    Very disappointed!! our flight was delayed so we reached the hotel said the last shuttle had already ran so 5 of us took uber. When we made a reservation, we put five people. The room says sleeps up to six there were only two queen beds no rollaway no sofa bed. They said they had no other room to put our party in. They also said they do not have extra pillows or linens. The staff was fighting in front of us in Spanish so we don’t know what they were saying, but extremely rude and disrespectful inconsiderate as I was traveling with my elderly mother as well very uncomfortable on top of each other cannot believe that this is a Marriott.

    Great location! Airport shuttle was very convenient, just called and they came within 30 minutes. The beds were very comfy. They offered a cruise shuttle, we paid $15 a person and it saved us from getting a Lyft or an uber. Very clean and air conditioned shuttle. We made it to the cruise port with no hassle. Overall, the hotel was great, the staff was very knowledgeable and the breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again.

    Staff was super helpful. We had a toilet that was running, we told the housekeeping staff, within 3 minutes we had a knock on the door. Fixed us right up! Breakfast was a big plus! Nice variety, fresh, and had a fun self made Belgian waffle station. Parking garage was nice to have on the property. We would definitely stay again!!

    My experience at the front desk was very disappointing. The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. As a guest, I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, especially from a brand like Marriott. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this hotel based on the service I received, and I strongly believe staff should be better trained to treat guests with friendliness and respect!

    The room was clean (if slightly outdated, especially the bathroom) and spacious. When there was an issue with the thermostat battery, it was repaired right away. However, both shuttle services (which were a key component in our decision to book this hotel) had issues - the airport shuttle did not stop at the pick-up area until we specifically called the hotel to give our location, which was not communicated during the booking process, and the cruise terminal shuttle did not show up. We had booked it for 11 a.m. and, by 11:50 a.m., there was still no shuttle and we had to book our own rideshare. The receptionist was dismissive of our questions and concerns about the lack of the shuttle and did not try to communicate about the delay in shuttle service until we asked multiple times. The breakfast options were limited and not very well prepared.

    Average airport hotel with a better price than most in the area. . Didn’t use the airport shuttle because of a mix-up, that was our fault(didn’t realize there was another level of the airport where we were supposed to be for pickup). Did use the cruise shuttle and the fee was probably pretty standard at $15 per person, and it was fast. Location was good for walking to Target and some restaurants.

    Only issue was the A/C doesn't have a constant fan option, so we had to use a cell phone for white noise to block out the fan and compressor turning on and off...otherwise a perfectly adequate hotel for the price

    Clean room and check-in staff, especially the staff member who took time to chat with us and offer a personal touch to our stay. Her story was most admirable about how she studied so hard to achieve a doctorate in university. I believe she studied in the bathroom. We were so hear her talk, also very helpful at directing us to see Little Havannah.

Checked in late at night and had to wait about 5 mins for the security to see me and inform the receptionist. The girl on the desk in the morning was great and very helpful. Also a good place to eat (specializes in Chicken) right across the street. This is our second stay and we'll absolutely book again when going on a cruise. Thanks to the great staff.

    I never received any cancellation email or notification, and when I contacted Expedia, they confirmed there was no record of any cancellation.     The room is dated and worn. I could see the pool from our room and the slime on the bottom of it. The maintainance workers swept it while we were there but it was still slimy.     Booked a two queen room months ago for 3 adults. Got to check in to be told they only have a King suite with one King bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was small and less than ideal, especially since I booked so long ago. Additionally the shuttle to get picked up from the Airport took much longer than expected and each time I asked for status I was told 5 mins. The shuttle leaving the hotel was also very late and the updates were wrong

    This hotel is terrible, besides the always busy reception and crowded breakfast table plus limited food supply, the most terrible thing is that I paid my room charge upon check in, however, 2 weeks after my trip, they charged me for $600+ for no reason. I sent them an email asking what’s that for and explained I already paid my room charge for the one night stay. Unfortunately, no response. I don’t know how to solve this issue.     The front desk people are not properly trained , we traveled all the way from New York to Miami with 2 little kid at night and they couldn’t able to pull our room even booked from Expedia and I never had any issues booking from Expedia.     Perfect pre cruise hotel. Free shuttle from MIA to Hotel. Sign up for bus that takes you from Hotel to cruise terminal for 15.00 per person. Plenty of room in the lobby area to hang out prior to bus. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff are pleasant and make you feel welcome. Two places across the street for food and drinks, plus delivery options for pizza etc. Will definitely stay here for next cruise.

    Do not stay at this hotel. The hotel rooms are completely filthy. We had stains on walls, curtains, valance, ceiling, headboard and carpet. Crack and hole in walls. Front desk staff is salty and likely tired of complaints. The "pool" is the size of a hot tub. You can get a much better and cleaner hotel for the same price. I would poat pictures but Travelocity won't let me upload. Check Google reviews. Many pictures there.

    Desk staff were not friendly, didn’t accept the card I wanted to use, gave us an accessible room when we aren’t in need of that, the a/c in the room kept getting warmer, the windows had no seal—we heard every plane that flew by every 5 minutes, loud music from the restaurant around the corner, several sirens, screams/fights. For the $$$ I spent, not worth it. I wish I had stayed at the Marriott next door which is where we ate lunch.

    I would like a refund. The network was down so I couldn’t watch tv and there was a storm going on outside so I sat in the room and couldn’t even watch anything. The room was dirty after I waited over an hour to get in a room. The toilet was clogged and I was moved to another room while moving my belongings security was sent up to get the keys for the other which made me feel like I was doing something wrong. It was a terrible experience. And the rooms smell horrible.

    It was a good stay for overnight. just disappointed that we couldnt use the hot tub as that was the reason for booking. Our flight came in 9pm and they just closed it and wouldnt open it

    Was pleasantly please with the overall condition and cleanness of this hotel, the last time I stayed in Miami at an Extended stay it was disappointing, this one was quiet and clean, comfortable bed, I will book again when I need to be in Miami near the cruise port, I'm looking to go back to that area around New Years let's see how it goes.

    This is a great hotel; the shuttle from the airport arrived in minutes; room was spacious and clean. We walked down the street to the “Latin Cafe” (a 3-minute walk) and had great food that was not expensive! I would definitely stay here again. We went on a cruise, and the hotel arranged a shuttle to the port for us😀. They have a very good breakfast, also!

    Room is comfortable but morning traffic noise is an issue if you need sleep. And the showers were pathetic. Old shower heads with sediment crust, hardly any water pressure and hot water barely registered warm. Nice views of the city though!

    I liked that they had parking right by the door, but it’s kinda like a secret; you think it’s for deliveries only because they have a sign that says don’t enter or exit; so you go to the lower parking, but if you use it, it’s great. The staff was very nice. No microwaves in the room, but there is a microwave in the lobby. The free breakfast is limited. lyou only have one choice of breakfast meat which was undercooked. Don’t offer milk for lactose intolerant people, except for the one pitcher of oat milk by the oatmeal. Limited butter for the waffles once it’s gone they tell you too bad, It’s gone,no more. My room was dirty. The bed was made nice. someone else’s clothes tags and strings were on the floor. Crumbs were on the refrigerator and a stain inside the refrigerator. Something was splashed on the wall. Thick dust and crumbs behind the desk and the bed. Neighbors door slams so loud it disturbs you and there were noisy children, but the place did look nice. breakfast Juice would’ve been delicious but tasted watery. Front desk lady told me to walk across the street to a restaurant for some delicious food and if they’re too crowded go across the other street for some delicious food they’re open till 3 AM. Took my child across the street to both of the restaurants and they both were closed.when I came back and told her, she just smiled and said oh. Front desk ladies never told me about the car rentals or the attractions packages but they told the other couple who came in.

    Location is next to the airport.That's the only real bonus. Final note: upon leaving for the airport, the shuttle was to depart at 11:30, but left without notifying anyone in the lobby at 11:20. Total garbage hotel.

    When I returned from my cruise, I arrived early rooms were not available which is okay, but there the staff was very rude when letting me know there was no room to store my luggage so we had to sit in lobby for several hours. It was just the non courteous way in which we were inform ed of things.
