    Convenient location, coupled with its roof top restaurant across from the airport are the big pluses for this hotel, and the dishes on its menu are very good. On the other hand, breakfast in its lobby area must be purchased separately and wasn’t worth the price. That should have been included in the price.

    I’m not sure what happened to this hotel but it has gone downhill fast. We stayed here a year ago and it was good. This time around the hotel is filthy, communication between staffing is lacking, house keeping has gone down along with hotel maintenance. I definitely would not recommend nor will I be returning for future Miami trips

    Love that’s a no pet zone whilst I respect people’s love for pets there a lot of people who are allergic to pets most prominent cats and dogs and makes it really difficult for us at hotels …. Overall hotel was good n convenient a little more effort can go in cleaning but overall a good hotel I’ll definitely return

    The staff are amazing, the property is well maintained, it's a little far from dinning options but not far from the airport. Be patient if you need to wait for the shuttle because traffic around the airport is heavy. The van driver was helpful and polite. It was night and day other hotel I booked in a Miami Beach.

    Convenient to the airport, clean and comfortable Checked in fully online, got there and there was a sign saying staff would return in a half an hour. Had to wait until they came back and then they just reached back and picksd up my key. Need a process where fully checked in can get their access when they arrive. Maybe a card access system where you get a code you can enter for access.

    Front desk/staff were pretty terrible. Not all that helpful, and attitudes weren’t the best. Every time you asked them for something it was like pulling teeth (facial tissues because the ones in the room were basically already depleted upon arrival).

    It's was the third time the property accommodated us in the second floor, in the room 202, 204 and 216 this time that we couldn't sleep because the A/C. It was to noisy and didn't cool down the room at all.

    As we unpacked some sand from our prior stay at the beach as well as some cookie crumbs were dropped on the floor, and they stay there for the rest of our stay, it made it very uncomfortable, and we did not like to be walking in the room without shoes as we could feel the carpet and floor dirty. I did ask the cleaning lady to please vacuum the room, but it did not happen. I surely will not return, as cleaning is very important and even after requesting it she did not care to do it.

    We'd paid for early check-in. We waited several hours to be checked in. We literally watched two other couples walk-in, go right up to the counter and get checked in though we'd been waiting. When I went to the desk to ask if our room was ready, I was told it was...that they were going to call me up next. When we finally got our room key, we found out that only one elevator was working. So, we waited for the elevator to go back and forth - making it back to the ground floor only after it seemed housekeeping staff no longer needed it because they were the only occupants and no one else could fit with them and their gear. When we got to our floor, there was debris from the elevator door opening all the way to our room door. Though there was a young lady mopping the tile floor around the elevator, it was obvious she was just wasting time. She swept nothing and mopped back and forth over paper and plastic pieces that was on the floor. The solution she was mopping with smelled nice though. When we opened the door to our room, it was obvious the room had not been cleaned and it was in close to disgusting. The first thing I saw when I walked in the room was the identification of apparently the guest who occupied the room before us. Before I took the ID down to the front desk, I check the room and found food in corners, a greasy handprint on the wall, cigarette burns in the ottoman and a coffee soiled carpet and tile.

    The room was spacious and exceptionally comfortable. The bed was perfect and the pillows super comfortable. I could have slept another few hours! The shower was also great - large shower head with great pressure and a handheld sprayer too. Loved it. It's not the quietest place since it's less than a mile from the airport. Traffic and planes can be heard but overall it was pretty muted and distant so I didn't really mind it. I run a sound effects app on my phone to play rain and storm sounds and it drowns everything else out for the most part.

    A shuttle tracker was provided which proved useful, we ended up taking an uber rather than wait for nearly an hour for it to return to the airport. The check in process was complicated by the employee maintaining a video chat whilst checking us in. This also led to a delay in getting packages which had been delivered and for which I was then charged a fee. The room has an unusual layout but was clean and the bed comfortable. However the noise from the road, airport and the persons next door made it impossible to have a peaceful sleep. The driver back to the airport was friendly and helpful.

    Extremely clean and friendly staff…you are next to the airport so you will hear planes coming and going all the time…don’t stay on the 5th floor you hear the restaurant above you including scraping of chairs… restaurant has great food but does come with a price tag…breakfast is a bit pricey too at $20 a person…cruise shuttle is included with a price and only if you have a large group going and since it was my husband and I they would shuttle us for $75

    The room was very nice. This room booking was made 11 months previous to arrival. When we arrived on the 8th May 2026 we were told that our room had been cancelled because they didn't have our card details. They said we would have to pay again which we did and then ask Booking.com for a refund which they said they would honour. Booking.com have asked Wydham Garden Hotel to agree to the refund, but their reply was no! We now plan to go back to the hotel before we fly home to sort this mess out. Not happy at all!

    We chose this location due to proximity to MIA and their shuttle. The hotel was fine. Nothing amazing, but was OK. I wouldn't chose it for a long-term stay, but that's me. The issue we had was their shuttle. First, the shuttle from MIA to the hotel - The shuttle runs every hour, so we waited for over an hour after collecting our things. The bigger issue was the shuttle to MIA. We got the schedule and arrived downstairs plenty of time before the shuttle left. We were informed, however, that the shuttle was full and they won't run again for an hour. That would have made us late for our flight, or close to it. No other shuttle or extra run was offered. We weren't the only ones affected, there were a number of people who were left without a timely ride. We ended up getting an Uber. The staff didn't really try to remedy the situation, which another run would have done the trick. Since we chose the hotel specifically because of the shuttle we were pretty disappointed.

    I have stayed at this hotel a few times. Housekeeping was better organized this time, last time they missed our room a few times. Pool area and hotel area was well kept and clean. Appreciated the water with lime at the front desk. Room was clean and had a fridge at good temperature (ie didn't freeze everything). Used the gym a few times and there were no towels. Air conditioning is loud and there is often noise from traffic at night and of course there is noise from the airport. We were on the highest floor. So if you are a light sleeper this is not the greatest location. Wifi was reliable. Overall everything was okay.

    The door to the bathroom was broke. Even if it wasn't broke, you could see through it to someone using the restroom. The air conditioning rattled all night. It's nice but not worth the money. I purposely chose it because I had a better rating and was a nicer place for my wife and kids. I should have saved two hundred dollars and choose another place.

    Very clean, comfortable room and Convenient location! We enjoyed the restaurant on site as well. We were not able to use the free shuttle as it was full when we needed it so we opted to pay for a car service instead of waiting for the next shuttle as it only runs once per hour.

    This hotel was close to the airport with a shuttle. That’s what was important. The restaurant closed at 9:30. Many people were turned away. The beds were very uncomfortable. The decor was sleek and modern. Also, they should have a shuttle sign up sheet. We had to be in the lobby 20 min. Early to assure our space on the hourly service.

    Early check in is an option on Expedia and the Wyndham websites, however I assure you I could not access it. This is an inconvenience for me as I always arrive earlier than the standard check in time. I called the sight the morning of check in and visited twice in the afternoon to no avail. I will not be returning.

    *The shuttle won’t stop for you unless you call the hotel and make sure the driver is actively looking for you. Note to hotel: The rude staff member was female and working on 3/10 at 4pm The food at the hotel has good ambiance but the food wasn’t great. I got a salmon dish and the portion was very small and it was bland.

    Booked a King Suite but was given a regular king room. Shuttle service to the airport only runs on the hour. There was a picture of how much towels, sheets, and basically everything would cost if you took them. So I’m not sure what clientele they mostly have. I wouldn’t stay here again.

    The staff here was pretty rude. I was ignored and felt like an inconvenience when trying to check in. The layout of the hotel room is dumb. Who puts the bathroom at the very beginning of the room? We felt like we couldnt come and go as we pleased because someone was showering. The A/C is loud as hell. Sounded like it was on verge of death, tried turning it off and it turned the heater on. Stay here if you like the sound of airplanes in the middle of the night.

    Very well run and conveniently located. The only reason I’m not giving it. A five star review is because they have a broken elevator, one of the two available and for the entire duration of my stay which was four days the elevator was out of service so it was a little Annoying having to have the entire hotel rely on only one elevator. Otherwise it’s a very well run and clean hotel with a very friendly staff.

    Prior to booking, the hotel advised on Expedia there is shuttle service . After calling Wyndham they did not and had to pay for transportation. Upon arrival at hotel , the room was hot and humid . The front desk advised it takes a while to get to temperature. The front desk person was rude and condescending. The temp was placed lower but not extremely lower and as a result the temp rised not fell making a more horrible sleeping environment after being delayed on multiple flights getting in. Then the next morning , no hot water for showers for 3 women who all needed to shower . I am a Wyndham Rewards member and a Wyndham Time Share owner and this is not ok. Wyndham properties have always been above the standard and I feel this should be shown to higher ups in order to fix the issues.

    We got to our room and unloaded our luggage was getting ready to go to bed and there was make up on the pillowcases and hair in the bed. I called the front desk and they didn't have anyone to come up and clean the room at that time so they moved us to another room. There was three of us women with six suitcases that already been opened and unpacked and we had to move everything on our own to another room with no help. On the website It says free parking and it's only for one night. It's not for multiple nights if you're going to the airport or on a cruise. I even called the hotel before I made a reservation to confirm the long-term parking was was free. They were not willing to give me a refund or a discount inconvenience of having to move at 11:00 in the evening after traveling all day with no help from staff.

    The hotel is very clean and the rooms were comfortable but we chose this hotel because of its proximity to Miami International airport and the presumption that there would be shuttle service. However, the shuttle only runs once an hour and it's kind of hit or miss whether or not you manage to snag one. For instance, we arrived in the lobby at 9:58 am for a 10 am shuttle and it had already left for the airport. That was frustrating but otherwise it was adequate for an airport hotel.

    Factifies are clean and in good condition. Some of the front desk staff, while polite, seem to be somewhat incompetent, including refusing to print out a receipt for me because I booked on a well-known travel services site, insisting that my receipt would come from that site. Pure nonsense! The charges were directly by the hotel itself to my credit card! Also, bizarre policy of not letting me check in an hour early (3:00 pm vs 4:00 pm) even though the room was apparently ready -- never ran into that before!

    The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. I would say 4.5 if I could. One elevator was down and it was busy, so we took the stairs, not an issue. It was fixed rather quickly. The hotel and rooms were clean and inviting. The .5 loss was the design of the restroom. It was unusual and offered little privacy.

    Excellent hotel for an unexpected flight delay. The staff, pool, fitness center, rooms/bed, shower pressure :-) were excellent. Special props to the 6th floor restaurant and its staff with the balcony looking out to the airport. However, the hotel should replace all of the windows with higher quality soundproof windows to buffer the traffic noise from the road.

    Listed as having an airport shuttle. Shuttle stops at 11pm. Our scheduled flight (not delayed) lands at 12:15am. Call them and I’m told it’s on me to figure it out. Don’t list it as having a shuttle if it doesn’t cover all times.

    The shuttle driver left early and then when she came back she asked me to put my own bags in the back (previously the other driver did that for the guests as part of the service and I literally WATCHED her take other guests bags OUT of the shuttle). She was rude and proceeded to lecture me on needing to be outside 15 minutes before the hour even though we were told that the shuttle leaves on the hour.

    Will never stay at a Wyndham Hotel again. Staff not friendly or helpful. Shuttle service to and from the airport is a nightmare. They charge you $15/day for your vehicle to stay in the lot even though the site says free parking and free airport shuttle. They need to organize and schedule the shuttles and not just run them on the hour. We waited over 1.5 hours for the shuttle after a long day of travel and ended up spending $25 on a taxi to get back to the hotel when we returned from our trip. They were supposed to pick us up but couldn't because the shuttle was full! Never received the free drink per person. The bartenders at The Pilot Bar were not friendly. Hire bartenders that at least talk to the patrons. Don't book this hotel if you're needing a decent park, sleep, fly hotel.

    This hotel is perfect for an overnight in Miami before an early flight. The room was very clean, and we especially love the top quality Beekman 1802 products—shampoo, conditioner, body wash in pump bottles in the shower, and hand soap and lotion in pump bottles at the sink. The shower is very strong, which feels great after a long day of travel. It felt like spa treatment! The beds are comfortable and with the blackout curtains and the room at the perfect temperature (use the thermostat on the wall) it was a great night sleep. The restaurant/bar on the 6th floor has good food too, so no need to leave the hotel for dinner. There's a McDonalds right next door, which is great for picking up an egg sandwich before heading to the airport.

    Stayed here before an early morning flight. Room was clean and nice. I had to get an uber at 5am bc their shuttle doesn’t run that early. Got terrible sleep due to the cars racing up and down the road and airplanes taking off all night.

    The website says free self parking but you check in and they then tell you it's $15/night to park and fly. Other hotel websites are open about charging you for parking while you travel. The Wyndham is expensive so saying free self parking implies that parking while you travel is included in the room charge.

    Even though I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, around 11 PM I heard someone trying to scan a key card. At first, I thought it might have been a mistake or noise from a nearby room. But about five minutes later, someone scanned a card again and actually opened my door. Thankfully, I had the door latch engaged, so the person couldn’t enter. I immediately called the front desk, and they told me it was “maintenance.” I cannot understand how maintenance would attempt to enter a room late at night without checking whether the room was occupied — especially when the DND sign was clearly displayed. This incident made me feel extremely unsafe, and it’s completely unacceptable for a hotel. I hope the management takes this seriously and reviews their protocols to ensure this never happens again.

    Has no fans for guests but they did allow early check in without extra charge. We would have sat in the lobby for another 3 hours had they not allowed us. $50 is a lot to pay for empty rooms on early check in. It’s really inconsiderate to charge fees to anyone knowing people travel and stay there being so close to the airport. We had a rough day getting to that hotel room and were told check in wasn’t for another 4 hours and if we wanted to we could pay $50 to get in early. Well the day to just get there had already cost a fortune. But like I said, I’m thankful they let us get to the room early, but in the future for others, please think about the journeys people take to even get there, $50 may not be in a budget after travel. Otherwise it was a good stay, have no complaints outside of that.

    I've stayed at this hotel before. This time the experience fell short of usual standards. The hotel overall is clean, including the room, gym and pool area. There is self parking at the hotel. The self serve coffee and lemon water are appreciated. Front desk staff were courteous. However, the housekeeping was unreliable and fell short. There were never any towels at the gym. I requested housekeeping and extra towels for the room twice. I never received the extra towels and my room did not make the housekeeping list. I had to double check with the front desk for this. Housekeeping missed emptying the garbage. The housekeeping policy of the hotel also falls short. Wyndham Garden used to offer daily house but this changed after COVID. Why is housekeeping upon request and limited to every three days? This is a hotel not a long term stay. Every other hotel that I have stayed at offers daily housekeeping. I also noticed that there is s security guard on the property during the day and at night. Previously I only saw a guard at night. Has the hotel experienced safety issues? Overall the stay was fine but it is these items that fell short of expectations which lead to an ok rating.

    Soon was clean and well put together. Only issue was after we left for the day to get the room clean we came back met one bed made up and the cleaner did not sweep the floor so stuff was on the floor until we left. Outside of that I would recommend it because it’s safe and it’s convenient and cozy.

    The hotel is very nice but I stayed there for 8 days and never got my room cleaned. Even after requesting to have it done it was not done. Then I found out after checking in that the breakfast is paid for separately, and I think this should be mentioned on booking websites.

    The first rooms floor was pretty dirty. MY feet were black and I cleaned the floor and my feet twice. Our first rooms ac did not work either and we had to change rooms. Overall it was nice and clean but those two small things made the stay a little annoying. We weren’t accommodated for either things.

    One issue I encountered involved my vehicle. I have a permanent handicapped disabled veteran tag. I parked in the handicapped spot. One evening, the front desk called my room to ask if I had a handicapped placard (security did not see one). I advised that it's on my license plate and is permanent. I'm guessing the handicapped display laws vary from state to state. Aside from this incident, I would definitely return to this property.

    Airport shuttle was nice and convenient to track on the app. Check in was fast and the lobby was bright and modern. We enjoyed the Pilot House for dinner and drinks, very yummy! The room was nice and modern, however, the AC unit was very loud, the towels were worn and the blow dryer was old. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely.

    Great hotel very close to MIA Airport. Nice restaurant (that it is a plus in the property). The airport transfer only happens one time per hour, so if you lucky you can be at the hotel fast otherwise you will need to wait for an hour at the airport

    Nice modern hotel. Close to the airport. You can hear the planes but it wasn’t a problem for me. The room layout, at least room 418 was SO weird! You walk in to an open concept bathroom which doubles as a closet. Did not like that at all. No shuttle to the cruise port either.

    The bed was so comfortable! We were returning from a trip to a resort with a terrible bed and this was our last night to relax before going home. This bed was exactly what we needed to reset for the end of vacation. The hotel is comfortable and very convenient for a quick night near the airport.

    It is very loud. It sounded like planes were coming out of the window. The street noise was also loud. I tried to block the noise out with the curtains on the wall, but discovered they don’t reach the window. The curtain rods only go on the wall, there are no rods above the window. I thought curtains were designed for windows, but these curtained were made ONLY for the wall O_o And then there are strip lights above the headboard and TV that do not respond to any wall switches. I called front desk to ask how to turn them off. The guy told me theres tiny little switches that are “very hard to find.” I thought he was making a funny joke, but no. He was actually serious. The switches were indeed hard to find. They are the size of a pinky fingernail and placed in usual areas. It’s as if they do not want guests to find them to turn them off. Its basically an anti-sleep room with lots of lights, sounds and action. Slept for 2 hours and took an uber to airport bc the shuttle doesn’t run early so if you have an early AM flight book a different hotel that offers 24 hour shuttle instead.

    After being told the hotel was paid for , we had an additional charge of 50 dollars a room holding fee, when we arrived pr was told they couldn't release the room. No complementary breakfast, pictures are misleading, extra charge of 21 dollars a person. I was unable to cancel one of the rooms that was not really needed, I thought I had until Sept 4 to cancel ,but they said no cancellation after August 22,

    Nice hotel. Good for one night stay near hotel. Hotel does not offer transportation to cruise ship pier unless for a large group. Front desk suggested uber would be best option. Just a warning as many have mentioned, the airport shuttle is not ideal. Runs once per hour on the hour. That means pick up at the airport starts approximately 15 minutes past the hour. Although the hotel and their shuttle app say otherwise, the shuttle DOES NOT stop at doors 28/29 unless dropping off guests. If you arrive near these doors, go to door 22 if you want a chance of being picked up. The hotel does not recognize any status guests may have who booked with hotels.com. You must ask and then they reluctantly give what they have to.

    My only disappointment with the service was not being able to enjoy the room service from the restaurant. I had to pick up my order from the restaurant rather than it come to my room. Overall the hotel is great.

    I did the online checking before hand and she still made me pull out my Id and credit card. The room needed to smell better, it was blonde hair in multiple supposedly clean towels, and the carpet area around the beds was filthy! That carpet should not have looked that way, they need to be deep cleaning carpet areas frequently because it holds dirt and smells!

    The property was close to the airport, very clean,good dining options on proeprty as well as close by and in a nice area with a good view. My only challenge was the shuttle. They said it comes every hour but i got out of the aiprot at 6:30 and never got a shuttle until almost 8 p.m.

    The Lady that checked me in was very friendly and kind. I was super miserable from a missed flight and a few delays. But she seems to have clocked it right away and got me checked in quickly for some much needed sleep.

    The older lady at front desk could multitask very very well. Although guests were checking out and packages still had to be collected, she was still able to control the situation as well as delegate security to assist wherever possible.. well done.
