Our stay was the best experience i have ever had. They allowed us to check in early. We cooked on our stay. Dishes, glasses, and utensils were provided. If i could rate it a 10, i would. We will be staying there again.

Room was run down, would never sit on the couch because it was so old and dirty looking.. rooms were not at all insulated so very loud.. didn’t get towels when left room to be cleaned

The ladies serving breakfast in the morning and cleaning the rooms sylvia, yuri and company were awesome. Attentive and genuinely happy to help they made the stay feel welcome and personal.

I love the price for the room for my 2 nights, 3 day stay. Highly recommend this property.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was good and always fresh. This is my 3rd time here and I will definitely be back again!

So my room is all ok... but the only down side that i can say is this hotel is infested with ants and bed bugs. Yes! You hurd me me right! Me and my sister and her husband and her baby got bitten by bed bugs. And when we told the front desk the guys is on indenial mode... saying that its all mosquitoe bites not bed bugs... and i we said its not mosquitoe bite coz who would bite you from ur butt to go down to ur legs... and even the baby got bitten on his face and legs. And also the whole time we stayed there ants is everywhere to the sink to the bathroom floors name it! You cant even leave or put down a spoon coz after 5 mins there are there! Anyway we let the manager know and she only said she will call ecolab.... and didn't even offer us a discount after we all been through.

Property was old and bedsheets etc were not as clean as expected.

The room was comfortable although I got a room right next to the door which I heard when I slept. I requested To move three times in all three times they could not honor the request. The room was clean it was nice the staff was excellent The quality of the food was very subpar The management of the hotel uses the lowest quality food they can find If they could shop at the dollar store and serve you that food I bet they would The coffee was excellent the food was school cafeteria quality at best Happy hours that they offer on Mondays to Wednesdays has bland low quality Low cost food that they probably spent $40 on lol do yourself a favor and order out

Our stay was almost perfect until two cars were broken into in front of my family. I think security on premises should be present even if the property is not responsible for theft and loss of personal belongings in their parking lot.

It was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. They respond quick when I needed any services and the breakfast was yummy!

Overall I had a great stay here. Came here for some quiet away from home before an important meeting. Despite being right next to the freeway I was able to find quiet time. The one thing keeping my review from being 5 stars is the fact that my room had ants. I saw one ant on the first day and then on the second day there was a good amount that had wondered their way into the dishwasher in my room. Nothing a little lysol couldn't kill. I am not sure how they got there since it was the second floor. Still had a good stay. Would come back again.

The suites are comfortable and had a well stocked, usable kitchen. Free parking and complimentary breakfast also made the price a good value. Our only complaint was that the pool area was small and was being used by a family of 30 people (not all guests) to throw a birthday party, which made it pretty un-usable.

The GM welcomed us. He upgraded us and made us feel like family. All employees We came in contact with couldn’t have been more helpful. Our room was super clean. The beds are extra comfy, and the breakfast are just amazing.

Other than that, the staff were very nice especially the breakfast crew which was really delicious. This place needs to be upgraded especially for the amount being charged to stay a night which was $250. Not worth it

The front desk staff at this location was very friendly and helpful. So was the manager!! I stayed here solo on a trip to visit family. My room was great. I had a living area with a sofa, desk, table, chairs and a full kitchen that included a full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave and dishwasher. The bedroom was large. The bathroom was also large with a big vanity/sink area. Nice Size walk in Shower. Breakfast was great. Hot and cold options. There is a fire pit for evenings and a gas grill if you want to grill outside. Convenience store within walking distance but snacks only, no alcohol options. Still, highly recommend this hotel!! felt very safe and it was clean and comfortable!

I loved having a kitchen with a full refrigerator and dish washer! I got it last minute for an awesome price so it was a no brainer. Why go with a little hotel room when you can basically have an apartment?

My family and I return to this site every year if not twice per year. The staff is always polite and accommodating. This is my favorite Hotel, feels like home away from home.

What can I say, this place saved my family vacation when another provider failed on the contract. I was able to book very easy. The employees were impressively professional and accommodating. Highly recommend

rooms were clean, quiet, and the staff top to bottom was about as kind and thoughtful as you can imagine.

The property is fine. The few times I have stayed there have been great. My only complaint is the elevator. Either the elevator needs maintenance or needs new parts

Check in was excellent, customer service was spot on, the room was ok, shower was not clean at all, there were still hair in the shower and the oven was definitely not clean at all, it started smoking from whatever that spilled in the oven from previous tenants. House keeping really needs to be looked at.. especially the cleanliness of the rooms.

Lovely hotel. Pet friendly was our number one priority. This hotel is that but also clean and well run. As with most big cities you have to drive to get anywhere but we expected this. Will absolutely stay here again when visiting family.

We loved the service from this hotel. Tony was kind and took time to listen to us. The ladys from the breakfeast area, were VERY friendly and kind. They always asked us if we needed anything and took our used dishes when we finished eating.

The hall ways smell really bad like an old building. Carpet needs to be replaced and they need to do something about the ants. They were everywhere and got in out stuff and food. There were some in the bathroom too. Not good for the price.

We had a 2 bedroom suite. The property was very clean, beds were super comfy. We LOVED that each bedroom had a full bathroom in it. I've never seen that before. It made 4 teeenage girls getting ready for the Taylor Swift concert much easier. We will definitely stay again!

The Hotel was great. Entire property was clean and staff were wonderful. The continental breakfast was outstanding with everything fresh and tasty. Great variety too. Room was very clean and comfortable. felt like home.

Perfect for family stay

We had a great stay- my daughter and I! The front desk was so helpful, kind and professional. Check in was super easy. Parking was perfect. Only downside was the elevator broke on day 2, and was not fixed during our stay- we were on the 3rd floor. Thankful to housekeeping and the front desk who carried our bags down the stairs and placed on the trolley for. She went as far as pushing it to our car to load. Highly recommend

The hotel it’s so clean and the staff is so wonderful… Specially one of the ladies in breakfast, I didn’t get her name but she was such a sunshine she was so great with all the guests always smiling and so friendly. There was another lady there that wasn’t in a very good mood, but I guess she wasn’t having a good day. Breakfast was clean and so wonderful, but special thanks to one of the ladies that made my family and I feel so great during breakfast both days that we were there.

Hello it was a great place but it did not have food near by . But the service was great and the hotel was quiet the pool was very cold the jacuzzi needs to be warmer !!!

When traveling as a family with two kids, I always prefer extended stay hotels, even if it's just for one night. This Residence Inn did not disappoint in any way. Our one-night stay was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was VERY nice and professional. I even had a chance to meet a member of the maintenance staff, because my wife clogged the toilet! He showed up in under 5 minutes from my call to the front desk, was super nice on arrival even though the job wasn't ideal, he plunged the horror in minute, and kindly left like it was just another day. Kudos to him! Oh, and the free breakfast was decent too.

Room is clean and spacious but the front desk workers are not friendly and not welcoming. They represent the hotel so they should put personnel there that’s happy with their job.

I usually have great stay but this time I felt my privacy was violated and I wasn't safe. I felt i was disregarded by staff and not treated as I should have been as a repeated paying guest.
