    Luckily this Hotel was right next to the one we originally booked (the Days Inn) and had a room available to us. This hotel was so much nicer. Extremely clean, great staff, a good morning breakfast and a shuttle to the cruise terminal (which is why we booked the other place-we didn't know the Comfort Inn has the service). Once we booked the shuttle to the port we were also able to book a shuttle to pick us up after the cruise and take us to the airport for a small fee.

    The property provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel as well as from the hotel to the port at no charge. Only negative was the hotel WiFi would not work the entire two nights we spent there on my and my wife’s phone. That was annoying and the staff didn’t have any answers.

    Showed they had transport from airport. Waited 45 minutes at the airport in the designated area but no shuttles came. Called the hotel directly to find out if the shuttles were running, very rude. Ended up getting Uber and when we got to the hotel saw there were 2 shuttles just sitting, running, down the road from the hotel when there was still a huge crowd waiting for a shuttle when we left. Also called prior to booking to confirm they had a shuttle to the pier. Was told yes but could not reserve it. When we got to the hotel they said there were no times available so again had to pay for Uber. On the key card envelope stated do not order pizza from the flyers left under the door. Apparently these must be left by outside sources, not from the hotel. This is a huge security issue if there are people just roaming the halls. Also showed on card there was ice and vending on specific floors. Checked 2 of the floors for ice, but neither worked. Carpet very dirty.

    Room was clean , staff was pleasant, breakfast areas was restock promptly,Shuttle service was a bonus I will always return and recommend. Kinds regards Liam The hotel is fantastic the only reason why I did not rate it was excellent was, in the lobby on the second floor , the moment I entered I was sick, I am Asthmatic, and the aerosol spray was way too strong, luckily I had my asthma inhaler.I was sick through the night. Please use milder aerosol spray for those like myself who have respiratory illnesses. Kind Regards Liam

    The overall stay was great! No complaints. Just beware that the shuttles only run 6 a - 11.30 PM, and only once per hour, on the hour. I ended up taking uber both ways because of this constraint, unfortunately.

    The attitude of the staff was horrible. I saw it the day before I checked out with another guest and they did the same to me. The breakfast was bare minimum and 6-9 means get done by nine because I had a staff take out the waffle mixture and unplug the machine right in front of me while trying to get breakfast. I would NEVER stay here again and would no recommend to anyone.

    Comfortable, good location, great staff. Booked because it offers pick up shuttle service from airport, how ever our flight got delayed arrived 1 hr late and missed the shuttle by 5 min. It was only 11:35 pm. It would be nice if shuttle would run a bit later for late pick up or delays such as ours and im sure other passengers.

Plus the offer of having them pick you up from the cruise and taking you to the airport was wonderful.     Overall I thought the stay was ok. The room was clean and did like the fact that there was a shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The breakfast was not all that great and we could not use the shuttle to the cruise port because it was all filled up. Also, as I was getting on the elevator, the door slam into my arm creating a bruise.

    Careful, the shuttle bus to the airport goes just once an hour and the scheduled 7 am bus left at 5 minutes before 7, leaving us to call a Lyft with a delay, and pay out of pocket. This despite our having advised the front desk we planned to be on the bus. The lobby is not on the ground floor, so communication between shuttle driver and desk staff is weak. On the inbound shuttle, by the way, we found the vehicle ramshackle, with a big sign requesting tips for the driver. Not professional.

    Good: Nice, newer building. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent and included hot options like scrambled eggs and sausage, which was a nice bonus. The pool was also good. And if your room faces the airport, the view isn’t bad at all. Bad: The airport shuttle is probably the biggest downside. It’s shared with three other hotels, so it fills up quickly. You could end up waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, which gets frustrating fast. Also, when taking the shuttle from the hotel, there was a tall staff member organizing people for the airport and cruise port. He did answer questions, but not in the friendliest way. He seemed busy, but a bit more patience or friendliness would go a long way. Lastly, the location isn’t great if you want to walk around. There are a couple of restaurants and gas stations nearby, but that’s about it. Not much to do without a car. Overall, a pretty good stay, but the shuttle situation and location could be a dealbreaker depending on your plans.

    I’ve stayed at a few Comfort Inn and Suites in the Miami International Airport area and this one is one of the best! although there wasn’t an on sight restaurant, the front desk staff were more than happy to recommend a couple that were both within walking distance. I will be staying here again.

    The room was as advertised and clean with no signs of damage or wear and tear. The property is in a busy part of Miami with heavy traffic in the morning so getting out of the property to travel to other parts of the city may take extra time. In spite of the fact of the hotel being close to the airport once inside the building I heard no sounds of planes taking off or landing. It is a bit of a distance to find local restaurants so make sure the breakfast is included when you book.

    Waited over an hour and a half at the airport for the free shuttle. They did refund us since we had to get a taxi. Apparently the shuttle bus was stuck in traffic at the cruise port. Then when it was time to catch our shuttle through the hotel to the cruise terminal It was running so late that we also had to get another Uber to the cruise port. Not sure if their shuttle service is very reliable if you're on any kind of time schedule.

    We stayed here because we were in Miami to board a cruise. We flew in the day before and used the hotel shuttle from the airport. This was not only took the stress out of finding transportation but was a money saver. The Hotel also provides a shuttle to the cruise terminal. The room was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast, while not the best I have had, was hot and did the job. We would stay here again given similar circumstances.

    The bed was big and comfortable The lack of communication. No help when I landed at 9pm to get to the “bus zone 8 or 15” that is not well signaled at the airport and terrible explained by staff who were very unhelpful on the phone. Saying the shuttle starts to run at 6am but failing to mention it only leaves once an hour and was 5min late The shower was so bad as well. I don’t know what was wrong with the pressure. The breakfast was not great. Barely any fruit, paper plates and plastic cutlery ? I thought this was a hotel, not a bbq.

    We like the idea that the hotel had shuttle service to pick us up from the airport and take us to the motel and would take us from the motel to the port the next morning for our cruise We didn't like the driver expecting apparently a certain amount for a tip as he complained out loud about the people that he dropped off before us and the lack of tip that they gave him. He didn't seem to be too friendly. We tried to talk with him. I don't know if he didn't understand us but there was definitely a communication barrier as he spoke a different first language than English and for the cost of the hotel for one night we thought having to pay and additional $60 for them to pick us up from the port and drop us off at the rental car department at the airport for four people was a bit ridiculous considering the cost of picking us up from the airport and taking us to the hotel and then from the hotel to the port were included in the cost of it and they had shuttles going there anyways. We didn't understand why we had to pay an extra $60 to do that and tip the driver. Also we were told the driver would be there to pick us up from the port in about 20 minutes and it ended up being about 45 minutes and then he seemed agitated and was rushing us to hurry up so that he could go to the next place to pick up more people. But that's when he had the attitude about the amount of money that they tipped him. I thought that was rather rude and that he should be grateful for what he got. There was not a specified amount or percentage that was expected to be given.

    Great choice for my one night stay. Hotel room was clean. I wish breakfast was open past 9am. Staff were very nice at check-in & check-out. A little weird having pizza menus slid under the door every few minutes around evening time and the hotel not recommending guests order from the menus. Pool area is spacious, clean and relaxing!

The only kind of inconvenience is the person delivering pizza menus under the door, is annoying that every single day there were 1 to 3 different menus inside of my room. They are spam probably, no physical address just a number. They should not be allowed to toss stuff under every single room.

    Everything was great, hotel was clean throughout and you can see the staff were always on it. The breakfast was great and had a quick turnaround before stock was even low, the WiFi was at home speed no issues we didn’t use the pool because it was chilly outside but it was clean and the area was beautiful.     First, the shuttle was well run. The only improvement would be to know that it is an hourly shuttle, not 20 minutes or half an hour so it felt like it was a long time, but it wasn’t. The property itself was perfect for us clean comfortable well appointed couldn’t have asked for anything more well worth the money which wasn’t that much in today’s world. We look forward to staying there again without reservation.

    The moment we entered the room, it had a strange smell, and the air conditioning was one of those old units. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the staff was not very friendly. Additionally, when we arrived there was a huge line for check-in, and to make matters worse, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working—which is the first thing you want after an international trip. The breakfast was not very appealing.

    Spent one night before embarking on a cruise. Used the airport and free shuttle to the port of Miami. Both were great. Warning: DO NOT set up a pre-paid shuttle ride from the cruise port to the airport with Luxury Valet Miami - they are sitting right out in front of the Comfort Inn as you board the Comfort Inn Shuttle. There are so many people online who got screwed by these guys. We waited for them for an hour at the cruise port. There was another family who waited for them for 3 hours! Comfort Inn - why are you allowing your customers to get scammed right on your property?!? Those guys need to go.

    The staff here took the extra time to find an item I asked for when one employee couldn’t find it she asked a co-worker and the item was brought to me the time that was put in for this item was amazing.     Very impressed by this hotel. Picked up from airport and drop off at cruise port were included and hassle free. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was fun for my kids as they got to make their own waffles in the waffle maker. Pool area was a nice touch to relax by in the morning before our cruise pick up too.     The room was outdated and the bathroom door had holes all over it like it lost a bad fight. The free shuttle was over crowded and we couldn't get on, even though we waited in the historically low Florida temps late at night for over 20 minutes so we finally paid for a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The free breakfast buffet was not restocked with an hour still to go and the only thing left were a few muffins and a mob of people waiting to snatch them. Not worth the money. I'll stick with the Hilton family of hotels.If your sole reason for booking this property is th le ease of having a shuttle and breakfast, you might prepare yourself for disappointment.

    The shuttle was very disappointing. I followed the instructions via email. Turns out the meeting point was changed but no one alerted me. I called 3 times asking about the driver and the front desk never shared new information. I paid for a taxi to get to hotel. Very disappointed. When I asked front desk about shuttle they were very unapologetic and rude. Shame on them. The room was ok. Nothing special. Dirty hallways

    I was incredibly impressed by the customer service I witnessed from Paola Cordero. A guest was being extremely rude and disrespectful, yet Paola remained calm and composed. She listened to his complaints and offered her assistance without raising her voice, even when he was uncooperative. Her level-headedness was truly remarkable. The entire team at the Comfort Inn deserves praise for their excellent service. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

    Great pool area breakfast only lasts until 9 AM. It needs to go till 10 AM. The only negative thing was that TV service is not very good. You can’t even get local TV stations to watch football on Sundays because they don’t offer that channel with their service. That’s pretty poor. And when I asked two different people to help me find what I was looking for I got two different answers and was basically dismissed.

    Be aware that if your here for a cruise the next day they have little transportation to the docks. I know website says they do but be prepared to get an Uber or Lyft. There is No restaurant on property. We ordered delivery that took an hour. Breakfast is standard high carb waffles, etc. Overall was not worth the price we paid as there was no restaurant and we had no transportation to the cruise ship and had to buy our own. There are better deals in the area that do include those amenities. Also be aware if you're coming here the lobby is on the second floor not the first floor. Overall I would not stay at this property again for various reasons.

    The hotel was good not in a location for a lot of restaurants to eat at if that’s important to you. The bar that was recommended was very good. One thing I would mention is the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel only runs once every hour we did have to wait a good hour as we just missed the bus. Had we of know we needed to be on the same level as departing flights by 5 or 8 we could have made it on time. Would definitely use this hotel again!

    We had an early morning flight & arrived at the hotel before noon. We were able to check in early, which was a huge asset as we did not have to worry about stowing luggage in a lobby. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

    2. At least give guest a bottle of water in the room. 3. Extend breakfast to 10am, most guests are tired and exhausted after their flight and the 9am cut off for breakfast is not convenient. 4. Improve the wifi in rooms, reception is terrible. It was on and off so makes it extremely difficult to work.

    Room was okay but the free shuttle to the port was why I gave the rating. Wound up taking a taxi due to the driver of the bus not being able to be located. How can a driver of public transportation not be in contact with the person at a location organizing the transportation? This went on for over a hour. Not sure if the bus ever showed up due to getting a taxi to transport us to the cruise port. Very poor communication from the guy at the hotel organizing the transportation.

    This was my second time staying at this hotel and it was simply amazing once again. The room was spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport and port, which is super convenient. Overall, another great stay and I would definitely come back!

    Our vehicle was broken into parked right in front of the hotel. They broke a window and took our entire center dash piece with stereo, navigation, heat and AC controls. The staff seemed unsurprised and not very helpful. General manager was out of town and apparently that's the only person that can release camera footage to the police. After reading previous reviews, another vehicle was broken into just 5 days before. Apparently this is a reoccurring event AND you pay for parking in an unmonitored parking lot which they failed to mention. Not safe for vehicles!

    We waited for 56 minutes for the shuttle to come and take us to the airport. One drove past us went the back, got out and start talking to his peers. Mind you, both shuttles were parked in the back. After I called the hotel, he drove fast past us and left. I called back, was told he was going to come back, we waited 15-20 more minutes. The shower pressure is horrible! Initially the room only had 2 sets of towels. We asked for more and the night attendant got an attitude acting as if we wanted to steal the towels because he didn’t give us any saying they needed to wash more. He didn’t send any up afterwards, stating they wouldn’t be ready until the morning. We had to request towels the next morning. The television continued to go in and out of being dark or working due to lost of signal. The ironing board wouldn’t remain standing. The exhaust fan and shower light doesn’t work in the bathroom. Breakfast was lackluster, need more options. Please put slip resistant strips in the tub. There was almost an accident in the shower. We had to use a towel to prevent others from slipping.

    We had a wonderful night's stay before boarding our cruise. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The sitting area was lovely and great for meeting up outside of the room. Customer service was outstanding. I unknowingly left something important behind and it was mailed to me. I would definitely stay again.

    The staff were friendly, helpful and amazing! Good and convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. Only drawback was that you have to call the hotel to arrange from the shuttle pick up airport and when you don't have international minutes can be a hassle but it worked out.     Only stayed here for one night. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very subpar. We used the airport shuttle, which was free and tips are expected. The shuttle ran on the hour every hour, and it was filled to capacity, but it got us there on time and at our gate. Parking was free for the night and we paid to park for an extended stay while we were gone on an international flight. I would definitely stay here again for an overnight before flying out.

    Representative at guest services was efficient, friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Room was clean and tidy.     We then get to the hotel and asked if there was anyway we could possibly get a room early so we could put the baby down for a nap. Was informed yes the first room available would be ours. Well 3 1/2 hours later we finally got a room. Upon asking a few times we were informed that they cleaned the rooms but had to wait for the bedding to dry to make the beds. I commented that you only have one set of sheets per bed and was informed that that was correct. We finally ended up talking to the Manager and she rushed to get us a room. To say the least that was my first and last stay at a Comfort Inn or Comfort Inn and suits. Not a way we wanted to end our vacation especially when we received excellent Customer Service on our Cruise.

    The breakfast was terrible. For someone who has a food allergy, eggs are always my go to. They were not even edible, and there wasn’t any hard boiled eggs for a backup protein. Postitives: The staff is very friendly. There is free shuttle service to the port. The hotel is very clean and their in-house store has a good variety of snacks and drinks. It is located close to a couple of convenience stores. Lots of food delivery options.

    Breakfast was okay. Rooms were mediocre. There were cockroaches found. Staff was truly outstanding and went above and beyond to help. Front desk staff here is amazing

    The hotel is about 1 mile from MIA and advertises “Free Airport Shuttle”. But what they don’t tell you is that it only runs once per HOUR. Therefore long wait for a crowded van. As an airline crew member, I’ve stayed at hundreds of airport hotels. Most run every 20 minutes, a few every half hour, never seen such poor service.

    staff was great. Although room wasn’t ready they were able to store our luggage. received a call when room was available. Room was very clean and breakfast was more than adequate. also the shuttle driver to the airport was very professional.

    The overall property and services offered were great. Our original room had mold in the ceiling which triggered our sinuses. No widows that can be opened in the rooms, AC and vents in the room were dirty.

    We stayed at Comfort inn and suites for 3 nights. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Our rooms were clean and smell so clean. The breakfast has limited options even though it says full breakfast. The shuttle moves on time always. I wouldnt mind returning though

    The hotel was very clean and nice. The breakfast ok. There was an employee that was standing by the food and was very creepy. He used his hands to wipe down syrup. That was gross. The room and pool area very nice
