Great breakfast with a number of selections.

I stay here often for medical appointments in the area. It's a top notch hotel. In particular the staff are always, courteous, helpful....always excellent customer service.

They will charge you $10 for parking per day.to park in the parking lot at the hotel.......that's not cool!

The stay was comfy and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. My issues were the pool was too cold for me to really enjoy, despite it being hot outside, and the ease of getting a shuttle back. The water may have been warmer if it was outdoors and soaked up some sunlight. There was also a nice bar/restaurant on site. I only ordered some drinks to go but service was friendly. I did have an issue on my return trip. No one at this facility was answering the phone when I needed a shuttle back to the hotel to get my car. I ended up calling the sister hotel, Holiday Inn Express, and they helped me out. Also, do not pay for parking through Expedia. The hotel does not take that as payment for parking which is $10 a day. So now I'll have to take time out of my day to sit on the phone with Expedia and hopefully get my $30 back.

The room was well-maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I also appreciated the easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and major highways. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in the Raleigh-Durham area and would consider staying here again in the future.

The room was so big and spacious the window can see planes going in and out the pool was cold at first but was great! The staff was amazing we visited the treasure chest for the little breakfast was not included. I would stay at this hotel again or eveytime I’m in the area for events like this time.

Hotel had been redone since last time I stayed there. Room was very large and done in pleasing colors. Parking was good but could use more outside lighting especially around back of property. Person who checked me out smiled and was pleasant but not the one who checked me in. However,it is a great hotel near lots of places to eat and the interstate nearby. I would stay again when in area.

No free breakfast and my room phone did not work. Plastic/brown bags left behind mini fridge from previous guests. Front desk staff at check in could have been more friendlier. Noise from the airplanes flying in.

We needed a place to sleep before headed to an early flight and this place checked all the boxes for a clean and comfy bed for the night. The kiddos loved the pool. The front desk lady was so sweet and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Housekeeping staff walked into my room without announcing themselves during a personal moment. When I tried to get an explanation, the housekeeper waved me off and walked away. The supervisor did call me and apologized immediately. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant. They need better pillows.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I did use the airport shuttle which runs starting at 4 am. I didnt get to stay for breakfast but it runs early starting at 6:30. My only complaint was how loud the airplanes are flying overhead but it comes with staying at a hotel close to the airport. I would definitely stay again.

I wouldn’t stay here again. I didn’t like how they charge you for everything, even drinking water. Plus the breakfast was $20 a person, which I think is ridiculous!

The room was great, other than the lady bugs. What wasn't great was the airplane noise (I have stayed near airports before but never heard them that loud), then the guys cutting down trees in the parking lot, THEN room service knocking on our door all before 8:30. Checkout isn't until 12. So much for sleeping in. And maybe block off the lot when they are cutting down trees. My car is brand new and when we went out to leave, they were about to cut down a tree only 1 car length away from my car! Not cool.

Do not get room 216 which is above the lobby. You’ll hear the music from the lobby all night long.

This is the second time that I’ve stayed there. Everything is outstanding. I had a situation with my child flying in and they allowed me to stay a couple extra hours. Fantastic place.

Have stayed here many times for medical appointments in the area. The employees are excellent! They are always extremely courteous and friendly and efficient. Rooms are very nice and comfortable, nice amenities.

Hotel is relatively new so towels are still somewhat soft, linens are in good shape.

I like that they have an indoor pool, but I don't like how breakfast is an extra $15.95 instead of being complimentary like most other high-rated hotels.

The pool had ripped up placing in it, along with hair and a plastic cup. I would not allow my children in it, which led to 2 upset kids. Front desk staff was super rude, giving me an attitude and being rude when we asked for more blankets. Also, there card maker for room keys were not working when we got here so we had to be escorted to our room and wait 2 hours before we could actually all leave the room. I was offered no benefits as a vip. I will not stay here again.

Holiday inn. The hotel was not the cleanest and some of the front desk ladies were not bery personable. We cam back one night to dead roaches on the floor and when I pointed it out to the staff they kind of just brushed me off. We were in an ADA room even though we did not need ADA accommodations and the water would get all Over when we showered. The floors were also gross, need a good deep clean. I usually choose Holiday Inn because I’m at least guaranteed a clean room so it was just disappointing.

Great 3-day stay for activities at both Duke and UNC. Easy access to both schools as well as the airport and downtown Raleigh. Property is excellent and staff was great. Super comfortable bed and pillows. We enjoyed our stay!

Our flight was canceled and we needed a place to stay near the airport. I was happily surprised with how fast it was to book and check in to our room. The was a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport which was great! They had snacks in the lobby and coffee in the morning. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing hotel with a nice pool and bar in the lobby. Was nice to leave our car at the hotel parking and take the transport to the airport.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with an extremely late check in. It was close to the airport which was key. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.

Check in was quite confusing. The attendant told us we had to pay $10.00 per night for parking. She ASSUMED we were leaving a vehicle there while we flew out. She should have asked better questions. There is still a hold on my card for $20.00. We were spending one night there and NOT leaving a vehicle there. $15.95 for breakfast is ridiculous and we did not eat there because of this.

This hotel was very nice and very clean. Very close to the airport which helped. Can be noisy with airplanes but other than that it’s fine.

Aircraft noise wasn't bad, but it was noticeable. My room (221) had an AC that squealed every time it started. That was very suboptimal. Not much nearby for food. Felt over priced for what you get. Paying a lot for proximity to the airport. If they included breakfast, maybe more reasonable.

Super large room and well appointed. Got the roll in shower. Perfectly accessible roll and bathroom. Awesome room but loud with the planes flying over all night but I guess it is to be expected so close to the airport.

Check in was very fast- the location is great for RDU drop offs- my room was a disappointment though- seems missing furniture like a work desk as an area was wide open and by the plugs you could tell something was there or intended- mild musk smell- bed smelled mild to moderate wet dog and I’d bet someone had dogs in that room on that bed- window for some reason required a wall controlled electronic shade that didn’t work.

The fan was broken in our room and we weren't able to get a king-sized bed (even though we booked it) so I had to had my feet hanging off the bed when I was sleeping. The front staff were nice but the hotel is clearly old and is showing its age. In my opinion, not worth what they're charging.

Normally, my experience at this property is excellent. However, this stay was disappointing because there was an offensive odor in the bed sheets and pillows. While I went out, housekeeping was to replace them. Sheets were better but not the pillows. I like the shuttle service to & from RDU airport.

After a very long day, it was nice coming to a hotel that was cool and clean inside and staff were very friendly. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and courteous. Very thankful this hotel had an available room for my early morning flight and the cleanliness of the entire facility and friendliness of the entire staff made it that much of a better stay.

This hotel is significantly outdated, and the room I was given looked nothing like the photos online. The bed was extremely uncomfortable — soft, sagging, and offered little support, easily one of the worst I've experienced. The biggest disappointment, though, was the breakfast. At $15.99, I expected at least a decent meal, but the quality was worse than the complimentary breakfasts I've had at other Holiday Inns. Overall, a very poor experience. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

My car was broken into right in front of the hotel along with at least one other vehicle in the parking lot. Windows broken and valuable contents stolen. The woman on duty just laughed and was not helpful whatsoever. Would not stay in this area again. Would not recommend the hotel due to poor attitudes from staff

This hotel was very clean and the area was nice. Front desk was polite and friendly as well. The only issue I had was when booking I mentioned that I was bringing a small dog however the pet fee was not added until the morning of check out. Also they didn’t give me a receipt although I asked for one. She instead explained the extra fee taken off of my card.

I only stayed one night for an early morning flight. Check in was quick. I was able to schedule the airport shuttle for the time I needed to leave for my flight. I really enjoyed the room. Lots of plug ins for my electronics! The bed was so comfortable. It is very close to the airport so you will definitely hear air traffic but I didn’t hear anything during the night. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is quiet and convenient from and to the airport. Everything is clean. We were also able to ordered a late dinner around midnight after we landed late from nearby pizza place.

From checkin to checkout it was a wonderful experience. Quick and easy. The room was clean, spacious and plenty of power outlets to charge electronics! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the room was a silent haven for rest. Would never have known planes were landing and taking off just a mile away. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a great place to stay by RDU.
