    ​En general, la estancia estuvo bien. Nos hospedamos en una suite que estaba bastante completa, equipada con cocina, nevera grande, microondas y todos sus utensilios de cocina, lo cual fue muy cómodo y un gran punto a favor. Sin embargo, se nota que al hotel en líneas generales le hace falta una renovación en varias áreas. ​Lo que más nos afectó fue el horario del desayuno; el horario oficial era a las 6 de la mañana, el equipo hacía todo lo posible, pero casi siempre salía entre las 6:10 y 6:15 a. m., lo cual nos retrasaba bastante nuestra rutina para salir a trabajar. Si viajas por compromisos laborales con horarios estrictos, esto puede ser un problema. Es una opción aceptable gracias a las comodidades de su habitación, pero la puntualidad por la mañana es clave para los que viajamos por negocio.

    Everything was good with the stay. My main concern was that they double charged me for our stay. I had already paid for the stay through Expedia, but then I saw a charged coming directly from Hampton Inn on my credit card. If I wouldn't have checked my statement, I would have never known about. When I called, they first told me it was an Expedia issue, until I pushed back to let them know what I was seeing on my credit card statement. They finally admitted to double charging me and said that they would credit me the amount. It was an extremely frustrating situation.

    The room was decent. The room was a little bit dirty. The shower needs a really good cleaning, for example the water did not drain fast enough while one is taking a shower the water got up to the ankles. The refrigerator was not cooling. The trash can needs to be replaced because at the bottom of the trash can was extremely dirty. The bathroom sink was dirty. The AC unit was leaking water and it made the room smell like dirty wet socks because of the carpet. The carpet is in desperate needs of a deep cleaning. Also the outdoor pool was dirty. I suggest a deep cleaning of the pool. From the top floor you can see a few green areas of the pool. And once we got to the pool there were little bugs in the pool.

Location is a tricky question because yes, it is in close distance to Dolphin Mall for example but by car. It is a good location if you want to have easy access to Dolphin or the airport itself, if you want to go to Brickell, Coral Gables, etc, then it will be far (a normal thing in Miami though) They usually had hot water and coffee available at the entrance hall but I just had the bad luck of them having some issues and the hot water being unavailable.

    The hotel offered a great Hamptons experience with an excellent location and very reasonable pricing. The staff was incredibly laid back, accommodating, and made our stay easy from start to finish.     I had an absolutely terrible experience staying here. The cleanliness was beyond unacceptable — there were roaches in the room, which is something no guest should ever have to deal with. I immediately notified management, but they said they had no cleaners available and no other rooms to move us to. They told us they would provide a new room in the morning, but that never happened. To make matters worse, the blankets and towels were visibly dirty, which made it feel like nothing had been properly cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom smelled strongly like cat urine, making it almost unbearable to use. Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. The lack of cleanliness combined with poor follow-through from management made it clear that guest concerns are not taken seriously here. I would not recommend staying at this property.

    AC did not work 1st night in the bedroom. We reported, They said it was fixed but is still was not. Way too cold & hot. It displayed error on the wall unit. We did not touch it. Room was not made . We had to call 2nd day & it was done around 6 pm. After we returned from work. Carpet was not vacuumed. & had the feeling some pillow cases & cover sheet were not changed. (too wrinkled). Pillows were extremely uncomfortable- no Hilton standards

    Hello, I stayed one night with my wife in this hotel and the truth is that it was terrible. I arrived at 11 in the morning, they told me that the room would be ready by 3 and that's fine because that's the normal check-in time. I arrived at 3:20 and they told me that the room wasn't ready yet. I started to ask them how it was possible that the room wasn't ready. In the end, they gave me one, but the person who attended me at the counter was in a bad mood, a person who didn't even apologize and had no interest in making me feel good. After that, I stayed in any number of hotels and they asked me for documents of all kinds. In this hotel, they charged a higher deposit than in other hotels and much better hotels. It's weird. The room wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either, and that's all.

    Room was clean and staff was excellent. They met all my requests, even providing a microwave for my room. I was staying there as part of my surgical recovery and beds were comfortable and the room was clean and had all the amenities that I expected. I would definitely stay there again.

    Ive loved coming to this hotel. However, the hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. The rooms are dated with noisy AC units. My sheet did not fit the mattress properly and kept pulling off. The rugs need replacing and irritate my sinuses. The internet was awful, and I could not get anything loaded. It made doing work impossible for a traveling professional. The front desk must have known the internet wasn't working. This will be my last time staying at this hotel.

    The guy at the front desk was wonderful and accommodating. He was super helpful when we really need to check in earlier. I don’t have my complaints on that. The only thing I’d mention is that both rooms we stayed at weren’t the cleanest when it came down to bathrooms at least for me. There were hairs on top of ceiling and and last bathroom had what looked like blood at the bottom of the toilet on the right side on the 1st floor room 120z.

    En general es un hotel decente. Lo que no me gustó fue el olor dentro lobby y la habitación, creo que es por falta de aseo y un aromatizante no le caería nada mal. La cama king, el colchón no estaba muy confortable, las dos personas quedamos atrapados en la mitad y las almohadas son de las más económicas en el mercado. Nos gustó el desayuno, estaba fresco y con variedad.

    We liked that the hotel was quiet & felt safe. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was nice & big. The negative things were that the room smelled a little musty like locker room. We bought some Febreeze & fixed the issue for the most part. Unfortunately the smell kept returning. The air unit did this crazy grinding rattle like the blades or something was rubbing on the inside. For most people it would be a deal breaker, but we dealt with it & decided not to cry about it. I know most people would be upset but it wasn’t worth dealing with.

    I didn't enjoy my stay I reserved a handicap room because my husband is in a wheelchair but there was no rooms left to accommodate my husband when I arrived to the hotel. The representative was very unprofessional at check-in. I will have to consider another brand of Hotel when traveling with my husband.

    The room had a bad smell, but the frontdesk changed our room when we complained. The room wasnt cleaned during our 3 day stay. So the housekeeping should do better.     The hotel itself was nice. We just had a cold room. The register would not put out heat. We notified the front desk. They offered to move us. My roommate has a lot of health conditions and had fallen sleep. So we didnt move out the room. I suggest the hotel staff should check to make sure the air conditioning and heat are in working order before renting it out

    From the moment you arrive, parking is free and within the facilities. At the front desk, only one employee works and when he leaves for lunch, etc., no one attends the front desk. The room is small, although it says it is a suite and needs remodeling. The bathroom is dirty, it is not very clean and needs remodeling. It has hot water... There is no entertainment at the hotel, it is only good for going to rest.

    About a quick 5 minute Uber ride from the Dolphin Mall. There was minimal staff at this property but they were very nice and always helpfull. The hotel is quite new so everything was nice, just a little wear and tear here and there. We stayed in a suite, we liked it! There is a McDonalds/Denny’s about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The property is right by the highway but you don’t hear any noise. Would stay again

    I am in room 415 and the both television sets are showing blue. It is quite irritating. Not enough pillows in the room and front desk only had one when asked. What hotel only has one extra pillow??? I had specified that 3 peple were staying in the room but there were only 2 bath towels. I had to go down to the front desk to get another one. It is late and these things are very irritating. I have another booking for 4 days at this same property starting Aug 8 and I am not feeling that it will be that great. I am considering cancelling. The front desk man was quick though, so that was good.

    Accomodation was clean, however our room had a musky smell emanating from the carpet. (Bought a plugin air freshener) Bathroom facility and room is outdated, however it is kept clean. Daily cleaning of rooms and common areas was good. Breakfast was good - regular continental breakfast. A/c worked great! The bed was very comfortable with sufficient pillows for a comfy and great night's sleep! Location was excellent - close proximity to shopping malls and easy access to Highway.     Not what a Hampton should be. The room smelled musty and the shower had dirty stains on the floor and in corners. I would not use it. And why would the frig door open towards the wall, instead of changing it to open towards the counter. Just not nice details. And no decaf tea option for 24 hour service.     I really liked the location of this hotel. Many places to eat within walking distance. Hot breakfast. Small fitness center. Perfect for work travel. Front desk staff is very friendly especially Sean.

    1 star- good breakfast 1star- nice staff 1 star- safe, quiet. Didn’t give 5 stars because of room cleanliness. Usually Hampton Inn’s are top tier when it comes to that, but this particular property was lacking. I had my room changed upon check in, but the attention to details need some TLC. By the way, I did have a 1 bedroom suite.

    The hotel was ok, the room was bigger than expected and the overall experience was just fine. However, I didn’t like that the room wasn’t ready by the time of the check in, they were late for 2 hours and I was expecting at least a late checkout. I would recommend to stay there, but they really need to improve customer service issues

    The whole experience was fantastic. Everything worked, general cleanliness was very good, staff was always very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was excellent. We’ve already booked for another stay in a few months. Strongly recommend staying.
