No issues other than tv provider had a cut line off the property causing no tv on property. Meaning, my stay we had no tv.

This hotel was very well maintained. Clean property! The staff was very helpful and efficient. The View WOW!! The boats, the restaurants, the river! You can catch boat tours right outside the Hotel doors! Everything is less than a 2-5 minute walk ! We love this place!
- 5/5
Love this property! You can sit in your room, open your door, and watch the dolphins in the creek.

Shem Creek was a lot of fun. It was well updated and the style really helped make the experience. The live entertainment really added a fun and exciting layer. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Definitely recommend.

OMGosh!!! What a great surprise this place was. Right in the center of the action and a short drive to Patriots Point, the Old Village in Mount Pleasant and close enough for an affordable Uber to Charleston. So many restaurants were within walking distance and we could hear all the live music while we were swimming in the pool. This was a great place for our family (kids 10 and 13) because the area was full of college kids and young adults (who were all very respectful) but the hotel itself catered more to middle-aged adults and families. It was perfect for us because my husband and I got to feel the energy of the area without having the kids being exposed to a party scene. The hotel was clean and bright and the staff were kind and helpful. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it! P.S. If you go, I highly recommend walking over to Page's Okra Grill for breakfast. AMAZING!
- 5/5
Fun place to stay! Great time!
- 5/5
The hotel was excellent. Very scenic. Awesome views. Lots to do. The only thing that would have been better is having the pool stay open past sunset. Definitely not complaining.
- 4/5
Perfect location with great views and surrounding bars/restaurants. Along with Shem Creek Park to explore. The pool was great and the hotel was easy to navigate. All interactions with staff were great. The cleaning could’ve been better. The floors were very dirty and look liked they were not mopped. The balcony needs to be cleaned as well, there was blood from another guest on the railing. Complimentary water would be the one added perk needed.

We had a great time! Lots of action, so it isn’t quiet and low key if that is what you are looking for. We were ready for a fun, active atmosphere and we got it. Our room was quiet, though. So no worries about that.

My favorite place to stay in the Charleston area
- 5/5
Thank you it was a pleasant stay
- 5/5
Beautiful location right on Shem Creek. Restaurants all around and great entertainment. Quick 20-30 min drive to downtown Charleston.
- 4/5
Always love staying there. Perfect location That i had to call the desk to learn how to work the air (directions in the room or even being told it takes 2 minutes to come on when you check in) and had to reset the tv.

Loved the pool, our room and the voucher for a free can of beer! Our room was on the opposite side of the inlet and was very quiet and peaceful at night. Beds were wonderful and the assortment of grab and go breakfast sandwiches, coffee and other treats hit the spot. It was about a 15min drive to downtown Charleston which worked out great. I would definitely come back to visit!
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and beautiful views. Hotel recently renovated.
- 4/5
Cute Inn, great location vibe but you definitely want a Creek view. The Marsh view is mostly a parking lot view. Creek view offers a lively and fun view of all the restaurants and bars as well as the property pool. Drawbacks of staying here are if you are on the first floor, you will hear everyone walking, etc. above you. Walls are pretty thin and you can hear people snoring. The ventilation in the bathrooms should be upgraded as they don’t really ventilate well. Overall this is a cute and fun vibe and the staff was great and friendly. It is not luxurious so if that’s what you want, this is not the place to stay. If you want low key chill out, clean and easy with walk to bars and restaurants and a great water view then this is your place!
- 4/5
Easy parking. Clean room, close to restaurants, pier for walking. Was disappointed with limited view from first floor creekside for the price. Recommend 2nd floor room.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the property it was really well maintained and had a great restaurant in Vickeys. It was amazing to walk on the boardwalk and easy to get downtown all in all a great place to stay.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Fantastic location and very close to the restaurants and bars. Beautiful view from the balcony and we enjoyed our morning coffee whilst watching the dolphins swimming in the creek. The staff were great - Doug was so friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend this place. Nothing!

All about the location here. No frills.
- 3/5
Pleasant
- 4/5
The second floor with balcony over looking the creek was great. Lots of activity, boats, kayakers, even dolphins go by. Restaurants and bars next door. "breakfast" is pretty sad. Plastic wrapped gas station quality snacks and keurig coffee was about it.
- 5/5
Location was perfect. Fun bar on water for Happy Hour, good restaurants in walking distance. Liked everything

- 5/5
Parking was easy. Get a pass from the desk. If not, you get towed. Rooms are ok. Floor was dirty, wore flip-flops anytime I had to get up. Air conditioner was great. Nice to view boats and people on the river. Walked to restaurants both sides of Creek.
- 4/5
Easy parking. Staff was helpful and responsive. Breakfast was ok/average. Room was nice but the floor was very dirty, after walking around in the room for a few hours my bare feet were black. TV was ok but Comcast cable, not smart wifi TV (cable went out for half the day and evening.
- 5/5
Great location. Thankfully not many children were here. An older demographic which is very nice. Location is a short walk to Salt Water Cowboys and Red’s. Look forward to my next stay. Creek side is the way to go.
- 5/5
Everything was top notch

I love that the location was just a short drive into Charleston . It had a great vibe from the surrounding restaurants and bars surrounding the creek. N/A
- 5/5
Nothing!
- 5/5
The staff was so welcoming and helpful and the location and vibe of this hotel can’t be beat
- 3/5
When we got to the room it looked acceptable. Later we discovered mold in several locations in the bathroom and dirty corners in the room. On the balcony we found a bag with food left overs. We had booked for 2 nights and our room was not made up on the second day. Poor management of the cleaning service.
- 5/5
Highly recommend. While generally no-frills, the location, service, cleanliness and comfort were all perfect. Staff were genuinely very friendly and eager to assist. The pool deck was particularly cool overlooking the Shem Creek’s marina, restaurants and beach bars. Live music played each day along Shem Creek, but we were pleasantly surprised that it did not keep us up at night. Easy drive/uber to downtown
- 3/5
Would have appreciated the room being swept/vacuumed and dusted daily as there is a lot of sand coming in especially after a day at the beach. We spent 5 nights; sheets should have been changed after 3. Door to the room needs to be redone, needed a towel in front of the door to help with noise and light.
- 4/5
Noise from adjacent bar but didn’t go on too late
- 5/5
We had no idea just how wonderful this area and hotel could be! The beauty of the waterway, the wonder of the dolphins and the peaceful quality of the hotel, we loved every minute we were there. The walkways around the water, the dolphins swimming - it was all wonderful. The Shem Creek staff were all friendly and helpful and made our stay great. I found Shem Creek from reading novels about the area and am so happy we decided to visit!
- 3/5
I booked the room for, as I thought, a quiet place to stay outside of the city of Charleston. Shem Creek happened to be the most sought after place in the area. Thankfully, we always found the last reserved hotel parking spot every evening. Plenty of good restaurants, walking opportunities and quick drive to beaches; 10/10 on location. The hotel itself was fine. The outside patio was clean but the inside and rooms only would get a 5/10 on cleanliness. No housekeeping so took care of towels and garbage myself.
- 1/5
I’ve NEVER HAD AN ISSUE at this property… no explanation given or resolution,..almost $500
- 4/5
So…the location was great, the pool are was clean and well kept, but the actual accommodations in the rooms were very disappointing. The front desk team were very nice and helpful…the cleaning team not very attentive or helpful.
- 3/5
Cleanliness, particularly in the room, was very poor. The sheets did not look washed. Not sure the last time they mopped the bathroom or bedroom floor. Several gross sticky stains on the floor. One example was a small piece of what looked like relatively fresh pizza cheese and sauce on the floor.
- 4/5
Fair price for what you get.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the location. Noise does not bother us so much so the noise from the bars outside was fine with us. Parking was convenient and desk staff was so nice!
- 4/5
Great location, friendly staff and clean room. Only small negative is the AC probably needs updating, we were there in March, no way the AC will keep up in the summer. Overall a good place for the price, will definitely come back.
- 5/5
Being right next to Shem Creek park is an added bonus for walking.
- 5/5
We loved our stay at Shem Creek! Parking was easy for hotel guests, which is good because that area gets super busy. Staff was great, rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. We'd definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
What a fun place to stay. Great views of the creek and all the activities. Loved the wildlife, and all the activities on the creek from our balcony. Will stay again!!
- 5/5
Everything was great! Our room and view was amazing! The staff were all welcoming and wonderful. We will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Excellent stay. Clean
- 3/5
Bed wasn’t made during our service, balcony door didn't lock, vending machine had no water.
- 4/5
Nice Inn. Fantastic location!! Saw dolphins right from our balcony. Staff was helpful. Great stay!
- 5/5
Great location!!
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly and helpful staff!
- 5/5
Beaitiful area and great staff!!
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay. Close to many places to eat.
- 5/5
Very nice stay Excellent location
- 4/5
The breakfast need a wider option of items.
- 5/5
Perfect location to enjoy by itself or venture to Charleston. Easy to Uber around with a variety of restaurants. Marsh side is quieter with the busy nightlife on the creekside. They are pleasant at MT Pleasant!
- 5/5
Staff and room were outstanding!! Check in man was excellent and extremely helpful.
- 4/5
Location location location! It’s a great spot if you like to walk and have shrimp boats next door. Clean comfortable rooms but such a great spot
- 5/5
Great location, staff was amazing. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again
- 3/5
La réception n'a pas été à la hauteur à peine sympathique. On a du payer des taxes!
- 3/5
The staff smelled strongly of weed after coming back from outside, the room was slightly dirty (toenails on the floor and behind the nightstand), and the deck door wouldn't lock.
- 5/5
Everything!
- 5/5
The room was spacious and clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.
- 3/5
The room smelled like chlorine and needs to be updated.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff and very clean!
- 5/5
Room was very clean, room had a nice view and great proximity to stores and restaurants.
- 5/5
Amazing staff beautiful view
- 3/5
I mistakenly booked 2/10 instead of 3/10-both Tuesdays when making my reservation. I realized it when I received my check in info. I immediately contacted both Shem Creek and hotels.com to see if I could rebook for correct date. No one was willing to work with me. Everyone make mistakes!!
- 5/5
We are in town frequently to visit our daughter in college. I will stay at the Shem Creek Inn every time! It’s a fabulous location with a wonderful view, clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast options and amenities! You honestly could not ask for a better place to stay! We have never been disappointed
- 5/5
It was so nice to stay at a smaller hotel and feel appreciated by the staff we encountered.
- 5/5
Rooms are beautiful, towels are amazing!! Staff is very nice and helpful
- 3/5
Check out was suppose to be at 11:00 our doors were locked at 9:12 and we didn’t even check out yet. That happened the day before with our friends as well
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 2/5
We killed three roaches in our room throughout our stay. Nothing says bad vibes like roaches in your hotel room. The hotel is cute and in a fantastic location, but it feels very Covid era where they still aren’t doing housekeeping throughout your stay. You have to get your own towels and put your trash outside your room. The whole place needs attention and a good scrubbing.
- 4/5
Fun place. Different than usual hotel. Clean and fun area.
- 5/5
Everything was good. I was there for a wedding and it's an adorable little hotel.
- 5/5
Very friendly and the free drink was a added pleasure
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. In the future I will request an upstairs room.
- 5/5
Courteous staff, clean room, great view
- 5/5
Absolutely incredible stay. Due to travel snafus, we arrived late. They were wonderfully accommodating. Our stay was comfortable and beautiful. Food was amazing. Highly recommend!
- 3/5
As shared with the front desk staff, the floor surface was very dirty. I suspect it held much residue from whatever cleaning solvent was used. Overall, the facility is worn but otherwise nice. Staffing was limited over the holiday period however interaction with security or front desk was very pleasant. Great location and very convenient to MTP, CHS, IOP, and surrounding areas. I would consider staying there again.
- 4/5
Staff was awesome! Location was super cool. Rooms were clean but a bit on the old side.
- 4/5
Property is well located for our travels.
- 5/5
Shem Creek Inn was the perfect place for me and my son to stay for catching a charter boat to Crab Bank and for visiting Charleston. The hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully located on the creek with loads of pelicans and other birds flying by. Nicole at check in was super helpful and friendly, and the self-serve breakfast had better options for us than, for example, a Holiday Inn Express. Parking was a breeze in December, and plenty of good restaurants close by. I'd certainly stay here again.

- 5/5
Great view of the creek, with the pelicans and dolphins and boats and kayakers going by! Beautiful boardwalk path to get a little closer to the nature if you want to. And all sorts of dining and beverage activities very close by!
- 5/5
We always love staying here.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful time. Everything was just great
- 5/5
Room was typical, perfect location to walk to multiple restaurants and bars.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and welcoming.
- 5/5
Great staying here instead of center city. A lot of options of restaurants. Like walking on board walk to watch sun sets. Cool watching shrimp boats unload massive amounts of shrimp.
- 4/5
Bathroom could use shelves for towels and more hooks
- 5/5
Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. The view was more than amazing. This is my new favorite place to stay. <3
- 4/5
Clean room with a nice balcony
- 5/5
The room was clean and roomy. Balcony views are beautiful and the proximity to so many amazing restaurants and bars make this the place to be. 10-15 minutes to all the downtown Charleston sights. Watersedge and Muddys are hopping every night with live entertainment. Another memorable stay at Shem Creek Inn. Thanks
- 5/5
Wonderful stay! Such nice staff and a beautiful view!!!!
- 3/5
Initial housekeeping issue and had to change rooms. They were accommodating. You hear every footstep in the room above you. Parking lot is a disaster. Pot holes and king tides flooded the road. Nice ambiance and location in Shem Creek. Weather was poor so didn’t use pool or deck but looked nice. Breakfast only if you’re desperate for free.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! The staff bent over backwards to be supportive. Just a great place.
- 5/5
Simply outstanding location.
- 4/5
The so-called breakfast was totally unacceptable.
- 5/5
Love this place! Small hotel. Friendly service and location was great! Right on the creek.,
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel with great views of Shem Creek! Next to great restaurants and activities in Charleston! Will stay there again!
- 5/5
It’s rare to come across a unicorn, but this hotel definitely was one! Everything I wanted to do was either within walking distance or a quick drive away. Shem Creek Park and all of its bridges and walkways was right behind the hotel. An array of delightful, unique restaurants were right across the creek and easily within walking distance. My balcony overlooked the pool, the creek, and the restaurant nightlife. It was so colorful and interesting! I walked right down the dock and boarded a boat for a Charleston Harbor cruise at sunset. My room had every possible amenity I needed. The refrigerator was surprisingly large, too! Patriots Point is right around the corner as is the Pitt Street bridge. Such a neat area. Five gold stars for such a fabulous experience!
- 5/5
Nice place, clean, definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Great location - clean - affordable - comfortable bed
- 5/5
Great location, wonderful views, fun nightlife. Great staff who are very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, perfect location in walking distance to several great restaurants and bars. Only negative is parking is awful!
- 5/5
We stayed here at the suggestion of a friend. I'm so happy we did. The room was clean, staff was friendly, we were in walking distance to amazing places to eat. The view was amazing!
- 5/5
Shem Creek Inn provided beautiful views and lots of dining options in walking distance. While many of the restaurants had live music over the weekend, we could not hear anything in our marsh side room. Additionally there was a boardwalk with a beautiful walk over the marshes. It was close enough to Downtown Charleston, but felt like we were staying at the beach due to the wonderful beach smells!
- 4/5
It was good for a night stay
- 5/5
I love the location, pool, decks and all of the people that work at Shem Creek Inn are very nice and helpful. I suggest adding some splits of Prosecco to the drink cooler.
- 5/5
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here this weekend. Great location, near food, shopping and close enough to visit the beach when not sitting at pool overlooking shem creek. Had a creekside room... Comfy beds are a bonus!
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Views of Shemcreek
- 5/5
Loved staying here when visiting Sullivan’s Island and Charleston. Conveniently located between both. Really good restaurants within walking distance. Clean and comfortable rooms.
- 5/5
We had such a blast staying at the Shem Creek Inn!!! The room was perfect, the view was amazing, the neighborhood was beautiful, the pool was super fun, and the neighboring restaurants were all wonderful! We stay in Charleston several times per year, and this will certainly be our new go-to spot!!! Thank you for everything!
- 4/5
We always love the convenience of the Shem Creek Inn. The staff is always courteous and the rooms are great.
- 5/5
Probably my most favorite stay ever! We went to eat at Water’s Edge while visiting Charlestown and saw Shem Creek Inn and had to come back and stay there. Didn’t disappoint! Doug checked us in and he might’ve been the best part of the Inn but it was all so great, even the grab and go breakfast. No soggy, rubbery eggs, just all great breakfast options! Thank you and we’ll be back!!
- 5/5
They upgraded us to a creek facing room for our anniverary. The restaurants in the area are wonderful.
- 5/5
Recommended.
- 5/5
Best place to stay if you want to walk to all the bars/restaurants at Shems Creek.
- 4/5
When we arrived in our room, we were pleased to find very clean beds with soft linens and wonderfully comfortable pillows. We slept great that night! In terms of cleanliness, it was about what you’d expect from a hotel. The beds were spotless, but the floor felt a bit sticky to me, so I just kept my socks or shoes on when walking around. Overall, we would gladly return. The hotel is an excellent value for a waterfront location, pool access, and proximity to restaurants. We really loved the area, and it made for a great stay.
- 5/5
Good location. Between downtown Charleston and the beach. Reasonably priced.
- 5/5
First time to the Creek despite we chose a week with extreme heat up to 114 humidity the air conditioning in the room worked fabulous! Staff was amazing great first experience only thing I would suggest for the continental breakfast is a toaster some real fruit other than that selections were great;-)
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
This was a pleasant surprise as we visited charleston and found that mount pleasant was the place to be. This hotel is 10 mins from the beach the pool is top notch and the access to the docks is more than cool. My wife and i enjoyed happy hour during the week at all of the restaraunts and bars along the creek, amazing sunset strolls on the docks and plenty of amazing food options nearby! We enjoyed the stay very much. The hotel is minimal having just what you need but the location and night life is more than worth the stay. Would stay again and would recommend it!
- 4/5
Parking was difficult
- 5/5
We loved our stay at the Shem Creek Inn! The location was amazing and we could have happily sat on our balcony all day watching pelicans and dolphins swim up and down the creek! Free parking was a perk, but the staff were outstanding! Everyone was friendly and helpful! We'll be back!
- 4/5
Shem creek inn is in a great location for food and drinks but the hotel is very noisy at night ! The lobby is open on the board way and many people come in and sit in lobby at all hours ! Some nights they were partying till 3am and we couldn’t sleep ! Also the pool is open to board way and many outsiders not
- 4/5
Dirty bathroom and room refrigerator.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Very Friendly
- 5/5
Fantastic property and location. Rooms were updated and it was in a safe nice area. Would highly recommend.
- 5/5
Super clean. Lovely place to stay. Loved the pool and near by restaurants.
- 4/5
As always, I loved my stay at Shem Creek Inn. The only issue I had was being rushed out of my room by the cleaning team before the checkout time. I understand that it was 4th of July weekend and things were busy but that was unnecessary.
- 3/5
Understand. I stayed the week of July 4th. BUT $400 a night?! Microwavable breakfast sandwiches is what they say is “breakfast available at no charge” Again, $400! Can I get fresh fruit at least? The staff, when they were there (not often) were very friendly
- 5/5
The staff was great & we did not need to have much interaction with them because everything was supplied at check in. The only issue we had was the morning of our departure. The cleaning crew were very loud outside our door starting at 9am. Check out is 11am & we planned to try to sleep in before leaving on time. The cleaning crew seemed to really want us out before 11 so they could "be done and go home". Overall we LOVED our stay at Shem Creek Inn and plan on returning for future stays.
- 5/5
Beautiful view of Shem Creek! Easy access to all that Charleston has to offer. Very comfortable and staff was always friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
We love Shem Creek-it is our happy place!
- 4/5
Elevator was scary and shaking. Terrific room. Comfy bed. In room- Coffee/tea set up was lacking everything. Breakfast was pathetic and inedible. But I would stay again.
- 5/5
Nice clean place.
- 5/5
Shem Creek was a fantastic place for us to experience! We saw many dolphins but didnt get pictures.
- 5/5
Great location with good restaurants. Pool was nice and refreshing. Front desk attendants friendly and helpful. Parking was a little hard at times wondering if people not staying there were parking.
- 4/5
Always a good stay. Had some trouble with sleeping. Mattress was a bit firm making it uncomfortable to sleep. Overall is always a great place to stay.
- 4/5
The location was great for walking to restaurants and the marsh.
- 5/5
Great place to stay and enjoy all that Shem Creek has to offer.
- 5/5
Walking distance from all the bars and restaurants in the area
- 5/5
Rooms are good but the location can’t be beat! We really enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
Really cool place and lots of restaurants and other activities. Good all around vibe. Staff was extremely nice. I would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Only hotel on Shem Creek. Multiple restaurants/bars within easy walking distance. View from the hotel is outstanding. Shem Creek Park Boardwalk is a must to see....morning and evening. Watch the creek side wake up with boaters both commercial and pleasure. Watching dolphins in the creek as they hunt for food and sight see. Walk to to end of the boardwalk and watch the sunset over the bridge.
- 4/5
Awesome location so much to do right there. Very comfortable room in bed. Only complaint is that you could hear pretty well out into the hallways and other rooms which made for disruptive night sleep
- 5/5
Had a creek view room, newly updated & clean. Balcony was a fun place to watch the dolphins and activities on the boardwalk. Easy access to many restaurants.
- 5/5
Loved staying right on the water. Great dining options. Very walkable. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds.
- 4/5
Love the property but on Thursday afternoon and evening it was anything but pleasant. The band playing next door was so loud you couldn’t even talk. Then the band decided they would like to use electric guitars and he acted like he didn’t even know what he was doing at the same high-pitched over and over and over again thank the Lord. They stopped at 9 PM because there would’ve been no sleep, and we are on the backside of the hotel.
- 5/5
Great location and views
- 5/5
Really enjoyed watching the activity on the creekside from our balcony.
- 5/5
Love staying at Shem Creek Inn. There are restaurants, a boardwalk, and kayaking all around and you don’t have to drive anywhere if you don’t want to.
- 5/5
Amazing, fun and unique experience!!
- 5/5
Nice room with good amenities. Loved the available breakfast eats and drinks.
- 5/5
Great location and all of the front desk were so kind and friendly. I got a message when the room was ready and that was so helpful. They also had a voucher for drinks in the cooler which is a nice touch. The breakfast was packaged foods but there was a great variety. Looking forward to visiting again.
- 4/5
Would stay again.
- 3/5
It was fair.
- 4/5
Great place!
- 5/5
Great location. Quiet. Front desk was friendly. Breakfast was better than I thought. Would stay again
- 4/5
Expedia did am excellent job getting us this hotel and we thank you.
- 5/5
Perfect spot! So many different choices of fun places to eat and drink within walking distance! We will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Location location location
- 4/5
Great space - large room for two, albeit with limited available parking at the hotel. However, free parking was available nearby, and the person at the desk was very helpful.
- 5/5
It was very nice but I think it was overpriced. Breakfast was a disappointment. People were nice.
- 4/5
It's a beautiful place, but if you don't want to hear music and live bands until 11 PM each night, ask for a room on the south side of the lobby towards the harbor and avoid the north side towards Water's Edge Restaurant ( although that is a great place to eat)!
- 5/5
Beautiful room with all ammenities. Settiing is woderful, as is Southport. Southern hospitality at its best!

First time staying at the Inn and will definitely be back. Hospitality was amazing. Clean rooms and friendly service. Great view of Shem Creek and easy access to Charleston and beaches.

Cons: We were there for 5 nights. No one ever came in to clean the room. Our trash was overflowing and we had to find someone to take it. The included breakfast was severely lacking, except for the coffee. There was some refrigerated yogurt and boxes of cold cereal, microswavable oatmeal, and energy bars. Premade frozen sandwiches to microwave, which tasted terrible. No fresh rolls or bread, spreads, fresh fruit or a toaster.

Great hotel on creek! Two free drinks with stay don’t hurt either! Friendly staff!

Located on Shem Creek where we love to visit. Room was clean and the king bed was comfortable. Our main complaint...our room was never cleaned and refreshed even though we hung the notice on the door when leaving the room each morning.

It's a decent place to stay, but it's not worth the amount we paid for it.

Close to everything including dining, entertainment, shopping, tourist activities. Easy access to all main roads. Laid back

While the location is close to restaurants in the area & has very nice views of Shem Creek, the property is not clean, floors dirty, hallways unkept, daily maid service unavailable. The room rates are excessive based on the limited amenities. Would not return.

Great location and plenty to do right outside your door. Very clean and an 8$ uber to the beach with a bar below the pool. Great Place

Traditional look in great location for views bars and restaurants. Very lively area with a holiday feel. We booked a twin room with balcony overlooking the creek ( river ) which was well worth it. Grab and go breakfast was plentiful and enough for most people. Only negative was that we were warned that the outside was being painted which we were ok with and made the hotel very smart but there was a mess left on our balcony which reception seemed unable to deal with. However the manager quickly resolved it to our satisfaction.
