Great place to stay and clean

Great location. Comfortable bed. Room smelled fresh & clean when we checked in. AC worked great and having a microwave was convenient.

I thought the room was a good size for two adults and the bed was clean.

Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable! Great place to stay for the price, will definitely come back and stay here if I'm ever in the area again! Thank you so much to the kind gentleman who worked the front desk, very nice and helpful.

Great towels but maybe put a few more in the room. Great shower and soap dispensers instead of teenie tiny packets. Huge room. Nice bed. Nice location. Only issue: They seemed sparse with the amount of food available for breakfast.

Very uncomfortable Room. As soon a I open the Door i smell very weird smell that looks like it locked for ages. Also this there is no work desk and chair. Fridge and Microwave is on the floor. No hand soap, No Shampoo as soon as i checked into room. Also Blankets smells very bad and not so fresh. Though it is a non-smoking room people smoking right Infront of their rooms including weed. We didn't end up staying because the receptionist/lady at the front desk booked us into a room that was already occupied. Imagine walking in to a room & someone is already there. So, we left & stayed at the Embassy Suites.

We arrived with my family at 11:20 p.m. The hotel room was quite old; the beds were dirty, the sheets were unclean, and on top of that, there were insects inside the room. The bathroom— the toilet was loose, it looked like it was going to break. The shower was rusted on the metal, and there was mold. It gave me no sense of hygiene or safety for me and my family. We decided to leave. Half an hour after we arrived at the hotel, I spoke with reception; he agreed to move us to another room. But, definitely, the hotel did not deserve a second chance, especially if they don’t care about cleanliness and customer safety. 0 out of 10, not recommended; we preferred to go to another hotel and pay again for a service that this hotel did not provide.

Breakfast was what I expected, the location was ideal, the hotel rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful! There were a number of tripping points around the handicap and regular parking areas, like uneven bricks and uneven pavement! The swing bar lock was broken on the door! The bathroom sink was leaning forward quite a bit and kind of looked like it was going to fall off the wall! It didn't!

I was very pleased with the stay. The front desk was super helpful. The room was clean, large and comfy. The price was good too. The only negatives were that the room was missing the mini-fridge and the breakfast was good but lacking any real food.

Rooms clean but a little run down, appliances missing buttons, furniture a bit damaged, no hangers in room, although staff was able to provide. About average to a little below for the price.

The outside quarters can be a little better.

The sheets were not changed. They were stained. The room only came with one towel. The parking spot were very narrow and small, we did not feel safe parking there. Staff was very dismissive when asking questions or voicing concerns.

Parking was small and impossible to park and get in or out. Rooms smelled like smoke . Rooms were renovated poorly. Beds were bad . Sheets were itchy. It wss a 2 star hotel and not close to a 3!

Hotel claims to be three star hotel, in fact it deserves only two star rating.

the 1st room we were assigned was hidden under a stairwell and we did not feel safe. they did move us to a room, that room had no phone, no extra blankets, the heater worked on and off. the bathroom window did not lock. will not stay there again

The area smells so bad, the elevator smelled like dead rat, we are ADA couples. so, we need to be near the elevator, but we were assigned on the third floor, it was fine if the elevator don't stink, but it stink so bad we have to use the stairs with our painful knee, we left early because we could not stand the smell.

Place is cool if you’re looking to crash just for night . Other than that I wouldn’t stay . Place seems a bit sketchy . My room had spider webs in the ceiling. I got woken up by someone yelling outside at like 5am. The hotel is right next to train tracks so keep that in mind . Overall it did what it had to do. Would I stay there again if needed to … no .

It’s okay breakfast people complained I gotta say it was nothing! Coffee was awful! Heartburn killed me one small cup! Room was okay but this for the price was good! Just don’t expect anything extra

Not clean and no sweeping around property

Additionally, the breakfast was honestly just sad. The only two options were bread and yogurt. I have never been to a hotel with that little of options. The beds were decently comfortable, but that was the only good aspect. Overall, we were incredibly disappointed with our stay and will definitely not be returning back here.

condominium home. We never used Room 119, a handicapped room.

The coffee pot that didn’t work along with cups etc were on a tray on a small shelf in the bathroom but no electrical outlet. I had to move the tray to the dresser/desk. I later had to wash the tray in order to put my tooth brush and other items needs. Then that tray sat in the toilet seat. The only chair available was a fairly worn office chair at the desk. There wasn’t a comfortable chair to relax. There wasn’t also a small table to eat other than the desk. The bed and linens were excellent!!! That helped me get the needed rest that I needed. I made the necessary arrangements to me my needs. My sister was in a wheelchair and if she was traveling alone in the same room it would have been difficult for her. I say all of this as constructive criticism for improving the room. I won’t return and have shared my experience when asked.

The room was clean and comfortable. Although there is a coffee pot, when I asked for extra packets, my request was denied. I was told that I could get coffee any time; but the room is locked after hours. Also I was requested to pay a $100.00 additional deposit which I refused except I received an additional receipt for the deposit. The clerk then booked the room without the deposit.

The only issue was the handle on shower was hard to move. But it worked.

Rooms appear to have a Band-Aid on them, appearing newly freshened and semi clean. Beds are uncomfortable only get two pillows per bed, which were very lumpy. 1 o’clock in the morning, a lady was roaming the property screaming and yelling looking for her daughter. This went on for about two hours. Seems like she was checking every door. Finally, she went away. Property smells like cigarette smoke and marijuana. Free Continental breakfast consist of sliced bread, Cheerios, cornflakes, yogurt, and some fruit. Overall, I would not stay here again, unless I had to definitely not family-friendly. Definitely get what you pay for.

The Rodeway Inn Milpitas was not an inviting location. The staff were unfriendly. The entire facility is rundown and in need of major upgrades. The floor of the elevator had broken and missing tiles. The floor in the room had broken tiles... I could have reached under the main door to the room as the weather stripping was no longer there. I was not comfortable and would not have wanted to return to the location in the dark. I checked out and went someplace else.

The building is old and beat up. The room was clean but the tv remote had dandruff on it. I will not be stating again.

Hotel is not bad for the price you pay I guess, the first room we got the ac was blowing not so cold air. We gave it an hour before going to the office to complain in which we switched us room right away and apologized for the error. The quality I would say would be a step higher from a motel 6. Woke up to ants in the bathroom also, love seat or the chair in the corner of the room was very filthy and stained.

The smell was bad for anon smoking room. Wasn’t like I expected.

Pictures can be deceiving. The beds were comfy and nice but the area is pretty sketchy. Loud people and slamming of doors late into the night. Parking is terrible and not much room. Most of the furniture needs to be replaced. Or leather desk chair was completely worn and torn and the sitting sofa chair looked like a bloody murder scene with old red blood stains. I wouldn’t say it’s the cleaners it’s the building and furniture that needs upgrading.

There was nothing said about a security deposit when I booked the hotel and the person who checked me in told me I had to pay it in order to get my reservation. He also refused me a receipt of this deposit when I asked for it

The cleanliness of the property can be improved. There were hair in the shower pan and it was apparent that the window sills were painted over and over.

No staffs fixing up bedding’s and bathroom amenities. My bath towels wet and new towels haven’t replaced the next day unless you tell them. Disturbing noise started too early on a Saturday morning. Overall, cleanliness and good smells when entering the room. Recommend for short period of lodgings.

The window in bathroom cannot lock, the plug of the hair dryer was broken. Mattress is soft and irregular shaped. A very basic motel, nothing wrong if you just stay for a night

This property is very well maintained. It's close to the Geat Mall and restaurants. Continental breakfast is very limited. I had to find a place to have breakfast at, because the options are limited to toast, yogurt, fruit, and apples.

I woke up with the cockroach in my bed. when I was checking out the person at the front desk who appeared to be the owner was on his Bluetooth and when I tried to mention it to him and showed him a picture of the cockroach he pointed to his ear and said he was on the phone so I didn’t even bother and just left after check out . The room was also not very clean as well as the perimeter of the building with trash this was the first time I have stayed there and was very unsatisfied I have stayed in the area before and there is plenty of nice places with better service.

Great place, I had a better stay than the courtyard Marriott nearby. Better bed and better parking. They can do better with cleaning of coffee machine and keep better breakfast and coffee quality. Complimentary breakfast was useless.

The location of the hotel

I prefer a bathtub, there was only a shower. However, the room was so spacious that it made dealing with work related logistical anomalies easier, much easier. :^)

Minimally maintained property. Stained sofa. Smelly pillow and blanket. Leaking and extremely loud air-con. Very noisy no matter which timing you are in the room, people talking, car opening, cleaning trolley on hard floor. Non functioning fridge and light bulbs. Microwave were so old there were discolorations in it. Tissue box were not refilled. Sometimes towel smelled like wet market.

I liked how it was a quite clean area and they had a pool so that was a cool addition about the hotel,
