    Every time we come to Miami for a cruise this is our go-to hotel as it is clean the staff is always so helpful and the shuttle to and from cruise port and airport is exactly what we need.

    I got charged double the front desk clerk said I used Expedia and I had to pay again I never use that sight the charge was for 202.96 one on my debit card and another on my credit card they said one was a deposit which I never got back I don’t like getting scammed so if you stay there be careful you just might get scammed I will never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend this place either

    For the past 15 years when we sail out of Miami we always stay here,never had any type of issues, the hotel is literally minutes from the airport and about 15-30 mins from the ports, The staff is always willing to help with anything my family and I really love it here, very convenient area convenient store just steps away from the hotel,subway,McDonald's, I hop,popeyes Dennys all within walking distance ❤️

    Great stay for a quick overnight before heading to port Miami or the airport. Long term parking is a great alternative to port or airport parking and this hotel is perfect for a quick night. Staff is always friendly. Room is perfect. Will stay again

    Had a great stay! All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. I especially want to recognize Brianna, the night staff member. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Every interaction with her was pleasant, and she truly made a difference in our experience. Nothing but nice things to say about her! Thank you to the whole team for the great hospitality.

    There were 5 of us staying in the suite because we were leaving for a cruise the next day. The toilet was not flushing and we called maintenance only to find out there was no maintenance on duty. They would look at it the next morning. We had to pour water in the toilet to flush or use another bathroom in the building. Not acceptable!!!

    Shuttle services, waiting 1.5 hours at airport and had to call them 3xs. The mattress on sofa bed was horrific! Holes in the bottom even! Refused to give us a receipt! Wouldn’t stay again!! The ice water jug and the bananas were great!

    I liked the proximity to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility seemed to be kind of dingy/dirty. The bed pillows were super small. No outlets except one worked which made it difficult to charge 4 phones. The curtains didn’t close which allowed light to come in first thing in the morning.

    It would be better if the shuttle would pass every 30 min rather than every hour. We could not try the breakfast as we left in the first shuttle. The toilet in my room was not working properly (the tank would not refill after flushing so had to do it manually). There was also something wrong with the TV: it turned on but could not manage to select a channel to watch. Sorry we didn't have time to flag these to the staff. The staff was fantastic! Overall an ok option for our 7 hour overnight layover.

    The shuttle is only 5-10 minutes from airport. So where were they? This is the most frustrating part of travel there. Waiting for the dumb shuttle while standing on the island watching other shuttles go by multiple times for other places I'm not staying at.

    Property was just fine for our 3 night stay. So surprised when they made up our room on our 2nd day!! Haven't had that happen in years without asking. Since before Covid. 3rd day found a do not disturb placard on the outside of our door?? We never use them, so not sure what happened but our room was not cleaned. Super disappointed

    Very close to the airport but did not hear any traffic noise from planes. The breakfast was ok simple hotel food but okay to fill the stomach. The room suite was nice, clean and comfortable and I am a very picky person. It was a close walk to Tom's grill and subway. Overall, not a bad place to stay. I wish I could have earned points for my stay but because I used a third party I was told I could not earn points. That sucks!!

    Closeness to the airport and port of Miami. Cleanliness…a fresh clean scent greeted us at the entrance and the room was just as pleasant. The hotel shuttle from the airport and to the port of Miami. Needed more help at the desk. The clerk was super helpful and friendly but felt bad for her since she was the only one at the desk when we checked in around 3:20 PM. Also the shuttle list filled up quickly leaving us with an 11:00 AM shuttle reservation as the earliest one available when we checked in just 20 minutes after the beginning check in time of 3:00.

    I was taking a cruise, The staff was knowledgeable about overnight cruise parking. They have a shuttle that will take you to the cruise terminal. You pay for parking and then pay the driver for the shuttle.

    Staff was not very helpful. I got laughed at when I asked for a late checkout. Breakfast was packed. Hotel was dirty. We booked because of the “free” cruise shuttle. It was running so late we ended up just booking an uber instead. Only good thing was the beds are very comfortable. Would not recommend staying here. Won’t be back.

    Room was clean but the smell from the carpet was very potent in a bad way. We had a accessible room which was very spacious. The hotel included breakfast and coffee/tea/water around the clock which was nice but it does fill up with a lot of people who are cruising that are staying there. Main reason for booking this hotel is they offered complimentary airport and cruise transportation. The issue with the cruise transportation is it was the employee of the shuttle service asked if we were going to the cruise terminal and we did ensure our names were on the list the night before for a 12:30p pick up. HUGE problem was that after loading up our bags, it was difficult for us 2 find a seat and the shuttle employee had asked the male person to stand up the entire drive to the cruise terminal while they gave up their seat to us. We were also offered return to airport with the same shuttle service for $15 per person on disembarkation -WARNING take a Uber it is not as bad as they say - They give you a sticker, they say to place on your shirt the day of pick up and to be at the pick up area no later then 8am or they will pass you and the next shuttle is not until 5p. I know this is not the hotels issue but they do deal with this shuttle service. The driver was VERY CARELESS AND DANGEROUS DRIVER to where the people in the shuttle van were extremely concerned with his driving (cutting cars/almost hitting cars). Still need to report him.

    The staff were super pleasant and helpful. Their were some issues to get to the cruise port. However, the hotel staff handled the situation professionally and ensured we were on time. The room felt dusty. I'm unsure if cleaning or ventilation is an issue. However, this affected our sinus n our skin felt a little uncomfortable. We only booked for 1 night so it was fine to manage for that short of a stay.

    The hotel have free shuttle from/ to the airport as well as to the port or port to hotel. The free breakfast is a plus. Beware... don't order pizza from the flyers that someone slipped under the door. We got 5 flyers each day for two days. A hotel staff informed me that several guests had complained that the pizza establishment took more than an hour to deliver and the price listed on the flyer is not what they actually charge (much higher). Overall, the experience with this hotel was positive.

    I was happy that able to check in quite early as I was coming from a cruise so I was tired. I couldn’t take advantage of the airport shuttle because it starts at 6am and I had an early flight. I didn’t get to go to breakfast either. Overall my stay was good the pool was clean and I slept good because it was a quiet environment. The bed was comfortable also.

    The free airport shuttle Price was higher than I am used too… but that’s the area. a few things were broken in the room (lamp & toilet paper holder, as well as 1 of the 2 Elevators)and the vending machine was empty. It was fine for a quick stay, but not good for multiple days.

    We booked the shuttle (provided by the hotel) to the cruise port. The man "in charge" had us standing in line, IN THE RAIN, for over 30 minutes. The shuttle was very late and he not only made no effort to accommodate people getting soaked - he kept yelling at us. Very unprofessional and totally unacceptable.

    Near the airport and within walking distance to some places to eat. The front desk person that helped us check in was amazing and super helpful. The tall guy who was in charge of the port transport. Extremely rude and pushy to purchase their transport from the port to the airport. Talked with disrespect to every person they interacted with. That guy needs help with people skills or find a different job.

    Airport shuttle was great. Check in process very easy and quick. Shuttle to the port was booked for the following day before we could take advantage of this service and we arrived at 1:30pm. We were however offered a car to the shuttle for $15pp. Return from cruise port was a phone call away, even though we waited for about an hour for the second or third shuttle due to the amount of people using this service as well. We were able to check in early around 1:30pm each day as our room for 5 was ready.

    The hotel was clean and smell good. The room clean and good breakfast! I don’t like the rug in the room because it wasn’t too clean. And for the breakfast it was just basic food , there was no butter or jelly for the toasts. Also the person who was cleaning and in charge of the breakfast was alone and i think that is necessary to get another cleaner.

    Airport shuttle was convenient for a layover flight. 2 queen beds plus a pullout couch allowed everyone to have their own bed and get some sleep. Just double check which Inn you are booked for, as they are 2 separate Comfort Inns side by side.

    Maintenance is lacking. Staffing was pleasant, but overwhelmed. Elevators were extremely slow, and we found using the stairs to be a better option. Laundry was out of service, so we had to do laundry across the street at the sister property (which was much nicer).

    Room didn’t seem clean. Lamp shade had holes in it. Floors were dirty. Picked this location for the shuttle to the port even though the hotel was packed hotel employees said they only had 1 shuttle to the port! Breakfast was decent kept up stocking the food even as packed as it was!!

    Great stay before our Icon of the Seas cruise. The complimentary airport shuttle and cruise port shuttle are amazing and so well organized! Breakfast was good. The only caution is not to “buy” the transportation they offer post cruise as the Icon ship offers complimentary bus service to MIA and FLL as long as you register for it. Will stay again if we cruise again!

    The hotel was in a very busy area with not much to walk to. They advertised a free shuttle to the port for our cruise but it was full so we had to pay for our family to Uber in the morning. Breakfast was incredibly crowded with not nearly enough seating. They also advertised having a bar but there wasn’t one.

    First, the heating unit in our room did not work at all. My family and I were forced to sleep in a freezing cold room, which made for a very uncomfortable and miserable night. I even suffer from anemia, and being exposed to those conditions made me feel physically unwell and delirious. When I reached out to the front desk, I was told they were unable to switch our room because the hotel was overbooked—something that should not come at the expense of guest comfort. To make matters worse, after checking out, I realized I had accidentally left behind a pair of size 12 Jordans in the room. Given how unwell and disoriented I felt due to the cold conditions, it’s clear that contributed to me leaving them behind. I called the hotel within an hour of checkout to report it, only to be told by housekeeping that they “did not see them.” It’s incredibly hard to believe that a clearly visible pair of shoes just disappeared. It honestly feels like my property was taken and not handled honestly. Between the lack of basic accommodations, poor customer service, and the situation with my missing belongings, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I would strongly caution others before booking here.

    I stayed at this location prior to my cruise and I also stayed one night after I returned from the cruise. The front desk was always on point very helpful, especially Miss Shadea she was very professional and had some excellent recommendations during our stay. Our rooms were nice and clean. I am personally not a big fan of continental breakfast, but I must say everything was good.

    Our flight was canceled, so we didn’t get to the hotel until the morning we were supposed to check out. However, the staff could not have been more helpful. She got us into the room for a couple of hours, allowing us to shower and relax a bit before we had to shuttle to our next event. We even had breakfast while there and were really happy with the spread. The airport shuttle was the only snag. We had to wait an hour and 20 minutes before it came and picked us up. Even then, it only stopped because I stepped out into the road to flag it down. Otherwise, everything was great!

    When we arrived, the hotel and grounds were clean. Staff was friendly HOWEVER the room was completely disgusting! Dust and dirt! Shower had a slow drain. I couldn’t change rooms because they were completely sold out as many other hotels near by plus I came in on a late flight so I was very tired. I ended up sleeping across the bed fully dressed because I didn’t trust anything in that room. The pull out couch was stained with who know what. Just disgusting. Find somewhere else if you can help it! I wish I did! Oh and the gentleman who drove the airport shuttle drove like a bat out of the pits of hell!!

    I was told prior to arriving the shuttle from airport to hotel runs frequently. When reaching the pickup point and waiting for over 15 mins I called the property and they said that it only runs at every top of hour. We waited for 35 mins for the shuttle and thankfully got the last two spots (good thing for lap children). The shuttle should definitely run more frequently due to the amount of people that arrive on different flights. We arrived to hotel and I had requested a crib in the booking, but apparently after checking it wasn’t in the notes. At that point we were so tired from traveling it didn’t matter. I was informed that I was charged twice for the stay which happens when booking through 3rd parties and Paola from the hotel billing dept went above and beyond to help me get my refund back after my stay. All in all the hotel was great and convenient for cruise goers. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Property is clean and well maintained. Staff helpful and present. We enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. I would stay again!

    Front desk workers were rude and appeared stoned the night we checked into the hotel. The one woman working the front desk in the morning did great despite all of the traffic and rude cruise passengers that were leaving from the hotel. The rooms are dated, drab, and not welcoming.     The breakfast was decent for it to be a hotel. The night front desk clerk was very nice and helpful with printing things for me. The shuttle bus was the worst ever. Our pickup time was 1230 he didn't arrive until 105. I understand its construction these times should be organized differently. Its a lady who's party was waiting as well and her cruise ship door closes at 2pm. I hope she makes it. The older gentleman who was out organizing the shuttle was telling us all not to worry, but it's hard not to. The

    When we arrived at the airport, three hotel shuttles passed us before we could finally get on one. We were also told there was an option to arrange transportation from the cruise port for a small fee back to the hotel in advance, but when we tried to set it up at the front desk we were told it wasn’t available. However at the port we were advised we could have done this for a different price. Because of that, we had to pay for an Uber back. The next morning, when we attempted to use the airport shuttle, the driver declined to take us and was very rude and unaccommodating. There are many hotels near the airport, and we chose this one specifically for the convenience of the transportation they advertise. Instead, we ended up paying for several rides that were supposed to be included. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the poor communication and transportation issues made the stay not worth the hassle.

    The room had a funny smell, had to take a cold shower on day 1, leaking toilet, and location was a little ways from walking distance to restaurants. The biggest disappointment was the Airport Shuttle. The hotel once they answered the phone gave us conflicting information on where to catch the shuttle. After waiting over 30 minutes we caught a cab. Otherwise beds were comfortable and good breakfast. Excellent shuttle service to the cruise terminal.

    The bathroom was dirty, walls were chipped, the carpet was stained and filthy. Front staff seemed clueless. We asked how long it would take to get to the port and were told about 20 minutes.     When we arrived we were told our room was not available - not a big deal as it was not yet 4pm - but our room was available until closer to 5. The shuttle service to the cruise port checked us in and then left without us. When we spoke to the front desk about getting on the next shuttle they told us to call a taxi. This was our second time staying here and the service and quality has gone down.

    The hotel seemed convenient since we needed a room for four and were only staying one night during a flight transit. However, the cleanliness was below expectations. The sofa bed is well past its lifespan and definitely needs replacing. I only interacted with the lady at the front desk — she was cordial — but didn’t see other staff.     We booked this location at the end of our cruise so we could spend a day in Miami and be near the airport. When we called to inquire about our shuttle we were informed it was only if we stayed with them prior to and after the cruise. So we had to spend $50 to Uber to them!! Also, their complementary airport shuttle doesn’t work if you have an early flight. Just keep in mind the perks of staying here are only valuable if you can use them. Ask questions prior to booking.

    We also needed a bus back to the airport, we were waiting in the lobby the following morning for the 9am bus. I went out to check with the driver if we could take the bus back to the airport, he said we hadn’t been waiting and he had other people to pick up and drove off! I would not stay at this hotel!!!

    It was disgusting. There were little ants all over the room. I didn’t even notice it until I put a muffin on a plate on the dresser from downstairs. I came back a few minutes later and started eating it and my son noticed all the ants. I had to spit it out and wash my mouth out. It was so awful. Then we noticed they were in the bathroom too. I just wonder if they got in our clothes and luggage. Yuck!

    Alexis the manager and Shawn the transportation coordinator made sure we all knew what was happening about the delays in Miami with the cruise and busses and shuttles with construction and the marathon. They handled the huge crowds well and made sure everyone got what they needed and to where we needed. Will not hesitate to stay again and use their services. Hotel was clean and breakfast was tasty.

    Great location for an overnight (or two) stay…near places to eat and convenient store located nearby for any last minute things needed for your cruise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Note about the complimentary cruise shuttle to and from the airport, and from the port to airport after the cruise- the shuttle is done through another company (Luxury Valet Miami). Hotel could have communicated better on how to utilize the shuttle service once at the airport. It was not clear and so to avoid the hassle I just got a Lyft from airport to the hotel. It was easy enough to sign up for the shuttle once at the hotel. On the day of the cruise, it was a bit chaotic / disorganized due to heavier traffic than normal due to the Miami Marathon. Our shuttle was about 45 minutes late picking us up (supposed to leave at 11, but didn’t leave until 11:40-1145A.M.) due to the heavy traffic, and then with traffic didn’t get to the port until 1:00 P.M. I did not have any issue with that as I planned with delays in mind and made it on the ship just fine. I ended up paying the $15 per person for shuttle from the port to the airport on debarkation day. Again, if you just have patience and plan with a few hour buffer in mind I found the process to be stress free despite how busy / chaotic the Miami port seems to be. The constructive criticism I have for the shuttle service is to advise the customers what type of vehicle their company will be picking us up in.

I loved the breakfast was a little limited compared to other places. The comfort Inn was in better condition than other hotels, I stayed in the area in the past.     Toilet will not flush. Maintenance came and plunhed it but it only flushed teice and water did not drain. No answer from maintenance or front desk. Carpeting is filthy. Turned our socks and feet black when we took our shoes off. Had to use the public rest rooms down 2 floors to use the toilet all night.

    The breakfast buffet was horrible. Food was cold. You had to fight others to get food. It was so disorganized. Had power failure which meant elevators didn’t work. My husband is in a wheelchair so a few of us had to get him down the stairs. The next day we had a shuttle to cruiseship for 11 only to have it breakdown and we needed to wait 2 hours to hopefully get a shuttle without hotel trying to compensate with taxi. Will never recommend them or stay there again. We should have been reimbursed for all the inconvenience.

Cruise shuttle it frist come first serve. By the time I got to the hotel at 1am. The shuttles weee full. So I didnt get to use eitber shuttle

    The hotel needs to update the pillows it’s good for a night stay before cruise now the shuttle situation was an adventure the bus driver which was a coach bus was really rude then the bus broke down right before we left so we paid for a Lyft as a replacement bus was going be another 45:00 minutes.

    Transportation is very limited. One trip per hour and the van serves 3 hotels. This is last on pick up at hotel and only 2 of 12 people were able to get on. Same thing happened the night before at the airport. Several people left at the airport. The staff lady at the hotel the night we arrived was very unfriendly. Thankfully the lady in the morning more than made up. She was so pleasant!

    We've stayed at this Comfort Suites for the last 3 years now while we were in Florida for our yearly cruises. It has always been nice. This year we got there after the check in time of 3 pm and our room wasn't ready. I'm ok with waiting a little bit, but 5 pm is a little bit too long. Then when they called to tell us our room was ready we were given keys to a room that was already occupied. The poor man was in bed trying to sleep. How embarrassing!! he lifted his head to look at me and looked as confused and mad as we were. When I went back down to tell them they seemed shocked and no one wanted to rectify the problem or even call housekeeping to see if anything else was cleaned and available. I pick this hotel because of 3 main factors. 1- it has a nice breakfast, 2- it has a sleeper sofa and 2 queen beds and my kids don't feel comfortable sleeping together anymore. The sleeper sofa was so thin you could feel the springs this year. And 3- we like that they offer free cruise shuttle and that was completely full so we had to uber which coated us more in the end when it should have been included in our stay if it's advertised that way. At that point I expected to be offered a refund or at least a discount, but they just acted like everything was normal that the stuff happened all the time, so didn't offer anything. We're very disappointed with them this year, and probably won't be back.

    The location was also a downside, as there are very few restaurant options nearby and the area did not feel very safe. Breakfast had limited options and was extremely crowded. Additionally, the cleanliness of both the hotel and the room was not very good. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Nice breakfast for the price (opening at 6 was perfect to us): eggs, sausage, bread, cereal, packets of oatmeal, muffins, waffles, oranges, bananas, yogurt.     We had three rooms, and every one of them had serious issues. My bathroom was completely uncleaned — not just missed, but genuinely filthy. I went to the front desk immediately, hoping someone would take it seriously, but no one ever came. I ended up putting plastic bags down just so we could shower. That’s how bad it was. My parents’ room was even worse. They had cockroaches. I reported it, and again, nothing. No room change, no apology, no urgency. All three rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell, and we had to buy air fresheners just to make the stay bearable. The washing machines didn’t work either. Traveling with a toddler, I had no choice but to walk to a nearby hotel to wash clothes. And I wasn’t the only one frustrated — several other guests told me they were dealing with the same problems. The staff acted like none of it mattered. Breakfast was the same every day, and the staff would start putting things away before the posted end time.     The rooms are dated, and other areas of the hotel is dated and run down.Restaurants flyers were constantly being pushed under our door. They should have an area to show local restaurants in the area, especially because there is no restaurant located in hotel. The shuttle driver, had a bad attitude, the van was packed when he picked me and my daughter up from the airport, I ask him where was I’m supposed to sit, he strugged his shoulders and told me. He did not know. I would never stay here again

    On check out we had a basic breakfast which was ok, we met the shuttle bus to Port Miami at 9:30am out front of the motel which arrived on time. The bus was included in our room rate which was nice. The Comfort Suites staff were great, polite and accommodating to all my request. We have stayed at Comfort Suites Miami Airport North several times over the last 2 years and will stay there again in the future as we use this location for our accommodations before cruises.

    1.1 obviously based on 1, you’ll notice all of the shuttles are now booked and the manger basically told me tough luck, it’s in the fine print on their website. 2. Around 4 and 5:30 I called housekeeping and received no response. So I then called the main desk to ask for an extra pillow and blanket and she said housekeeping left and they won’t be back until tomorrow. They lock that up. Excuse me? You can’t bring me an extra blanket or pillow because housekeeping left for the day. UNACCEPTABLE. If you want a clean hotel, with subpar mattresses, and are fine with well below customer service. This is the place for you!

    I booked my room on October 25th and asked several questions to make sure I had a smooth transition from the airport to hotel then to the port to board cruise ship. I had a late flight so I called and asked questions and was given false information. I was told that the shuttle bus stopped at 12am, over the phone but clearly shuttle stops at 11:30pm so I had to order and pay for an Uber.     On November 09, the scheduled 12:30 p.m. shuttle bus to cruise port (Included in the hotel fare) never show up & we ended up paying $50.00 to hire a taxi to go to the cruise port. The next issue was on November 16, the shuttle bus from cruise port back to the hotel (We paid $47.25 for 3 passengers) We waited for 1/2 an hour for the bus but the bus driver denied us boarding but allowing another group of people to board. We ended up have to wait another 1/2 an hour but this bus took us to another location (bus terminal),to board a bigger bus & we have to wait another 1/2 an hour until the bus was fully filled up. A lot of time & money was wasted due to the poor shuttle service.

    Our flight arrived late and we called the hotel at what appears to be a shift change to find out about the status of our shuttle to the hotel. The front desk staff was horrible. We made it to the hotel after 11pm and the front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. She even snapped at me and told me to wait to ask her any questions. Our room was filthy and dusty. The next morning there was someone different at the desk and she was extremely pleasant and professional.

    Once at the motel, we checked in with about 10 other people at the same time from the shuttle bus. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in took maybe 5 minutes which included information about a room within the next 2 weeks for another stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. No issues to note there. The next morning when We went to breakfast, there was a lot of people eating at the same time, so it was crowded, so we just grabbed coffee and some toast and eat while we waited on the free tour bus to shuttle us to the Cruise terminal. We loaded the bus at 9:30am and was at the cruise terminal around 10:15am which included dropping people off at 3 different terminals before we arrived at our terminal. The motel was clean, efficient and the staff was friendly. We have stayed there in the past and will be staying there again in the near future as we choose this location for proximity to the airport and the free shuttle to the cruise therminal.

    The room felt dirty - any furniture you touched made you think a deep cleaning was necessary. I put the bath mat down for the shower and stepped on it from the floor with wet feet and you could see footprints on the mat. We were told to request a shuttle to the port upon checkin, well there were all full - quite disappointing.

    friendly staff, comfortable. It was busy with all the cruise ships going out the next morning. Plenty of room for breakfast. Our reservation for transportation to the port was guaranteed, we didn't have to worry about not having a seat. They used charter buses. Thank you, we will stay again,

    Shuttle to/from MIA airport only runs once an hour, on the hour. No bar, it’s “being renovated”. Shuttle to cruise ship is one van only, at 9:00 am. So that gets all those guests out of the way early, I guess that’s good for the hotel. For us, we will be at the cruise port three hours too early for check in. Hotel is adequate.

    They do not let u know that u have to sign up for the shuttle to the cruise port the day before u go. With that being said i had to catch an uber instead of the free service that was offered.

    The wait time to get a room is absolutely unbelievable. The shuttles were timely however amount of people waiting around with luggage and limited seating options, the housekeeping staff was making personal phone calls, texting etc. instead of getting rooms ready timely. You check out by 11:00 or much earlier in am yet not one room is done after hours.. We waited 6 hours! Find a different hotel, use uber the free breakfast and shuttle to the port are not worth it.

    I was in room 104 and the staff was goin in and out of the storage across from me all night, im a light sleeper and when they shut theirs door mine rattle and it was on going thing, Not cool at all. Get that door fix or dont assign nobody that room, sorry.

    We were also told that we didn't need to make reservations for the shuttle from the hotel to the port but when we got to the hotel we were told that there was no room left on the shuttle and we would have to take a taxi. This was very inconvenient and expensive. We also went to the front desk in the morning looking for a bath towel and was told we couldn't have one. Had to share a bath towel, not cool at all. Probably won't stay at this hotel again.

    The front desk was not responsive when we arrived at the airport looking for the shuttle, we had to call 3 times before an answer. We ended up getting an uber because it only came every hour and they couldnt tell us which gate it was going to be at. Then the front desk was not occupied when we arrived and the other people in the waiting area said it had been that way for about 10 mins. It was another 10 minutes before we saw anyone and she didnt apologize or make any comments about being absent. The lady on the desk in the morning was much more pleasant and accommodating!

    We booked this hotel because the description stated there was a shuttle to the cruise ships. There was nothing stating that the shuttle only went once per day and that you could only reserve your spot after you arrived at the hotel. We ended up having to get an Uber. Also, the bar was closed for renovations. Our travel mates had a toilet that didn't flush. Just a bad experience all around.

    Both phones were not working. There was a power strip with usb outlets that do not work. But the stripe is hooked up to wall outlet. No labeling saying not working. This caused inconvenience qhen i found our battery banks not charged in the morning.

    The room was super clean and perfect for the night before a cruise. They offered a shuttle from the airport to the hotel along with shuttle service to cruise port. And all the staff was very friendly! We arrived early before check in but the girl at the front desk allowed us to lock our luggage away until check in. And the continental breakfast was very good! We definitely enjoyed the waffles! There is also a bar/grill within walking distance along with a McDonald's and Subway.Will definitely be booking again for our next cruise!

    The first room we were put in had an air conditioner that sounded like an airplane taking off. Contacted the desk and was told no more rooms were available. I went on-line and was able to book a room. I re-contacted the desk and advised them of this. They were then able to find me another room. This room smelled very musty, Tried to change again but was given the same story. Just decided to stay in the second room. Room wasn't cheap. Should have been better taken care of and had better customer service. Will never stay here again.

    When we arrived, we were given a dirty room. Check in took forever and once checked in the receptionist left to See if the room was clean, she was gone about 10 minutes. We get to the room and it was filthy. I believe she went to make the bed up. Bathroom have been touch probably since the people before me left. It must’ve been a leak or something, because they had a fan blowing and it smelled like mold. We immediately left and went back downstairs and was booked in a double but I paid for a king size room. The breakfast was good as well as the free ride to the cruise ship.

    The room was dirty, underneath the bed sheets was a tissue with something wrapped in side (I did not open it) hair and also something thick and brown appear to be dry or dead skin or possibly a thick old toe or finger nail. None of the housekeeping staff spoke English. I was offered an 50% off discount for the inconvenience but when I sent the manager the photo I taken that she asked me for, she informed me to contact hotels.con then they would contact comfort suites for the refund authorization. That was on Sunday September 14, I still haven’t had my issue resolved.

    The room itself was not very comfortable, and the overall environment was noisy. Several nearby guests left their doors open and allowed children to run freely in the hallways, yet management did not intervene to maintain order. In addition, there was no maintenance staff available to address issues such as a clogged toilet and a broken TV. When we requested extra pillows, we were told there were none available and that housekeeping could not assist. Overall, this property provided little more than a place to sleep, and given the lack of comfort, service, and attentiveness from staff, I would not choose to stay here again.

    I stayed at the hotel as a layover for a flight the next morning. It was convenient and comfortable. Unfortunately the shuttle ride didn't take me to the airport as planned. It stops at several hotels before this one, and the driver told the front desk that they weren't sure if they would be able to load my suitcase. I decided to use an Uber, because I didn't want to find out the hard way that they wouldn't be able to carry me and my luggage

    The rooms are big and clean, the front desk was very helpful. The place was quiet and no noises from the neighbouring rooms. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to and from the airport which is a bonus. Checking in was prompt and speedy. Breakfast is booked all together with the room, I enjoyed the breakfast, very health and not too busy I would definitely recommend this hotel
