The staff member I interacted with was attentive and polite, which was one of the few positive aspects of the stay. However, the parking situation is terrible. The parking lot is extremely small, and the access is awkward and confusing. Overall, I did not enjoy my experience and would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Overall I like this property. It’s nice and easy walking distance to the Publix supermarket before our cruise as well as several nice restaurants. They offer transport to port for $15a person. You can take an Uber that may be cheaper but not much more and shuttle service is convenient to use. They didn’t have coffee or breakfast ready the morning we were leaving which was disappointing. They rushed to prepare and food was cold. I’ve stayed here a couple times and that didn’t happen the first time so I hope that’s just a fluke.

Hotel is facing the Metrorail; therefore, you will be exposed to the noise. I asked to change my room or leaving the hotel but reception referred me to the shift manager. I called the shift manager couple of time again no answer. The room floors were not vacuumed as well. Waste of money in summary

The hotel room was good size can easily fit 2 adults and young kids. Small kitchen to allow one to prep meals. Over all very quiet. Rooms seem to be in circle around elevators. We obtained one further away, maybe 20 feet and we weren’t disturbed Breakfast area is small and can fill up. Basic breakfast consists of both cool and eggs pancakes etc. nothing above basic. We stayed there before heading to cruise port. ALLOW 1 hr - especially if going to terminal A. TRAFFIC gets hung up at entrance. Once you get by this point very smooth. Recommend reservation of Uber and or Lyf. Getting a ride out of port can be extremely challenging. Therefore reserve a car . My understanding is that the Miami cruise port is very congested- we saw numerous cruisers walking from port to the outside to get transportation. Especially plan ahead IF not driving yourself

Room was booked for 2 adults and two children 10& 12. When we called for all the missing items, someone eventually came up with a blanket. We had to call a second time and they brought a pillow. We had to wait a third time for the sheets and had to make it up ourselves. I would not recommend this particular property. Upon returning from our cruise, we stayed up at a Homewood suites by the airport and it was wonderful. This particular property needs to do better.

Due to a third-party booking error, our initial three-night reservation for a double-bed room (two adults, two children) was incorrectly split. After resolving the first night, I spoke with the front desk multiple times the following morning. I received an explicit guarantee that a double-bed room was secured and ready for our second night. Despite these assurances, we returned from a full day at Zoo Miami with two exhausted children only to be told that no double rooms were available. We were forced into a single-bed room, rendering our sleeping arrangements impossible. The core issues were: • Lack of Accountability: The staff was dismissive and displayed a complete lack of urgency regarding their own scheduling error. • Broken Promises: A "guaranteed" room was given away, showing a failure in their internal communication and reservation system. • Poor Professionalism: The demeanor of the staff was cold and entirely unhelpful. I have been a loyal Hilton customer for over 20 years. This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had within the Hilton portfolio. I deeply regret choosing this location and will be elevating this matter to corporate.

There was no hot water. We realized it an hour after getting in the room. By the time we got to a room with working water it was 2 hours later. They charged me $15 for an early check in fee and said because they had to go back and clean the room since we switched to one with working hot water we were not credited the $15.00.

We asked for the shampoo to be replaced as it was empty never happened, one of the two elevators was broken then entire time we were there, the parking garage shows a sign $30 a night then when you get your bill there are extra charges so you pay more like $37 a night. If you have to check out before 7am no one works the front desk and there is nothing stating that or what to do with your room keys.

Hotel room was a good size and had a kitchenette and sofa bed but we did not have enough towels or extra linens for sofa bed. Linens were made available to us but had to pick them up at reception since not enough night staff to send them to our room. The hotel is directly next to highway and the area is not pedestrian friendly.

Everything was ok. Probably will not stay here again. The breakfast was horrible, honestly the worst breakfast ive ever had at a homewood, which is a big reason why we stay at these properties. Conversing with valet or housekeeping was difficult as they were spanish speaking only. Valet personnel were very though, but it was housekeeping that seemed very annoyed I did not understand her when she spoke to me in spanish. I am learning but I cannot understand quick speaking thats mumbled. Valet in itself was expensive and was not on the listing that this hotel is valet only. It was very difficult to even find how to enter the hotel. Cleanliness was ok. Not disgusting but not really very clean either. I liked the location of the hotel. Staff was pretty respondent and quick when something was needed and the housekeeping staff who brought them were very nice.

The staff was very unprofessional, the manager on duty told me the room was ready & proceeded to say she was going to look to ensure it was cleaned. She returned & said just needed to wait 15 more minutes.My husband then went to the counter, they then proceeded to tell him that they were sold out of the room we BOOKED FROM APRIL. They gave us a different type of room and we we're okay but when it came time for me pick up my amazon packages they couldnt find them all and they were the ones that signed for them, we went down 3 times just to collect them all. At a point in time I called referring to the missing packages & you could tell the front desk agent put the phone down and wasnt looking.. she proceeded to help guest & had me on the phone for 10 mins.. until i decided to hang up.. will i book again? Never, will i refer them to anyone? Hell no

Staff and service was exceptional. However the hotel is completing renovations which I wasnt aware of ahead of booking. The photos of the pool make it look way larger than it is, even by traditional hotel standards. Port transfer service is of no value if your trying to leave before Noon. This hotel was awkward to enter, no main entrance to the lobby. It was expensive!! The bed and room itself was clean. The shower has long black hair before we even used it…. (I have blonde hair). The breakfast was not good. It had a chaotic lay out. The staff were nice. The location is great, but lots of other options for places to stay with similar or better price point. I am not one to complain, in fact I am usually the person who says “Jeez, people will look for things to complain about, just enjoy your time!”. I expected a bit better, if the bathroom was clean I would have left a much better review!

Very slow and confusing valet service. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and would make a terrible sound when you sat down at the foot of the bed. Couch was not very clean and the left side noticeably sagged. Honestly, the room could use a deep clean! The elevators were very slow and it seemed to take forever to even get on one. The hotel entrance is not so delightful but once you get inside it’s very nice, clean, and in good condition. The room was nice-sized. Loved the mini kitchen and the way the space was allotted. The breakfast was not great, but I wouldn’t take any points away for that (free continental breakfast is never the best anyways). However, you will be able to secure your hunger with a little morning snack of some kind or some coffee/tea. Also, this location is not too far from the Port of Miami. Would stay again for sure!

When checking in, we had to pull into a very tight space of a garage where the valet was waiting. They barely spoke English and looked like they hated their job. Then we go upstairs to check in. The elevators were slow, sounded terrible and was very hot. At check in, we were not greeted and the staff were talking to each other and I had to wait for them to finish their conversation. When I was called over, the lady said one word to me, ID. She didn’t say anything else. She checked me in and gave me the key and didn’t say anything else. I had to open the book to find the room number, I had to find the elevators, I wasn’t told anything, wasn’t even asked for a credit card. We get to our floor which we guessed by the room number, and it was very hot in the hallway. Thankfully our room was cool. The room was large which was the only good thing about the stay. The breakfast was not great and the pool was the size of a hot tub. The entrance and hotel location wasn’t the best, definitely wouldn’t have gone out at night. The valet was quick at least whenever we needed our car. When I checked out, I didn’t receive a receipt and again the lady just wasn’t helpful and said you’re good to go, that’s it. I was in a rush so I didn’t think to ask for it because I assumed they’d send it to my email, which they didn’t. I had to call to get it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel when staying in Miami. It’s not close to anything and is pretty hidden.

The location of this property is not far from the cruise terminal but for the price of this hotel I was expecting more. The rug in the room was extremely dirty, my kids white socks turned black, I had to dispose of them. The staff at receptionist seems like they are annoyed by just doing their job, do not have a friendly attitude, did bare minimum during the checkout process and when asked a question, gave one word answer. I would recommend stay somewhere else.

For the rate that we paid for this hotel, it was horrible. I cannot believe that any hotel would build rooms with windows looking directly into a parking garage, literally just feet from the window. The pool was very small and was covered so there was no sun and therefore was always cold. The rooms were dated but had what we need. The location was good, close to walking to shops and grocery store. Parking was an absurd $30 a night. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

The frig was not cool enough but the freezer compartment worked well. Breakfast was (powdered) scrambled eggs two days in a row. Coffee was ssuperb.

Room nothing special for the price paid. Had to ask the manager for forks and spoons since none in room. Hate wall HVAC units that blow on you while seated and can't be redirected. Used a makeshift method to keep it from blowing on us. Don't know if any staff ever came into the room for cleaning, etc.

Less than 5 min walk to Brickell Station. Very convenient. Access to bike/walking nature trail. Kids play area with natural materials. Very calm and quiet neighbourhood. 20-25 minute walk to Brickell City Centre.

- door was broken; I had to body check it to open and to close it. - bottom drawer of dresser was broken and stuck half way open - they sold wine in the lobby but no wine glasses in room - light switches didn’t work

Valet parking attendant wrecked my truck and no one is taking responsibility for this they're telling me to email the valet company. Pretty sure you guys are going to be getting a call from a lawyer very soon!

I had several issues with this stay. The couch cushions had huge stains on them. There was also a sizable hole in the hide-a-bed mattress. The tv did not work correctly, had to ask numerous times for extra towels , as there were not enough for each person to have one. We ran out of tissues and toilet paper and housekeeping showed up once to do the routine bed making and tidying up after 5:00 in the evening. Receipts were not ready when we checked out so I was assured it would be emailed, which never happened. The only positive was. the valets were extremely kind and accommodating.

This place overbooked and gave our room away. We booked for a specific type of room three weeks in advance to make sure it would accommodate our party of five. Arrive there at 9 pm and no room. They gave us a smaller room and a rollaway eventually. It was a huge hassle and we had an elderly grandmother with us. Thankfully hotels.com was very helpful and got us a refund and worked hard to make it right on their end.

Easy to get to downtown on the Metromover. The station is an 8-minute walk away. There are no restaurants nearby but take the metromover to the 10th st Promenade which is one stop away and there are all kinds of restaurants, bars and coffee shops there.

Stayed one night ahead of a cruise. Everything was “ok” - the self serve breakfast was good but there was very limited seating and they ran out of dishes. Staff seemed overwhelmed between having to replenish the food and clean the dishes. The area is walkable with a grocery store less than 10 minutes walk away.

Front desk associates were amazing, helpful and polite. Room size was very nice. However, cleanliness and comfort lacked tremendously. There was hair found several places. What appeared to be blood found on the door entering the bathroom. We had an issue with the toilet where we had to lift the back off and fix it every time we needed to flush. The pilllows were way too soft and left myself and my mother with neck pain the next morning. The discomfort actually woke us early and we made the decision to check out and leave early. Stains on furniture made it less appealing to sit on. We were so tired from traveling and sitting in hours of traffic that complaining was the last thing on our minds. Question is should we really have to take the time to do so? The room should have been up to Hilton standards without question or complaint.

Love this hotel and have used them twice now. Easy to get to, lots of amenities, safe, quiet and we enjoy the breakfast in the morning. Only downside is that there are not too many restaurants close by. You'd have to walk at least half a mile or more and the location is in a city center area so some places close as early as 4pm.

Place is ok, and depending on your price point, deals, etc, perhaps worth it for the area. Carpets seem damp. Pool is 3 ft deep, doesn't appear to get used, and looks out in a train line that's sorta "blah". That said, room was quiet and clean. Convenient to the Brickell area.

We asked for a pac n play in advance and they gave it away and we were told shuttle to port was free and it was $15 per person asked to speak to manager and they all have stuck up attitudes and do not listen and just talk over you like you are 5 years old

The continental breakfast was poorly organized. The line extended out to the dining area simply waiting for plates and silverware. The staff worked diligently but could not keep up with the demand. Additionally, food was subpar. Too small of an areas to serve food for the number of guests being served. Not even enough for seating.

The apartment had a kitchen, but not table to eat. The kitchen hadn’t the wine opener and I need to go twice to the reception to get it. The toilet paper holder was broken. To unload and load the luggage in a very tight area. The entrance of the building is by the garage. The swimming pool is very small and was dirty. The breakfast was terrible. The staff barely speaks English.

Is a strategic place to stay. Very attentive staff and great customer service. The only bad thing was the options at breakfast for vegetarians. The eggs omelette when the have meat in it they should put another option. Also they started saying there is no more of some of the options in the buffet an hour before it ended.
