportation to and from the cruise port.

The staff was so friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, plush towels and updated decor. The location was close to the airport and rental car return but there wasn't much around the hotel. I stayed for the convenience to the airport and it more than met my needs.

Needed easy access to the train station and the airport. Took a chance and they were great. This place is clean, and we slept so well. Got an early check in at 10 AM! A full fridge and dishes and kitchen is available. Breakfast was quite good- fresh fruits, eggs, sausage, yogurt, hummus, salad and toppings. I made a breakfast sandwich! Workout room was limited and pool wasn’t very sunny, but everyone was very kind and it was worth it for the price. The airport shuttle driver was so kind! Only thing is there is not much food or anything within walking distance and no restaurant on site.

I waved the next guy in line to go ahead of me while I found the room reservation email. I reapproached the desk and showed the attendant my phone. This time, she typed in my name, said “ok. ID and credit card”, coded the keycards and handed them over, yet again without a word of apology. If this is the level normal level of professionalism at this hotel, just replace the front desk with a tablet placed on an unmanned table. I’d expect more with the nightly rate north of $400 for a suite.

My room wasn't a quiet room, as i could hear the planes flying over throughout the day and night, as well as a train. There was also ongoing construction to the exterior and main entrance of the hotel, and all guest were required to enter from the rear. Breakfast was not to my liking. The egg omelets weren't freshly made, all frozen. Not too many options for a supposed full breakfast. I enjoyed eating breakfast much more at a local restaurant and enjoyed that so much better. With regards to my room, on a positive note, it was very spacious. However, the mattress was squeezed between night tables on each side, that were screwed to the wall. I kept either hitting my head or shoulder everytime i turned. It was quite upsetting. Otherwise, everyone was very helpful and courteous.

The customer service was really good. The room was a good size. The only thing was the sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable.

We stayed in room 204, loud noise from a hotel equipment kept coming on every 30 to 45 minutes, trains horns all night and overhead airplanes are a nightmare. Had to paid valet parking, because they have some construction, the other solution offered was to park on the side over a curb, very unsafe option. Location is perfect, becauseis near the airport, but too much noise. We've stayed in other hotels near airports and never felt the noise like this hotel. Two days in a row sausages were overcooked and dry, breakfast doesn't have a good variety. Rooms were nice and clean.

The staff at the hotel were nice. The rooms itself were great. My room was clean and medium sized, had a sofa bed in addition to the king. My daughters room was even larger and both rooms had small kitchenettes with In room coffee, microwave, fridge and even a mini stove in both rooms. The hotel did have some construction going on so that’s not great but I’m sure it’s only temporary. They had a pool and a gym, which I didn’t get to use but they looked nice. Breakfast was included and was good. For dinner we got a delivery, it was late when we arrived but the staff helped us find a place to order from. Would recommend.

I like that the driver Evilio Tabio was very helpful. I enjoyed the social, fitness room and the ability to use the washer and dryer. I didnt like the noise due to construction on property. We had to switch rooms on arrival but still had a slight noise from the hilti from the other room we were relocated to.

We had bed bugs in our hotel room, we woke up in the morning covered in bug bites. When we were getting into bed, my husband noticed blood stains on the duvet cover.

Room floor seemed dirty. Cleaning staff folded our blanket instead of laying it out on the bed. Valet parking did not prepare our car when we called from the room. They said we need to come down to request it, even though we called the day before and they had our car ready by the time we got down

No good parking, valet only on the hotel property. Was a very industrial area close to a greyhound bus station. Nothing in walking distance except a hot dog truck, close to airport and railroad tracks. Needed a key card to use the elevators, i dont know if that was for added security? Staff was amazing, hotel was clean and beautiful.

Employee Marc was amazing, he offered to get us a wake up call, a cab and fruit for our 5 am flight. We so appreciated his help as we were not familiar with the area.

Marc was very accommodating! He stayed after hours to provide us a place ti stay, provided us snacks and a comfortable place to rest until our room was able to be occupied. In the morning, the hotel manager gave us a ride, himself, to the airport! Amazing hospitality!

I am a repeat guest of this hotel for many reasons. They are very accommodating, and punctual with a very friendly shuttle driver! There is a deposit but for the rooms and service it’s worth it! Meals are included but they also have a small pantry with food and drink for purchase. Can’t go wrong here!

Once I checked in and went to my room I did a walk through. Hair was in the shower, and on the towels and rags but they were clean. The refrigerator was not cleaned good as well. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. Besides those issues everything else was pleasant.

2 bedroom suite was spacious with 2 bathrooms and great for our family, however the room was not cleaned properly. There was an open bag of candy on the fridge and half eaten take-out food still in the microwave when we checked in.

Location is perfect! Staybridge Suites Miami Intl Airport location is convenient, comfortable, clean and safe. 5 minutes shuttle from MIA airport, 5 minutes walk to RinCon Cuban restaurant, 2 minutes walk from Venezuelan HotDog spot, 4 minutes walk to the train to downtown Miami and it is safe, clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The location to the airport is convenient, quiet, and clean given they are under construction. They have parking but you do have to pay for it. The breakfast was one of the best given the choices. Out of the 4 front desk staff i came into contact with 2 were very friendly, welcoming and professional. The other two were not any of those things at all. But, i would stay again for all the positive reasons.

Best place to stay when in Miami.

Near to MIA and other areas of interest. Friendly staff, real nice and clean. The breakfast was great and it has a lite evening supper from Monday to Wednesday.

It is an older property but well maintained and very clean. The rates are very good. The breakfast was excellent.

The stay at the hotel was good The Only issue that concern me was there’s nothing around the hotel as for a restaurant or a convenience store if needed you have to either call Uber or a taxi or hv your own car but overall the hotel was nice clean and quiet and I enjoyed my stay and I will stay there again

I stayed there before and after my cruise. The staff was very friendly. I was even upgraded to a larger room when I stayed there after my cruise. The rooms and property are clean. My only issue is that I had to walk on the street to get into the property, they currently have construction going on in the front of the property. Otherwise I loved my stay there, the rooms have ample space, a kitchen with a full size refrigerator, cabinets, dishwasher, sink, counters, island and two burners to cook on as well as a toaster and coffee maker. They offer a free breakfast in the morning and my personal favorite, free washers and dryers, I brought my own detergent, but I believe you can purchase some at the front desk. They offer a free shuttle from the airport, but they stop running at 10:45 pm. We actually landed too late to take advantage of it, but we did take the MIA mover which is also free and walked around two or three blocks to the hotel. The hub that host the MIA mover is also home to the metrobus, metro rail, tri rail and car rental agencies. A very convenient and cheap way to travel around Miami and we definitely took advantage of it. We even used the tri rail to get to Fort Lauderdale airport for our return flight. We saved a lot of money on Ubers. Overall I would definitely recommend this property for your next stay, we'll definitely be back.

Uses this taxi company to conduct all it’s business and guest requiring taxi service are routed thru them. The hotel has denied this. What was Marc’s real Intention? Was this part of a set up for something more sinister? I also had concerns re security breaches persons accessing the hotel at nights and slipping flyers under guest room door as opposed to leaving the flyers at the Front desk. How did they manage to pass security?

Elevators were broken so we had to carry our heavy luggage up to our 6th floor room! After promises to remedy the issue, the elevator remained broken the next day too. A female employee offered to assist with bringing our luggage down for us but continually complained and dragged our luggage down the stairs causing damage.

The hotel was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. They host happy hour Monday-Wednesday night & the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The hotel spaces were clean & very beautiful!

I'm not sure if it was because of the ongoing major renovations taking place but I found myself sneezing quite a bit but didn't actually see any dust, it seems like it was trapped in the vents or HVAC. Only 1 elevator was working which made wait time slightly delayed at times but other than that, my overall stay was really nice. Definitely would consider staying here in the future.

Late night staff did not seem very helpful. Could benefit from some customer service skills to ensure continued and consistent quality that your brand is known for. I called Front Desk to ask whether there was a bellman that can assist with bags since I'm on crutches and instead of saying, "Im sorry, we don't offer that service at this property, the response was "A what? I don't even know that is", and when I explained she reolied "no we don't do that here": It was almost like she was irritated by me for even asking the question! Also, they shut the elevators down durinf the night so anyone leaving in the wee morning hours needs to carry all their bags down the stairs which makes no sense if they are an airport hotel. Why would a hotel elevator be shut down overnight????

The elevator didn't work at checkout in the morning. Had to use the stairs to get our luggage down from the 5th floor.

The front desk staff was very helpful and understanding. However, the property is doing some renovations. There were a lot of ants outside and in the property. Also, not much within walking distance regarding food and goods needed.

Only 1 working elevator w/broken 1st floor button light. Bathroom sink had 3 white blotches on it, not sure what that was. Carpet & sofa very very dirty. Bed sinks on the right. I like the full kitchen, space is nice, safe nice. Closet door sticks on the right side.The lotion container on the vanity had soap in it, after applying it had to wash it off my arms and chest, inconvenient.

I had a layover in Miami and this hotel was perfect! It included a shuttle ride to and from the airport and the breakfast surprisingly very good I had no complaints. The rooms were big and had a small kitchen. NO complaints!

One elevator was out of service. Using the airport shuttle was not clear/easy. Had to call multiple times to figure out where to go and then the shuttle wasn’t where we were told it would be. It was clean, but just old.

He only entrance to the building- the valet. Do NOT recommend! Recommend if you want zero comfort, zero sleep, and rude employees that just dismiss your concerns. Not the IHG quality I am used too! Traveler beware!!

Great location. Close to airport and port! Great when cruising. Normally book this hotel as their are affordable and great hotel. Free breakfast was very good. This time around, they are in the process of renovating the main entrance and several elevators were out of order, which made it long to wait and use. Otherwise would highly recommend.

Staff was wonderful was able to do an early check in. Pool temp was too warm more like a hot tub but you actually cooled off when tou got out.

Could be 5 stars, but parking is exclusively available with valet parking. I wish i could park my car on my own and for free.

Thankfully, I only stayed one night, but as soon as my girlfriend and I entered the room, we were both not impressed. The property is very outdated. Honestly, this is a hotel that should be priced at maybe $70 or $80 per night with free parking. This property is overpriced. There is nothing special about staying at this place, other than the fact that it's in a good location; close to the Miami Port which is why we stayed here.

This hotel was very clean, well kept, and offered many amenities. The service staff were very professional and kind.

The bed was pretty comfortable. The food could have been better. The hard boiled eggs tasted rubbery and the potatoes were somewhat bland. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

My experience during my stay was great. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The staff exhibited professionalism and courtesy in all my interactions with them. The hotel offers amenities that are useful and hosts social events on certain evenings, along with a complimentary breakfast that features a range of choices. However, there are areas for improvement, such as replacing the carpets in the rooms, as mine had numerous stains, and several guests, including myself, encountered problems with the toilets in the rooms. Additionally, the pool is smaller than it appears in the online images, and the water temperature is warm, which undermines the purpose of escaping the heat on hot days.

I loved that it was close to the airport the staff at the front Ms. Deserie was well hands on and two others but the others showed no interest especially the Spanish girl that worked the nights .. her phone was priority .. my dislikes weighed more as you pay for service and u had to do most things urself having to go down to the front desk for towels packages food ect. The hotel was under construction which made it worse the air condition kept cutting off... fyi if your going to have a kitchen in a suite atleast have a broom and mop for spills in the room ... I had to keep calling about my room being cleaned and when the person came I might as well had done it myself ... apparently they have " light cleaning" which consist of only changing the towels in your room and u have to stay there for atleast 7 days to have your room cleaned daily (which I stayed there for but room was only cleaned properly ONCE" ... I promised not to complain so much but to the employees I met in my last days were really a joy wish I met them at the beginning

Out of 3 elevators in the hotel 2 were out of service. The third one was usually crowded. They should have at least 2 in operation, at all times.

Room was ready over 2 hours late. Air conditioning was broken in one room and we had to switch rooms. No one helped us move our things. I requested sheets for a bed and they told me I needed to go down to get them. There was one gentleman at the front desk who was extremely accommodating and he did his best, but management is horrible at this hotel.

Location was right next to airport so very convenient however you need a vehicle as the area does not have anything close by eg food shopping unless you are driving.

Two things I didn’t like having to pay for parking every night for the stay and the long waits for the elevator was annoying.
