Beautiful property, great location. Nice spot to stay before leaving for a cruise. You must provide your own transportation to and from the hotel but it wasn’t expensive.

This is my favorite hotel in the area. Currently, it is worth noting that renovations are underway which block the main entrance; therefore, you must use the side entrances—and if you have a lot of luggage, it is best to use the entrance and exit located near the elevators. My thanks go to the staff for their attentiveness; the quality of the breakfast and the new rooms are top-notch.

Hotel is under construction, paid to upgrade to a “poolside” room, our room was out back of the lobby. Broken glass in the room near the mirror. Ordered a glass of wine to the room & took 45 minutes after we called to check for it. Make sure you pay for the full day of parking if you plan to come & go or it will charge you every single time for more money. Room was humid & damp. Sheets felt moist from humidity. Bring your own pillows too. Best part was the housekeeping who got us extra pillows. Overall disappointing & looked nothing like the pictures. Would not stay here again unfortunately.

The service was very friendly, the breakfast was very complete and offered options to suit different cultural profiles. The showerhead is very wide and the water pressure is low, making the shower feel like a dropper.

One of the best hotels i ever been , people there are so kind and profesional, rooms are amazing, pool 24/7 , food amazing, it was an amazing experience.

The entire staff were courteous, professional and friendly.

Terrible experience, especially for $521. There was no help with bags, no clear guidance, and the staff was rude. My room wasn’t cleaned, and there was construction on-site that was not disclosed prior to arrival—right in front of the building, making it very difficult to enter. I had to park my car myself, carry my own bags, and walk in through side entrances. I would not recommend this place.

To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly ill-informed and rude, offering little to no assistance when issues were raised. For the price charged, the lack of service, professionalism, and attention to basic cleanliness is unacceptable. This hotel is significantly overpriced for what it delivers.

I missed breakfast due to getting to cruise ship on time. I will be staying at this hotel again. This is a fabulous beautiful looking, gorgeous hotel. Wonderful staff that accomdated my late evening arrival with something to eat when the restaurant was close. Very special attention. Thank you.

Service felt pretty rigid. After the initial check-in, I was told they couldn’t provide an extra bottle of water, which was surprising for a Westin. I also requested a late checkout and wasn’t able to get anything beyond 12pm, which felt a bit inflexible. Parking was another downside. Valet is $55 per night, and self-parking is $25 after four hours, but the charge resets every time you leave, which adds up quickly and feels unnecessary. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel and it does the job, but it lacks the little touches that make a stay feel elevated. Fine if you need a place to stay at National Harbor, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again.

Did not get the room we paid for. Staff did not care what we booked gave us what was avaliable. Bar couldnt make drinks. Had to walk 1 mile to a restaurant

Did not get the room I booked with pool access because it was under construction, which I was not made aware of prior to my stay; and was not reimbursed as that room had different pricing then the regular rooms. Either the breakfast should be compensated or my room should be discounted for the inconvenience.

Very clean and comfortable

There was still construction dust is the corner by the door. Also, the room had not been occupied previously or ever after renovations and needed a good wipe down of the fine dust that has accumulated. It was a problem for my husband’s dust allergies, so we left before 5 am because he was starting to wheeze.

I booked a room on the club level with access to the lounge. During our stay, the lounge was not open, so I paid for something I didn't receive. The room was average with a bathroom that was in need of a remodel. There wasn't any facial soap or lotions. The coffee maker didn't work. It didn't live up to the photos on the Expedia website.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Boston in the dining room were friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed out stay here. Isaiah, the agent who checked us in was so kind and attentive, he answered all our questions and pointed us in the right directions as well. The room was very clean and smelt good. Our sheets had a few stains so we had to call to had them changed and they responded promptly. The breakfast buffet was good too. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We felt the room maintenance could have been better, perhaps using a vacuum cleaner. Also around the bathroom. Not bad, but could improve a lot.

I stayed for 4 nights with the breakfast included option. Their was a variety of options which I enjoyed. I also got to order my eggs fresh and how I preferred them. Only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t take food for my nephew who didn’t want to go down stair stairs to eat, twice I didn’t get refunded for the 2 days paid which was $70 for breakfast. Also, the tub wasn’t clean it was stained. I went to nearest dollar tree and got some cleaning supplies and took care of it. The phone in my room didn’t always work as I called for front desk and there was no tone. You can always use a barcode to get a texting service but the reply wasn’t until hours later. They do have a minibar which is nice but over priced, $7 for mini pringles. You be the judge. You also have to go downstairs to the restaurant to get ice, not always convenient. The pool is open all night which was nice. The parking was convenient but with a fee which I felt was not great since we’re staying there we shouldn’t be a charge. Perhaps the parking should be for customers coming in for the restaurant Blue Matisse. The staff was okay only interacted when I was at restaurant. Overall I would have enjoyed my stay, except for the stained bathtub, $110 parking charge and $70 for breakfast that I couldn’t order to bring to room. Those issues cause the low rating.

The hotel is located close to the airport the area is in a safe neighborhood and there are plenty of dining and shopping options in the area. The only down side is that they are renovations going on so if you plan on sleeping in bring ear plugs. Parking is also not included with the cost of the hotel.

Pool was out of service for over half the stay. Billing for parking is bad, no ice on first floor (had to go to front desk each time). Was given an handicap room and shower wasnt set up for good use with nonhandicap people. Only entrance that was open was through the front when my room was on the side (alot of extra walking).

Decent location. 24hr pool. 20-30 minutes from downtown miami. Staff very nice. Room service very good. Good food selections for room service. Only thing was our tub was a little dirty. Tub and shower combinations could definitely use upgraded. But other than that definitely cant go wrong here.

I am so disappointed of this hotel because the bathroom door didn’t close and we called front desk and they sent maintenance. (Maintenance guy was so cordial and polite btw) it took almost about 2 hours to get it fixed but when I called front desk to complain and look for options I was told NO we are sold out and that’s it. Nothing offered, not even an apology. I won’t be coming back to this hotel ever again.

This hotel agreed to host me and my wife for a 3 night stay in which someone would be recovering from a surgery in Doral, FL. After helping us accommodate in a friendly manner, the hotel charged an inconsiderate amount of money because they found “damages” in the sheets from the patient recovering in the room the day we left. We called and they reported to fix this situation within 24 hours and agreed in that the charge was inconsiderate. Never did anything. If someone is recovering from a surgery, which they were notified and asked if it was okay, why would they charge so much money for a damage that was entirely accidental and circumstantial? The patient never intended to cause any damage or even used any of their few amenities. She was even denied access to the club lounge to warm up her food because she was not a member and had to wait for staff to bring up a microwave to her room. Doing this to someone in recovery from a surgery? I will NEVER stay here again.

The pool was dirty looked like had vomit in the morning like it wasn't cleaned. I ordered a burger but received a different one but the difference was a $1 so i didn't care. The food was not worth the price honestly. Parking on expedia is advertised as free, parking is not free and had to pay $22.00 per vehicle. I would say its ok but wouldn't recommend nor would i visit again.

Price for daily parking was expensive. It should be included as part of the stay.

A beautiful hotel , the only issue was the air conditioning not working properly and the room had high humidity levels, wasnt able to get cold enough to dehumidify the room so it felt a little damp

Paid for a king bed with a pool view. Was talked into spending another $225 for an upgrade with a view of the parking lot. Now what I expected at all.

Could not find a luggage cart and no one that worked there seemed to know how to find one. Alson guy who checked me in took card out of my hand to check in, but put it back on the desk to return in to me....not good

Club access lounge had great breakfast and wine time. Hotel was super clean and staff were all friendly. Bar and restaurant were a little pricey but good overall. Outdoor pool was heated and clean. Loved it here.

The pool was lovely. The poolside service was exceptional. My only complaint would be we had terrible WiFi both in our room and on our patio. We were in poolside room 115. We actually had better service walking way out by the pool, than in our room. Other than that it was just the rest and relaxation we wanted!

The tub in my room desperately needs a reglazing or replacement.I thought it was his not clean. The carpets on the 4 th floor hallways need deep cleaning, heavy staining by the doors. The beds were very comfortable and appeared clean. The hotel was quiet. Staff was great very responsive and helpful.

The hotel and room were great. Staff was friendly and professional as well. The parking situation is a little odd though. You dont pay per day, ypu pay hourly. If you plan on parking your car and going nowhere, it can be good. However. If you plan on going out usimg your car, it can hurt. I wouldnt let it deter me from staying there again, but im glad that im now aware of it, and hopefully others are now too.

When we arrived at our room the bathroom, specifically the toilet, was slightly dirty. The walls around the bathroom was also dirty. When you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet cause it’s a curtain shower.

For us all the property if fine and very well located accordingly to our objectives as business man.
