because I had a late check in I got the last parking spot, I think they need to figure a way to have additional parking.

The staff was awesome! They were so helpful. I had four small kids with me and I would definitely do it again! The continental breakfast was excellent!

The breakfast and service was very good! Our room needed a clothing hook repaired and the walk in shower floor was cracked. Other than those things needing some maintenance attention, everything else was just fine. It was a very convenient location for us. I would stay again.

I arrived early and they let me check in without any problems. The entire location was clean and stocked with coffee and snacks. The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff at this location was very helpful and friendly. We have exclusively utilized Holiday Inn Express for all our recent stays, all ocer the East Coast. I have never had the please of having to clean the shower drain of our shower as my handicapped husband stood in the shower. The amount of hair pulled from this drain was atrocious. The toilet seat was broken. The lid would not stay in place, and the refrigerator did not work, was not cleaned, and the entire top part of the freezer was filled with water. Causing it all to spill out upon opening. Very disappointing.

The fitness center needed attention. It was dirty both days I went. There were no wipes to wipe the equipment down and there were no workout towels. The outside furniture also needed a good cleaning.

Our stay was a very good experience. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The room was clean and the hotel was in a very quiet setting. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from and coffee was always available. Will definitely stay there again!

There were only two issues we noticed - the hallway carpet had crumbs in one place when we arrived and they were still there two days later. Our room air conditioning had an odor (mold or something in the air) blowing out we did not have on our previous visit a couple of years ago. It is a relatively new hotel so not sure if others had the same issue or it was just our room on the second floor.

When we checked out on Friday I explained what happened and the manager returned $150 to our card. All the employees including cleaning were very good and friendly.

We specifically reserved a handicapped room with roll in shower. The first night we were put into a room with a tub, a low toilet and an electrical issue with the bathroom light switch. The next morning we told the front desk. The lady was very nice and changed our room. No help was offered to move all of our things. We had a lot as we were staying the week. When we checked out on Friday I explained what happened and the manager returned $150 to our card. All the employees including cleaning were very good and friendly.

Pros: comfortable beds, Convenient location, decent hot breakfast served each morning. Cons: It was very loud during our stay up until about 11 pm/midnight each night. There were a lot of preteens running up and down the halls over and over, lots of yelling in the halls for several hours each night. No staff involvement/security guards to enforce quiet hours (we have young kids that were trying to sleep). Cold pool/non heated. No smart TVs, just a few Channels/very outdated. Most hotels have smart TVs these days sonyou can log in to your own netflix, etc accounts. Rooms not cleaned well or restocked sufficiently each day by cleanng staff. Neutral: Parking good some days and difficult other days, Daytime staff was lovely and helpful but nighttime staff had unfriendly attitudes and couldnt be bothered . For the most part, rooms were clean but the halls of the hotel weren't vacuumed while we were there, lots of dirt and debris.

It was a party of 3. However we got charged extra $10 per person. Originally reservation was for 3 people. Also the room was not set for 3 people. We did not get towels for 3 people. Even though we did request additional towel set upon arrival. Be prepared for what you pay not going get it! Also at night I guess the kitchen staff was working woke up 3 times during the night because something was falling with a loud noise that kept waking me up.

The air conditioning unit was loud & the refrigerator rattled. The room temperature was very warm upon arrival. It was set at 77. Once I turned the temperature down, the room temperature was better. More variety for the continental breakfast but overall it tasted good. Front staff was friendly. TV & wi-fi were good. Fair price for the amenities provided. Location is on a busy street which made it difficult to get in/ out if the parking lot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

When we got back from the concert, there were no parking spots at the hotel. Room clean, breakfast was good

We arrived around 3:30pm and the cleaning staff was still turning rooms. When we came back from dinner (5:47pm) they were STILL cleaning rooms. The hallway carpet was littered with bits of trash from the cleaning carts. Later I went down to the ground level (from 3rd floor) & walked the stairs to check each hallway floor. ALL had bits and chunks of trash, Cheese doodles, etc. Both elevator inspection certificates showed the last inspection was in 2024.Even after that there were big black bags of garbage everywhere! As for breakfast the next morning, what was there was very good. But there was no oatmeal, no grits, no pancake/waffle supplies, only 1-2 bread items. I'm a bagel person but they were not appetizing, so I opted for the wheat toast with cream cheese &1/2 banana & a cheese omelet that was really tasty. The coffee was delicious! We asked the kitchen lady (who was sitting in the dining area with another employee) about grits and she said she was too tired and there wouldn't be any grits on her shift. My sister was only kidding when she asked. Our room was great. The king bed (& pillows) was comfortable. The shower was nice with good hot water finally, but the pressure could be increased. I have lots of pictures if you are interested. Why did I do this? My job for 40+ years has been in vacation/resort & HOA management in Myrtle Beach. What I saw would not have passed my inspection.

The hotel itself isn’t awful, it is the front desk staff who made our experience here terrible. I went to check in and was ignored by the front desk. When the young woman decided to acknowledge me it was not welcoming or professional. After getting checked in we noticed that we were not stocked with adequate towels, so my wife went down to ask for another towel. The same young lady attending the desk was on her phone having a personal conversation on her speaker while ignoring that my wife was at the desk. After my wife listened to her personal conversation for about 5 minute, the young lady looked up and didn’t say anything. My wife asked for the towel and when it was handed to her, the young lady went back to being on her loud conversation on the phone. Our rooms shower did not have cold water so we were not able to give our children showers or else they’d have got burned. In the morning I went to check out and another person on the front desk looked at me without any greeting. I asked to check out, gave my room number and she told me I was good. The people who run the front desk are not friendly or professional enough to run a hotel because the keyword hospitable was seriously lacking on their end. My family and I have been to many different hotels and these two individuals were among some of the rudest we have experienced. If I knew who the hotel owner was I would like to let them know they should try hiring people who are able to be kind and respectful to their guests!

I woke up with my legs covered in bites. When I inspected the sheets I saw the bed bugs. My toilet wouldn’t fill up with water after flushing it and it takes 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower.

The water pressure sucked! It hardly got hot at all and the pressure was terrible. there wasn’t a variety of creamer for your coffee either.

Breakfast was excellent. there was a good variety to choose from and everything tasted great. staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Wasn't too fond of the view of the roof out our window. The blinds were broken so we couldn't close them. The room was lit up like day time all night so it was hard to sleep.

The breakfast cheese omelette s were good even though prob frozen item . I enjoyed the turkey sausage — had never tried it. Bagel abd yogurt were good. I like cinnamon raisin. Had a good selection; clean; staff very nice snd helpful. Everything was excellent. I have stayed here before and will continue to when I want to come to the ocean at Isle of palms. Sol restaurant across the street had excellent food also.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast and the gym were very good. The only knock was that the 2 people at the front desk were very inattentive and barely even picked their heads up to speak to us. It was very unusual for a hotel front desk reception

Most of the staff were very courteous. They seemed short handed though in Hskp as they had to change us to a Queen room due to not having a King room clean. Faucet in our room was loose/ handle came off. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

There was feces smeared in the bathroom wall and around toilet paper holder. Communication with hotel staff was very poor and inconsistent. Other than that it was quiet and a comfortable stay.

Mainly it’s okay. When I stayed, the orange juice machine and pancake maker was broken. The remote to open/close blind was out. I had to call the front desk to come and recharge it. Other than that the property was good.

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great but my room was musty and dusty. The couch had a stain on it that I cleaned off with a wet rag and the smell of the bedding was awful. For $250 per night, I expected way more.

The room we booked was advertised as a 6 person room. We are a family of 6. When we arrived we were given a 4 person room and told that’s what we booked. I showed them my booking and they said they were fully booked and could not offer us a solution except for one roll away bed still leaving one of our 6 without a bed. No other solution was offered. There was a permanent sign that the front desk person would be back in a few minutes. Each time we went to the desk we had to wait for them to come in from outside to assist us. When we contacted hotels.com about the stay, they said they would have to get in touch with the hotel. They then told me the front desk was no help and they were given the managers cell phone but were sent voicemail with no call back. The room its self was ok. There was a large stain on the carpet right by the bed, the wardrobe had a funny smell, and the bath tub piece covering the drain was left up and we had to put it back in place. The underside was covered in mold.

Hotel is very convenient to Isle of Palms and lots of food and shopping in Mt. Pleasant. The room needed a good deep clean. There was dirt and build up in the bathroom, crumbs and food left on the seat, and food still in the fridge from the previous guests. Besides some old stains on the comforter the towels and linens were clean. Overall I would not recommend this place.

This location was exceptionally convenient and accessible to all things in Mt. Pleasant. We found it to be a perfect retreat after visiting with family in the area during the Thanksgiving holidays.
