Our second stay here and we love it. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, great location to the beach.

Everything There was an air b and b next door and one night the guests were on the balcony. They stayed until 5am the next day shouting and swearing. I could hear everything but not the hotels fault.

The customer service from the staff was outstanding! Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooftop pool was very comfortable, very quick access to the beach, room amenities include a mini fridge and microwave, and walking distance to great restaurants. We will definitely stay at Nassau again.

The room was comfortable and relaxing. Very nice decor and clean. We didn't request room service because there was no need for the short stay but this hotel was very clean and spacious. The location is very close to the beach and shopping and restaurants are close by. Great service from Eduardo, Mercedes and Kevin, thank you for checking us in early, we flew early in the morning and we did not sleep so it was very nice for them to accommodate us. The Blue Lavender cafe where we had breakfast was very nice but limited options to choose and whether it is worth $28 depends on preference. Breakfast was pricey for me and not a lot of options since I prefer meat than toast or carrot bread. Service is a bit slow, maybe because we were seated downstairs, we were a big party but overall, good experience and thanks to Nico and Rob.

From the incredibly comfortable bed, to the outstanding customer service from the staff, I ended up staying an additional two nights instead of switching hotels. The rooftop pool is clean with an affordable bar for basic drinks like prosecco and beer. If you don’t care about the view and want a quiet room to catch up on sleep, I suggest 314. Only thing I wish they had was Netflix, but that’s hard to come by in South Beach. Location is also excellent, close to everything. We had an amazing stay! It was just me and my daughter, and we really enjoyed everything. The location is perfect, very convenient and easy to get around. We always felt safe, which was very important for us. The hotel is top quality and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The beach walk is absolutely beautiful – a real highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!

The front desk team were amazing. The views from the windows at the side/rear of the building. The shower pressure wasn’t amazing, but functional.

The pool on the roof top was definitely the best part of it Tv in the middle of the room which makes the space behind useless and pointless and make the rooms looking smaller than they actually are.

I liked the updates of the hotel along with its location to everything. The bed was very comfortable, the staff were very nice and helpful. Having beach chairs, towels along with umbrellas was so nice that were provided by the hotel was so nice. The pool on the roof was such a nice addition. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out exploring or at the beach. There were a few spots on the floor in the room that were coming up. There was a strong smell from the shower due to the water not being able to drain properly. The room was right next to the stairs so we heard the doors open and close continuously ( it was loud when it closed).

Five stars for the Nassau Suite! The rooms are modern and spotless, and the service is top-notch—a huge shout-out to Mercedes at the reception for her amazing hospitality. We also loved the food at the Lavender Cafe; it was truly excellent. Highly recommend!

It’s a hidden gem in Miami Beach. Just stunning

Our room was clean and bed was so comfortable. The blackout curtains help to sleep and night as well. There’s lots of natural light and the room has enough lighting as well. You need your room key to turn on the room lights which was interesting. Roof top is intimate. Not too big and not too small. Hot tub is pretty small but not a big deal. Overall our stay was comfortable and easy. No problems whatsoever. I recommend this hotel if you’re interested in a boutique hotel that’s clean and quiet.

They told me they could not host me due to A/C problems in the hotel at check in (after a long travel) and sent me to another hotel from the same group (The Leslie), which turned out to be better (better location and recently refurbished). I would have appreciated earlier notice though.

The staff were were very polite and helpful in particular the guy at reception, didn’t get his name but will get it on our next stay, as we liked it so much we are returning next Saturday, (28th Feb), for one night when we return from our cruise. It is very close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants on Collins Ave, would definitely recommend.

Great room, get the breakfast package ! Well worth the extra. Need a pool key after dark, kind of a bother always having to go to lobby to get on the rooftop. Maybe a service phone would solve that, but overall a great stay and a great staff.

Good sized and Clean room, decent shower, good bed and pillows with helpful staff. Great location for South Beach and Espanola way. Breakfast was good also. Rooftop/pool area clean and comfortable. We hit the cold snap which spoiled the overall experience as the rooftop was unusable. Only negative was its single glazed and off a main road, about 3am every night we had some 'super car' sounding like a war zone pass the hotel, waking us up.

Storage space is extremely limited, and the room does not qualify as a “suite” by most North American standards. The layout is poorly designed. The desk and coffee maker block what little drawer space there is, and the coffee maker’s power cord does not even reach the wall outlet. Overall, the room felt cramped and poorly thought out, and the “all suites” branding is misleading.

Na descrição, não cita que o café é servido a lá carte, com pouquíssimas opções, no restaurante que fica ao lado do hotel. Pelo preço, não entregou o que prometia e frustou um pouco, considerando que ficamos no hotel por 5 noites.

However, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. There was no complimentary water provided in the room, which felt like a basic amenity that should have been included. The bathroom was disappointing—the water pressure was extremely weak, and there was no makeup mirror available. Additionally, the hair dryer provided was quite old and not very effective. Overall, while the location and room design were excellent, the lack of attention to guest amenities and bathroom quality left room for improvement.

Some in our group had to switch rooms, due to a sewer smell; the staff seemed hesitant to make this switch. The pool wasn’t open/available during the hours posted, and the chlorine level in the hot tub was so high it ruined several of our swimsuits and tarnished our jewelry. Just a weird experience at what seemed like a nice hotel.

Truly the best hotel I’ve stayed in while visiting Miami.. CLEANNNNNN to the point you can smell the bleach in the hallways (that’s a good thing because you know they’re cleaning).. my room was spotless. Hotel is near everything and the most I paid for an uber was $12. Hotel is near the beach and many restaurants and stores. Walgreens within 30 second walking distance. Let’s get to hotel staff! Phenomenal! everyone was amazing but Mercedes stood out. Very friendly! Customer service was top tier. We arrived early and she kept us updated on our room status.. greeted us every morning with a smile and even when she was busy she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our stay. The staff was always very kind and attentive. The modern rooms were clean and cozy. It’s walking distance from the beach, numerous restaurants, and the mall. If I had any criticism, it would be that there aren’t any microwaves in the rooms, BUT there was any easy fix for that too, with the provided community one for everyone’s use. We will definitely book at the Nassau Suites again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, it’s just what we needed to recharge.

Very convenient location, close to popular restaurants and bars. Staff is friendly and service is unremarkable. The only downside is their complimentary breakfast selection is limited and their fitness room closes at 8pm along with the pool. Overall we have a pleasant stay.

Location is great! A 2 minute walk to the beach and you can walk to so much around the hotel. A short walk to Lincoln too- about 4 blocks. We were greeted right as we walked up the stairs- the doors flew open and our bags taken up to our room by the bellman while we checked in. Hotel was very clean and all staff was very nice and helpful with suggestions to do and places to go. Pool and jacuzzi area was nice although it was smaller than I thought it would be. Same with the room- it was nice but a little smaller than I expected. Bathroom was a good size. I liked that they gave us chairs, towels, and an umbrella for the beach. The espresso maker in the room made delicious coffee. We were disappointed that we couldn’t go up to the rooftop at night. We just wanted to sit in the lounge chairs and relax around 10pm, but the doors wouldn’t even open to the rooftop. I get wanting to close the pool and jacuzzi at night, but it doesn’t make sense to have the outdoor roof lounge area and bar closed and completely closed off so early. We used the parking garage that was a couple blocks away, only cost $20 for the night and was a very short walk to the hotel. No in and out. We were told there’s a free trolley to take you around- we wanted to use it but we didn’t get a chance to. At the beach they have bike rentals. Would definitely recommend and return back to this hotel.

I highly recommend Nassau Suites Hotel. The employees were all so friendly and cheerful. They went out of their way to help out in every way. The location can’t be beat. We had planned to catch the trolley to get around, but ended up walking everywhere. Shopping for miles! Dining choices in all directions, beautiful beach just one block away. The front desk gives you free beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels, and they always hand you a bottle of cold water as you head out. The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable. The area is safe, lit up and busy with shoppers at night. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations!!!! From the amazing aromatherapy scents in the hallway to the comfortable beds to the bellhop. It was conveniently located to everything and in walking distance, even chairs and beach umbrellas were provided. The roof top swimming pool was beautiful.The whole hotel was very clean!!!!

The hotel was nice and reasonably efficient; however, the biggest disappointment with the hotel were related to the hours of operation of the rooftop are which houses the swimming pool, lounging area and fitness center. The hours are from 8AM to 8PM - so there is no work out early before heading out to either work or play, and when you want to work out later after a full day, there is not much time left. Also, you cannot enjoy the rooftop after the sun goes down and the temp drops, since you basically are supposed to be out at sunset. I would not stay here again. When I asked front desk staff about this policy, I received a rather cold response which gave me the take it or leave it mindset, so I choose 'leave it'.

Located in the south beach area, this hotel is 1 block from the beach. It is awesome!

Overall we had a great stay. The property is new and clean. The pool is smallish but nice. Things I didn't love: you had to lug all of the beach equipment to the beach and set it up yourself (chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.) and because there was no fan in the room or balcony, or window that opened it got a bit musty with wet bathing suits hanging around.

It was a perfect hotel to explore South Beach. It was clean, well decorated, quiet, and had great amenities. I loved the healthy food of the cafe and my favorite was the rooftop deck. I did a lot of research to find the right hotel and I was not disappointed!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Nassau Suite. The King Suite was spacious and beautifully designed. I was looking for a peaceful stay and this hotel offered just that. It was pricey but it was money well spent to me for a relaxing weekend away. Conveniently located, walkable to most locations. The only thing missing was complimentary still water bottles in each or even still water for sale in the hotel for guests. Given the cost of the suite, I expected water to be available to guests complimentary from the hotel.

The Nassau is in a central location in South Beach. The roof top pool and spa is wonderful and a welcome respite after a day out. Thank you to Eduardo & Kimberley on the front desk for providing me with all the necessary information about the area and always greeting me as I walked through the lobby. As a single female traveler, I also felt very safe walking in South Beach after dark.

Amazing stay @NassauSuites on South Beach. Fantastic hotel, large rooms, quiet side of a very busy street - walkable to the best of SoBe in a tucked away, elegant, tasteful accommodation that felt like a major luxury resort.

Delightful hotel with incredible amenities for such a limited # of rooms, which made the whole experience feel like a private resort. They even had chairs/umbrella we could take out to the beach. We'll be coming back!

I recently stayed at Nassau Suite South Beach and overall, it was just average. The location was good, room was spacious, but several issues made the stay less enjoyable. The natural lighting in my room was poor, with a disappointing view. The mattress was pretty bad. Felt old, unsupportive, and uncomfortable for someone my size (200lbs/m), wonky AC. The pool was nice, the attached restaurant was disappointing, and I’d strongly advise against ordering any iced lattes. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This was my second time staying at Nassau suites! The first time was with my husband and kids (for Art Basel 2024) and I loved it so much I came back with a girlfriend. I come to Miami at least twice a year and I've stayed at dozens of places and this is the only hotel I've returned to. The staff is amazing, everything is so convenient (warm pool, hot tub, 24 hour concierge, getting beach towels chairs and umbrella without waiting or leaving a deposit, café on Main floor with room service) and the location is perfect… Situated in the middle of all the places I like to frequent (shopping on Lincoln,Espanola, Ocean Drive, the beach, Southpoint, convention centre Collins, Washington). Needless to say I will be returning again with my family in December for Art Basel 2025. Thank you to manager and owner Antoine and Veronique for really caring about the guest experience and striving to continually improve! The blue lavender Café on the main floor has delicious food and smoothies - very tasty and high-quality ingredients. I found the dine-in service a tad slow during the Art Basel rush (which is to be expected) but this time around everything was fine!! I also wanted to shout out to the amazing Nassau Suites front desk staff. Orlando, Mercedes and Tiffany were friendly and accommodating as usual. The staff at the pool is also wonderful, and even the bellhops are wonderful! See you again in December!

Central South Beach location. Clean spacious room (deluxe suite). Comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff. Rooftop pool and hot tub (should be hotter). They give you camping chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach.

All staff members amazing - We stayed @ Eden Roc 3 nights then travelled to Aruba then booked this hotel. 100% the staff and hotel made Eden Roc feel like a hostel compared. Loved it. Orlando ( I remember this name only sorry ) quality. Perfect front of house - the lady he works with brilliant also. The porters fantastic. The guy who has been married 5 years opening and closing the front door when we were there again amazing. This hotel should be super proud of its staff and also the facilities it provides. Would i recommend- 100% and will definitely return.

Great location and overall quality

Loved this hotel! Only thing that wasn't amazing was that there was no parking. We had to leave our car in a garage a block away for $20 a night. It wasn't that frustrating, just inconvenient that we had to walk there whenever we needed the car. The property itself is very night and updated. Loved the pool too!

Absolutely love everything about this hotel, which is saying a lot because I've been travelling to Miami for many years now and have stayed in over a dozen different accommodations. Nassau Suites is the best by far and I've booked it again for Feb 2025! Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Nassau Suite South Beach. Nicely appointed lobby and rooms and the rooftop pool are was excellent. The food at Blue Lavender attached to the hotel was very good. Walkability was excellent and the beach was very close. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Loved the location, the modern décor, the A/C, the blackout drapes, the onsite restaurant w/room service, in in-room espresso machine, the upscale shower products, the nice linens, and the great service.

Best hotel in Miami. So beautiful, well located and quiet. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Most amazing hotel pool and hot tub. The staff is the most friendly and incredible - especially Orlando. I was so happy. Thank you to the amazing staff.

We stayed here on 2 occasions, the first room had adequate A/C the second had 4 different types. The water pressure was totally inadequate and the windows might as well be open, the noise reduction from the street to the room is non existing. Investment is badly required.

Really nothing special about this hotel. It feels like a nicely decorated motel 6… plastic cups in plastic bags in the room, no water or snacks in the rooms, tiny beach towels that do not cover pool chairs, staff not attentive, crib worn and dirty, “gym” is tiny and filled with pool chair cushions (NOT a peloton bike FYI, photos are deceiving). Location is good but there are much nicer hotels in this same area. Would recommend Betsy Hotel or 1 Hotel South Beach.

Roof top pool and hot tub were great.

Michelle was so kind and professional at the front desk. So glad that our room was ready. We are older and were very tired travelers. Fabulous suite, wall to ceiling windows. Smart decor. Very comfortable bed. Diffently will come again.

Great little hotel which doesn’t charge the resort fee.

Our family of 4 stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend - we couldn’t ask for a better location. Ocean Drive is just a block to the east, the whole South Beach area is bustling with energy and activity. Everybody seems nice (lots of colorful Pride signs). The property itself is very clean and the Deluxe Suite was very spacious

Our most favorite stay in South Beach thus far. The beds!! Top notch comfortable. We'll definitely come back. Out stay was perfect.

Everything was perfect. 5 Star service. Great location to lots of restaurants and clothing stores. Restaurant next to hotel and a Walgreen at the corner. Roof top pool was the best part.

This is the perfect location - one block away from the crazy nightlife but far enough where it was quiet at night. The staff was very attentive and the rooms were clean. One night someone was playing loud music late at night and we could hear the staff came to ask if the music could be turned down. Also great to have a 24 hour Walgreens a few doors down. rather low water pressure in shower and sink but maybe this is normal for Miami Beach? Would stay here again

Restaurant is next door and is a cafe open to public which meant when we’d checked out there wasn’t anywhere we could just hang out. The roof terrace is nice (bar is expensive), couldn’t be provided any shade as it was too windy (but very hot).

Our room was a small suite and had all that was needed. Reception was helpful and directed us to parking options and held our baggage after we checked out so we could attend an area walking tour and lunch before retrieving the car and leaving town. We were not there but one night and did not have time to check out the pool. The hotel is in a great location- not as busy and noisy as Ocean Druve.

Nice hotel in a great position on South Beach. Close to everything you need, rooms bigger than expected and a nice pool and bar on the roof. Staff friendly and helpful when dealing with travel problems caused by Hurricanes, sorted out any issues and very accomodating.

Awesome property

Location is amazing if you're looking for beach access 5 minutes away by foot (BEACH WAS AMAZING TOO!) and walking distance to the iconic Oceans Drive which has plenty of bars and food options. If you're looking to mostly do things in Brickell and Bal Harbour consider staying there since it is an Uber drive away (25-30 mins). Whoever is running Nassau knows what they are doing and we wish them the best! Keep up the good work, and bravo to the staff once again.

This place was amazing! Very clean and close to everything. The staff was very helpful and nice especially Eduardo, Carlos and another gentleman that worked the front desk at night (with the black blazer). I would definitely stay here again!

A nice comfortable hotel in a nice position on Miami Beach, one block from Ocean Drive. Plenty of restaurants near by in Espanola Way……

I llloovveee this hotel OMG the property was beyond gorgeous. The staff was friendly and helpful as very i just love them all of them just welcome. The beach wasnt far at all come with all beach needs, the ouside area was nice loved it a most stay the room was more then expected i loved them I wantes to be in there more then outside

The best thing about this place however is the staff. All of them are so helpful and considerate and even gave us access to their spacious London Room to work after my wife and I checked out of our room. Orlando, and Mercedes were two of our concierges that really took care of us, they he were so nice and considerate. All the staff there were honestly great. Will definitely come back whenever we are in the area and looking for a 5 star stay.

Rooms are spacious, very clean and new (renovation was done Dec 2023). Great location by a Walgreen, walkable distance to restaurants and to South Beach at the less busy side but still vibrant. I would definitely will come back again.

Location was everything no need for a rental car.Everything is in walking distance.Unless you want to go downtown,other than that perfect location.

Very nice hotel! Conveniently located very close to the beach! Check-in was smooth. We were able to checkin early and enjoy the rooftop pool right away. Check out was just as easy! Orlando at the front desk was very polite and helpful. This hotel really knows hospitality.

Fabulous location. Literally only 5 mins walk to the beach which we swam in every morning watching the sunrise. Clean spacious room with such comfortable beds. Loved the roof top pool and bar. We used the gym though it’s tiny and a few machines were not working but it was ok. The hotel is very central and easy to walk to all the shops, restaurants and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. So glad we stayed here.

This is a beautiful hotel! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It is close to the beach and the hotel provides beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. They kept our luggage for us and provided access to the rooftop pool before our room was ready. We will definitely book there again.

Greeted with enthusiasm and genuine welcome. Questions were answered with true effort, even to the point of researching online for us. The lobby always smelled WONDERFUL when you walk in. Someone always opening the door for you. The availability of rain umbrellas, beach chairs and umbrellas :). Room was spacious and excepetionally clean. Housekeeping was super friendly and always willing to help. A beautiful boutique hotel, all around great stay!!

As other reviewers have stated, the level of attentiveness and respect from the staff is noteworthy. My family stayed in Miami to visit the national parks nearby and we thoroughly enjoyed coming back to this resort. It felt like a different world once we stepped into the gorgeous air conditioned lobby, the smiling faces of all at the front desk, and especially at the roof top pool. We walked to the beach for one day and spent half the day swimming and lounging. The restaurants nearby that you must checkout are La Sandwicherie and Lifeguard. Both are not even a block away from Nassau. If we ever find ourselves back in Miami, this is the only place I will stay.

Great location and everybody at the property were extremely nice.

AC didnt work in the room that was nice had to be switched to a lesser room. The outside area left doubts about safety, very urban south beach area. Hotel itself was nice and so was the staff.

We had a few issues with our room but they fixed each of them immediately. Staff was excellent: always opening the door for us coming and going. Very, very nice staff.

The hotel is very convenient for sure. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Not a large hotel, room is small and not very luxury for the price that you paid but it was good enough for three nights while attending meetings.
