Nice place to stay in MIA

Signage could have been better. It was difficult to find because all Marriott properties were in the same location and the latest sign said Marriott Hotel.

Just a one night stay. But shuttle service from airport was great. Very comfortable room. Kitchen was great although we didn’t use it.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The only thing I wish Residence was to do is serve more turkey sausage, or chicken sauces other than pork bacon for breakfast.

Breakfast each day was fresh and delicious. Room clean and inviting. The shuttle to and from the airport was a great bonus.

We loved everything about the property for our 1 day stay! We plan on coming back this upcoming October & can't wait to stay with you again! The room was VERY clean, the staff was extremely nice & the breakfast had many options to choose from & was very delicious!

Good spot when you are in Miami

Excellent place for after a cruise and flying next day . Luckily we were able to check in at 10:30 am. Free shuttle to airport . Can use Courtyards pool just across the parking lot.

The property was ok upon check-in, the room we first got was smelly, as though it had not been cleaned properly. Garbage was in the bin, and there was no iron in the room. I had to make several requests before the room was changed. The 1st gentleman at the front desk was not cooperative. Anyhow, between maybe the carpet and the AC vent, I was stuffy every night once I entered the room.

My room smelled so bad with heavy duty cleaning smell. Requested a new room and it wasn’t as bad. The staff and hotel was nice but the smell was just too much!

Check in staff was rude and didn’t seem to want to answer questions. When asking about parking fee was told to pay it. After 2 hours of parking, was charged $28. Later found out my room key would pay for the charges. Shuttle to airport was nice.

I was 3 nights on the hotel, and our 2 bedroom suite was very dirty. On top of that out room was never cleaned.

Food options and bar should open longer, especially for travelers with delayed flights.

My only complaint is that the nearby restaurant closes its kitchen too early. We arrived at 11:20pm and the kitchen had already closed.

Very spacious rooms with very comfortable beds! Appreciated a kitchen in the suite as well. Coffee early in the morning, which is a plus!

Staff was excellent. They provided wonderful recommendations as to where to go for dinner and shopping. They were kind and courteous.

Breakfast was very good. Variety of items. Airport shuttle ran every 15 mins free of charge. Parking fee sucked but every hotel does it now so I guess I understand.

My credit card was charged for parking when I was told it was free.

The Front Desk lady wasn’t really paying attention to me at time of arrival. She handed me a key and I went to the wrong floor as the room numbers are a bit strange. I’m in 3209 and I went to the 3rd Floor. My room was on the 2nd floor. The area around the hotel property is a bit seedy. Google Maps brought me a roundabout way where I was approached by prostitutes. It’s confusing how to enter the hotel as it is surrounded by walls and gates. I can understand why.

Liked being on a secure Marriott property.

Other than that it could use some updates soon we had a pleasant stay at the Residence Inn. Our sleep was comfy and our room clean. Quick and easy check in and out. Breakfast was basic but good enough for us. We’d stay here again.

We stayed there purposely so we didn’t have to take a limo at 3:30 in the morning and because you were offering airport shuttle service, but the airport shuttle never came and no one at the front desk knew what was going on. That’s unacceptable.

Cleanliness I was charged by the hotel double saying my credit card did not go through. I paid on the counter after arrival . but when I went to room, found that booking. Com has already received my full payment. I am still struggling how to get my double payment back. Can hotel management coordinate it with booking.com?

Great hotel! Stayed here on our way to and from our from a cruise. Clean and comfortable, large rooms available for 5+ people. Close to the airport and free shuttle to and from the airport.

Our singular grievance is regarding in-room dining. Given our late arrival and morning checkout, we just needed quick food and we needed it to integrate into our wind-down time. The whole process doesn't really work; a member of your party actually has to walk over to the Courtyard to place the order, wait, and bring it back. Otherwise you can definitely do Uber Eats etc., we just didn't.

Loved this place. New and clean and staff is great. We were able to check in early and they were so kind to let us check out late too. Shuttle to the airport wvery 15 min is awesome. Saved us from uber but of course you have to tip driver who was professional and helpful. So would stay here again if we are around the area

It is located 15 minutes from the airport, and it offers a shuttle service to and from there. It also has a restaurant on site.

They changed my reservation from the Residence Inn to the Courtyard. They did it the same day I was checking in. My reservation said "daily housekeeping". They didn't make the room because I was supposed to "ask for it". The Manager apologized, but it wasn't a good experience. The food at the Champions bar was very good. Service was average.

The on site restaurant at residence was absolutely fabulous. The service and food delicious even when we split our meals they did it in the kitchen and presented it beautiful.

We stayed on the front end of a cruise for one night. Food within walking distance and at the multiple Marriott hotels on site.

Everything was great except for a waiter in Cane Fire restaurant with an attitude.

Didn't like the fact that breakfast service finished at 9.00 am and we were not informed. In fact the television info said the busy time was 8.00-9.00 am, no note that service finished at 9.00 am,
