Ghetto and when I got to the hotel I thought i rented a hotel not a motel ! When I showed up to my room the restroom was dirty and I was disappointed I called for them to clean it and no one ever showed up. If you like motels then this is the place if you want to find a nice place don’t rent here It was ghetto and dirty

Breakfast was good, rug in room looked and felt dirty.

The room wasn’t clean when we got there. While the bedding was clean and made up, the floors had crumbs from previous occupants and the carpet had several large stains on it. The breakfast was not great (powder eggs and microwave bacon). The photos online are quite deceiving. The hotel is run down and we didn’t feel comfortable utilizing the amenities. I would not stay here again.

Breakfast & location The room was small, it felt crowded. The ac fan made noise all night when the ac would shut off. It smelled like if the carpet was damp. It felt humid in the room. It was cooler outside. The parking area is small, there was ppl in the parking lot getting high on weed the smell gave me a headache. The money we paid wasn't worth it, Comfort Inn is suppose to be a nice place we have stayed at other Comfort Inn hotels that were very nice, huge parking more than one elevator. Your property looks old, needs remodeling, we will not be returning.

Relatively affordable. You couldn’t pay me to stay again. The internet doesn’t work. The rooms smell like musty marijuana. I finally got a clean one and then the neighbors come out to the porch smoking weed. Cigarettes, crack, cigars, weed, meth - I just don’t want to be breathing that stuff in - weird, huh? Customer Dis-service The evening attendant, Eileen, at the front desk had the maturity of a toddler (not sure she was of legal age to work). She also had the customer service skills of a toddler’s dirty diaper. Shame on management to hire somebody so entitled, so immature, antagonistic, arrogant and narcissistic that they clearly don’t believe in customer service. Said attendant was caught refusing to pick up the phone when 3rd party reservations attempted to call this property to resolve a booking discrepancy. The said toddler attendant then stated that I had no right to come in there and tell her to do her job (pick up the phone) and then declared on behalf of the property that I was no longer welcome at the property. Never again. Because the poor judgement of management is reflected in the immature, entitled, arrogant, contemptuous and narcissistic incompetence of their customer dis-service toddler, Eileen. Poor judgement and poor decisions = bad business and bad business has consequences.

Room at check in was not clean. Moved us to another room where floors had not been cleaned and there was hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Front desk stated pool closed at 9 pm and when it was clearly past that time I had mentioned to him the noise and loud music as well as smoking outside by the pool he made a very inappropriate comment.

We checked in around 10pm and the service was prompt, polite and brief. From the lobby you can see a wide range of surveillance around the parking area. That actually gave me piece of mind since this part of Moreno Valley is a little sketchy. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with all the travel essentials. The best features are the large in-shower shampoo/conditioner and the bedside reading lamps. AM breakfast was pretty good: hot coffee, juices, bagels, bacon eggs and waffles. The attendant did a good job of keeping things stocked as well. Overall, it was a nice comfy overnight stay and a good value for the price.

We had a wonderful stay at Mountain Meadows Cabins. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and easy to find, which made check-in and arrival stress-free. The cabin had great amenities and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful property itself—our dogs absolutely loved exploring and walking around the grounds. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn; for the price I paid, I was expecting a little bit better customer service and cleanliness. The room smelled like smoke. I asked for a non-smoking room overall disappointed customer. I will never stay there again, the employee by the name of Josh had bad customer service and was unwilling to help. My husband was very sick and needed assistant young man was rude. I paid $197 to stay in a dump. Even the water was five dollars a bottle one of the reasons I’m giving it two stars when I went back to check in customer service was a little bit better. He was a different young man.

The stay was comfy, the room was clean and bright, the black out curtains do their job well!! :) breakfast is great there is a lot of variety, i love the hot breakfast, folded eggs with cheese and sausage links is my favorite. House keeping is very professional and so friendly, they are quick too. The parking lot sometimes gets messy but staff are quick to clean up and make it comfortable again. Overall our stay had been great.

I liked the location as it was almost directly off the freeway. Although I did not use it, a hot tub was nice to have. Absolutely horrid parking if you’re returning late at night and hotel is full. Had to park inbetween storage containers in a sketchy part of the street. Room had many damages like a hole in the bathroom door.

All was well if it weren't for guest 3 doors down fighting, cursing and slamming their door for the two days I stayed here. This made the stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, there was no phone in my room to contact the office. At the rate I rented, the stay wasn't worth it.

Staff was horrible room was dirty especially bathroom floor towels are old and I used the towel for the bathroom floor and towel got dirty because of the floor getting wet and towel became dirty so they kept my $100 deposit I can't see it was my fault due to bathroom floor was dirty and I needed to wipe water up cause water gets every where when you shower .So they kept all the deposit for that ! That happens to many people that stays at that hotel they have undocument workers there it's a decent area it's just the Manager and staff that run that hotel for 1 towel that became dirty because of bathroom dirty floor they kept my $100 dollars and towels only cost $7.99 at stores it sad how there able to do that I clean the room before I left better then what it was .so be careful don't expect to get your deposit back they do it to everybody

Disgusting. We booked online for one night. Upon check-in and arrival we entered the room and it reeked of smoke from the moment we stepped in. What kind of smoke I could not tell you. Our parents were also in the same hotel but different floor and had dropped of their belongings earlier. They had mentioned smell of moisture and I did not believe them. After experiencing the heavy smoke, the parking lot with shady individuals, and the front desk's strong emphasis on not smoking in the rooms I realized this is all par for the course. What audacity to emphasize a 'nonsmoking room' as such when it stinks. Either the room needed proper monitoring and airing out, or the hotel has no shame period. This is not a place you want to stay at even for one night let alone work there. We immediately called the front desk and told them we would be checking out and booking elsewhere due to the scent. We received verbal confirmation that a refund would be allowed but that we would have to go through Expedia since that is how we booked. Now the hotel is not budging and has denied a refund. Do not stay here, even for one night. The Ayres hotel was lovely.

The carpet was so dirty that our shoes would stick to it when we walked. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the bathroom smelled like cat pee severely. The bathroom smelled so bad I didn’t shower, which was good because there was a pubic hair in the bathtub from the prior person.

Needs more lighting

Breakfast was good. It was difficult to access the hotel because of the locked gate; had to go around the parking lot maze. The Moana front desk guy was really rude. I was asking for help to check in, but his snappy rude responses and belittling attitude made want to cry. I felt horrible and did not want to do business with him. He seriously needs customer service training. When I went back in, I did not want to talk because the Moana guy was there, so my daughter had to do the transaction with the other gentleman that was there. He was very respectful and really helped us out with our check-in. I would rather not go back to this hotel because of the severly poor customer service I experienced here.

The painting is not yet finished in the bathroom, the door doesn’t close unless you squeeze out of the way of the door in the bathroom. The door frame is almost coming off. But the people were very courteous

I only stayed 1 night of the three I paid for. There was no elevator, did not feel safe. The lobby was in a different building than the rooms. Was not what I expected, stayed at the same chain in Mississippi and it was so much nicer! Was disappointed!

In the first room assigned, the floor was dirty. I took pictures and showed the desk clerk. She explained that they were stains and in the process of being resolved. This did not look good to this customer, nor was that comforting. I was told the section was the renovated side. I would have to see the unrenovated side!

I had hair on my bathroom sink counter.... Everything else was good to go... The staff were very polite and kind. The young lady in the breakfast room Tues -Thurs was very on point and did a great job. we had great conversation.

Pool has mold, hair, and random things on the water. Hot tub is the same as the pool, but more moldy. Entrance door gets stuck to close and bathroom. Comfort blanket for the bed had blood stains and candy.

We decided to stay at this hotel for one night. We were in town for a memorial and trying get a decent hotel is hard because you dont know the condition and the price can be over kill. I wasnt too sure we should stay because I wasnt thrilled about the photos being advertised. Once we got the room i was proven wrong. The staff was friendly and they had great breakfast. My waffle was yummy. The bacon taste like plastic, but still enjoyable. It was humid outside, so the air condition blew smoothly and we were able to check in early. The one thing my husband disagreed with was the bed was a little gard and the iron was mediorce. I would stay here again.

It was the perfect amount of space for the kids and I while we were in town. Even our dog like it. Its an old hotel but have been well taken care of and modenized. I was surprised that our room had a little kitchen sink area. It really made a huge difference having that. Ill deffinitely stay here again when I visit.

of my late arrival at 3:30am and they were very accommodating and waited for me to check in at that time. Which I appreciated. I felt this was a great way to show they cared about me as a client. Has a breakfast bar. Room was clean, bed was soft and comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows, sheets smelled and appeared clean, lots of towels in the bathroom available. On the down side: Facility and rooms need an upgrade . Room appears run down. Room fotos did not represent what room really looked like. Overall happy with experience and hotel served it’s purpose.

Manager took care to provide excellent customer service from room location to breakfast amenities. Comfort Inn & Suites gave us a first class stay. The room was remodeled clean and well equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot and even an ironing board. The bed was very comfortable and gave us a very restful night's sleep. Highest recommendation for this property.

Our second-floor room had no window screen, which is not only uncomfortable but also a potential safety issue. The window opened fully, which to my understanding is a safety violation — especially on higher floors. Even more concerning, the door didn’t lock from the inside, leaving us feeling unsafe the entire time. To top it off, we noticed the elevator inspection certificate was expired, which raises serious concerns about maintenance and safety standards in the building. To be fair, I understand that I could have complained or requested a room change — but I was in town for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to deal with these issues while managing more urgent matters. . This hotel needs to be much more transparent about its amenities and take guest safety more seriously. Definitely won’t be staying here again or recommending it to others.

The first room we were given smelled so bad of weed. The second one smelled clean but wasnt. I have stayed here many times and this was the worst. As we were leaving that was poop in the elevator. The front desk blew it off like it was normal.

I heard the people above me on the 3rd floor walking and their bed squeaking. The carpet is old. The bed is lumpy. Good breakfast.

Wasn’t really a handicapped room as asked for. Was ground level. Extremely slippery tub area. No way a wheelchair or a walker could have been used in the bathroom. Door and toilet almost touches. Back of bathroom door had something nasty l over it. Way too low of a toilet for any normal human let alone a mobility impaired person. Never was made aware of either by hotels website or hotels.com that there was a pet fee everything just said pet friendly. It was $25 additional per dog fee. Also no “per area” like every other hotel we have stayed at. So in addition to the $50 extra pet fee we had to pay an additional $100 as a room deposit. Upon check in and me questioning this fee I was informed she was being nice she could charge me $300. I will not be using this hotel again and will be rethinking ever using Comfort Inn Suite a Choice hotel. Yes we could have complained and left we were dead tired after traveling 10+ hrs and we still had to meet family.

Overall cleanliness was fair. The most horrible smell came from the air conditioning unit once changed from cool to heat. That my husband and I had to open to door to air the smell out of the room. My two small children couldnt bear the smell either. Other than that fair stay

The carpet in the room seemed to be old and not well cleaned. The bathroom was very very small. When you enter the bathroom, it was very hard to close the bathroom door unless you tucked yourself between the toilet and counter. They didn’t not offer “privacy please” door hangers.

The hotel did not have enough parking spaces they asked me to park on the street or risk getting towed my neighboring businesses. Also people in the room between me and my kids room where fighting and smoking definitely not a family environment very disappointed the rooms themselves where clean and nice.

The room was quiet and convenient. Great amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron). The room was clean- chair and carpet free of stains, bathroom clean and in working order with plenty of fresh towels. The only disappointment was both ice machines were resetting and out of ice when I needed ice water which was understandable due to the temp at 112 degrees. I have stayed at this Comfort Inn location twice before. I plan on returning when I'm in the area.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I didn’t even end up staying. Upon walking into my room it smelled of cigarettes sooo bad I had to immediately walk out and ask for another room. I was offered a suite which smelled of cigarette smoke as well so we left. I asked for a refund and was denied and still charged for a one night stay. Horrible service I do not recommend this hotel

It was pretty much a motel. My kids did not want to touch anything in the room and for breakfast you were confined to one room and could not leave because they were watching you on camera, if you left the breakfast area they would take your deposit.The pool was dirty the housekeepers went in the room without my permission. Sorry would not stay ever again.

The woman at check in was very friendly and helped find a room that was immediately available. Great customer service! The place is older and although the housekeepers did a great job cleaning the rooms and surrounding areas the hotel needs to be updated which is out of the staffs control. Area is a little run down but overall it did the job. We had a clean place to sleep at a reasonable nightly price. Staff was very attentive and housekeeping did excellent job. I truly hope the management acknowledges the staff for their excellent work! The front desk woman (burgundy hair) and housekeepers went above and beyond! They deserve a raise for sure!

The restroom need to renew

The pictures did not match the experience. Not sure if they were going through a renovation but that’s the only things I could think of. Also, the breakfast was served in a side room that needed to be opened by the staff with limited chairs and tables along with a big sign that said guest couldn’t take the complimentary breakfast back to my room or I’d be charged $25???? WTH! I’ve never experienced this before in my life.

It was all together a nice stay it would have been nice to been able to check in early but we had to wait in our vehicle for 4 hours for our room to be ready and also our keys kept not working had to keep going to front to get them fixed

It’s was a nice place to stay. Nothing special, but a fair price and friendly staff. The price of snacks and water in the lobby is ridiculously expensive, but it was fine.

Friendly staff. Room was clean. Allows easy cash depoist and nice to receive back at check out without having to waiting for pending holds depoist which can take weeks

Bathroom tub was dirty and seen a bug
