The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The rooms and hotel in general are very old and run down. The tub is old, worn and had no drain cover. The hotel smelled old and misty.

Very disappointing stay. The key card didn't work properly, and I had to go to the front desk twice to get assistance. Unfortunately, the front desk employee was rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the room didn't have air conditioning—only a small plastic fan, which was not adequate. Overall, the service and accommodations did not meet expectations, and I would not stay here again.

Cockroaches in the room. Walls had smudged things on the wall. Bedding had burn holes and stains on sheets and blankets. Air conditioning never worked. Sliding glass does off the rails. Screen was off the sliding glass door. Balcony was loose. Shower was a hazard. Needed a floor mat. Very slippery. Only 2 towels provided. Had to wait for mor towels when staff came in the next morning. Male staff was very rude. We would have left but the stay was non refundable! We were very disappointed.

The room was clean, stains on the bedding fruit flies in the hallway that got into our room. While locked out in the hallway the staff let me in the room so i was on the fence weather to be happy or upset because they didn’t confirm it was my room. Also my family and i all got ready to get in the hot tub and were met with a cold pool of water… the breakfast was fine could be better if i was allowed to eat in my room other then that it way okay wasn’t horrible but wasn’t something id recommend

Absolutely nothing The hotel looks nothing like the pictures, the guy working was rude and hotel room was dirty.

I want my money back. Bathtub was dirty. Walls were dirty and broken. Blinders were broken and on the corner spiders. The AC and heating were nasty. My bed was with stairs. When I saw that I wanted to cancel immediately but hotels around were sold out.

The property itself needs updates and proper maintenance. The halls smells of smoke terrible. They need to invest in sheets as there were lots of stains. The biggest issue I had was at 2 in the morning we

The bathtub knob was broken and kept falling off, making it difficult to use the shower. When I tried calling the front desk for extra towels, the phone in our room didn’t work. I then tried calling from my cell phone multiple times, but every call was disconnected. The only positive thing I can say is that the hotel was conveniently located across the street from the sports complex where we had our tournament. Other than that, this stay was stressful and uncomfortable. Never again. Please read reviews carefully before booking here. It was absolutely not worth it.

We didn’t use the breakfast. Only used the hotel for the overnight stay. I think the electronic locks need updating. Room was clean but only enough towels for one. Not a big issue but noted to staff.

This is a budget hotel with a convenient location. Rooms are ok and beds were comfortable. We just needed a place to spend the night near 101 and this hotel did the job. The rooms were clean. Free parking. Simple breakfast, toasts, waffles, orange juice, coffee, tea, milk, cereal and bananas.

Location was what we needed. Whole place reeked of cigarettes! I’m pretty sure the managers whole family lives there. It’s so disgusting, nasty stains all over the place. Clean room: The room was assigned to Us was completely duty, no body cleaned, was a lot of beers cans, was terrible, I went to font desk and told what happened and they give different room but the front desk people they don't care anything. Honestly, I don't know how this business has License. No body offer any sorry or apologize

The place is an average place for the value. Tried to check out this morning at 8:30 and could not locate anyone for an hour so left the key on the counter and left as could not find key drop off box. Nothing to get excited but again it’s good for the price.

Worst motel in the world. Smells like mold, bed sheet has stains, the fridge is half broken with rust inside, the blowdryer switch is broken, the bathtub paint is half peeled off, the pillows smelled like dead rats. I asked to switch to another room, they told me to come back in the morning, when I come back in the morning, they told me to wait until 1pm for the manager, I said I won’t be back in the evening, they said it’s ok, in the evening they said there’s no more room and I need to come back in the morning. They did the same thing again until the next evening I had to raise my voice and they gave me another room. The 2nd room is not much better with bloody stains on the wall near the toilet, bed sheets has holes on them, the blowdryer switch is half broken, the shower lever is stuck. I don’t know how they can operate as a motel, it should be -10 stars.

The rooms were horrible! Holes in the walls, twigs from a tree in the fridge, holes in the ceiling where the fire sprinkler is. They did not have towels for us after we used the two we had. Bugs in the room. This place should not be able to serve the people.

I pay for two nights and immediately check out early in the morning. Dirty pillow covers, dirty sleep sheets. I did a late check by the time I was on my room I realized how bad everything is so bad. My son and I slept in our clothes we used shirts as a pillow covers. The pictures online must be before they change ownership.

Dirty rooms, broken walls, taped up bath nozzle, no extra towels for our room, pool was half empty and dirty, hot tub was broken. Lots of people coming in and out of rooms all night. This place should be closed down and condemned it was the worst I have ever seen. Bugs flying in the room. We did not complete our stay here we had to leave after a few hours.

It's a shame that this hotel is part of the CHOICE chain because they should send a manager to see what the conditions are like here. They're pretty disastrous and truly disgusting. I think the quality is getting worse. I would never go back to a place like that.

I did the reservation for two and we didn't even get two towels. When I made the reservation I ask a room for two. They only had a towel of each for one person. The hotel needs lots of work. . I ask front desk but they never brought it to the room. A lot of mold in the bathroom.

The rooms smell bad the sheets where dirty, the breakfast was not many choices the service was not polite not enough towels in the room. The lobby was dirty, the pictures on the app nothing to do with the hotel way different than in the pictures. Not recommended and will not stay there again.

Rooms need better hygiene!

Our first room was dirty, and we had to request a new one. Unfortunately, even the second room was not properly cleaned. The carpets throughout the hotel were heavily stained, and the hallways smelled strongly of weed and cigarettes. Basic accommodations were also lacking. There was only one bath towel and two small hand towels provided for the room, which was insufficient. The couch that is advertised to convert into a bed was broken and did not even have a mattress. The exterior of the building was also concerning. There was broken glass and damaged doors in the back area. Even more alarming, the exterior doors that are supposed to require a room key to access the interior were not locked. This made it possible for anyone to walk directly into the hotel, which felt extremely unsafe. The pool and jacuzzi were dirty and clearly not maintained. We only stayed because we had early activities at the soccer fields directly across from the hotel and were too far from home to leave at that point. Thankfully, it was just for one night and we did not have to stay any longer. We wish we could get our money back, but unfortunately that is not an option. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision and serves as a warning before booking here.

The room was not in the greatest condition. The mattress was not comfy, had stains on it, the bathroom door was broken on the bottom and would not open fully. We had a balcony in the room and the sliding door’s lock was broken off so we literally couldn’t lock it. The breakfast also wasn’t exciting it was sausage links and slices of sandwich bread and some cereal. Hotel also smelled like cigarettes smoke throughout. Our room for a king was only 80 bucks so you get what you pay for.

The bed was the worst mattress I have ever slept and I could not close an eye. Smell of funny stuff in hallways. This is a very run down building and does not match whatsover with the word quality.

Rooms do not look at all like pictures on Hotels.com. Non smoking room smelled like smoke, burn holes on blankets, burns on walls. Remote back was taped so batteries stayed secured, plug for blow dryer had been cut. I believe these pictures posted for this specific location is from a different location. Guy at the front desk was pleasant though.

If 0 stars were an option, then that is what I would rate my stay. Needed to stay a night while on a roadtrip. The exterior back door does not lock and as a safety hazard as anyone can walk in to the building. The stairwell to room was painted with graffiti and trash was spread all over the stairwell. The second floor smelled like cigarette smoke. The bedspread was stained and the shower was encircled by a stained towel.

Hotel has rats and there's rat poop along baseboards, spiderwens everywhere, and no sense on cleanliness, checked in on Monday 11/24 and trash was still on stairs when we checked out on Wednesday 11/26. Would not stay here again.

Room was clean, bed comfortable and a/c worked fine. They are a little stingy with towels—especially hand towels and wash cloths, which I expected from previous reviews. I did request at check in extra towels—which only housekeeping had access to—and I never got, even after a call down to front desk from the room. Hallways did smell like hotel used to allow smoking, but room was ok. I did stay during week vs weekend, but overall a decent stay for the price.

Hotel is located in a great area. Although our stay was “peaceful” there were a few things that were upsetting. For instance, we didn’t have a working toilet and although we asked for someone to come check it out, no one came. With a family and little ones, it was frustrating! Going upstairs from the side door looks a little dirty and outdated. But it was nothing too crazy. Sliding door in rooms are locked so can’t open them. Ac worked great!

It was gross. Felt like a motel that people live in. Half a roll of toilet paper. No extra, no Kleenex.Just an empty bin for it. The inside lock was broken off. Holes in the wall patched with toilet paper. Someone’s used shampoo bottle in the shower. Had a little single cup coffee maker but no cup. One plastic water cup.

Was in the room for 10 Min before checking out. Was dirty. Stains on the mattress, walls, ceilings, fire sprinkler on the ceiling had a plastic back to cover a hole next to it. Floor was dirty and it smelled terrible in the hotel. Whole floor was non smoking but reaked of it and in the room. It was nasty and when we talked to the man at the desk that we wanted to check out and why he gave us attitude and did not once look us in the eyes. The hotel was disgusting. Will be getting a refund.

This place is a dump. Had to wait for front desk staff. The outside was gross and dirty/trash. The hallways looked like they were never cleaned and decades old. The sheets were stained, and had cigarette burns on the comforter. The room smelled like bleach so bad that I think there was a crime scene clean up right before we got there. We ended up not staying there and drive home instead.

Door leading to parking lot broken so was left open with a rock. TV remote missing, AC unit didn't work so it was unplugged, went to plug it in and started to smoke fire hazards. Manager walked over debris in hallway never picked it up. One good thing... No bed bugs but heard chewing sounds coming from the walls. Manager was never around. Horrible stay. Was supposed to check out Sunday 10/19, after seeing the roaches I left Saturday afternoon. Never will I stay there again. The company needs to close this place and give it a good cleaning and new management. I want my money back.

Upon walking in there was a strong smell of indian food being cooked and a musty smell in the rooms as well as the A.C in the room not working properly as they are outdated. The room was filthy. There were stains everywhere. The drapes were torn to shreds the side chair was also kind of shredded up. There were holes in different things rust and broken pieces all over the place. The lock on the door didn’t work. It was missing pieces so it wouldn’t lock. I wouldn’t stay in that unsafe room and hotels.com didn’t work to get my money back even after I show showed them the pictures and the video of the front desk clerk saying that all I had to do was request a refund from hotels.com. The bed was comfy. The reason why I rate it kind of low is because the night shift receptionist guy was a little rude. The day shift receptionist and kitchen lady were nice. Our bathroom didn’t have a curtain shower and the floor would get super wet. We called the front desk to let them know and we were told they were going to send the housekeeper to clean but never showed up. Breakfast was good. At our last morning there, we found a cockroach on the bathroom floor. Price was very affordable. As I mentioned before, the bed was comfy and we slept very well with not noise.

The images were for sure very deceiving. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but from entering the lobby and the rest of the hotel it smelled like cigarettes even in the nonsmoking areas. Property was dirty. Found cockroach's when we returned to the room after a day out. Only gave one towel and when requested more, they would only give me three towels for my four day stay. Shower was nasty.The doors were falling apart. Zero out of ten would not recommend.

The pictures definitely look better than the actual hotel. Personally, I would not stay again, but if you’re on a budget and really don’t care then I guess it works.

Got sick from the old air filters in the AC

This place is HORRIBLE! Reserved for 2 nights. No housekeeping, no clean towels, no clean sheets, trash was not thrown away, security of the door was not secured. Bugs crawling on the walls, walls were dirty!!!!! Traveled with 3 children. I do NOT recommend this location. Save your money and go somewhere else. This hotel should not even be in service to be honest. I would rate it a negative ZERO! Truly not happy. I traveled from Nevada too.

This hotel is NOTHING like advertised. Very sketchy! The reception area is a complete mess. Behind the counter is stacks of papers and clutte at least a foot fully covering the counter. There is plastic shields (like COVID-19 style) between guest and worker. There are papers on the plastic that are falling off. Card was handed to me and room was called out. I wasn’t asked for anything and didn’t sign anything. Went through a side door that was unlocked. Possible homeless or camping people just sitting outside in lawn chairs in the grass next to the door. Stair way has not been cleaned in probably over 10 years. Upon arrival to the room it was disgusting! Appliances missing. Phone did not work, tv did not work, remote didn’t even have batteries. Things looked like they were pulled from the wall or table. Very dirty! Walls, sheets, floor, curtains, tables, etc… very dirty. Bent cards/cardboard found behind the headboard, shower dirty and broken. Basically everything broken. Dirty hand towel just balled up on top of the microwave under top of counter. Took a video and went back down to the front. Staff was put off and asked “what was it dirty or something?” I said yes and nothing like the advertised. I showed him the video. He was like “oh, you want a different room?” DO NOT STAY HERE. Very Dirty and UNSAFE!

Disgusting in every way. Discriminated against and literally stalked by the manager for being in a same sex relationship. What was done to my partner was too abhorrent to put up here. The only other employee was sullen at best and extremely rude for the most part. Had to basically fight to get towels for my room, even though we hadnt gotten any towels when we arrived. The maid first tried opening our door and then came back at 10am to tell us it was time to leave (checkout was at 11am). Oh and almost every single window in the place is broken out. And surprisingly, thats not even the half of it.

The carpet looked dingy and old. The walls in the hallway were filthy. The property has not been kept in good condition. The microwave in the room didn't work. The coffee pot in the room had old dirty water in it with slimy stuff. I will not stay here again. I was looking for something cheap and I definitely got what I paid for.

This property is literally the worst I've ever stayed in. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's unfit for people to stay here. The first room that I was assigned was so gross that I had to switch. In the process of switching, a woman two doors down came running out of her room screaming, because something was crawling around in her room. I should have read the reviews.

The pool was out of service. The room had no iron and no tissue box. When we asked for extra pillows they said they didn’t have any. No one was ever at the front desk to assist, we had to call a number posted on the wall.

This hotel/motel used to be functional and economical for quick stays. It is now a complete disaster. The pool/spa area is closed. The bathroom is disgusting. The shower/bath was working but broken and potentially dangerous. Locks on the room door were broken. No screens on the windows. The WiFi was spotty at best. Stay Away from this hotel/motel.

Most of the windows on the back of the building were broken or missing the screens. The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The back door was missing the security fob so anyone could walk in the building. Near the managers sleeping quarters(?) it smelled strongly of smoke. Two unhoused men were having a bbq in the parking lot. The pool had been condemned by the health department! Across the street was some kind of rave event from 1992. The music was so loud! The men at the front desk looked like they had a rough night out partying and just arrived home. Hair disheveled, shirt dull, dirty and untucked. I could not make this up. We left and drove another hour to get as far away from that hell hole as possible.

There were multiple issues with this property. Safety was a huge concern. The lock leading to the second floor was missing. Nothing in the room worked, hairdryer, TV, iron - all were broken. The sheers hanging over the window were torn. Questionable sticky substances on the carpet. Took 4 calls to the front desk before someone answered. I asked for more towels and received 1 after having to call down again to get ot brought to the room. Overall horrible experience.

The weird guy at the front desk is NOT friendly or professional. The rudest front desk person that I have encountered. The lobby area had a super bad incense smell. The room itself was so gross. Both beds had stain on the sheets and on the curtains. There were cob webs on the ceiling corners. There were holes in the ceiling and a couple wires coming out. Someone removed the smoke alarm and never replaced it. The bathroom was not cleaned. The counter by the sink had something sticky on it. There are these small bugs flying in the room. Needless to say, I went into the room for a 10 minutes longer than i should have and realized that i would rather not catch any diseases or get bit by any bugs and checked-out.

The lobby was so hot and smelled horrible. This js a non-smoking hotel and you could smell cigarettes as soon as you walked in. AC throughout did nlt work. The rooms were not well cleaned. The headboards of the beds were dirty. Room doors would not cloae properly, you'd have to push or pull to make sure it was secure. Also, pool was to be remain closed, but everyone overlooked the rules. Over all i would rate this a negative 5 everything about our stay was bad.

What I didn't like about the property was that it wasn't the cleanse, and it had a smell. What did like about this place was that it was very easy to check in and staff was good.

Terrible. Just terrible. I booked at hotels.com for a king bed room. Upon arriving I was told they weee out of king bed rooms and I could have a 2 queen bed room for the same price or I could upgrade to the "suite" for $20. After that shake down I proceeded to my room. The garbage inside and outside of this place is disgusting. Garbage cans over flowing. The floors are stained throughout the hallways and had obviously not seen a vacuum in some time. The room was clean however, the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag and the peep hole was stuffed with a tissue. I tried to get a soda out of the vending machine and it did not work. I cannot express to you how filthy this hotel is. Stay somewhere else!

Well it's true you get what you pay for in this instance. This place is run down There are crumbs and cigarette buts on the stairs and hallways. The sliding door in our room didn't close so we heard freeway noise all night long. The shower didn't work properly. Looked like the carpet was fairly new but the place overall needs a deep cleaning.

The room’s fire alarm was yanked out of the ceiling just hanging there and the sofa bed was halfway put back in. Complete hot mess

This place is awful. The front desk was very rude. There were stains on the sheets, the curtains were shredded, the paint was bubbling off the wall and there was a trash bag wrapped around something on the ceiling.

There were 3 in our party, but they only gave us towels and toiletries for 2. We have stayed in other Quality Inns many times before and have always found them comfortable, with good rooms and a good-quality breakfast. Not this one.

. turns out, they didn't have a reservation for me. They were fully booked. I had to drive two hours home to turn around and drive back in the morning. very frustrating

The lobby smelled like weed, there was tweakers walking around everywhere. My room smelled like smoke, dirty restroom and room. Poorly made bed and there was a guy in the parking lot walking around with a gun. Terrible stay.

This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. That is saying a lot as I usually go to budget hotels. This hotel was dirty. Things were broken, and the staff was horrible.

Dirty, unfriendly/unprofessional service. Breakfast was not breakfast. No one at the front desk for help when needed. No toilet paper or tissue upon arriving in my ‘cleaned’ room. Makeup on the pillow cases (disgusting). Never gonna stay here again. I would rather pay $50 dollars more a night at a decent hotel.

Hotel is very outdated. We thought it’d be nicer since it’s across the street from the soccer complex and lots of traveling teams play there. We were wrong. Pictures are not what it looks like. Went to breakfast and were offered bagels or bananas with spoiled milk. Worst hotel breakfast experience.

Motel staff were not at front desk when checking in or out. Had to call someone. Bath towels were small and bathtub looked dirty, but it was old and paint was pealing. Bed was comfortable and room was large.

Card reader didnt work. People that work there, live in the hotel rooms. Kids running around and screaming (workers kids)

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone paying more than 10 dollars. The bathroom door was clearly broken before and they attempted to fix it poorly. Hinges were not connected. Bathroom tub looked disgusting, make sure you bring your shower shoes. The in wall ac unit had gum and an old apricot seed. Lastly, the bed topper was dirty, really dirty! I don't do reviews but damn, I feel like I gotta warn you guys.
